        To realize high accuracy and high speed we developed a new self compensation scheme and applied it to a 10-bit D/A converter. This circuit can compensate the device mismatch without interrupting the D/A converter operation. With the compensation circuit,INA decreased down to 0.22LSB from 0.47LSB. The device was fabricated using a 0.8$\mu$m CMOS process. The area of the D/A converter core is 3.2mm$^{2}$ and the area of the compensation part is 0.64mm$^{2}$.

        충청 지역주의의 역사적 발전과정과 특성

        거시적 차원에서 보면 한국의 선거 과정에서 지역주의의 영향력은 여전한 것으로 보인다. 그러나 보다 미시적인 차원에서 지역주의의 내부적 성격은 지난 20년간 많은 변화를 경험하였다. 처음에는 3김을 중심으로 한 특정 정치지도자와의 감정적, 정서적 유대감에 의존했던 지역주의가 이제는 감정적 요소보다는 이념적, 정책적 요소를 다분히 갖게 되었다. 그리고 지역주의는 지역별로 다른 형태를 띠며 발전해 왔다. 본 연구가 초점을 맞추고 있는 충청 지역주의는 영호남 지역주의에 비해 공고화의 수준이 낮다. 처음부터 영호남 지역주의에 대한 반작용으로 탄생했으며 표의 수나 결속력의 측면에서도 상대적으로 열세에 위치한 충청 지역주의는 주도적으로 대권을 차지할 능력을 결여하고 있다. 따라서 충청 지역주의는 전략적 성격을 강하게 띠며 유연하고 다양한 모습으로 나타나게 되었으며, 또한 영호남 지역주의에 비해 이념성이 약하고 대신 실리적인 측면을 강조하게 되었다. 영호남지역주의가 각기 보수 및 진보 이념과 중첩되면서 한국 정치의 커다란 균열 축을 구성했다면, 충청 지역주의는 그러한 공고화를 경험하지 못하고 아직도 가변성을 강하게 지니고 있다. At the macro level, the influence of regionalism in the Korean electoral process seems to have not changed much. If one looks its internal characteristics at the micro level, however, they have gone through significant changes over the past 20 years. The old regionalism, which relied heavily on "emotional" ties with prominent political leaders from particular regions (e.g, the three Kim's), is being transformed into a new regionalism, which has more ideological and policy elements. And in the process, different regions have developed different forms of regionalism. Regionalism in Chung-chung region, in particular, is less consolidated than Ho-nam and Young-nam regionalism. Chung-chung regionalism, rather than seeking hegemony, has taken a more strategic approach, exhibiting greater flexibility and versatility. It is not so ideologically oriented as Ho-nam and Young-nam regionalism, thus focusing on gaining actual benefit through specific policies, as exemplified in the case of "relocating the Capital" to Chung-chung region. In short, Chung-chung regionalism is quite utilitarian in nature.

      • 장막 침윤과 림프절 전이가 없는 위암에서 림프관 및 신경초 침윤의 의의

        Purpose: The most important prognostic factors in gastric cancer are depth of invasion and lymph node metastasis. Therefore, the prognosis for serosa and lymph node negative gastric cancer is favorable. However, there is no general agreement on the prognostic factors in this subset of patients. This study was undertaken to evaluate the prognostic significances of venous invasion (VI), lymphatic invasion (LI), and perineural invasion (NI) in T1 and T2 gastric cancer without lymph node involvement. Materials and Methods: We retrospectively evaluated 206 patients with T1 and T2, lymph node negative gastric cancer who underwent a curative resection from 1989 to 1993 at Kangnam St. Mary's Hospital, Seoul, Korea. The Chi-square test was used to determine the statistical significance of differences, and the Kaplan-Meier method was used to calculate survival rates. Significant differences in the survival rates were assessed using the log-rank test, and the Cox regression method was used to evaluate independent prognostic significance. Results: The rate of VI, LI and NI correlated well with the depth of tumor invasion. The rates of VI (+) for T1 vs T2 was $0\%\;vs\;5.1\%$, of LI (+) was $5.6\%\;vs\;26.8\%$, and of NI (+) was $1.6\%\;vs\;26.8\%$ in NI (+). There were 13 recurrent cases, 10 cases out of the 13 were T2 gastric cancers, and the recurrence rate was higher in LI (+) and NI (+) cases than in LI (-) and NI (-) cases. The 5-year survival rates were $93.4\%$ in LI (-) cases, $77.4\%$ in LI (+) cases, $92.5\%$ in NI (-) cases, $74\%$ in NI(+) cases, $95.9\%$ in LI (-) NI (-) cases, and $73.9\%$ in LI (+) NI (+) cases. Multivariate analysis demonstrated that simultaneous LI and NI was the only significant factor influencing the prognosis. Conclusion: These results suggest that simultaneous lymphatic and perineural invasion may be an independent prognostic factor in patients with T1 and T2 gastric cancer without lymph node metastasis.

        골프 동호인들의 운동열정과 운동몰입 및 운동지속의 관계

        This study was proposed to provide fundamental information for understanding psychological characteristics of club golf coterie members via verification of structural relationship among passion, commitment and adherence in the group of amateur club golfers. To attain this purpose, total 337 subjects were selected with purposive sampling of non-probability sampling method for survey, and the final 315 data were analyzed with structural equation modeling. First of all, the relation between passion and commitment showed that harmonious passion has significant effect on behavioral commitment(β=.597, p〈.001) and cognitive commitment(β=.527, p〈.001) positively, and obsessive passion has significant effect on just cognitive commitment (β=.261. p〈.001) factor positively. Second, in the relation between exercise passion and exercise adherence, only harmonious passion showed positive effect on exercise adherence(β=.261, p=023). Finally, the relation between commitment and exercise adherence displayed that both of behavioral commitment(β=.322, p〈.001) and cognitive commitment(β=.327, p〈.001) positively affected exercise adherence.

        국내 재배 트리티케일에 발생한 붉은곰팡이병의 다양성 및 독소화학형 분석

        This study aimed to assess the disease incidence and distribution of toxigenic in Korean triticale. The patho- gen of triticale that cause Fusarium head blight were isolated from five different triticale cultivars that culti- vated in Suwon Korea at 2021 year. The 72 candidate were classified as a Fusarium asiaticum by morphology analysis and by ITS1, TEF-1α gene sequence analysis. And the results of pathogenicity with 72 isolates on seed- ling triticale, 71 isolates were showed disease symptom. Also, seven out of 71 Fusarium isolates were inoculat- ed on the wheat, to test the pathogenicity on the different host. The results showed more low pathogenicity on the wheat than triticale. The results of analysis of toxin type with 72 isolates, 64.6% isolates were produced nivalenol type toxin and other 4.6% and 30.8% isolates were produce 3-acetyldeoxynivalenol and 15-acetyl- deoxynivalenol, respectively. To select fungicide for control, the 72 Fusarium isolates were cultivated on the media that containing four kinds fungicide. The captan, hexaconazole, and difenoconazole·propiconazole treated Fusarium isolates were not showed resistance response against each fungicide. However, six isolates out of 72 isolates, showed resistance response to fludioxonil. This study is first report that F. asiaticum causes Fusarium head blight disease of triticale in Korea.

        연구보문 : 풋옥수수 수확 후 예냉처리와 저온저장에 따른 품질 변화

        Quality attributes of fresh waxy corn (Zea mays L.) as affected by pre-cooling and storage temperature (4˚C and room temperature) were investigated in terms of weight loss, moisture, color, reducing sugar content, and sensory quality. Two varieties of waxy corn with white and black kernel color, Ilmichal and Heukjinjuchal respectively, were cultivated at the field of National Institute of Crop Science in 2007 and 2008 to determine the physiologically optimal storage condition for higher eating quality stored in refrigerator of 4˚C and room temperature. They are pre-cooled immediately after harvest with ice for 5 hours. Quality analyses were monitored during 10 days at 4˚C storage room comparing with those of non cooled and stored at room temperature. A higher weight loss over 15% observed in both of two waxy corn varieties that were stored at room temperature. But there was not significantly difference with variety or pre-cooling treatment. There was up to 10% increase in moisture content in kernels non pre-cooled and stored at room temperature. For all treatments, very small amount of free sugar were detected, however, there were no significant differences between treatments. Glucose concentration increased with time in kernels stored at 4˚C and the effect of pre-cooling was not significant. A general darkening in color of kernels and a trend to turn yellow was observed in the pre-cooled corns when they were steam-cooked. Total sensory scores of corns stored in 4˚C were better than those of samples stored in room temperature and there was not significantly difference with variety or pre-cooling treatment. As storage period was longer, shelf lifes of waxy corn in control and waxy corn treated with technique applied to store waxy corn, and the quality of waxy corn could be maintained and the storage expense could be saved during storage. It is required that further studies narrow down the effect of pre-cooling on fresh waxy corn during short time storage.

        연구보문 : 유색찰옥수수의 상품화율 향상을 위한 적정재식밀도 및 수확시기

        This study was carried out to find out optimum plant density and harvest time to increase the marketing value of waxy corn hybrid with colored pericarp. Two waxy corn hybrids, "Eolrukchal 1" of bi-color and "Heukjinjuchal" of black color, were developed at 2007, 2008 in National Institute Crop Science, respectively. Generally colored waxy corn has problems of longer maturing period and shorter total ear length (TEL) and filled ear length ratio (FELR) than those of white waxy corn. It is important to increase the marketing value of colored waxy corns. TEL, ear diameter, FELR, and weight of ear(g/ear) were increased as plant density decreased. The optimum plant density for ear of good quality was 4,100~4,700 (plants/10a) for waxy corn hybrid, "Eolrukchal 1" and "Heukjinjuchal". The characteristics and yield of ear were not distinguished but color of ear showed distinct change in "Eolrukchal 1" and "Heukjinjuchal" at harvest time as days after silking.

        저장에 따른 생태형별 현미의 발아율과 지질 성분의 변화

        토콜즈(tocols) 이성질체 조성이 서로 다른 자포니카와 통일형 품종을 이용하여 저장기간에 따른 지질 관련 품질의 변화를 살펴보았다. 자포니카와 통일형 품종의 현미를 $35^{\circ}C$, 습도 80%에서 8주간 저장하며, 2주 간격으로 품질 변화를 분석한 결과, 자포니카 품종들의 발아율은 저장 초기 98.0%에서 저장 8주 후 22.4%까지 감소한 데 반해, 통일형 품종들은 저장 초기 93.3%에서 8주 후 59.7%로 감소해 통일형 품종의 발아율 감소율이 2배 이상 낮았고, 쌀의 저장 중의 산패 정도를 나타내는 지방산가 또한 통일형 품종에서 유의적으로 낮았다. 발아율 및 지방산가는 쌀의 저장 중 품질 저하를 판단하는 주요 기준이며, 본 실험을 통해 통일형 벼 품종이 자포니카 품종에 비해 저장에 따른 품질 저하 속도가 늦다는 사실을 확인하였다. 통일형 벼는 토코페롤 대비 토코트리에놀 함량이 높고, 특히 지질 안정성 및 지질의 산화 억제 효과가 뛰어난 ${\gamma}$-토코트리에놀의 함량이 높은 지질 특징을 지니고 있어, 벼 저장 중의 지질 산패 지연에 관여하였을 것으로 추측된다. 그러나 벼의 저장성과 관련된 명확한 성분 구명을 위해서는 자포니카와 통일형의 토콜즈(tocols) 조성 혼합물을 이용한 저장 실험이 추가로 수행되어야 할 것으로 생각된다. The objective of this study was to determine quality changes in seed germination rates and lipid components in Japonica and Tongil (indica/japonica) type brown rices with different tocol composition during storage. Moisture content, seed germination rate, crude lipid content, fat acidity, tocol content, free fatty acid composition of brown rice and pH of milled rice were measured to evaluate their quality after storage. Seed germination rates of stored Japonica and Tongil type brown rices were decreased by 22.4% and 59.7%, respectively, after 8 weeks of storage. The fat acidity of Japonica rice was significantly (p<0.05) higher than that of Tongil type brown rices after storage. The major tocol homologue of Tongil type was ${\gamma}-tocotrienol$, whereas, major tocol homologues of Japonica brown rices were ${\alpha}-tocopherol$ and ${\alpha}-tocotrienol$ throughout the entire storage period.

        N/A The Purification mechanism of high purity aluminum was studied through the variation of stirring speed and coolant flow rate in the stirring method. In the stirring method the degree of purification was changed as the following factors :the variation of diffusion boundary layer thickness the variation of growth rate and the solute concentration of the residual melt. The concentration of Fe and Si was decreased as the stirring speed and the radial distance increased. In a high stirring speed of 2000rpm with unidirectional stirring mode, the uniformity of solutes was obtained. On the other hand, the purification of Si was done by the combinations of stirring method, fractional melting and acid leaching. In the case of Si purification, the centrifugal force developed in the melt acted as the significant purification factor. It was possible to obtain the purified 3N grade Si crystal after the complete elimination of residual aluminum by fractional melting and acid leaching.
