        피톤치드를 함유하고 있는 의류소재가 아토피에 미치는 영향

        In this study, we investigated the effects of phytoncide-containing 100% cotton fabrics on the improvement of atopic dermatitis, through preclinical trials. The finishing agents used for testing were obtained by emulsification (S2), by capsulation (S4) using phytoncide extracted with supercritical $CO_2$, and by capsulation using solvent-extracted phytoncide (S3). The supercritically extracted phytoncide was used for in vitro testing. In the in vitro test, cytotoxicity occurred at the phytoncide concentrations of 0.1% and 0.5% in stained HaCaT cells and at 0.1% concentration in stained Raw 264.7 cells. In the in vivo test, the infiltration of inflammatory cells into skin tissue was significantly reduced in the S3 and S4 groups relative to the positive comparison group (Positive) of atopic dermatitis. Moreover, from results of the western blot and immunohistochemistry assays of tested skin tissue, we were able to confirm a reducing pattern of the markers related to keratogenesis.

        인공신경망을 이용한 직물구김의 평가(I) - CCD 카메라를 이용한 구김 측정 -

        A measurement system using a CCD camera was developed for the objective evaluation of fabric wrinkle recovery. The shape of a fabric wrinkle was characterized by black and white color information or power spectra through the Fast Fourier Transformation. Artificial neural networks with the input patterns designed by two types were used to evaluate the fabric wrinkle objectively. These neural networks were constructed on the basis of Generalized Delta Rule. On the other hand, five human experts determined the subjective rank of fabric wrinkle recovery by AATCC TM/128. Wrinkle recovery rank evaluated by neural networks had a little relation to rank generated by human exports. The effects of fabric color on the rank were also investigated.

        소모 단사직물의 물리적 성질에 관한 연구

        For the development of worsted fabric composed of single yarns, four kinds of single yarn of about 40 Nm were spun using two types of the fibers having the fineness of 19.50 μ and 17.05 μ and two different the number of twist, respectively. Twenty-one worsted fabrics fiber fineness, yarn twist, fabric density and structure having different were prepared from size single yarns. the hand and garment performance of the fabrics were evaluated by KES and FAST system, respectively. The worsted fabrics of will structure had good THV values and were suitable for women's suit. And the fabrics of plain structure were good for women's thin dress. The effect of the fiber fitness on THV was less than the effects of other construction factors. All worsted fabrics showed poor wrinkle recovery in comparison with traditional worsted fabrics composed of two ply yarn. The relaxation shrinkage and the hygral expansion of these fabrics increased with decrease in the fiber fineness, but all of them located in the control zone given by the FAST manual. The fiber fineness was found to be one of the dominant factors in formability evaluation.

        직물구김의 예측 시뮬레이션

        Simulation of the fabric wrinkle recovery from the structural parameters and mechanical properties of fabrics is performed by two kinds of methods, i.e., the neural network method which is based on the Generalized Delta Rule and the multiple linear regression method. The effects of structural parameters and characteristic values of a fabric such as hysteresis and resilience on the wrinkle recovery were more predominant than the constituent fiber or yarn parameters and other characteristic values of a fabric.

        직물의 압축성과 태

        Compressional experiments with the various plain woven fabrics were made by using the Kawabata's system. Objective hand evaluation for some worsted woven fabrics were also performed by the system. It was predicted that the thickness of the fabric is changed logarithmically as the load acting on the fabric. The exponents of the logarithmic compressional curves can be decided by the properties of constituent yarn, the fabric count and the surface roughness of the fabric. In case of the worsted plain woven fabrics for the men's summer suit, their compressibilities have quite effect on the total hand value and the primary hand values except Fukurami.

        The measurement system with the laser displacement sensor to measure the three dimensional shape of the fabric wrinkle was developed for the objective evaluation of fabric wrinkle recovery. The shape of fabric wrinkle was characterized by amplitude of power spectra and distribution of polar angle through the process of two dimensional fast Fourier transformation and spline. Artificial neural networks designed by five types of the input patterns were used to evaluate the fabric wrinkle objectively. Wrinkle recovery rank evaluated by neural networks showed good relation to rank generated by human experts. Also the wrinkle rank measured by laser sensor system was not much affected by fabric color.

        마을커뮤니티공간 활성화 디자인 방안연구

        The time has come when the value of the community within the living area is attracting attention, and local-centered interactions are taking place in Korea as well. In order to solve various social problems, we are creating a community space tailored to the local area. The village community space is used for a variety of purposes according to the region, serving as a basis for village community activities and serving as a focal point for strengthening the village community. In this study, in order to revitalize the local community according to this social flow, a plan for revitalizing the village community space was studied. The research method was conducted through theoretical considerations and case analysis through previous studies and literature data, and elements of local community activation were derived through prior studies. Based on the derived activation factors, case analysis is conducted, and the current status and spatial characteristics are derived based on this. As a result, based on the concept and case analysis so far, we propose the direction and applicability of the village community space for revitalizing the local community in the future. 생활권 내 커뮤니티의 가치가 주목받는 시대가 도래 하였고, 우리나라에서도 지역 중심의 이웃 간 상호작용이 일어나고 있으며, 다양한 사회 문제해결을 위해 지역에 필요로 하는 지역맞춤형 마을커뮤니티공간을 만들어가고 있다. 마을커뮤니티공간은 지역에 맞게 다양한 용도로 활용되어 마을공동체 활동의 기반이 되고 있으며, 마을의 공동체를 강화하는 구심점 역할을 하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 이런 사회적 흐름에 따라 지역커뮤니티 활성화하기 위해 마을커뮤니티공간의 활성화 방안을 연구하였다. 연구방법은 선행연구, 문헌자료를 통한 이론적 고찰과 사례분석으로 진행되었으며, 선행연구를 통해 지역커뮤니티 활성화 공간디자인 요소를 도출하였다. 도출한 활성화 요소를 기준으로 사례 분석하고 이를 토대로 현황 및 공간적 특성을 도출한다. 결과로 이제까지의 개념과 사례분석을 바탕으로 지역커뮤니티 활성화를 위한 마을커뮤니티공간이 앞으로 추구해야할 방향성과 적용 가능성을 제안한다.

        인장시험법을 이용한 극세 양면 원형편포의 래더링 측정

        The high-density knitted fabrics prepared by using fine filaments have a disadvantage in that laddering occurs even if it is interlock stitching. However, there is no test method currently available for evaluating the laddering of a knitted fabric. Therefore, in this study, I devised a laddering test method and examined what factors influenced its occurrence. As a result, I obtained the following results. It was confirmed that it was harder to generate laddering in a knitted fabric with a thick filament than in a knitted fabric containing a thinner filament owing to contact interference between loops in a knitted fabric having a similar tightness factor. It was also confirmed that the elongation in the course direction is not an absolute factor affecting the occurrence of laddering since the results differed from each other according to the conditions employed in this study. Statistically, a linear correlation was observed between the tightness factor and the laddering strength of the knitted fabric when the yarn count was the same. At this time, it was found that the larger the tightness factor, the smaller was the occurrence of laddering.
