Since the establishment of 2013’s “Urban Regeneration Activation and Support related Laws”, the Urban Regeneration Project has become a strong base for successful launch of new systems including the creation of the Urban Regeneration Task Force supported by the Prime Minister, dedicated organizations and support organizations. In particular, the Urban Regeneration Task Force decided on the 1st National Urban Regeneration General Policy to comprehensively and effectively explore Urban Regeneration. For 10years starting from 2014, 5key objectives including ‘Strengthening Urban Competitiveness’, ‘Quality of Life Improvement’, ‘Improving Convenient Living Environment’, ‘Regional Identity Restoration’ and ‘Strengthening Resident Competency’ under the vision ‘Recreation of Competitive Cities with Happy Citizens’ were established and supported by national and local governments to activate pre-established cities. However, there are still ambiguities in the objective of the policy-based Urban Regeneration Project to manage cities efficiently and the methods of the project have not been properly formulated. Due to this, the project’s effectiveness is being evaluated as minimal. In relation to the Urban Regeneration Project, Commercial Regeneration is contributing significantly to creating new jobs and strengthening Urban Competitiveness in communities. Convenient living environment is by far the most important in the lives of the citizens but because we are unable to ignore economic issues, settlement regeneration and commercial regeneration are being applied as essential elements within the Urban Regeneration Project.
공공데이터를 활용한 3차원 공간정보 객체의 수직위치 정확도 분석

최근 정부는 정부3.0이라는 새로운 정부운영의 패러다임으로 공공데이터를 적극적으로 개방하고 공유하는 정책을 펼치고 있다. 이와 함께 국토교통부에서는 국가공간정보 및 3차원건물, 영상지도를 포함한 다양한 콘텐츠를 일반인에게 제공하는 공간정보 오픈플랫폼 통합지도서비스(이하 브이월드)를 운영하고 있다. W3C재단의 오픈데이터 현황 보고서(2013)의 평가결과 우리나라는 정부의 정책적 지원 및 계획 부분에서는 긍정적인 결과를 나타낸 반면 데이터 관리 분야에서 취약하여 이에 대한 품질개선이 필요한 실정이다. 또한, 3차원 공간정보 객체 데이터(이하 3차원 모델)의 경우 데이터 구축에 활용한 디지털항공사진영상의 최신성이 부족하여 데이터의 현행화가 필요하다. 이에 본 논문에서는 3차원 모델의 품질요소인 수직위치 정확도에 대해 공공데이터이며, 실측 데이터인 건축물 대장의 높이 데이터를 기준으로 국내표준 품질평가 기법을 적용하여 데이터 품질을 측정하고, 측정오차에 대한 원인을 분석하여 공공데이터를 활용한 3차원 모델의 수직위치 정확도 향상 및 최신성의 유지 가능성을 제시하고자 한다. 연구 수행 결과 건축물대장의 높이 값을 품질평가 기준으로 적용하였을 경우 수직위치 정확도가 향상되는 것을 확인하였으며, 건축물 대장의 재건축, 증축 정보를 활용할 경우 3차원 모델의 최신성의 유지를 할 수 있음을 확인하였다. Recently, as new paradigm for government operation called government 3.0, government is actively operating policy opening and sharing public data. In addition, the Ministry of Land are operating an open platform integrated map service (the VWorld) which provides a variety of video contents such as the country"s national spatial information, traffic information and three-dimensional building for the public. According to W3C Foundation"s Open Data Status Report(2013), our country has the evaluated results that the part of the government’s policy support and planning is good while the part of the data management is vulnerable. So our country needs the quality improvement for the data management. In addition, a digital aerial photograph image data is required to be up-to-date for the three-dimensional spatial object data. In this paper, we present the method for enhancement of the accuracy of vertical position and for maintainment of up-to-date vertical position. Our methods evaluate the data quality and analyze the cause of error of measurement utilizing the national standard quality assessment method. The result of research shows that the accuracy of vertical position is improved if the height of the building captain is adjusted by the quality assessment values and a three-dimensional model has up-to-date data if reconstruction and extension information of construction register is utilized.
흉강경을 이용한 폐기포절제 수술과 동시에 시행한 Doxycycline Pleurodesis의 효과

Chemical pleurodesis with doxycycline has been used during video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery (VATS) as an auxiliary method to enhance therapeutic goal in patients with pneumothorax. However, the therapeutic effect of doxycycline pleurodesis (DP) has not been clearly defined yet. To evaluate the effect of DP, we compared two groups of patients who were given VATS bullectomy from October 1993 to June 1995. Group I composed of 21 patients who received DP and group II composed of 20 patients who did not received DP Doxycycline 500mg with saline 200ml were instilled into the pleural cavity upon a completion of bullec omy, and retained there for 0.5-1 hour and then drained out. The age of group I was 30.9 $\pm$ 20.0 and that of group II was 24.3 $\pm$ 9.49 years. Male to female ratio was 20: I in group I and 20 : 0 in group II. The postoperative indwelling time of chest tube was 5.86 $\pm$ 4.69 days in group I and 3.80 $\pm$ 2.28 days in group II. Seven patients had more than 100m1/day of chest tube drainage on the postoperative third day in group I compared to one patient in group II. Five patients had postoperative indwelling time of chest tube greater than 7 days in group I compared to two in group II. The number of patients who had postoperative fever were 3 in both group, analgesic requirements were 2.19 $\pm$ 2.77 amples in group I and 2.30 $\pm$ 1.95 ambles in group II. Follow-up was done from 2 months to 16 months after surgery. During the follow up periods, four patients had recurrence 2 (9.5%) in group I and 2 (10%) in group II. We conclude that concomitant doxycycline pleurodesis with video-assisted thor coscopic bullectomy In patients with pneumothorax is not necessary.

In this study, zinc or cerium exchanged zeolite was introduced to develop a novel anti-corrosion pigment. The primer paint was made using them and was coated on galvanized(GI) steel. The anti-corrosion performance was measured using electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS). And scanning vibrating electrode technique(SVET) was employed to observe the cut-edge corrosion process of the coated GI steel. From EIS and SVET results, it could be confirmed that Ce ion-exchanged zeolite showed the anti-corrosion performance higher than Shieldex C303 and Zn ionexchanged zeolite. Finally, it was found that metal ion-exchanged zeolite may provide new possibility as the smart cathodic corrosion inhibitor delivery systems on galvanized steels.
