금융 서비스 경로에서의 장기거래관계의 결정요인에 관한 연구

Recently. marketing theory and practice have focused persistently on relational exchange. Distribution channels are invaluable as the sources of the customer value and building a stable and long-term relationship between channel members is an important issue in that regard. A long-term relationship doesn't mean a repeat in discrete exchanges. Rather establish it should be based norms and trust between channel members. This study is designed to identify factors affecting the long-term relationship between a bank and its customers in financial service channels. A questionnarie survey of 143 bank customers revealed that trust is influenced by the quality of service, fairness, and morality of bank. And the long-term relationship was found to be affected by trust and other relational variables. Exchange duration and the level of dependence were used as control variables, affecting trust and long-term relationships.

지역문화관광축제로서 PiFan 활성화 방안

본 연구는 국제적 이벤트이자 문화예술축제인 PiFan(부천국제판타스틱영화제)의 의의와 문제점을 고찰한 것이다. PiFan은 부천지역과 국가의 문화예술 수준을 한 단계 더 높이고 예술인재를 배출하는데 많은 기여를 하였다. 그러나 지역주민의 참여도가 낮고 지역축제적인 기능이 다소 낮다고 인식되고 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 PiFan 운영현황 분석을 통해 문화관광축제로서의 활성화 방안을 모색하는데 그 목적을 두었다. PiFan 운영현황 분석을 통해, 조직위원회에게는 전문축제조직으로의 구조개선과 전문인력 확충, 축제프로그램의 다양화, 재원확보를 위한 사업개발, 지역주민 대상의 홍보전략 개발 등의 개선방안을 제시하였다. 또한 지자체에게는 지역 이미지 고양, 문화예술의 발전, 주민의 공동체 의식 향상을 위해 영화제와 타 축제와의 연계, 영화 관련 기반시설의 개발, 영화제 관련 관광상품 개발, 문화관광 기본 인프라 구축 등의 지원이 필요함을 지적하였다. This study intends to show the meaning and the problem of PiFan (The Puchon International Fantastic Festival), which is a great event and a festival for global culture and art. This festival has contributed to improve the cultural and artistic level in Buchon and all around the nation, and produced many men of artistic ability from this event. But it is perceived that this festival has confined itself to the minor participants and has a weak function as regional festival. Therefore, this study is to find the activation plan of PiFan, to amend it and to reconstruct it as a festival of culture and tourism through the analyses about the present condition of the PiFan's management. PiFan's organization committee is required to make up for the weak points in the current system through such plans as the structural improvement, the expansion of experts, the various programs, the security of revenues by new business development and the various public information towards the regional inhabitants. Connected with this conditions, the regional government must enhance the regional characters, develop its culture and art, raise the inhabitants's identities through the connection with other festivals, develop the existed facilities in relation to the festival, produce the items connected with the festival, and construct the infra-system in connection with the cultural tourism.

유통경로내 관계몰입의 결정요인에 관한 연구 : 프라스틱산업을 중심으로

Conventional distribution channels based on arms-length market relationship between manufacturers and distributors often do not provide effective coordination of marketing activities. Distribution channels based on mutual commitment by manufacturers and distributors are becoming a highly significant feature in the organizational landscape. The objective of this study is to examine determinants of working relationship between manufacturers and distributors of the plastic products in Korea. Based on the commitment literature, working relationship is modeled to be affected by six independent variables; idiosyncratic investments, environmental uncertainty, communication level, conflict level, reputation and the manufacturer's perception of the distributor's commitment. Data for this study were collected from a mail survey of 73 plastic manufacturers. Measures of each construct were mostly based on the scales of Anderson and Weitz (1992). The results indicate that working relationship is affected by communication level only. The implications from the results are as follows: First, The working relationship between manufacturers and distributors necessitate two-way exchange communication. Second, The manufacturer's relational commitment decreases as the manufacturer's perception of the conflict, termination in the relationship increase. Through the empirical results are in accordance with the theoretical predictions, a recognized limitation of our analysis is to account directly for any commitment indices.

HIV tat 단백질과 결합하는 RNA의 획득

RNA는 유전물질임과 동시에 기능을 가진 catalytic molecule이다. ribosome, t-RNA 등은 RNA이나 기능을 가지는 안정적 구조를 이루고 있다. RNA는 동시에 in vitro transcription을 통하여 시험관 내에서 효소적으로 합성이 가능한 물질이다. 이에 착안하여 최근 개발 된 SELEX 방법은 시험관 내에서 각종 물질들과 결합하는 RNA를 찾아내는 방법이다. 한편 후천성 면역결핍증의 원인체인 HIV의 tat 단백질은 TAR RNA와 결합하여 수년간의 잠복기에서 바이러스를 활성화 하는 신호작용을 한다. 저자들은 SELEX 방법을 이용하여 tat 단백질에 결합하는 RNA를 확보하였다.

Estimation of tensile strain capacity for thin-walled API X70 pipeline with corrosion defects using the fracture strain criteria

Various tensile strain capacity (TSC) prediction equations have recently been presented by many research organizations such as Pipeline Research Council International and ExxonMobil Corporation. The gas industry uses these equations to determine the allowable strain for the cracked pipe. However, these TSC prediction equations cannot be applied to pipes with other defects such as corrosion or mechanical damage. Corrosion defects are the most common type of defect in actual operating conditions, and thus, they are an essential element for evaluating pipe structural integrity as they are most frequently connected to accidents. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a TSC prediction equation for corroded pipes. In this paper, to propose a new TSC prediction equation for corroded pipes, we conducted parametric finite element (FE) analyses using fracture strain criteria. To determine the appropriate fracture strain criteria, we reviewed several methods to construct the fracture locus. Then, we conducted parametric FE analyses using this fracture locus by considering variables affecting structural integrity, such as corrosion depth, corrosion length, wrap angle, and pressure ratio. Lastly, we presented the TSC prediction equation using these analyses.

LC-MS/MS를 이용한 담배 연기 중 Heterocyclic Amines의 분석

This study was carried out to determine the analytical methods for heterocyclic amines(HAs) of the tobacco smoke by LC/MS/MS. HAs have been found in pyrolysate of protein and cooked food including protein, were known the Sugimura compound. HAs content of the smoke were known to exist very low ppb level. Especially, some of HAs are mutagenic and carcinogenic compounds. In according to IARC, the toxicity of N-heterocyclic amines classified IARC class 2A or 2B group. Precursors of these compounds are glutamic acid, protein and free amino acids including tryptophan, therefore, the precursors have been proved in cooked food continuously. This study was investigate multiple analysis methods for HAs and HAs contents of some commercial products. In this study, we used the linear type smoking machine for HAs analysis. At the ISO conditions, mainstream smoke was collected on cambridge filter pad, and then cambridge filter pad was extracted by 0.1% acetic acid. The extracted solution were passed cation exchange SPE cartridge to remove matrix, samples were analyzed using LC/MS/MS on MRM mode. From the result that optimized this methods, the correlation coefficient(R) of the individual compounds were good linearity over 0.999, recovery rate over 96% and the limit of detection were good values between 0.06 to 0.37 ng/mL, In addition, HAs content of some commercial products were in range of 0.02 to 43.8 ng/cig.

SNS 데이터와 Word2Vec을 이용한 게임 콘텐츠 평가

SNS is useful place for infer evaluation based on user generated feedback regarding various contents.However, SNS data contains many profanity and internet slangs, and wrong grammar. So it makes difficult to understanding and analyze meaning by the computer. In this paper, we collected SNS data for specific game users for 6 months. Then, Word2Vec was used to analyze the meaning of game contents to users. SNS data compares the distance between sentences including CBOW and Skip-gram, and suggests a reasonable machine learning model for SNS data. SNS는 각종 콘텐츠들에 대한 사용자들의 평가가 생성되는 곳으로 평가를 추론하는 데이터로 유용한 곳이다. 그러나 SNS 데이터는 비속어를 비롯해 채팅 용 문장들이 많으며 문법이 정형적이지 않아 기계적으로 의미를 해석하기가 어려움이 있다. 본 논문에서는 특정 게임 사용자들을 대상으로 SNS 데이터를 6개월간 취합하여 Word2Vec을 이용하여 게임 콘텐츠가 사용자들에 가진 의미를 분석하였다. SNS 데이터는 CBOW과 Skip-gram을 비롯하여 문장 간 거리를 비교하였으며 SNS 데이터에 대한 합리적인 기계 학습 모델을 제안한다.
