        2층 대칭 나선형 인덕터에 대한 주파수 특성 연구

        In the case of a general spiral inductor, the orientation of the port is affected as it has an asymmetric structure. In this paper, double-layer spiral inductor that can have a symmetrical structure is proposed, and the simulation and frequency characteristics are analyzed. Compared to the conventional single-layer symmetrical inductor having an inductance of 3.9~4.2nH, the proposed double-layer symmetric spiral inductor has an inductance of 11~12nH in 0.3~1.2GHz frequency range, a quality factor of about 4.4 in 800MHz, and a self-resonant frequency of about 2.7~2.8GHz without changing the port. Compared to the general spiral inductor having a large difference depending on the port, it was confirmed that the influence on the port direction was small.

        크기에 따른 솔레노이드 형태 RF 칩 인덕터의 주파수 특성 연구

        본 논문에서는 저손실 ${Al_2}{O_3}$ 코아 물질을 이용한 초소형 고성능 솔레노이드 형태 RF 칩 인덕터에 대하여 연구하였다. 본 논문에서 제작된 칩 인덕터의 크기는 $0.86{\times}0.46{\times}0.45m^3$, $1.5{\times}1.0{\times}0.7m^3$, $2.1{\times}1.5{\times}1.0m^3$와 $2.4{\times}2.0{\times}1.4m^3$으로 하였고, 코일은 $27{\sim}40{\mu}m$의 구리선을 사용하였다. 개발된 인덕터의 인덕턴스, 품질계수, 임피던스의 고주파수 특성은 HP16193A test fixture가 장착된 RF Impedance/Material Analyzer(HP4291B)를 이용하여 측정되었다. 7회 권선된 인덕터들은 13${\sim}$100nH의 인덕턴스와 6.4${\sim}$1.1GHz의 자기공진주파수를 가진다. 인덕터들의 자기공진주파수는 인덕턴스가 증가함에 따라 감소하고, 인덕터들의 직접쓰기는 300MHz${\sim}$1.3GHz의 주파수 범위에서 50${\sim}$80을 가진다. 본 연구에서는 높은 인덕턴스와 높은 직접쓰기를 갖는 초소형 솔레노이드 형태 RF 칩 인덕터가 성공적으로 제작되었다. In this work, small-size, high-performance solenoid-type RF chip inductors utilizing a low-loss ${Al_2}{O_3}$ core material were investigated. The size of the chip inductors fabricated in this work were $0.86{\times}0.46{\times}0.45m^3$, $1.5{\times}1.0{\times}0.7m^3$, $2.1{\times}1.5{\times}1.0m^3$, and $2.4{\times}2.0{\times}1.4m^3$ and copper (Cu) wire with $27{\sim}40{\mu}m$ diameter was used as the coils. High frequency characteristics of the inductance, quality factor, and impedance of developed inductors were measured using an RF Impedance/Material Analyzer (HP4291B with HP16193A test fixture). It was observed that the developed inductors with the number of turns of 7 have the inductance of 13 to 100nH and exhibit the self-resonant frequency (SRF) of 6.4 to 1.1GHz. The SRF of inductors decreases with increasing the inductance and the inductors have the quality factor of 50 to 80 in the frequency range of 300MHz to 1.3GHz. In this study, small-size solenoid-type RF chip inductors with high inductance and high quality factor were fabricated successfully.

        System B<sup>TM</sup>를 이용한 열가압 충전시의 치주인대내에 미치는 영향

        Thermocondensation root canal filling technique have been used to fill accessary canals or to obtain homogeneous root caral fillings. But these thermocondensation technique inevitably produce heat in the canal which can be transmitted through the dentin and cementum and consequently damage periodontal ligamental cells and osteoblasts. In this study, System $B^{TM}$(Analytic technology, WA.D.S.A.) was used to evaluate the reaction of periodontal ligament tissue to "Continous Wave condensation technique" introduced by Buchanan, and the transmitted root surface temperature was measured according to measured root thicknesses. 12 Mandibular incisors of two adult dogs were used for the experiment. 6 controls were filled by lateral condensation technique with sealer.3 specimens were apically filled by Continuous Wave technique at $200^{\circ}C$ for 5 seconds and remaining 3 specimens were additionally backfilled using System $B^{TM}$(Analytic technology, WA.D.S.A.) was used to evaluate the reaction of periodontal ligament tissue to "Continous Wave condensation technique" introduced by Buchanan, and the transmitted root surface temperature was measured according to measured root thicknesses. 12 Mandibular incisors of two adult dogs were used for the experiment. 6 controls were filled by lateral condensation technique with sealer.3 specimens were apically filled by Continuous Wave technique at $200^{\circ}C$ for 5 seconds and remaining 3 specimens were additionally backfilled using System $B^{TM}$ at $100^{\circ}C$ for 20 seconds. Six weeks later, the dogs were sacrificed and the teeth stained with Hematoxylin and Eosin for histologic examination. 6 extracted human teeth were used to measure the transmitted temperature. After cutting off the crown, the canals were prepared and divided into 3 groups with root thickness of 1.5mm, 1.0mm, 0.5mm, 2 teeth in each group. Inside each root canal, System $B^{TM}$ was heated as with the temperature for the apically condensed and the back filled group, and the transmitted heat was measured on the external surface of the root. The temperature of System $B^{TM}$ heat spreader at $200^{\circ}C$ and $100^{\circ}C$ was also measured at root temperature. It can be concluded as follows: 1. In the thin area (200-$250{\mu}m$) of the root, root resorption could be seen even with heating at $200^{\circ}C$ for 5 seconds. 2. When the spreader was heated at $200^{\circ}C$ for 5 seconds and additionally at $100^{\circ}C$ for 20 seconds for backfill, all teeth showed root resorption regardless of their root thickness. 3. The transmitted external root surface temperature was higher as the root thickness decreased and as the heating time increased. In the thermocompaction technique using System $B^{TM}$, the spreader should be heated for the minimal time and used only in the apical area. The heated spreader shouldn't inserted to the binding point of the canal and backfilling should be done with other means of minimally heated gutta percha technique.

        건설기술개발 촉진과 연계된 제도분석 연구 - PQ 기술개발평가항목과 특허출원추이와의 비교분석을 중심으로 -

        국내에서 건설기술경쟁력 제고를 위하여 기술개발에 대한관심이 높아지고 있으며, 이러한 관심과 더불어 공공과 민간에서 기술개발투자 확대를 위한 다양한 노력을 하고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 국가적인 차원에서 건설기술개발 촉진을 유도하기 위한 여러 가지 제도 가운데 PQ제도의 기술력 평가항목에 대한 분석을 수행하였으며, 이와 함께 PQ제도 이후의 특허출원 추이에 대한 다각적인 분석을 통한 PQ제도와 특허출원간의 상관관계를 파악하고자 수행하였다. 또한 향후 제도적 판단근거로의 사용과 건설업체들의 특허 및 실용신안 출원과 등록향상을 위해 현재 PQ제도와 기술개발의 제도적, 기능적 문제점분석을 토대로 지원방안 모색과 특히 특허 및 실용신안의 활용도를 높이기 위한 시사점을 도출하는데 그 주안점을 두었다. 이를 위해 국내 PQ제도의 기술평가항목 중 신기술과 특허에 대한 기술가점의 변화에 대한 추이분석을 수행하였으며, 국내 건설업체들의 특히 및 실용신안의 출원과 등록실태를 건설업체들의 특성별, 규모별로 구분하여 분석하였다. 이렇게 분석된 내용을 토대로 제도변화 추세에 따른 건설업체들의 기술개발 실태를 비교 분석하여 기술개발 및 활용상의 제도적, 기능적 문제점 분석을 통해 이에 따른 시사점을 도출하였다. The recent stagnation of construction market draw more attention to construction technology development which is believed to be playing a important role in increasing the competitiveness of the construction industry. Thus, increasing pressures has been on the government playing a catalytic role of strengthen technology competitiveness. Hereupon, this study analyzed technology skill evaluation items of the Pre-Qualification system to facilitate construction technology development at the national level and tried to show the correlation between the PQ system and patent application through multilateral analysis of patent applications. Analysis results are intended to provide basic reference in decision-making process related to governmental regulation improvement especially on the PQ system. This research also attempted to draw implications to increase the use of technology related regulations such as patent & utility model based on PQ system analysis results. To do so, a comprehensive trend Analysis on the PQ system has been conducted from the view points of construction technology. Similar analysis has been done with the patent system & Utility model system. Based on Analysis result, implications of regulation improvements was outlined to promote construction technology development, due to eventually increase the competitiveness of Korean construction industry.

      • 과제 지향적 기능 훈련이 뇌졸중 환자의 균형에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the balance of stroke patient appling Task-Oriented Functional training program. Sixteen subjects were recruited from KeiMyung university Dongsan Medical Center inpatient satisfying requirement for this study. They were divided into Task-Oriented Functional training group and Conventional therapy group. They were measured by Sensory organization test and Motor control test items using EquiTest Version 8.0 machine before and after the test. The result of this study were to follow: 1. In Sensory organization test, there were no significant differences in static eguibrium score in both groups(p<.05). 2. In Sensory organization test, there were significant differences in dynamic eguibrium score in both groups(p<.05). 3. In Motor control test, there were significant differences in both groups(p<.05). 4. In exercise group, there were no significant differences in static Sensory organization test(p<.05). 5. In exercise group, there were significant differences in dynamic Sensory organization test(p<.05). 6. In exercise group, there were significant differences in Motor control test(p<.05). 7. In control group, there were no significant differences in static Sensory organization test(p<.05). 8. In control group, there were no significant differences in dynamic Sensory organization test(p<.05). 9. In control group, there were no significant differences in Motor control test(p<.05).

        마이카 커패시터 설계를 위한 최적 파라미터 추출 프로그램 개발

        본 논문에서는 부분방전 시스템 응용을 위한 특 고압 80 pF (17kV AC) 마이카 커패시터를 연구하였다. 그리고 커패시터를 설계하기 위한 프로그램이 직병렬 파라미터를 추출하도록 개발되었다. 마이카는 커패시터의 유전체로 사용되었다. 30mm$\times$35mm 크키의 50$\mu$m 두께 마이카 시트가 병렬 커패시터 요소를 형성하도록 연박과 사용되었다. 20개의 마이카 시트는 커패시터의 요구에 맞추어 병렬 커패시터 요소의 직렬 스택을 형성하도록 연박으로 분리되었다. 17kV AC에 대한 제작된 80pF 커패시터의 크기는 90mm$\times$90mm이다. 제작된 커패시터에 대한 커패시턴스(C)와 손실률(D)의 고주파수 특성은 커패시턴스 메타를 사용하여 측정되었다. 제작된 커패시터는 150kHz$\sim$50MHz 주파수 범위에서 79.5pF의 커패시턴스와 0.001%의 손실률을 갖고, 65MHz에서 자기공진주파수를 가진다. In this study, ultra high-voltage (170kV AC), reliable 80pF mica capacitors for partial discharge system application were investigated. For capacitors design, Program was developed to sampling of series and parallel parameters. Mica was used as the dielectric of the capacitors. Using the conservative design rule, over 3 individual 50$\mu$m thick mica sheets with a size of 30mm$\times$35mm were used with lead foils to form a parallel capacitor element and 20 mica sheets were interleaved with lead foils to form a series stack of parallel capacitor element to meet the requirements of the capacitors. The dimension of the fabricated 80pF capacitor for 17kV AC were 90mm$\times$90mm. The high-frequency characteristics of the capacitance (C) and dissipation factor (D) of the developed capacitors were measured using a capacitance meter. The developed capacitor exhibited C of 79.5pF, had D of 0.001% over the frequency ranges of 150kHz to 50MHz, had a self-resonant frequency of 65MHz.

        LAM 공정을 위한 Underpass를 갖지 않는 나선형 박막 인덕터의 주파수 특성

        본 논문에서 기존 반도체공정들이 갖는 리소그래피와 식각 등의 공정단계를 배제하는 direct-write 공정과 LAM(Laser Ablation of Microparticles) 공정을 이용하여 친환경적인 이점을 가질 수 있는 나선형 인덕터의 구조를 제안하고 주파수 특성을 확인하였다. 인덕터의 구조는 Si를 540${\mu}m$, $SiO_2$를 3${\mu}m$으로 하였으며, Cu 코일의 폭과 선간의 간격은 LAM 공정과 direct-write 공정을 이용할 수 있도록 각각 30${\mu}m$으로 설정하여 2회 권선하였다. 나선형 박막 인덕터의 성능을 나타내는 인덕턴스, quality-factor, SRF에 대한 주파수 특성을 HFSS로 시뮬레이션 하였다. Underpass와 via가 제거된 인덕터는 300-800MHz 범위에서 1.11nH의 인덕턴스, 5GHz에서 최대 38 정도의 품질계수를 가지며, SRF는 18GHz로 시뮬레이션 결과를 얻었다. 반면에 underpass와 via를 가지는 일반적인 인덕터는 300-800MHz 범위에서 1.12nH의 인덕턴스, 5GHz에서 최대 35 정도의 품질계수를 가지며, SRF는 16GHz로 시뮬레이션 결과를 얻을 수 있었다. In this study, we propose that the structures of spiral inductors have the environment advantage utilizing direct-write and LAM(Laser Ablation of Microparticles) processes without process step of lithography and etching etc. of existing semiconductor process. The structures of inductors have Si thickness of 540${\mu}m$, $SiO_2$ thickness of 3${\mu}m$. The width of Cu coils and the space between segments have 30${\mu}m$, respectively, using for direct-write and LAM processes. The performance of spiral planar inductors was simulated to frequency characteristics for inductance, quality-factor, SRF(Self- Resonance Frequency) using HFSS. The inductors without underpass and via have inductance of 1.11nH over the frequency range of 300 to 800 MHz, quality-factor of maximum 38 at 5 GHz, SRF of 18 GHz. Otherwise, inductors with underpass and via have inductance of 1.12nH over the frequency range of 300 to 800 MHz, quality-factor of maximum 35 at 5 GHz, SRF of 16 GHz.

        BPMN 모델링 방식을 활용한 도시환경정비사업 업무프로세스 모델

        From 2000s, the development to improve space use of urban area has been requested because of unorganized urban development in 1960~70s. For this reason Urban Redevelopment projects have been changed to urban regeneration project based on the renewed law. Recent urban regeneration Projects are bigger and more complex than ever. These kinds of projects need good communication between projects stakeholders, however there are problems in processing project for the lack of standardized business process. The purpose of this study is to provide common business process of urban regeneration projects for stakeholders to improve understanding project business process through analyzing association way of urban regeneration project and modeling business process by BPMN (Business Process Modeling Notation) method. And also it is expected to improve communication between stakeholders and to shorten project time through prompting project participation with the proposed business process. 1960~70년대 도시의 무분별한 개발로 2000년대에 들어 도심은 공간 활용을 높이는 개발이 필요로 하게 되었다. 이에 2003년 도시 및 주거환경정비법이 개정되어 이전의 도심재개발사업 등이 도시환경정비사업으로 바뀌어 진행 되고 있다. 최근의 도시환경정비사업은 대형화 복합화의 대규모 사업으로 진행되고 있다. 이러한 사업은 다양한 참여 주제자, 이해관계자, 사업시행자 등 사이의 원활한 의사소통을 중요시 하고 있으나 표준화된 업무 절차가 없어 어려움이 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 도시환경정비사업 중에 조합방식의 절치를 분석하고, BPMN(Business Process Modeling Notation) 모델링 방식을 통해 도식화하여 다양한 참여 주체자들에게 공통의 업무프로세스 모델을 제시함으로써 참여 주체자들이 절차를 쉽게 파악하고 이해할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다. 더 나아가 의사소통을 원활하게 하고 사업의 참여도를 높여 사업 기간을 단축하는 효과를 얻을 수 있을 것이다.
