덧셈꼴 일차 이동 평균 잡음이 충격성일 때, 가장 비슷함 검파기와 준최적 가장 비슷함 검파기의 결정영역을 얻는다. 가장 비슷함 검파기와 준최적 가장 비슷함 검파기를 쌍극 신호 시스템에 적용하여 비트 오류율 성능을 견준다. 준최적 가장 비슷함 검파기는 가장 비슷함 검파기보다 덜 복잡하고 얼개도 간단하지만 성능은 거의 같다는 것을 보인다. 한편, 잡음 충격성이 심해질수록 일차 이동 평균 잡음에 알맞게 설계한 검파기와 독립이고 분포가 같은 잡음에 알맞게 설계한 검파기의 성능 차이가 커진다는 것도 보인다. We derive decision regions of the maximum likelihood(ML) and suboptimum ML(S-ML) detectors in the first order moving average(FOMA) of an impulsive process. The ML and S-ML detectors are compared in terms of the bit-error-rate in the antipodal signaling system. Numerical results show that the S-ML detector, despite its reduced complexity and simpler structure, exhibits practically the same performance as the optimum ML detector. It is also shown that the performance gap between detectors for FOMA and independent and identically distributed noise becomes larger as the degree of noise impulsiveness increases.
사체를 이용한 원회내근의 침 근전도 방법 간의 유용성 비교

Objective: To compare electromyography needle insertion sites to the pronator teres and identify the safe needle location to minimize neurovascular injury. Methods: Twenty-nine upper limbs of 19 adult cadavers were dissected. The total length of pronator teres (PT) and the angle between elbow crease and the lateral border of pronator teres were measured. Needle insertion sites were at 2.5 cm distally from the cross-point of elbow crease and pronator teres (M1), at two finger breadths distal to the midpoint of a line connecting the medial epicondyle and biceps tendon (M2), and 5cm distal to the midpoint of elbow crease (M3). Distances from the humeral origin of the pronator teres to M1, M2, and M3, and distances from the humeral origin of the pronator teres to brachial artery and median nerve were measured. Results: The mean length of the PT was 9.2±1.8 cm and the angle between elbow crease and the lateral border of pronator teres was 63.5±7.7 degrees. The distances from the origin of pronator teres to M1,M2, M3, brachial artery, and median nerve were 3.2±0.7 cm, 3.6±0.5 cm, 5.9±0.7 cm, 4.4±0.6 cm, and 3.6±0.6 cm, respectively. Conclusion: Among the three needle insertion sites, M1 seems to be a safe method to evaluate pronator teres with needle. However, the tip of needle must be directed towards the origin of the pronator teres to avoid incidental injury of neurovascular bundle.

In order to understand flying aircraft, satellite, missile, etc, a telemetry ground system is used to receive, record,and process the transmitted radio signal from vehicles. In some cases, a line-of-sight communication is not possiblealong to the trajectory of vehicles, and multipath fading result in a shade area of communication. A number oftelemetry ground systems are installed to overcome this limitation, and acquire the transmitted signal seamlessly. The telemetry signals received by multiple independent ground systems have independent probability of errors sincethey experienced their own communication channels. In other words, we can exploit the independent errorcharacteristics of received signals by processing them in a hybrid method. The optimum hybrid post-processmethod is proposed in this study, and applied to process telemetry signals acquired from flight tests.
Development of the Solid Target Control System for the RFT-30 Cyclotron

A solid target system typically consists of a solid target, a target cradle, receiving and irradiation stations, and a controller. In order to produce the designated radioisotopes in effective and efficient manners, the solid target requires a relatively high beam current with long irradiation time. In other words, the irradiated target becomes highly radioactive, and must be handled under proper and sufficient shielding conditions. Besides, the control system should be reliable and automated to protect the operator from radiation exposure. A solid target system was developed for the RFT-30 cyclotron in the Korea Atomic Energy Research Institute (KAERI). The target is designed to produce metallic radioisotopes, such as Zn-62, Cu-67, Ge-68, Pd-103, and In-111. The receiving and irradiation stations are installed in the hot cell and target irradiation room, respectively, and the stations are connected with square-type aluminum pipe. The controller of the solid target system was also designed and developed by using a graphical user interface program. In order to confirm the operability of the developed solid target control system, we carried successfully out the simulation tests at not only the computer level but also the real level. The developed system controls target cradle transport, target fastening, vacuum forming, target cooling, and all procedures before, during and after irradiation.

The purpose of this study is to provide the relationship of religion and welfare in the aging death. The problem of death has been interacted with vital energy that contains the slogan of social reform or the symbolic value of life to go beyond the philosophical field through the 20Century. In general, the problem of aged is summarized by poverty, disease, solitude or loss of roles and so on. Especially, the aging death is related the quality of death among the aged problems. The role of religion and welfare have been created a relationship in the aging death. That is, religion has been leaded to save a soul and welfare has been tried to the aged a security of the aging life. The main contents of this study are follows. First, the mutual relationship is suggested with a religious consideration and a practical welfare. Second, a vivid direction of this paper is suggested with the essence of death and dilemma of identity between religion and welfare. Third, this is logically explained with the philosophy of relation that the understanding of life and terminal care attitude, phased mode(Dignity-Relationship-Care) on the based public thinking. This study is on the centered the philosophical problems of death and the human service of the death in the aged, and this study is provided the comparative research of religion and welfare in order to help the activity that included the social role and function of religion.
