Gamdutang aqua-acupunture solution (GAS), Glycyrrhizae radix aqua-acupuncture solution (GRAS) and Lonicerae flos aqua-acupuncture solution (LFAS) were prepared and tested for their antitumor activities in vitro. It was shown to possess considerable toxicity toward various tumor cells lines. GAS at the concentration of 5× and 10×resulted in more than 70% inhibition of growth in Ehrlich ascites tumor cells (EATC), Hepa1c1c7 and A549 and 60% inhibition in HeLa. GRAS resulted in more than 80% inhibition of growth in Ehrlich ascites tumor cells (EATC), Hepa1c1c7 and HeLa cells. Toxicity of GRAS to A549 revealed that 68% inhibition of growth. LFAS at the concentration of 5× and 10× resulted in more than 60% inhibition of growth in Ehrlich ascites tumor cells (EATC), Hepa1c1c7 and HeLa cells. Cytotoxicity of LFAS to A549 revealed that 82% inhibition of growth at concentration of 10×.

Process of production of rapid prototype increase to material in stratification or does solidification and fill section of each layer as is perfect as increases volume. however,time and expense bring exhausted shortcoming. Because this adds volume of unnecessary section. Wish to solve this defect using hollow model. The inside is empty the model has the wall thickness which is uniform and the inside is empty to create the model. This paper wished to grasp that do empty solid model's properties of matter inside and grasp applicable thickness to actuality product.

As a life cycle of product has shortend, Rapid prototyping has come into the spotlight to shortened the time of producint a prototype. But It followed in laminated directivity and of the prototype production which is decided the interference which Beccuase of invisible rough surface, some inferences have occured during an assembly hour. Consequently, This study on rapid prototyping has parameter to determine surface roughness and surface form precision of total shape. In order to improve Surface form precision, it can control parameters which are Laminate Height, Layer Hatch Overcue, Fill Cure Depth. In addition, we found the parameter which have a deep effect on surface roughness among various parameters, and then, tried to reduce the interference that can be occurred by surface roughness during assembly.

This study is intended to present how to manufacture solid geometry with Rapid Protyping geometry and to know the characteristic of the geometry by using the empty solid model. First of all, specimen that have each thickness are manufactured by Rapid Prototyping, and are filled with material that user wanted by Vacuum Casting. Furthermore We measured tension force between single material specimen and dissimilar material to know the characteristics.

In this paper we present an experimental procedure for evaluating the deformation resistance of cold rolled strip. The deformation resistance is the plane strain yield stress at a pass during rolling. It is crucial parameter in calculating roll force. The procedure has several steps to cut out some part of the actual strip and make specimens following slitting and rolling it and finally perform a series of tensile test. The present approach is applied to a reversible mill for cold rolling. A good agreement is noted between the experimentally predicted results and the gathering data from actual mill.

In this study. Exponential distribution parameter was estimated by MOM(Method of Moments), PWM(Method of Probability Weighted Moments), MLE(Method of Maximum Likelihood Estimation), ENT(Method of Entropy) and LEAS(Method of Least Squares) for Monte Carlo generated samples. The performance of these estimators was statistically compared, with the objective of identifying the most robust estimator from amongst them.
