        작물 단백질체 분석을 위한 이차원 전기영동 사용법

        Two-dimensional gel electrophoresis (2-DGE) is one of the most important technologies for high-resolution separation of proteins for proteomics. In this study, we present a detail 2-DGE protocol which allows detection and quantification of total plant proteins separated on gels to improve matching in image analysis. This protocol highlighted here may be useful for researchers, who like to first study for the development of protein biomarkers involved in development, biotic and abiotic stresses in plant.

      • Actinomycosis after Endobronchial Stent Occlusion for Persistent Bronchopulmonary Fistula

        Actinomycosis is uncommon, and usually occurs in patients with compromised immune function or poor oral hygiene. The most common pathogen for this disease is Actinomyces israelii. Actinomycetes are normal oral florae and aspiration is a notable recognized risk factor for pulmonary actinomycosis. For pelvic actinomycosis it may result from the use of intra uterine devices, endobronchial devices such as occlusion stent may associate the pulmonary actinomycosis. 60-year old man was operated right lower lobectomy for squamous cell carcinoma on June 29, 2010 and then occlusion stent was applied at right lower stump for the persistent bronchopleural fistula on August 16, 2010. One and half year later he complained poultry waste-odorous sputum and persistent cough without fever and chills. Routine laboratory was nonspecific and sputum culture was revealed Pseudomonas aeruginosa. Even though 4th generation cephalosporin introduce, his airway secretion did not improved. To ex-clude the foreign body reaction and combined atypical pathogens, bronchoscopy was performed. Bronchosocpy demonstrated that thick mucus covered on the lower lobectomy stump, nodular mucosal eruptions covered around the margin of occlusion stent, and white tiny sized ball-shaped nodules are lightly attached on the stent membrane. Histologic diagnosis was actino-mycosis but culture was negative. Patient was treated with augmentin and then his symptoms were improved. This case high-lights that pulmonary or endobronchial actinomycosis may from the prolonged use of endobronchial devices.

      • Concomitant Endobronchial Inflammatory Pseudotumor and Adenocarcinoma of the Lung

        Inflammatory pseudotumors (IP) of lung are rare benign tumors which are in fact, nonneoplastic unregulated growth of in-flammatory cells and composed of fibrous tissue with infiltration of plasma cells and lymphocytes. This tumor generally in-volves the lung parenchyma, but endobronchial involvement is extremely rare and physicians should be considered in the differential diagnosis of a solitary tumor in endobronchial cases. The precise origin of IP is not well known but its clonal changes suggest true neoplasm rather than a purely inflammatory or reactive lesion, and complete resection is accepted treat-ment of choice. Furthermore the exact nature between the IP and the lung malignancy and the concomitant cases were not reported. A 75-year old male patient complained of blood tinged sputum for 10 days. Simple chest radiography and chest spiral computerized tomography (chest CT) revealed right upper lung atelectasis. Bronchosocpy demonstrated R! B3 was near total occluded by the intraluminal mass. Two times of bronchoscopic biopsy were just nonspecific chronic inflammations Percutaneous transthoracic lung biopsy (TTB) was performed and confirmed IP with focal suppurative inflammation. Follow up chest CT demonstrated increasing the consolidation at the previous atelectatic right upper lung. Repetitive TTB was done and confirmed adenocarcinoma with solid pattern. We present a case report of a 75-year-old man with endobronchial IP combined adenocarcinoma. This case highlights that physicians should be regular follow up the remained IP cases looking for the hidden or concomitant lesions.

        Influence of Glucose Fluctuation on Peripheral Nerve Damage in Streptozotocin-Induced Diabetic Rats

        Background: It is unclear whether glycemic variability (GV) is a risk factor for diabetic peripheral neuropathy (DPN), and whether control of GV is beneficial for DPN. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of GV on peripheral nerve damage by inducing glucose fluctuation in streptozotocin-induced diabetic rats.Methods: Rats were divided into four groups: normal (normal glucose group [NOR]), diabetes without treatment (sustained severe hyperglycemia group; diabetes mellitus [DM]), diabetes+once daily insulin glargine (stable hyperglycemia group; DM+LAN), and diabetes+once daily insulin glargine with twice daily insulin glulisine (unstable glucose fluctuation group; DM+Lantus [LAN]+Apidra [API]). We measured anti-oxidant enzyme levels and behavioral responses against tactile, thermal, and pressure stimuli in the plasma of rats. We also performed a quantitative comparison of cutaneous and sciatic nerves according to glucose fluctuation.Results: At week 24, intraepidermal nerve fiber density was less reduced in the insulin-administered groups compared to the DM group (P<0.05); however, a significant difference was not observed between the DM+LAN and DM+LAN+API groups irrespective of glucose fluctuation (P>0.05; 16.2±1.6, 12.4±2.0, 14.3±0.9, and 13.9±0.6 for NOR, DM, DM+LAN, and DM+LAN+API, respectively). The DM group exhibited significantly decreased glutathione levels compared to the insulin-administered groups (2.64±0.10 μmol/mL, DM+LAN; 1.93±0.0 μmol/mL, DM+LAN+API vs. 1.25±0.04 μmol/mL, DM; P<0.05).Conclusion: Our study suggests that glucose control itself is more important than glucose fluctuation in the prevention of peripheral nerve damage, and intra-day glucose fluctuation has a limited effect on the progression of peripheral neuropathy in rats with diabetes.

      • 2015 개정 교육과정에 따른 문ㆍ이과 국어과 통합형 교육과정 개발 연구

        이 연구는 2015 개정 교육과정에 따른 문․이과 국어과 통합형 교육과 정 개발의 가능성을 밝히고 통합의 원리에 따라 실제 학교 현장에서 적용 할 수 있는 교육과정을 개발하고자 하였다. 국어과에서 통합형 교육에 대한 연구와 시도가 끊임없이 진행되어 왔지 만 기존의 연구는 국어과 내에서 영역 간 통합에 머물러 있었다는 한계를 가졌다. 2015년 9월에 공포된 2015 개정 교육과정은 기존의 소극적인 통합 형 교육과정에서 탈피하여 보다 적극적인 통합형 교육과정을 개발하는 데 많은 시사점을 주고 있다. 21세기가 요구하는 창의적 인재는 주요 문제를 발견하고 이를 해결하기 위해 유용한 정보를 탐색하고 비판적으로 분석하 여 문제를 해결할 수 있는 역량을 가져야 한다. 그러기 위해서는 각 교과의 핵심 개념을 분절적으로 학습하는 것에서 나아가 핵심 역량을 중심으로 한 통합형 교육이 이루어져야 할 것이다. 이 연구에서는 과학과와 국어과의 통합형 교육과정 개발에 초점을 맞추 었다. 2015 개정 교육과정에 과학과와 국어과는 모두 핵심 역량을 중심으 로 교육할 것을 강조하고 또한 교과의 성격 및 교수․학습의 방법에서 통 합의 가능성을 열어두고 있다. 이러한 2015 개정 교육과정의 특징을 기반 으로 하여 핵심 역량을 중심(Core)에 배치한 통합형 교육과정을 개발하였다. 이렇게 개발된 국어과 통합형 교육과정은 세 가지 특징을 가진다. 첫째, 핵 심 역량을 중심으로 한 교육과정이다. 둘째, 학생 참여 중심의 수업이 되도록 설계했다. 셋째, 잠재적 교육과정으로서 진로 및 인성 교육이 가능하도 록 하였다. 국어과에서의 문․이과 통합형 교육과정에 대한 연구와 개발은 여전히 많은 의문을 남기지만 2015 개정 교육과정에서 지향하는 핵심 역량을 중심 으로 통합의 목적과 학생의 요구에 따른 적절하고 효과적인 통합 방안에 대한 연구가 지속적으로 이어진다면 충분히 도전해 볼만한 가치가 있다고 생각한다. This study was supposed to establish the possibility of development of integrated liberal arts and natural sciences education curriculum in Korean according to 2015 revised education curriculum and develop the curriculum which can be applied to the actual school situation by principle of integration. Although studies and trials on integrated education in Korean department have been constantly kept up, the former studies have a limit that studies only dealt with integrated approach between Korean department. The 2015 revised curriculum proclaimed in September 2015 has much focus on developing active integrated education by escaping conservative passive integrated education. Creative people who 21st century demands have to have the ability to find main problem, search for effective information to solve the problem, and solve it by analyzing the information. To do this, not merely educating the main concepts of each subject segmentally, integrated education focusing on core ability should be conducted. This study have focus on integrated education in Science and Korean department. In the 2015 revised curriculum, Science and Korean department both emphasize on educating focusing on core ability and open its possibility on integration of characteristic of subject and ways of professor and learning. Based on this 2015 revised curriculum’s characteristic, I developed the integrated education curriculum centering the core ability. This integrated education curriculum of Korean developed in this way has three characteristics. First, it is education curriculum centering the core ability. Second, it is designed to be a student-participating based class. Third, it enables career and character education as a potential education curriculum. In Korean department, although study and development of integrated liberal arts and natural sciences education curriculum still leave many questions behind, I believe that it is worth trying enough if study about the purpose of integration centering core ability which 2015 revised curriculum aim for and proper and effective integration plan of the needs of students is being constantly kept up.

        Interactive Advertisement that Feels and Experiences

        In this paper, we propose and implement VVVV base interactive advertisement. It has now expanded from the traditional marketing methods of television, radio, newspapers and magazines to become a digital marketing era. However, it is still in the form of infusion-type advertising, similar to traditional marketing techniques. For more innovative we put story and design elements into digital technology. Consumers will feel fresh excitement as they experience advertising. Emotional stories and image will also provide an element for customers to talk to each other. The propose advertisement is design to recognize the movement of people in the corridor by using Arduino and ultrasonic sensor installed in the passageway where many people pass. Arduino and VVVV takes people's movements for a values. This values change the advertising image. In this case, we applied the mask in VVVV so that the image to be reproduced and the image of the background role are displayed when the person passes the sensor. By realizing this interactive advertisement, the objective is to increase the buyer's purchasing power by approaching the buyer more effectively than the existing advertisement.

        중학교 미술교과서 분석에 기초한 전통미술교육 활성화 방안 연구

        본 연구는 중학교 미술교과서 분석을 기초로 하여 전통미술교육이 교육 현장에서활성화하는 방안을 모색하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 이에 따라 전통미술과 전통미술교육에 대한 문헌 조사와 선행연구를 통하여 이론적으로 고찰하였으며, 중학교 미술교과서의내용분석과 현직 미술교사를 면담하여 질적연구를 진행하였다. 분석대상은 현재 사용중인 검·인정 중학교 미술교과서 14종, ①, ②권으로 총 28권을 선정하여 내용분석을진행하였으며, 현행 중학교 미술과 교육과정과 전통미술교육의 연계성을 찾아 분석기준을 선정하고 세분화하였다. 연구결과의 도출을 위해 교과서 분석결과와 수집된 중학교미술교사 면담자료 결과를 종합하였다. 분석한 결과, 현행 2015 개정 중학교 미술교과서에서 전통미술 영역은 평균 약 11%로 나타났으며 교과서별로 반영이 상이하였다. 또한, 전통미술교육은 체험과 감상 영역보다는 표현 영역에만 치중하여 제시하고 있었다. 이는 중학교 미술교과서에서 전통미술 영역의 비중을 확보하고 영역별 구성 및 내용의적정화가 필요함을 보여준다. 향후 연구에서는 차기 2022 개정 미술과 교육과정을반영한 중학교 미술교과서를 대상으로 연구가 진행될 필요가 있다.
