This report studied the individual number, their favorite habitat, and change pattern of family and group number in Cheolwon Basin, starting in the early Oct. 2004 until late March. 2005 to investigate the ecological features of the Red-crowned Crane and the White-naped Crane. The Cranes arrived Cheolwon Basin in mid-October until next mid-March, and passed the winter in mid-November until next late-February. The most visiting number amounted to 550 individuals and, that period was the most frosting mid-January to mid-February. The White-naped Crane visited Cheolwon Basin in autumn, the early winter and spring. Approximately, the wintering-number is 550 individuals, also, the mid-March was the peak-period of arrival and, the number amounted to 2,162 individuals. The cranes chose the farming area around mountains as their wintering habitat and were less likely to choose the farming area around lake as habitat. The Red-crowned Crane and the White-naped Crane showed the different periodical pattern in familial and group numbers. In case of the crane, the familial pattern was stable, but varied in grouping number, and this pattern was similar to the variation of overall individual number. And, also, the most grouping number was shown in the most freezing period of wintering period. The White-naped Crane showed the similar pattern of the Red-crowned Crane that is, stable family number and varying group number, this pattern affected the total number of entire individuals. Grouping number increased in migration period. Parasite infection rate is G japonensis 35.0%, G vipio 38.7%.

The Korean Musk deer(Moschus moschiferus) is endangered due to heavy hunting and Massive destructions of natural habitat. They are included in CITES appendix II. In addition they are designated as a precious natural product in 1968 and listed as endangered species by the Government and Cultural Heritage Administration. At present, the number of musk deer in Korea is smaller than minimum viable population. Without increment of the population size, natural restoration is impossible. It is necessary to develop the artificial growth and re-enforcement methods in order to conservation Korean musk deer. Furthermore, It is necessary to ensure that we have an adequate individual group for artificial growth and re-enforcement. To ensure that we have an adequate individual group, it is necessary to know ecology of musk deer. This study is conducted to confirm and investigate of habitat of musk deer in order to capture individual musk deer. we investigated, confirmed habitats, found traces and captured using trap and decoy. Captured musk deer is male and 5.5 ㎏, this have canine tooth of 1.5㎝, is estimated 15 months old. After capture, we measured each parts of body and tested to research of parasite infection. Strongyloides papillous was founded in the feces. It is essential to get healthy individual and establish of artificial growth technique.

Eurasian black vulture (Aegypius monachus) belongs to family Accipitridae and is a raptor preying small birds and mammals. It is a wintering bird residing from the mid of November to the late of March in Korea. Although Eurasian black vulture population wintering at Korea is gradually increased, the efficient rescue and treatment for injured Eurasian black vultures are still problematic, due to lack of basic data. Therefore, in this survey, to obtain basic resources for establishing more efficient rescue system, we surveyed the number of Eurasian black vultures wintering at Gangwon province, wintering ecology and injury state of Eurasian black vulture. Survey area was Togyo reservoir at Cheorwon, Seonan basin at Yangoo and Wolsong reservoir at Chuncheon from November 2004 to March 2005. From 12 rescued Eurasian black vultures, physical examination, total plasma protein(TPP) and packed cell volume(PCV) were measured. To survey injury state of Eurasian black vultures wintering at Gangwon province, we surveyed the cause, morbidity and mortality from 103 Eurasian black vultures, based on medical records from animal rescue teams. The number of eurasian black vultures were gradually increased from November, peaked at Feburary, then steeply decreased at March. Eurasian black vultures showed the most vigorous activity around 1 PM within a day. In physical examination, mean body weight was 9.6±1.22㎏, body length was 1130±45.4㎜. No statistically significant difference in body weight and length between male and female eurasian black vultures was observed. Mean PCV was 40.2±2.7%, while mean TPP was 5.86±0.8㎎/㎗. The most common cause of injury and mortality was intoxication, while that of morbidity was fatigue.
플라즈마 중합막의 기판재질 의존성과 전자선 조사 특성에 대한 연구

본 연구에서는 플라즈마 중합 반응의 기판 재질과 전극 위치에 대한 의존성을 규명하기 위해서 Ar방전의 발광 분석을 행하였으며 제작된 박막의 가교성을 확인하기 위해서 전자빔 노광을 시켜보았다. 기판의 재질이 도체 및 절연체인 양자의 경우를 비교해 보면 전자는 후자에 비해서 전체적으로 발광 스펙트럼의 피이크 강도가 크게 나타났으며, 준안정상태에 대한 피이크와 이온에 대한 피이크를 검토한 결과, 기판이 절연물일 때는 전극의 위치를 멀게 할수록 이온의 피이크 강도가 극단까지 떨어짐을 알 수 있었다. 제작된 중합 스티렌 박막을 통하여 발광 스펙트럼의 변화에 따라서 막의 가교성 변화가 생기는 것을 알 수 있었으며 이 막을 전자빔에 노광하였을 때, 기판이 절연물인 경우에는 패턴을 제작하는 것이 가능하였다. The dependance of substrate material and electrode position were studied by radiation analysis of Ar discharge, and electron beam radiation was applied to confirm the crosslinked structure of the film. Comparing the conductor substrate with the insulator substrate, the former had lager peak density of radiation spectrum than latter. From the result of peak density of metastable state and ion, it was confirmed that the peak density of ion was falling to the down limit with increasing the distance of electrode position in the insulator substrate. The extent of crosslinking reactions of the films was investigated by analyzing the radiation spectrum of polymerized films. When the polymerized styrene films was exposed to electron beam, it was possible to form a pattern with the insulator substrate.
새로운 반응장치를 이용한 기능성 플라즈마 중합막의 제작

본 연구에서는 방전내에서 활성화된 라디칼의 반응을 촉진시키는 플라즈마중합을 통하여 기능성 유기박막을 합성하기 위해 새로운 형태의 유동가스형 반응장치를 개발하였다. 중합을 위해서 스티렌 모노머를 사용하였으며 분자구조와 분자량 분포에 대한 분석을 행하였다. 제작된 플라즈마중합막은 우수한 성능의 전자빔 레지스트로서 평가되었다. 새로운 플라즈마 반응장치를 이용하여 제작된 박막의 감도는 습식공정에 의해 제작된 레지스트의 감도에 비해서 향상되었으며 깨끗한 패턴이 성공적으로 제작되었다. A new gas-flow type reactor for plasma polymerization was developed to synthesize functional polymers, which enhances reaction of radicals activated in the discharge. Styrene was used for the plasma polymerization and molecular structure and molecular weight distribution of the plasma -polymerized styrene were studied. The polymer was evaluated to be an efficient electron beam resist. The sensitivity of the plasma-polymerized styrene film formed by this new reactor was better than that of the reported values of conventional polystyrene, Fine resist patterns could be successfully developed by a wet process.
플라즈마 중합법에 의한 스티렌 박막의 분자 구조 및 분자량 제어에 관한 연구

본 연구에서는 내전극 정전결합 유동가스형 반응장치를 이용하여 플라즈마 중합 스티렌 박막을 제작하고 적외선분광스펙트럼, 열분해가스크로마토그래피, 시차주사열량계 및 겔투과성 크로마토그래피의 분석을 통하여 중합조건이 분자구조 및 분자량 분포에 미치는 영향을 조사하였다. 위의 결과로부터 개시 모노머의 화학적 특성과는 다른 고도로 가교된 박막이 생성되었으며, 방전압력, 방전전력 및 가스의 유량 등의 중합조건 조절에 의해 분자구조, 가교도, 분자량 분포 등의 제어가 가능함이 판명되었다. 따라서 내전극 정전결합 유동가스형 반응장치에 의해 수행된 플라즈마중합법은 중합조건의 조절에 의해 센서의 감지막, 광도전성 소자 및 포토 레지스트 등에 응용가능한 기능성 유기박막의 제작에 좋은 특성을 나타내는 것을 알 수 있었다. The plasma polymerized styrene films were prepared by using an inter-electrode capacitively coupled gas-flow-type reactor, and the effects of plasma polymerization condition on the molecular weight distribution were investigated by Fourier Transform Infrared (FT-IR), Pyrolysis Gas Chromatography(PyGC), Differential Scanning Calorimetry(DSC) and Gel Permeation Chromatography(GPC). From the above results, the very cross-linked films different from chemical characteristics of the starting monomer were taken out, and it is realized that the molecular structure, cross linking density, and molecular weight distribution could be controlled by changing the parameters such as deposition pressure, deposition power and gas flow rate. Accordingly, it is suggested that plasma polymerization method performed by inter-electrode capacitively coupled gas-flow-type reactor has good characteristics for manufacturing the functional organic thin films which can be applied in sensors, opto-electric device, photo-resist by changing the polymerization parameters.
