우수한 이화성 일본계 N13호를 선출하고 이것과 우량 하다고 보는 이화성 중국계 KC, C14, C20과 웅별 자별로 교배시키고 그 중에서 우량한 교배종을 선출하려는 목적으로 가잠형질 중 가장 중요한 견층량의 유전력의 산출에 의해 선출을 시도한 것이다. 그 결과 다음 같은 결론을 얻게 되었다. 1, KC×N13에 대하여 견층량은 3교배조중 많은 편이나 유전력(h2=0.26)은 낮은 편이며 또한 웅의 유전력은 자의 그것보다 높다. 2. C14×N13에 대하여 견층량에 있어서는 3교배조중 중간이며 또한 유전력(h2=0.3)로 중간이라 이 교배조에서만 자의 유전력이 웅보다 크게 나타나 있다. 3. 020×N13에 대하여 견층량에 있어서는 3교배조중 가장 적은 편이나 유전력(h2=0.35)은 가장 많은 편이다. 또 과거의 3잠기를 통하여 견층비율도 양호하고 기타 충질에서 강한 것으로 우량품종으로 기대할 수 있다고 인정되는 바가 크다. The main purpose of this experiment is to select the best combining ability among KC×N13, and C20×N13 in view of the cocoon shell weight in Bombyx mori. In the spring of 1972, the author raised silkworms which were born from the crossing of the Chinese strain KC, C14, C20(female) with japanese strain N13 (male). Among each combining of crosses, the heritability of the cocoon shell weight was estimated by the method of variance analysis. The result of the experiment may he summarized as fellow; 1. For KC×N13 The cocoon shell was heavier than other combining crosses, but its heritability was lower than the others. The heritability of male moth was higher than that of female. 3. For C14×N13 The cocoon shell and the heritability was in medium value among the combining crosses, and the heritability of female moth was higher than that of male. 3. For C20×N13 The cocoon shell weight was lower than the others, but its heritability was higher than that of others. In these combining crosses, C20×N13 is selected as a new race, which is much better than the commercial one, 103×104.

Al6022/Al50231 Al6022 clad sheets were fabricated by roll bonding at ambient temperature and the mechanical properties of the annealed sheets were investigated. The bonding strength of the sheets increased with increasing thickness reduction rate of roll bonding. No defects like crack or void are observed at the bonded interface after roll bonding at thickness reduction rate above 50%. After annealing at 480℃ for 1 min., the sheets have a well bonded interface without void and 2<SUP>nd</SUP> phase and the microstructure of the sheets consisted of fully recrystallized grains. Stress-strain curves show same strain hardening characteristics with core Al5023 alloy sheets. Meanwhile the elongation of the sheets was higher than that of commercial Al6022 or Al5023 alloy sheet. Especially, the local elongation of the sheets increased about 5~6% compare to the Al5023 alloy sheet. The sheet showed very low tensile anisotropy due to different deformation characteristics of each layer in clad sheets.

금년춘잠시육시 발생한 경화병잠에서 Beauvia Bassiana (Bols) rull, formma malvaceorosea Miyake에 유사한 것을 분리 관찰하였다. Author observed isolated fungus similar to Beauvia Bassiana(Bols) rull, formma malvaceorosea Miyake among the occurrences of muscardine in Spring rearing in 1964.

This paper describes the result of load test of a bogie frame. The purpose of test is to evaluate the safety which bogie frame shall be considered fully sufficient rigidity so as to satisfy proper system function under maximum load. Bogie system consist of the bogie frame, suspensions, wheel-sets, a brake system and a transmission system. Among these component, the bogie frame is most significant component subjected to the vehicle and passenger loads. The evaluation method is used the JIS E 4207 specifications throughout the static load test. The test results have shown the bogie frame to be safe and stable under design load conditions.
