관광동기와 이미지가 행동의도에 미치는 영향 - 이미지변수의 매개효과를 중심으로 -

In recent literature, most of image studies involve the cognitive images while few deals with the affective images. The aim of this study is to suggest, tourism motivation develops significantly in explaining a substantial value on the visitor’s behavioral intention and how to be frequently affected on the relationships between tourism motivation and behavioral intention by cognitive images and affective images. The results of this research is presented as follows: first The tourism motivation which is composed of multi-variables; sociability, escaping daily life and relaxation, had a significant influence on the cognitive images and the affective images. second the tourism intention had a significant influence on behavioral intention and finally the cognitive images and affective images have a mediating effect partially between tourism motivation and behavioral intention.

RNA는 유전물질임과 동시에 기능을 가진 catalytic molecule이다. ribosome, t-RNA 등은 RNA이나 기능을 가지는 안정적 구조를 이루고 있다. RNA는 동시에 in vitro transcription을 통하여 시험관 내에서 효소적으로 합성이 가능한 물질이다. 이에 착안하여 최근 개발 된 SELEX 방법은 시험관 내에서 각종 물질들과 결합하는 RNA를 찾아내는 방법이다. 한편 후천성 면역결핍증의 원인체인 HIV의 tat 단백질은 TAR RNA와 결합하여 수년간의 잠복기에서 바이러스를 활성화 하는 신호작용을 한다. 저자들은 SELEX 방법을 이용하여 tat 단백질에 결합하는 RNA를 확보하였다.

제품기술 경쟁력에 따라 자민족주의 성향이 제품 평가에 미치는 영향

This study is designed to analyze the effect of ethnocentric tendency on the process of foreign and domestic product purchasing evaluation, based on the level of technological competitiveness of domestic products against foreign products. Microwave ovens, 8mm camcorders, toothbrushes and plastic toys produced in the U.S., Japan, and Korean were examined in this study. These products are found to be relatively well known to consumers. The products can be grouped into two, according to the level of product competitiveness of domestic products. The one includes microwave ovens and toothbrushes, and the other, 8mm camcorders and plastic toys. As for the former group, domestic products have higher competitiveness than foreign products. Reverse is true for the latter. The results of the study are as follows. (1) Ethnocentric tendency has a positive effect on evaluation variables of purchase for domestic products when domestic products have superior competitiveness to foreign ones. However, ethnocentric tendency has a negative effect on evaluation variables of purchase for foreign products. (2) In the case of inferior competitiveness, ethnocentric tendency does not appear to have any significant influence on evaluation processes of purchase for domestic products.

Various tensile strain capacity (TSC) prediction equations have recently been presented by many research organizations such as Pipeline Research Council International and ExxonMobil Corporation. The gas industry uses these equations to determine the allowable strain for the cracked pipe. However, these TSC prediction equations cannot be applied to pipes with other defects such as corrosion or mechanical damage. Corrosion defects are the most common type of defect in actual operating conditions, and thus, they are an essential element for evaluating pipe structural integrity as they are most frequently connected to accidents. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a TSC prediction equation for corroded pipes. In this paper, to propose a new TSC prediction equation for corroded pipes, we conducted parametric finite element (FE) analyses using fracture strain criteria. To determine the appropriate fracture strain criteria, we reviewed several methods to construct the fracture locus. Then, we conducted parametric FE analyses using this fracture locus by considering variables affecting structural integrity, such as corrosion depth, corrosion length, wrap angle, and pressure ratio. Lastly, we presented the TSC prediction equation using these analyses.
