비동일성의 드라마 : 안드레아스 그뤼피우스의『레오아르메니우스』 Andreas Gryphius' Leo Armenius 바로크 연구에서 벤야민의『독일 비극의 원천』의 수용을 위한 시도 Ein Versuch zur Rezeption des Benjaminschen Ursprung des deutschen Trauerspielbuchs in der Barockforschung

In dieser Abhandlung versucht der Verfasser, Gryphius' erstes Schauspiel Leo Armenius mit Hilfe des Trauerspielbuchs von Walter Benjamin zu interpretieren, Benjamins Werk geht davon aus, dass dein barocken Trauerspiel die schicksalhafte Wiederholbarkeit des Geschehens zugrunde liegt, dass es sich besonders im schiesischen Barocktrauerspiel um die allegorische Situation handelt, in der "jede Person, jedwedes Ding, jedes Verha¨ltnis" "ein beliebiges anderes bedeuten" kann und dass die Melancholie ein mit der alkgorischen Mention innerlich verbundener Gemu¨tszustand ist. Diese Sichtweise ist auf den Leo Armenius durchaus u¨bertragbar. Hier entziehen weder die Figur des Leo Armenius, noch die Gruppe um Michael Balbus dem Lauf des Schicksals. Auf "den Abgrund zwischen bildlichem Sein und Bedeuten" weisen die willk¨rliche Orakeldeutung durch die Partei Balbus', Leos Gru¨beln uber "Zcichen und Zukunft", seine auf der Bu¨hne zur Schau gestellte Leiche sowie die Streitgespra¨che zwischen den einrelnen dramatischen Figuren hin; sie alle tragen zur lnstabilidt der Bedeutungen bei. Das allegorische ''Spiel'' im Leo Armenius macht auf die Verlegenheit aufmerksam, die daraus entsteht, dass das theologische, transzendente Wertsystern und die darauf basierende politrsche Hierarchie in der "Geschichte als Leidensgeschichte der Welt" erschu¨ttert werden. Dieses Spiel ist als ein ernstes von Trauer durchdrungcn. Dass das Trauerspilbuch fu¨r die Interpretation von Leo Armenius eine fruchtbar Perspektive bietet, scheint unumstritten zu sein. Jedoch sollte der Frage, inwieweit es einen wissenschaftlichen beitrag Barockforschung leisten kann, weiterhin - und unter Beru¨cksichtigung auch noch anderer barockdramen - nachgegangen werden.

Diese Arbeit, in der es um Gryphius’ letztes Trauerspiel Papinian(1659) geht, versucht, die hauptsächliche Entstehungsbedingung des Textes, d. h. die Konflikte zwischen den staatspolitischen und juristischen Diskursen der Frühneuzeit darzustellen und einige repräsentative Szenen in Bezug auf den ganzen Text zu analysieren. Im Eingangsmonolog klagt Papinian zwar über die Lage am Kaiserhof, an dem die Verleumdung seiner Person weit verbreitet ist, aber er ist als großmütiger Jurist bereit, sich für das heilige Gesetz zu opfern. Neben solcher Entschlossenheit wohnt ihm auch die Schwermut inne, die aus der Vorahnung des eigenen Untergangs entsteht. Nur äußerlich kann die Rede der heiligen Themis im zweiten Reyen, in der sie sich als Spielleiterin kundgibt, ihr Spannungsverhältnis zum dramatischen Geschehen sowie ihre Aufspaltung verbergen. Das durchaus rhetorisch geprägte Streitgespräch zwischen Cleander und Papinian im 3. Akt und der Dialog zwischen Hostilius und Papinian im 5. Akt rekonstruieren die staatspolitisch-juristische Kontroverse der Frühneuzeit. Das Drama endet damit, dass die römischen Frauen in ihrem letztem Reyen dem Martyrium Papinians und dem ewigen Recht den Rücken kehren. Somit wird die Autorität der Themis entscheidend in Frage gestellt. Sie wird tatsächlich mit dem Geschehen konfrontiert, das dem Plan gegensätzlich gegenübersteht, den sie als Spielleiterin realisieren wollte. Gryphius’ Papinian kann als ein politisches Drama charakterisiert werden, dessen Gegensätze auf der Unbestimmtheit basiert. 그뤼피우스의 마지막 비애극 『파피니아누스』를 다루는 본 논문은 작품의 주요 성립조건인 근대 초기 통치를 둘러싼 정치적·법학적 담론의 대립을 서술하고, 작품의 성격을 규정하는 대표적인 몇 장면을 전체와의 연관 속에서 분석한다. 1막 도입부에서 파피니아누스는 독백을 통해 자신에 대한 중상이 난무하는 궁정세계를 한탄하면서도 신성한 법을 지키기 위해 죽음을 각오하는 담대한 법률가로 등장한다. 그의 결연함은 몰락에 대한 우울한 예감과 공존한다. 2막의 라이엔에 등장하는 테미스의 발언에는 겉보기와 달리 “비애-극” 연출가로서의 그녀의 역할과 사건 사이의 긴장관계 및 그녀의 균열이 잠재되어 있다. 작품의 수사학적 특성을 특히 잘 보여주는 클레안더와 파피니아누스 사이의 논쟁(3막) 그리고 호스틸리우스와 파피니아누스 사이의 대화(5막)는 근대 초기 정치적·법학적 담론 간의 대립을 문학적으로 재구성하고 있다. 로마의 여성들이 파피니아누스의 순교와 테미스로 대변되는 신적인 법에 등을 돌리는 종결부에서 테미스의 권능은 결정적으로 상대화한다. 초월적 정의의 체현이자 복수의 연출자인 그녀는 결국 자신의 연출행위와 대립하는 뜻밖의 현실에 맞닥뜨리게 된 셈이다. 『파피니아누스』는 불확정성에 기반을 둔 복잡한 대립의 정치극으로 자리매김할 수 있다.

The purpose of this study is to show interaction between social structure and culture system in a changing rural-village. It also aims to examine the role of individual in the political structure. For these purpose, the writer analyzes the process of interaction between power structure and religion centering around the election of the head of a village. Also, the writer describes the manipulation of symbol and operation of public opinion by the leader. A leader, who lived in Seoul, returned to his native village. It would not be long before he brought up the problem of leadership. As a result of this, villagers were divided into natives and immigrants, Catholics and Protestants. In this process, the post as the head of a village is a symbolic position to represent the distribution of two opposing power groups. So the election of the head of a village is a event which expresses every conflict in the village. In this process, the village power structure which is predominated by immigrants and Protestants changes into the village power structure which is predominated by natives and Catholics. This changes of power structure reflects the victory of the value system which emphasizes rationality. In conclusion, culture system changes to follow the socio-economic change. And this change is a basic cause of the political conflict.

Ultrasonographic findings of posterior interosseous nerve syndrome

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to evaluate the ultrasonographic findings associated with posterior interosseous nerve (PIN) syndrome. Methods: Approval from the Institutional Review Board was obtained. A retrospective review of 908 patients' sonographic images of the upper extremity from January 2001 to October 2010 revealed 10 patients suspicious for a PIN abnormality (7 male and 3 female patients; mean age of 51.8±13.1 years; age range, 32 to 79 years). The ultrasonographic findings of PIN syndrome, including changes in the PIN and adjacent secondary changes, were evaluated. The anteroposterior diameter of the pathologic PIN was measured in eight patients and the anteroposterior diameter of the contralateral asymptomatic PIN was measured in six patients, all at the level immediately proximal to the proximal supinator border. The size of the pathologic nerves and contralateral asymptomatic nerves was compared using the Mann-Whitney U test. Results: Swelling of the PIN proximal to the supinator canal by compression at the arcade of Fröhse was observed in four cases. Swelling of the PIN distal to the supinator canal was observed in one case. Loss of the perineural fat plane in the supinator canal was observed in one case. Four soft tissue masses were noted. Secondary denervation atrophy of the supinator and extensor muscles was observed in two cases. The mean anteroposterior diameter of the pathologic nerves (n=8, 1.79±0.43 mm) was significantly larger than that of the contralateral asymptomatic nerves (n=6, 1.02±0.22 mm) (P=0.003). Conclusion: Ultrasonography provides high-resolution images of the PIN and helps to diagnose PIN syndrome through visualization of its various causes and adjacent secondary changes

북한의 광물자원개발과 남북간 자원협력방안

북한은 마그네사이트, 금, 아연, 철, 희유금속을 비롯하여 금속광물자원과 석탄 등 에너지 자원이 비교적 풍부한 것으로 파악되고 있다. 북한은 광물자원 개발 및 처리와 밀접한 6곳의 공업지대가 형성되어 있고, 아직까지는 잘 보전된 자원관련 인프라를 유지하고 있으며 러시아의 영향을 받아 자원관련 기초기술이 발달된 것으로 파악되고 있다 우리나라는 년 간 약 8조원의 광물 및 석탄자원을 수입하는 자원-에너지 다소비국가이다. 남북한 자원개발협력은 북한의 풍부한 자원, 자원개발 및 처리 관련 인프라, 기초 기술력 둥 장점을 활용하고 한국의 자본 및 러시아의 선진 자원처리기술과 접목시키는 방향으로 검토되어야 할 것으로 사료된다. North Korea is plentiful in the mineral resources as magnesite, gold, zinc, iron, rare metal, and coal resources compared to South Korea and has 6 industrial zones which are located nearby to the mineralized areas. The industrial zones are provided with a sound infrastructures and accumulation of advanced technology. As a huge mineral and energy consuming country, South Korea imports mineral and coal resources equivalent to almost 8 trillion won annually. Inter-Korean cooperation for development of mineral resources in North Korea will be improved by the practical use of the North Korea's plentiful mineral resources, infiastructures related to development and refinement, and basic geo-technology, which would be considered toward combining with South Korean capital and Russian geo-technologies.
