Based on the results of these social and psychological side of the static point of view of the peculiarity related to the discussions and exercise addiction, and is addicted to the exercise behavior for factors acting exercise a group difference can be expected to affect the offer. Finally, the study suggested that exercise addiction for the participants of the exercise and discuss the direction of future research.

Objective : Internal carotid-posterior communicating artery(IC-PC) aneurysms can be clipped easily without any special preparations. Occasionally, however, it is difficult to clip the low-lying IC-PC aneurysms without some kinds of additional procedures. Clinical Material and Methods : We experienced four cases of low-lying IC-PC aneurysms, which the intradural anterior clinoidectomy and/or anterior petroclinoid fold(APF) resection was essential to expose the proximal side of the aneurysmal neck and/or proximal control. One patient harbored two low-lying IC-PC aneurysms bilaterally. The patients were divided into two groups according to the necessity of anterior clinoidectomy : Group I(n=4) that needed an intradural clinoidectomy and/or APF resection and Group II(n=29) that had IC-PC aneurysms, easily clipped without any special preparation. Also, various radiometric parameters were measured through the preoperative angiograms. Results : The incidence of such aneurysms was 12% among a total of thirty-three surgically treated IC-PC aneurysms during lasr 3 years. Among four cases, three cases presented with subarachnoid hemorrhage and all aneurysmal sac projected to postero-inferior direction. In our study, We initially considered the necessity of intraoperative anterior clinoid process(ACP) removal and/or resection of APF in cases of shorter distance less than 5.6mm between the proximal aneurysmal sac and tip of the ACP(p<0.001), and the proximal portion of aneurysmal neck has located below the interclinoid line(p=0.001). Conclusion : Through a careful preoperative evaluation, some radiometric parameters can be used to determine whether the ACP should be removed in clipping of the low-lying IC-PC aneurysms. Unlike to total removal of the ACP, the intradural partial anterior clinolidectomy and/or APF resection, which are more familiar to surgeons, reduce the risks of the premature rupture, operative time, and also contribute a more precise clip placement with proximal control than the extradural clinoidectomy.

We have synthesized silicon nanowires by using RFCVD(Radio Frequency Chemical Vapor Deposition) system on Au deposited p-type Si(100) wafers, and investigated their physical and electrical properties. The silicon nanowires had been grown in the atmospheres of $H_{2},\;N_{2}\;and\;SiH_{4}$ at 10 Torr at the substrate temperatures of $700{\pm}5^{\circ}C\;and\;810{\pm}5^{\circ}C$ respectively. FE-SEM analysis revealed that diameters of the silicon nanowires are $50{\sim}60nm$ with the length of several ${\mu}m$. XRD analysis showed that the growth direction of the nanowires is Si[111]. Field emission characteristics showed that the turn-of voltages at the current of $0.01\;mA/cm^{2}$ are $10\;V/{\mu}m\;and\;8.5\;V/{\mu}m$ for the wires grown at $700{\pm}5^{\circ}C\;and\;810{\pm}5^{\circ}C$, respectively.
대조코호트 연구를 위한 충주의 대기오염현황 조사와 산단지역과의 비교

The purpose of this study was to investigate air quality in Chungju, Korea, using data obtained with a local air quality monitoring system. We have utilised cohort studies to investigate the relations between environmental pollution and the health of residents near large industrial complexes since 2004. This study analyzes the $O_3,\;NO_2,\;SO_2,\;CO\;and\;PM_{10}$ concentration in Chungju from 2002 to 2006. Air pollutants are closely related to the number of manufacturing facilities and cars, energy utilization and weather conditions. Generally, the diurnal concentration of air pollutants in Chungju reached the highest level in the morning (about$08:00{\sim}$) and early evening (about$19:00{\sim}$). On the other hand, the diurnal concentration of ozone as recorded gives the highest amount in late afternoon (about$16:00{\sim}$) and lowest in early morning (about$08:00{\sim}$). The concentration of air pollutants in Chungju was highest from winter to spring and lowest during the summer season. On the other hand, the monthly variation of ozone concentration was greatest in June and smallest in December. Also the, $PM_{10}$ concentration posted the highest record in April and the lowest during September. In general, this study analyzed air pollution changes in Chungju as well as in large scale industrial complex regions within Korea such as Ulsan, Pohang, Kwangyang, Sihwa Panwol and Gangneung in Korea. We compared the air quality of Chungju with those of these cites and found that air pollutants except for CO in Chungju was generally lower than large industrial complex regions.

Intracranial giant aneurysms have been known to cause clinical signs and symptoms, either by rupture, compression of surrounding structures, repeated minor leakage, or cerebral ischemia due to thromboembolism. A giant aneurysm which manifests only a seizure disorder comprises relatively few contributions. The authors present a case of a giant, unruptured aneurysm solely presenting with generalized tonic-clonic type seizure in a 43-year-old man. Brain computed tomogram(CT) and 3-D CT angiogram demonstrated a huge calcified aneurysm at the bifurcation of right middle cerebral artery. Complete neck clipping and aneurysmectomy followed by uneventful neurologic recovery.

The Neospora sp. was isolated from the brain of 1 calf via continuous in vitro cultivation in Vero cell. Neospora tachyzoites were observed 45 days after inoculation of the homogenized brain suspension into the Vero cell. The isolated parasite (named tentatively as NCKB-1) was morphologically and ultrastructurally similar to the previously reported Neospora sp isolated in cattle (BPA-1, JPA-1). A comparison of the antigenic reactivity of cultivated tachyzoites with polyclonal antisera to Neospora caninum and Toxoplasma gondii confirmed that this protozoal isolate was similar to N caninum. This is the first report of successful isolation of Neospora sp from cattle in Korea.
Effects of Acupotomy Treatment on Relapsed Lateral Malleolar Bursitis: A Case Report

Objectives : This study details on a case of acupotomy for relapsed lateral malleolar bursitis. Methods : A 71-year-old woman with lateral malleolar bursitis was treated with acupotomy twice in an outpatient setting. A sterilized, disposable, blade width 0.5 mm × needle length 50 mm sized acupotomy was administered on GB40 and BL62 on each visit. Pain intensity assessment using Numeric Rating Scale (NRS) and the response evaluation criteria was conducted right after each treatment. Results : Pain on NRS declined from 5 to less than 1 after twice of acupotomy treatment. This result was regarded as 'Complete Response' using the response evaluation criteria. There were no side effects during whole treatment procedure at all. Conclusions : It is turned out that acupotomy can have a positive clinical effect on lateral malleolar bursitis in this case without any adverse effect. Further controlled studies on acupotomy for lateral malleolar bursitis are required for clinical application.

In a graph G=(V, E) with n vertices, there is an unique box which is finally laid on each vertex. Thus each vertex and box is both numbered from 1 to n and the box i should be laid on the vertex i. But, the box ${\pi}$(i) is initially located on the vertex i according to a permutation ${\pi}$. In each step, the robot can walk along an edge of G and can carry at most one box at a time. Also when arriving at a vertex, the robot can swap the box placed there with the box it is carrying. The problem is to minimize the total step so that every vertex has its own box, that is, the shuffled boxes are sorted. In this paper, we shall find an upper bound of the minimum number of steps and show that the movement of the robot is found in $O(n^2)$ time when G is a cycle.

Phone camera lens module is assembled with a barrel, multiple lenses, multiple spacers and a shield. The major processes of manufacturing system are injection molding, coating and assembly processes, and each process has multiple machines. In this paper, we introduce a scheduler based on simulation model which can be used for frequent rescheduling problem caused by urgent orders, breaking down of molds and failures of machines. The scheduling algorithm uses heuristic Backward-Forward method, and the objective is to minimize the number of tardy orders.
망막밑종괴로 오인하였던 결절맥락막혈관병증에 의한 망막밑혈종 1예

Purpose: To report a case of subretinal hematoma secondary to polypoidal choroidal vasculopathy (PCV) misunderstood as a subretinal mass. Case summary: A 73-year-old man with no specific medical history visited our clinic with decreased vision in the right eye. Slit-lamp examination revealed no specific findings for the anterior segment of the right eye. Upon fundus examination, an elevated macular lesion with some subretinal hemorrhages was observed, and a subretinal mass lesion was found on ultrasonography. After performing fluorescein angiography, indocyanine green angiography, and magnetic resonance imaging, we presumed that this lesion was a subretinal hematoma or ocular tumor and recommended observation. One month later, the subretinal mass had decreased in size. One year later, PCV with large retinal pigment epithelial detachment (RPED) was observed. After the intravitreal bevacizumab injection, RPED and macular edema were improved. Conclusions: We confirmed PCV with a subretinal hematoma and large RPED which seemed to be a subretinal mass and was difficult to differentiate from ocular tumors.
