태권도장 수련생들의 기본적 심리욕구에 따른 심리적 안녕감과 긍정적 태도와의 관계

본 연구는 개인의 태도형성에 긍정적 효과가 있는 것으로 알려진 태권도활동의 참여 가운데 태권도장 수련생들의 기본적 심리욕구에 따른 심리적 안녕감과 긍정적 태도와의 관계를 규명하고자 하였다. 자료 수집을 위해 서울·경기지역의 태권도 수련생들을 대상으로 편의추출법을 사용하여 400부의 설문지를 배포하였다. 회수된 설문지 387부를 이용하여 윈도우용 PASW/WIN 18.0 통계 프로그램을 이용하여 빈도분석, 탐색적 요인분석, 신뢰도분석, 상관관계분석, 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 기본적 심리욕구는 심리적 안녕감에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 기본적 심리욕구는 긍정적 태도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 심리적 안녕감은 긍정적 태도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. This study intends to investigate relationship between basic psychological desire and positive attitude through Taekwondo activities which are known to have positive effect to formation of personal attitude with psychological well-being sense being not as a subordinate concept but as a mediating concept on the basis of preceding studies regarding basic psychological desire, psychological well-being sense and positive attitude of trainees at Taekwondo studio. I visited Taekwondo studios located in Seoul·Gyeonggi area in order to proceed with the study, and using convenience sampling among non-probability sampling methods, I distributed 400 questionnaires to trainees who were training Taekwondo. The collected data used the PASW 18.0 Version to conduct the frequency analysis, the search factor analysis, the reliability analysis, the correlation analysis and the multiple regression analysis, and drew out following results. First, the relationship between the Basic Psychological Desire and the Well-being Sense was statistically significant. Second, the relationship between the Basic Psychological Desire and the Positive Attitude depending was statistically significant. Third, the relationship between the Well-being Sense and the Positive Attitude depending was statistically significant.

Since the establishment of 2013’s “Urban Regeneration Activation and Support related Laws”, the Urban Regeneration Project has become a strong base for successful launch of new systems including the creation of the Urban Regeneration Task Force supported by the Prime Minister, dedicated organizations and support organizations. In particular, the Urban Regeneration Task Force decided on the 1st National Urban Regeneration General Policy to comprehensively and effectively explore Urban Regeneration. For 10years starting from 2014, 5key objectives including ‘Strengthening Urban Competitiveness’, ‘Quality of Life Improvement’, ‘Improving Convenient Living Environment’, ‘Regional Identity Restoration’ and ‘Strengthening Resident Competency’ under the vision ‘Recreation of Competitive Cities with Happy Citizens’ were established and supported by national and local governments to activate pre-established cities. However, there are still ambiguities in the objective of the policy-based Urban Regeneration Project to manage cities efficiently and the methods of the project have not been properly formulated. Due to this, the project’s effectiveness is being evaluated as minimal. In relation to the Urban Regeneration Project, Commercial Regeneration is contributing significantly to creating new jobs and strengthening Urban Competitiveness in communities. Convenient living environment is by far the most important in the lives of the citizens but because we are unable to ignore economic issues, settlement regeneration and commercial regeneration are being applied as essential elements within the Urban Regeneration Project.

해명공시와 자기자본비용의 관련성

본 연구는 2015년에 우리나라에 도입된 해명공시제도의 효과를 투자자의 관점에서 분석한다. 이를 위해 투자자가 평가하는 기업의 정보불균형 수준의 대용치인 자기자본비용을 사용하여 해명공시 여부(횟수)와 자기자본비용 간의 관계를 조사하고, 추가적으로 해명공시와 대체관계에 있는 조회공시나 또 다른 자율공시인 공정공시를 고려했을 때 그 결과가 영향을 받는지도 조사한다. 2015년부터 2018년까지의 표본기간 동안 국내 상장기업을 대상으로 한 본 연구의 실증분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 해명공시를 한 기업이 그렇지 않은 기업보다 자기자본비용이 높고, 해명공시 횟수가 많은 기업일수록 자기자본비용이 더 높은 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 조회공시 및 공정공시 횟수를 통제한 이후에도 해명공시 횟수와 자기자본비용 사이의 양(+)의 관계는 유지되었다. 이상의 결과는 해명공시제도의 도입 취지와 달리 실제로 해명공시를 활용하는 기업에 대해 시장은 부정적으로 반응한다는 것으로 해석할 수 있다. 본 연구는 우리나라에 해명공시가 도입된 이후 이를 다룬 최초의 연구로서 해명공시제도가 기업을 둘러싼 정보환경의 개선이라는 본래의 취지를 달성하기 위해서는 공시 유인의 제공 등 전반적인 정비가 필요함을 보여준다는 점에서 정책적 시사점을 가진다. This study examines the effect of the clarification disclosure from the perspective of investors. Specifically, we analyze how the clarification disclosure affects the cost of equity capital, which represents the level of information asymmetry of a company evaluated by investors. Further, we investigate whether the results are affected when the inquiry disclosure, an alternative to the clarification disclosure, or the fair disclosure, another voluntary disclosure, is taken into account. Findings of this study using listed companies on KOSPI and KOSDAQ market during 2015-2018 are as follows. First, we find that firms that have executed the clarification disclosure exhibit a higher cost of equity capital than those that have never done it, and the more frequent clarification disclosures, the higher the cost of equity capital. Second, the positive relationship between the clarification disclosures and the cost of equity capital remains unchanged even after controlling for the inquiry disclosure and fair disclosure. These results can be interpreted as that the market reacts negatively to companies that utilize the clarification disclosure, contrary to the purpose of its introduction. To our knowledge, this is the first empirical study to examine the effect of clarification disclosures on a firm’s cost of equity capital. Our findings imply that in order to achieve the original purpose of the clarification disclosure, more sophisticated policy supports such as desirable incentive design are required.

공공데이터를 활용한 3차원 공간정보 객체의 수직위치 정확도 분석

최근 정부는 정부3.0이라는 새로운 정부운영의 패러다임으로 공공데이터를 적극적으로 개방하고 공유하는 정책을 펼치고 있다. 이와 함께 국토교통부에서는 국가공간정보 및 3차원건물, 영상지도를 포함한 다양한 콘텐츠를 일반인에게 제공하는 공간정보 오픈플랫폼 통합지도서비스(이하 브이월드)를 운영하고 있다. W3C재단의 오픈데이터 현황 보고서(2013)의 평가결과 우리나라는 정부의 정책적 지원 및 계획 부분에서는 긍정적인 결과를 나타낸 반면 데이터 관리 분야에서 취약하여 이에 대한 품질개선이 필요한 실정이다. 또한, 3차원 공간정보 객체 데이터(이하 3차원 모델)의 경우 데이터 구축에 활용한 디지털항공사진영상의 최신성이 부족하여 데이터의 현행화가 필요하다. 이에 본 논문에서는 3차원 모델의 품질요소인 수직위치 정확도에 대해 공공데이터이며, 실측 데이터인 건축물 대장의 높이 데이터를 기준으로 국내표준 품질평가 기법을 적용하여 데이터 품질을 측정하고, 측정오차에 대한 원인을 분석하여 공공데이터를 활용한 3차원 모델의 수직위치 정확도 향상 및 최신성의 유지 가능성을 제시하고자 한다. 연구 수행 결과 건축물대장의 높이 값을 품질평가 기준으로 적용하였을 경우 수직위치 정확도가 향상되는 것을 확인하였으며, 건축물 대장의 재건축, 증축 정보를 활용할 경우 3차원 모델의 최신성의 유지를 할 수 있음을 확인하였다. Recently, as new paradigm for government operation called government 3.0, government is actively operating policy opening and sharing public data. In addition, the Ministry of Land are operating an open platform integrated map service (the VWorld) which provides a variety of video contents such as the country"s national spatial information, traffic information and three-dimensional building for the public. According to W3C Foundation"s Open Data Status Report(2013), our country has the evaluated results that the part of the government’s policy support and planning is good while the part of the data management is vulnerable. So our country needs the quality improvement for the data management. In addition, a digital aerial photograph image data is required to be up-to-date for the three-dimensional spatial object data. In this paper, we present the method for enhancement of the accuracy of vertical position and for maintainment of up-to-date vertical position. Our methods evaluate the data quality and analyze the cause of error of measurement utilizing the national standard quality assessment method. The result of research shows that the accuracy of vertical position is improved if the height of the building captain is adjusted by the quality assessment values and a three-dimensional model has up-to-date data if reconstruction and extension information of construction register is utilized.

BSC 기반 공공도서관 성과지표 모형 개발에 관한 연구

공공도서관의 사명은 정보이용, 문화활동, 평생교육 등과 관련된 지역주민의 요구를 충족시키고 보다 편리하고 평등한 접근을 제공함으로써 지역사회 발전과 지역주민의 삶의 질을 향상시키는데 있다. 본 연구는 이러한 공공도서관의 사명을 달성하고 성과를 제고할 수 있는 성과지표 모형을 개발하고자 학습 및 성장 관점, 내부 프로세스 관점, 자원 관점, 이용자 관점의 4가지 관점 아래 12개의 주요성공요인, 36개의 핵심성과지표로 구성된 BSC 기반 공공도서관 성과지표 모형을 도출하고, 공공도서관 사서를 대상으로 도출된 성과지표 모형의 상대적 가중치를 산정하여 공공도서관의 사명달성과 성과제고에 어떠한 성과지표가 중요한지를 분석한 연구이다. The mission of public library is to contribute to local society's growth and improve local residents' quality of life by satisfying local residents' desire on information use, cultural activities, lifelong education, etc, and providing more convenient and equal access. This study is a research that deducted BSC-based public library performance indicator model composed of 12 critical success factors, 36 key performance indicators under four perspectives of learning and growth perspective, internal process perspective, resources perspective, and user perspective, estimated relative weights of deducted the performance indicator model on librarians of public libraries to analyze what performance indicator is important for accomplishing public library's mission and promoting performance.

흉강경을 이용한 폐기포절제 수술과 동시에 시행한 Doxycycline Pleurodesis의 효과

비디오 흥강경을 이용한 기흥환자의 기포절제 수술에서 수술성적을 높힐 수 있는 한 방편으로 doxycycline을 사용한 화학적 늑막유착술을 함께 시행하여왔다. 그러나 doxycycline을 사용한 늑막유착술의 효과에 대해 아직 잘 알려져 있지 않다. 본 교실에서는 1993년 9월 부터 1995년 6월 까지 본원에서 기흥으로 입원하여 비디오 흥강경으로 기포절제술을 시행한 41명중 doxycycline으로 늑막유착술을 동시에 시행한 21명 (group I)과 시 행하지 않은 20명 (group II)을 비교하여 보았다. Doxycycline을 사용한 늑막유착술은 기포절제가 끝난후 doxycycline 500mg을 생리식염수 200m1에 섞어 흥강내에 30분에서 1시간 잔류시킨 후 배액하였다. Group I과 group II의 연령은 각각 30.9 $\pm$ 20.0세와 24.3 $\pm$ 9.49세였고 남여 비는 각각 20:1과 20:0 였다. 술후 흥강삽관 기간은 group I과 group II가 각각 5.86 $\pm$ 4.69일과 3.80 $\pm$2.28일 이었다. 흥관을 통해 술후 3일째 하루 100m1 이상의 흥수가 배액되는 환자의 수는 group 에서 7명 이고 group II서 1명이었으며, 또한 7일 이상 흥관을 제거하지 못한 환자는 group I이 5명이고 group II가 2명 이었다. 술후 발\ulcorner을 보인 환자수는 group I과 group II가 각각 3명 이었다. 술후 진통제 투여량은 group I이 2.19 $\pm$ 2.77amp1es 이며 group II가 2.30 $\pm$ 1.95amp1e 이었다. 추적관찰 동안 group I이 2명, group II가 2명 재발하여 각각 9.5%와 10%의 재발율을 보였다. 본 연구결과 기흥환자에서 비디오 흉강경을 이용한 기포절제술과 동시에 시행한 doxycycline을 이용한 늑막유착술은 필요치 않다는 결론을 얻었다. Chemical pleurodesis with doxycycline has been used during video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery (VATS) as an auxiliary method to enhance therapeutic goal in patients with pneumothorax. However, the therapeutic effect of doxycycline pleurodesis (DP) has not been clearly defined yet. To evaluate the effect of DP, we compared two groups of patients who were given VATS bullectomy from October 1993 to June 1995. Group I composed of 21 patients who received DP and group II composed of 20 patients who did not received DP Doxycycline 500mg with saline 200ml were instilled into the pleural cavity upon a completion of bullec omy, and retained there for 0.5-1 hour and then drained out. The age of group I was 30.9 $\pm$ 20.0 and that of group II was 24.3 $\pm$ 9.49 years. Male to female ratio was 20: I in group I and 20 : 0 in group II. The postoperative indwelling time of chest tube was 5.86 $\pm$ 4.69 days in group I and 3.80 $\pm$ 2.28 days in group II. Seven patients had more than 100m1/day of chest tube drainage on the postoperative third day in group I compared to one patient in group II. Five patients had postoperative indwelling time of chest tube greater than 7 days in group I compared to two in group II. The number of patients who had postoperative fever were 3 in both group, analgesic requirements were 2.19 $\pm$ 2.77 amples in group I and 2.30 $\pm$ 1.95 ambles in group II. Follow-up was done from 2 months to 16 months after surgery. During the follow up periods, four patients had recurrence 2 (9.5%) in group I and 2 (10%) in group II. We conclude that concomitant doxycycline pleurodesis with video-assisted thor coscopic bullectomy In patients with pneumothorax is not necessary.

특발성 식도비후환자에서 EEA Stapler를 사용한 식도위문합 후에 발생한 식도협착 -1례 보고-

Since Steichen and Ravich`s pioneer work in 1972 proved that staples reduced anastomotic leaks and operative time, the use of EEA stapler`s in esophagogastrostomy have gained acceptance and popularity. But overriding these benefits are the high stricture rate, which leads to the reappearance of dysphagia. The mechanism for the development of stricture in stapled anastomosis is likely to be due to the lack of mucosa to mucosa apposition and presence of necrotic tissue between the luminal edge and the rows of the stapler. All strictures were easily dilated. Recently, we encountered a patient who suffered from an esophageal stricture that slowly developed 10 months after an esophagogastric anastomosis with a EEA 425 was performed due to severe muscular hypertrophy of esophagus. Because the stricture failed to respond to the Bougienage, we reoperated using a EEA 28 this time. We feel that this case review helps to show that despite the very low leakage rate in small size EEA stapler, there is also a very high risk of stricture.
