상악 부분 무치악 환자에서 Milled Bar와 Locator를 이용한 임플란트 융합 국소의치수복 증례

다수 치아가 상실된 부분 무치악 환자의 전통적인 치료 방법으로 임플란트 고정성 보철물과 가철성 국소의치가 널리 이용되고 있다. 최근에는 소수의 임플란트를 보조적으로 이용하여 부가적으로 유지와 지지를 얻는 임플란트 융합 국소의치(Implant-assisted removable partial denture, IARPD)에 대한 관심이 증가하고 있다. 임플란트 융합 국소의치는 전통적인 가철성 국소의치에 비해 높은 유지력과 안정성을 가지며 심미적이다. 또한 소수의 임플란트 식립을 통해 환자에게 수술에 대한 부담을 줄여주며, 비용 절감 효과를 가진다. 본 증례의 환자는 상악에서 다수 치아를 상실한 부분 무치악 환자로 초기에 임플란트 고정성 보철물로 치료 계획하였으나 여러 요인에 의해 milled bar와 Locator attachment를 이용한 임플란트 융합 국소의치로 치료 계획을 변경하였다. 이를 통해 기능과 심미에서 만족할 만한 결과를 얻었기에 보고하는 바이다. Implant-fixed prostheses and removable partial dentures are widely used as a traditional treatment method for partially edentulous patients who have lost multiple teeth. Recently, there has been increasing interest in implant-assisted removable partial denture (IARPD), which additionally obtains retention and support using a small number of implants. The IARPDs have higher retention, stability, and aesthetics than conventional removable dentures. It also has the effect of reducing the cost as well as the burden of surgery by placing a small number of implants at the edentulous site. In this case, the patient with a partial edentulous state that has multiple numbers of tooth loss in maxilla initially planned to be treated with implant fixed prosthesis. However, the treatment plan was changed to IARPD using Bar and Locator due to several factors. The clinical results were satisfactory on the aspect of esthetic and masticatory function.

This paper will prove that the education using Educational Theatre can help students develop their cognitive areas based on The Multiple Intelligence Hypothesis. According to The Multiple Intelligence Hypothesis, it is possible for the students to stimulate variously based on Educational Theatre that is why we need to provide diverse mothods to support the students` learning, because the students can get some knowledge from various intelligence. For example, this paper is constructed a reading program based on DIE, it is a work to improve the ability of reading through the playing, and it is organized the program that some students can recognize easily and have interesting at reading even if the students without high Educational Theatre do it. It will suggest the possibility to diversify the educational system focused on the faculty of speech at the school field for the past few years through the approach.

The High school literary education in Korea is needed a change for a well-rounded education in near future. So many learned studied a variety of ways with drama for education forms, but theatrical performance was snapped field application. Therefore we need a new approach way, the way is ‘the virtual position program’ in literary culture. Virtual position is an drama techniques for education and an way with learners to change the perspective of the point of view watching for trouble condition. This note contained concept, framework and the configuration way of the virtual position program in actual scene for literary class. And It propose an utilization act of the virtual position program by Learning model example. The virtual position program has an effect that can change and grow, learner’s ability to literature itself in light of learners and provide hands-on experience to contribute to behavior change of a hybrid situation in the drama situation.

Today Hanbok, the symbol of our nation``s culture, has been preserved as cultural heritage despite natural and social environmental changes over years. This study is analyzing Hanbok which were taken in the National Skills Competition from 2000 to 2013; it presents our traditional stitching methods and clarifies the pride the Hanbok artisans have as inheriting the traditional heritage. Therefore this paper contributes to continuous and proper development of the culture of Hanbok and being loved by many people. The assignments about Hanbok featured in the National Skills Competition were categorized by national and local competition, time required to produce assignments, required amount of fabric, type of stitching, unlined and lined clothes depending on the type of assignment; according to the classification, methods for sewing were analyzed in detail. First, the national tournament presented 12 kinds of sewing techniques; especially hand-sewn stitching method appeared in common. Second, the unlined and lined clothes depending on the type of assignments had applied different sewing methods; double-stitching, flat fell seam, french seam, roll over sewing, blind stitch, right angle blind stitch, decorative saddle stitching, darning, etc. were used. Sewing methods in the 21st century has not changed over the years; the shape of clothes was changed upon trends. Sewing became easier than before by the invention of sewing machine, we should carry on our traditional sewing techniques. Through this analysis on sewing methods of the National Skills Competition, I hope to support competition participants for studying Hanbok and indicate proper sewing techniques.
융합형 문학교육을 위한 교사 역할 연구 -"가상지위"적용 과정을 중심으로-

학습자들의 일상과 지나치게 멀어져 버린 학교 문학교육을 정상화하고, 미래를 살아가는데 필요한 다양한 능력을 길러주는 교육이 되도록 하기 위해 새로운 문학교육의 방향성을 제시하고, 이를 실천하기 위한 방안과 이 방안을 실현하기 위한 교사의 역할에 관한 논의를 진행해 보았다. 새로운 문학교육의 방향은 ‘융합형 문학교육’이라고 이름 붙인 것으로 이것은 교과 통합이 아니라 학습자들이 문학 학습 경험을 통해 융합적인 사고를 할 수 있는 다양한 관점과 문제 해결 능력을 갖도록 하는 문학교육의 새로운 방향을 의미하는 것이다. 상황 맥락을 제시하여 사고하도록 하는 방식의 문학교육으로 특히 이러한 문학교육을 시행하기 위해 수업 장면에서 도로시 헤스컷의 ‘전문가의 외투(mantle of the expert)’ 를 활용한 ‘가상지위(virtual position)’라는 연극적 장치를 활용하는데, 이것은 학습자들이 주어진 역할을 통해 다양한 관점에서 문학 작품을 수용하고 활용하는 경험을 하도록 만든 것이다. 이를 위해서 교사는 수업 장면에서는 연극적 상황을 가정하고 ‘역할 내 교사 (Teacher-in-role)’로 문제 상황 속으로 학습자들을 끌어들이는 연기를 해야 한다. 수업 이후에는 과제를 제시하거나 확인하고 피드백을 주며, 평가도 진행해야 한다. 수업을 떠나서 문학과 관련한 다양한 교내외 활동을 기획하고 제공하여 학습자들이 다양한 문학적 경험을 하도록 하는 것도 교사의 역할인데 결국 교사의 역할이 지식의 전달자가 아닌 학습자와 수업 상황맥락을 관리하며, 학습자와 학습자 혹은 학습자와 사회를 매개하면서 학습자의 경험을 확장해 주는 역할로 변화함을 의미하는 것이다. 이러한 과정 전체를 교사 개인이 책임지기에는 지나치게 방대한 것이기 때문에 교사 역시 집단을 구성하여 진행할 수 있도록 하며, 교사의 공동체가 활성화되고 문학교육에 관한 공유를 활발하게 하는 것은 결과적으로 문학교육 체계를 안정시켜 질적으로 우수한 문학교육을 제공하게 되는 계기가 될 것이다. A discussion about teacher role took place for suggestion of new direction of literature education, a plan for practicing and putting this theory into practice to normalize relations with estranged literature education from learners`` daily life and to be the education that prepares learners necessary differing ability for their future life. The new direction of literature education is named ``accreted literature education``, it would suggest new direction of literature education to get differing perspective for integrated thinking through the learners`` literature learning experience not to integrate subjects. It is a type of education to think through suggestion of situation context. Expecially to implement this literature education ``virtual position`` that is used from ``mantle of the expert`` as theatrical device is used in a lesson scene, it is designed for experience of acceptance and utilization literary works as differing perspective through given a role. For this teachers have to suppose theatrical situation in the lesson scene and act for attracting learners in problematic situation as ``Teacher-in-role``. After the lesson, they need to give, confirm or feedback learners`` assignment and proceed evaluation. One of teachers`` roles is planning and offering intramural activity related to literature besides lessons and learners can experience various literature activities from it but it``s too burden-some for answering for this whole process as an individual teacher so it is needed to proceed with a teacher group and it will serve qualitatively excellent literature education as stabilizing literature education system as a result from revitalizing teacher community and sharing briskly about literature education.
간문부 담관암(Klatskin Tumor)으로 오인된 원발 담관 림프종

Primary non-Hodgkin`s lymphoma of the extrahepatic bile duct presenting as obstructive jaundice is extremely rare. A 60-year-old man was admitted due to suddenly developed jaundice. Computerized tomography and endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography showed a tumor at the proximal common hepatic duct. These clinical and radiologic findings resembled those of Klatskin tumor. The resection of the common hepatic duct tumor, lymph node dissection, and Roux-en-Y hepaticojejunostomy were carried out. There was no regional lymph node metastasis and no residual tumor at the resection margins. Histology and immunohistochemistry of the resected specimen confirmed a diffuse large B-cell malignant lymphoma involving the common hepatic duct. The patient is scheduled to receive adjuvant chemotherapy. In summary, primary non-Hodgkin`s lymphoma of the extrahepatic bile duct, despite its rarity, should be considered in the differential diagnosis of causes for obstructive jaundice. An accurate histopathologic diagnosis and surgical resection combined with chemotherapy may be the approach to offer a chance for cure. (Korean J Gastroenterol 2009;54:191-195)
