        In this paper, we proposed a total information system model for cheju farming industv. The purpose of the model is to provide the useful informations and services about cheju farmings. For this purpose, we analized the various types of the cheju farming system. And analized the distribution channels of the agricultural products. And surveyed the kind of agricultural informations needed for the peasants. Using the surveyed data, we designed a computer information system moodel which is conceptually attached on the ISDN.

        The purpose of this paper is to study on the flexible manufacturing cell system layout. A definition of MS (Flexible manufacturing system) has not been necessarily clarified yet. On the basis of market oriented prouction. FMS can be described as follows. The ultimate objective of applying FMS is to provide a manufacturing system which may flexibly respond to changes in market. Therefore, for the sake of this purpose, the problems of parts family and machine tool group are most important. The system layout making use of multivariate analysis was obtained and the program solving the multivariate analysis was developed. The result in this paper proved that it was possible to use multivariate analysis only if we could get parts numbers, production time and machine tool sequence.

      • 생산셀 설계와 셀 배치계획을 위한 계층적 접근

        This paper is a hierarchical approach for manufacturing cell design and cell layout planning in flexible manufacturing environments. To solve this problem, the proposed model incorporates relevant anufacturing factors such as workload and cell size. Based on those information, to form the manufacturing cell, correlation similarity coefficient(CSC) between machines are calculated and a pair of machines that has the highest value of CSC is assigned to a machine cell. Repeat the above steps until the adequate manufacturing cells are obtained. Because the obtained cellular structure for the manufacturing system design in the previous stage does not give the layout of the cells on the site directly, it is important to determine the adequate cell layout. For the cell layout planning, the adjacent relationship among cells are determined on the basis of the degree of interference among cells which is evaluated by the volume of the intercellular movements among cells. The relationship obtained by this procedure determines the configuration of the cell layout. Finally, a system is developed to increase the efficiency of a proposed model. The proposed model and system are illustrated by a numerical example.

        The output from the video codec, such as MPEG or H.261, consist of macroblocks into ATM cells, when depend on whether or not part of an uncompleted macroblock may be carried over to the next cell. These are the loose and close packing. In this paper, two methods are compare and their efficiency is analysis and we analysed priority control mechanism to achieve the cell loss rate the cell loss rate requirement and the delay requirement of each service class in ATM switch with output buffer. The service classes of our concern are the high time priority class and the high loss priority class

      • 셀 패킹이 MPEG 비디오의 화질에 미치는 영향

        In ATM-based B-ISDN, the traffic characteristics for the video signal are quite different from those of the data andor voice. Serious problems of the quality of picture is brought due to a little cell loss. The output bits stream of MPEG encoder consists of macroblocks of different lengths. In this paper, we analyze packing methods of these macroblocks into ATM cell. Two kinds of packing approach, which are loosely and closely packing, to pack the video signal to ATM cell are considered. Loosely packing increases traffic in the networks. But it is shown that while due to cell loss for high speed video service loosely packed cell is robust in quality than closely one. We prove these theoretical approach and simulation results for real MPEG video.

        1.단순한 수직경사각 (α) 공구경사각(i)를 가지는 工具에 대해 nose radius가 없이 옆 날각(Cs),상면경사각(αb),옆날각??를 가진 공구를 Usui의 double cutting edge의 모델에 적용시킬 수가 있다. 2.二次元 切削實驗data를 가지고 최소자승법을 使用하여 최적화 알고리즘을 開發하 고 三次元 切削實驗 結果를 理論的으로 구할 때 부프로그램으로 적용가능성을 나타내었다. 3. 二次元 切削實驗 결과만 주어진다면 에너지 방법과 Stable가 제안한 ??를 代入하여 正確히 三次元 切削力을 理論的으로 豫測할 수가 있다 The purpose of this paper is to predict the cutting force, utilizing new model of double cutting edge which have normal rake angle and tool inclination angle. Changing side and back rake angle, side cutting edge angle in the new model,I obtained three dimensional cutting force by making use of ??=i proposed by stabler and energy method to obtain the three dimensinal cutting force. I calculated theoritcal results with development of optimization algorism which can be put into three dimentional theory, using the method of least square with orthogonal cutting data. The experimental and theoritical results in this paper is proved that it is possible to predict cutting force only if we could get the orthogonal cutting data.

      • Evolutionary Programming for Designing Independent Cells

        본 본문에서는 독립셀 설계를 하나의 0-1 Integer Programming 모델이 개발되었다. 모델은 대안적인 공정계획과 중복설계, 공정시간, 그리고 가용능력등과 같은 현실적인 관련 파라메터들을 고려하여 설계되었다. 그리고 이 모델의 해결을 위해 유전알고리즘에 기초한 진화적 해결방법을 제시하였다. 이 방법은 기존의 방법에 비하여 빠른 시간내에 최적해를 구하였으며, 대규모의 문제에 대하여 효율적으로 적용 가능하였다. In this paper, an evolutionary programming approach is proposed for the designing independent cells in cellular manufacturing with alternative process plans and machine duplication consideration. Several manufacturing parameters such as production volume, machine capacity, processing time, number of cells and cell size are considered in the process. The model is formulated as a 0-1 integer programming and solved using genetic algorithm. It determines the machine cells, part families and process plan for each part simultaneously.

      • Sinc 기저함수를 이용한 CGFFT의 수렴률 개선

        The current induced on a perfectly conducting strip excited by incident fields which are transverse magnetic (TM) wave or transverse electric (TE) wave to the strip axis are solved by three methods. The one is analytic and the others are numerical methodd; SIT (Spectral Iteration Technique), CGFFT (Conjugate Gradient Fast Fourier Transform). It is estimated accuracy of current values, as that are compared results of the analytic method with that of the numerical methods. The procedure involves the incorporation of subdmain basis functions associated with the current representation of a conducting strip. It is shown that significant improvements are achieved in the convergences of the CGFFT method when using sinc basis functions.
