Terms desired of optimum air filter prevents wear of engine cylinder, and makes ventilating resistance low and improves engine output and secures inhalation of air performance heightening collector efficiency and particulate matter collection amount that is particle exclusion ability of inhalation air. It can be said that Sealing of air filter itself is very important to secure this air filter performance. Because structured itself is large size and engine capacity is big meantime commercial car occasion, used making air filter structure steel cap, but all internal and external import vehicles have made by Urethan filter change into trend that Europe and Japanese occasion have used Urethan recently. Kind is divided by hard urethane 2 kinds if do top and bottom soft property Urethan, top side soft property Urethan. If top and bottom soft property Urethan and top side do soft Urethan, rigid expanded urethane (rubber Type D50 ~ more than 60) has various controversial point. In this research, to heighten several problem improvements and Sealing efficiency lower part uses hard urethane and upper part to hard urethane NBR (rubber mouldings) new technical development that make filter that can be strong and gets duplex Sealing effect because is arrived safe to Mold in the advance and to promulgate rigid expanded urethane do and does so that do solidification target.

Extruders can be basically divided into bisk and screw type of extruders. Though plastic extruders are often used for its simplicity for water and oil transportation pumps, these days screw extruders are mostly used. Screws are used in many extrusion processes to manufacture complex and complicated shaped parts made of plastics, medicine materials, food, polymer composites, iron and ceramic powders, etc. Also, material correction of deformities is caused by flow and physicochemical reaction phenomenonand material extrusion is processed according to heat transfer. various material comes to hopper because extruder has function by blender and mixing of materials can go well before come out through dice. These change process is so complicated that process condition is decided by trial and error that process condition is underground mainly at extrusion molding process.

The NAUT(Non-contact Air coupled Ultrasonic Testing) technique allows non-contact ultrasonic testing in air. If the NAUT technique can be applied, not only ultrasonic testing in air with no couplant would be possible, but also the stable transmission and reception of ultrasonic waves, which would thus enable ultrasonic testing of hot or cold materials, or rough surfaces of specimens that could not be tested with conventional-contact ultrasonic testing techniques. By trying NAUT for Brake lining pad specimens, the applicability of NAUT in these areas was observed, and the results from the waveforms of parts of the specimens were analyzed. For the Brake lining pad specimen, the ultrasonic transmittance was highest at the part, regardless of the thickness and location of the specimen. These findings confirmed the practicality of NAUT.

As high efficiency filter element development, at filter paper pleated type process that is using present plup, cotton, poyester, fiber etc. because do carbing precisely pore-size filter that secures microscopic header and shortens thickness of product and minimises pressure of flux develop .And, we wish to produce environment friendly Filter for improvement of recycling and environment. also We wish to develop as could recycle material retiring whole provisions because existing filter paper is short life and is abolished after one time use.

The ultra-precision products which recently experienced high in demands had included the large areas of most updated technologies, for example, the semiconductor, the computer, the aerospace, the media information, the precision machining. For early 21st century, it was expected that the ultra-precision technologies would be distributed more throughout the market and required securing more nation-wise advancements. Furthermore, there seemed to be increasing in demand of the single crystal diamond tool which was capable of the ultra-precision machining for parts requiring a high degree of complicated details which were more than just simple wrapping and policing. Moreover, the highest degree of precision is currently at 50 ㎚ for some precision parts but not in all. The machining system and technology should be at very high performed level in order to accomplish this degree of the ultra-precision.

Performance test of servo control system that is used ultra-precision positioning system with single plane X-Y stage is performed by simulation with Matlab. Analyzed for previous control algorithm and adapted for modem control theory, dual servo algorithm is developed by minimum order observer, and stability and priority on controller are secured. Through the simulation and experiments on ultra precision positioning, stability and priority on ultra-precision positioning system with single plane X-Y stage and control algorithm are secured by using Matlab with Simulink and ControlDesk made in dSPACE.
