This paper attempts to identify what principles govern phonological change, using a more traditional tern, sound change through an analysis of the changes of the English language: the First Sound Shift, the High German Shift, the Great Vowel Shift. This paper arrives at the conclusion that the principles of perceptual separation and ease govern the changes of the English language on the basis of the following evidences: A. The First consonant Shift is governed by the principle of perceptual separation. B. The High German Shift occurs in the direction of higher audibility; therefore, the phonological change is governed by the principle of perceptual separation. C. The Great Vowel Shift is for the maintenance of symmetry in the system; therefore, it is governed by the principle of perceptual separation. In brief, The principles of perceptual separation and ease govern the phonological changes.

전문대학 전자과의 실험실습에 관한 문제점을 검토하고 이를 해결하기 위한 하나의 방안으로 교육과정 개발이란 측면에서 고찰하였다. 앞에서 제안된 내용들에 대하여 전문대학 전자과 교수들이 전공 분야별로 공동으로 연구하여 실험 테마를 개발하고 수정 및 보완한다면 산업체의 요구에 부응하는 알찬 실험실습교육이 되리라 생각한다.

The optimization of propagation method is an important issue. Even though deep search has proven beneficial in the computer game, it does not mean that potential pessimistic effect of the minimax pathology can be ignore in game programming. More appropriate propagation rules could make substantial improvement in decision quality by minimizing this deterioration. This paper suggests a method called weighted minimax propagation and shows it can be used advantageously in the context of omok game.

In this paper, we reviewed a trend of ground wave digital TV broadcasting standardized technology and the ATSC broadcasting technology of U.S.A.. Digital broadcasting method can be classified briefly U.S.A 's ATSC method, European DVB-T method, and Japanese ISDB-T method by signal transmission method. And each digital broadcasting methods has been compared and analyzed. In recent years, Korea adopted each other different broadcasting standard technology according to broadcasting media. So the problems about the compatibility of different technology and the development of integrated receiver are issued.
