LSM과 YSZ의 분말크기 및 분말크기비가 SOFC의 양극특성에 미치는 영향

The LSM-YSZ composite electrode as a mixture of LSM and YSZ shows percolation characteristics. It was identified that the polarization resistance of LSM-YSZ composite electrode depend on YSZ connectivity by changing powder size ratio of the DLSM/DYSZ. That is, YSZ in composite electrode showed low electrochemical activity without YSZ connectivity. However, the polarization resistance decreased abruptly with YSZ connectivity due to high electrochemical activity of YSZ in composite electrode. Because the amount of three phase boundary is dependent on LSM and YSZ particle size, the polarization resistance of cathode decreases as LSM and YSZ particle size decreases.

During refueling Outage, In-service inspections(ISIs) for the Nuclear Power Plant components are mandatory requirement in accordance with ASME Code Sec. XI. Especially, in current ultrasonic testing is one of the most important NDT techniques that are used for volumetric examination methods for nuclear power plant components, and accurate sizing of flaw indication by UT is essential to assure the integrity of the components. However, ASME code specifies minimum requirement for vessel examination procedure, and so far many different flaw sizing approaches have been tried to apply. Through the Round Robin Test(RRT), the accuracy of ultrasonic flaw sizing using DAC techniques was measured with the mock-ups simulating typical pressure vessel welds. These mock-ups contain artificially introduced flaws of known size and location. This paper shows experimental comparison data on the accuracy of techniques using such as 6dB drop, 50%DAC, 20%DAC and 20%DAC with beam spread correction, and also shows that diverse DAC techniques can be effectively applied to the assessment of the flaw sizing for pressure vessel welds in the stage of welding and fabrication.
미만성 특발성 골격 과골증 환자에서 척추 유합술 후 발생한 후만 변형 - 증례 보고 -

Study Design: Case report. Objectives: To report a case of progressive kyphotic deformity after spinal fusion in a patient with diffuse idiopathic skeletal hyperostosis (DISH). Summary of Literature Review: DISH is characterized by spinal and peripheral enthesopathy, and is a completely different disease from ankylosing spondylitis (AS). Though DISH can be associated with thoracic kyphosis, no reports have described a progressive thoracolumbar kyphotic deformity after spinal fusion surgery in a DISH patient. Materials and Methods: A 47-year-old male presented with pain in the thoracolumbar region. After excluding the possibility of AS and confirming the diagnosis of DISH, we performed spinal fusion for the treatment of a T11-T12 flexion-distraction injury. The kyphotic deformity was found to be aggravated after the first operation, and we then performed corrective osteotomy and additional spinal fusion. Results: The kyphotic deformity of the patient was corrected after the second operation. Conclusions: In DISH patients in whom AS must be excluded in the differential diagnosis, a kyphotic deformity can become aggravated despite spinal fusion surgery, so regular and continuous follow-up is required. 연구 계획: 증례 보고목적: 강직성 척추염과 감별을 요하는 미만성 특발성 골격 과골증 환자에서 골절로 인한 척추 유합술 후 진행하는 척추 후만 변형 1예를 경험하였기에 문헌 고찰과 함께 보고하고자 한다. 선행 문헌의 요약: 미만성 특발성 골격 과골증은 주로 인대 및 골부착부의 석회화 및 골화를 특징으로 하는 질병으로 강직성 척추염과 유사하나 두 질환은 근본적으로 다르다. 미만성 특발성 골격 과골증은 척추 후만증과 관련되어 있으나 골절로 인해 시행한 척추 유합술 후 흉추부의 진행하는 척추 후만변형을 보고한 사례는 없다. 대상 및 방법: 47세 남성이 흉요추부 동통으로 내원하였다. 강직성 척추염의 가능성을 배제하고 미만성 특발성 골격 과골증을 진단하였으며 제 11-12흉추간의 굴곡-신연 손상을 진단한 후 척추 유합술을 시행하였다. 이 후 척추 후만 변형이 진행되어 기존 삽입물을 제거한 뒤 절골술 및 척추 유합술을 시행하였다. 결과: 수술 후 후만 척추 변형은 교정되었고 외래 추시 중이다. 결론: 미만성 특발성 골격 과골증은 강직성 척추염과의 감별을 요하고 골절에 취약하며 척추 유합술 후에도 척추 후만 변형이 진행될 수 있으므로 지속적인 추적 관찰이 필요하다. 약칭 제목: 미만성 특발성 골격 과골증에서 척추 유합술 후 발생한 후만 변형
