물리 개념에 대한 다문화 학생들의 언어적 표현 능력과 그림 표현 능력 비교

This study compares the characteristics of Korean-born multicultural students who have no problem in Korean communication in everyday life when they express physics concepts in a linguistic way and in a picture. As a result of our research on the characteristics of verbal expressive ability through reading, dictation, making sentences, explaining in writing, and explaining in words, various problems were found. However, as a result of expressing the same physics concept as a picture, we were able to discover various abundant expressive abilities, unlike the difficulties in verbal expression. The students were also found to express the concept with a unique picture of oneself that did not appear in textbooks. They compare the time and the events before or after a specific events, contrasted the characteristics of things, and used their own specific experiences to express abstract concepts. This result suggests that a careful education method considering multicultural students’ language difficulties is needed in physics education. 본 연구는 일상생활에서 한국어 의사소통에 문제가 없는 한국 출생 다문화 학생들이, 언어적인 방법으로물리 개념을 표현하는 경우와 그림으로 표현하는 경우 나타나는 특징을 비교하였다. 물리 개념에 대하여읽기, 받아쓰기, 문장 만들기, 글로 설명하기, 말로 설명하기를 통해 언어적 표현 능력의 특징을 조사한결과 매우 다양한 문제점들이 발견되었다. 그러나 같은 물리 개념을 그림으로 표현하게 한 결과, 언어적표현에서 겪은 어려움과는 달리, 다양하고 풍부한 표현 능력을 발견할 수 있었다. 학습한 내용을 연상하여표현하거나 교과서에는 나오지 않는 자기만의 독특한 그림으로 개념을 표현하기도 하였다. 시간이나 사건의전후를 비교하거나 사물이 가진 특성을 대비시키기도 하였고, 자신만의 구체적인 경험을 추상적인 개념표현에 이용하기도 하였다. 이러한 결과는 다문화 학생에 대한 물리교육에서는 학생의 언어적 어려움을고려한 신중한 교육 방법이 필요함을 시사한다.

집단시설 잠복결핵검진사업 결과 분석

목적: 2017년 잠복결핵집단검진 사업의 일환으로 시행한 약 1,206,775명의 환자를 대상으로 잠복결핵집단검진 결과를 분석하고자 함. 방법: 잠복결핵검진방법은 IGRA 검사 방법을 사용하였고, 총 1,206,775명이 잠복결핵검진을 수행함. 과거 치료 및 검진 후 활동성 결핵발생 조사를 위해 국민건강보험공단 및 TBnet 자료를 활용하여 분석함. 결과: 총 1,196,366명을 분석함. 전체 수검자 중 양성자는 140,506명(11.6%, 전체 1,206,775)이었으며, 집단별로는 의료기관 17.74%(34759/195,970명), 병역판정대상자 2.9% (9732/333,739명), 고1 2.06% (5180/251,869명), 사회복지시설 종사자 27.71% (30416/109,774명), 교직원(어린이집, 유치원, 초, 중, 고) 18.54% (52372/282,498명), 학교 밖 청소년 3.13% (30/929명), 교정시설 재소자 33.8% (3946/11,676명), 산후조리원 33.6% (926/2756명), 기타(보건소 내소자) 22.05% (30,416/10,9774명)였다. 모든 집단에서 10대에 비해 연령이 증가할수록 잠복결핵감염률은 증가하였고, 남성이 여성보다 감염률이 높았다(OR: 1.379; CI:1.235-1.541). 성별 및 연령별 보정을 한 후에도 교정시설, 산후 조리원의 잠복결핵감염율은 통계적으로 유의하게 높음. 이중 총 4495명이 TBnet 신고가 되었다. 과거 결핵신고자는 약 4255명, 새로 발생한 결핵은 240명이었다. 과거 결핵신고자 중 잠복결핵양성은 약 70.5% (2932명), 음성은 약 29.41%(1223명)이었다. 활동성 결핵환자 중 결핵환자 중 잠복결핵 양성자는 약 89.47%(204명), 음성자는 23명(10.09%)이었다. 검사 후 활동성 결핵발생까지 3개월 미만이 194명(80.8%)이었다. 결론: 집단시설 잠복결핵검진 결과 집단별 특성과 상관없이 남성, 연령이 증가할수록 잠복결핵감염률은 증가하였고, 연령, 성별 보정 후에도 교정시설과 산후조리원의 잠복결핵감염율이 유의하게 높았다.

Zooshikella sp. JE-34가 생산하는 Prodigiosin계 색소의 분리 및 최적 배양조건

A bacterial strain, JE-34, producing a high concentration of red pigment was isolated from a sediment in East China Sea. It was identified as Zooshikella sp. JE-34 based on the 16S rRNA gene sequence analysis. The red pigment was purified by solvent extraction and HPLC was identified as prodigiosin-like compound. Nutritional and cultural conditions were optimized for the production of prodigiosin-like pigment in the flask level. Optimal culture conditions were at initial medium pH 6.0~7.0, 30℃ and 4 days incubation. For carbon and, nitrogen sources were soluble starch and malt extract.

F-98 Safety and compliance of treatment with 12 dose (3 HP) regimen in patients with LTBI

방법: 2개 의료기관에 종사하는 의료기관 종사자 중 IGRA 검사를 통해 잠복결핵양성으로 진단된 환자 중 2017년 1월 ∼6월까지 새로운 치료에 동의한 환자 226명을 대상으로 약제 부작용 및 치료 순응도를 평가함(A 병원 100명, B 병원 126명). 약물 순응도와 부작용은 매주 DOT 시행하며 관찰하였으며 부작용은 CTCAE Version 4.0 에 따라 평가함. 결과: 평균연령 42.9 세, 남성/여성 (36.7%/63.3%), 기저 간질환자 16명(7.1%)이었다. 226명중 192명(85.0%)이 치료 완료를 하였고, 약제 부작용은 171명(75.7%)에서 관찰되었다. 그 중 8명(3.5%)은 중증 부작용이 발생하였다. A 기관과 B 기관은 각각 치료 완료율에 차이가 있었으며(A 병원, 70%, B 병원, 96.8%), 부작용 발생에는 차이가 없었다(A 기관, 78%, B 기관, 7.38%). 부작용은 두통(21.2%), 근육통(18.1%), 피로(15.5%), 오심(14.2%), 감기양증상(13.3%), 현기증(10.2%) 등이 주로 발생하였다. 아나필락시스가 두기관 모두에서 각각 3명(3.0%)와 1명(0.8%)씩 발생하여, 총 4명(1.8%)이 발생하였다. 간기능검사 이상은 28명(12.4%)에서 발생하였으며, 백혈구 감소증은 13명(5.8%)에서 발생하였다. 혈소판감소증은 발생하지 않았다. 총 8명의 환자에서 중증 부작용이 발생하였는데, 아나필락시스가 4명(1.8%), 간독성 2명(0.9%), 피부발진을 동반한 가려움증과 현기증이 각 각 1명(1.4%)씩 발생하였다 결론: 국내 잠복결핵환자에서 3HP 12회 간헐 요법은 비교적 높은 순응도를 보였으나, 부작용 발생의 빈도가 기존 연구결과보다 높고, 중증 부작용 특히, 아니필락시스의 빈도가 높아 사용에 주의를 요한다.

Effect of Self-Postural Control with Visual Feedback in the Foot Pressures in the Subject with Forward Head Posture

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of self-postural control on foot pressure in subjects with forward head posture. Methods: Forty-two healthy adults were recruited in this study. Participants were divided into two groups: The forward-head postural (FHP) group (craniovertebral angle<53˚, n=22) and the control group (craniovertebral angle≥53˚, n=20). In the FHP group, foot pressure was measured using three different standing postures: Comfortable standing posture (CSP), subjective neutral standing posture (SNSP), and neutral standing posture with visual feedback (NSP-VP). Each position was performed in random order. In the control group, foot pressure was measured only using the comfortable standing posture. Results: With respect to CSP and SNSP, there was a significant difference on heel pressure between the two groups (p<0.05). Regarding NSP-VP, however, there was no significant differences on heel pressure between the two groups (p>0.05). Conclusion: We suggest that cervical posture control using visual feedback has a positive effect on the distribution of foot pressure in subjects with forward head posture.

Comparisons of accuracy of knee joint motion during closed verse open kinetic chain tasks in subjects with flexible flatfeet

Purpose: This study examined the effects of flexible flatfeet on the accuracy of knee joint motions in closed and open kinetic chain tasks. Methods: Twenty-four healthy participants were recruited for this study. The subjects were divided into two groups using a navicular drop (ND) test: flexible flatfoot group (n=12, male: 6, aged 22.00±2.22 years) and age-matched control group (n=12, males: 6, aged 22.17±1.53 years). The accuracy of knee motion was measured quantitatively by tracing through the flexion and extension motion of the knee joints in the closed kinetic chain and the open kinetic chain. Results: There was a significant difference in the accuracy index between the groups in closed kinetic chain task, but there was no significant difference in the open kinetic chain task. In addition, there was a significant difference in the accuracy index between the closed kinetic chain and the open kinetic chain task in the flexible flatfoot group. In addition, a significant negative correlation was observed between the ND and accuracy index in the closed kinematic chain task, but there was no significant relationship between the ND and accuracy index in the open kinematic chain task. Conclusion: Flexible flatfeet can affect the accuracy of the adjacent joints, such as the knee joint in the closed kinematic chain
