죽음에 대한 시적 승리에 관하여 : 말의 공간, 죽음의 공간, 최승자의 시 읽기

최승자의 시언어는 계속해서 새롭고 끈질긴 인간의 원초적 정서에 대한 충격적 언어들을 전달한다. 시인의 절망은 궁극적으로 일상적인 삶, 또는 그러한 삶을 강요하는 이 세계 자체 내부가 안고 있는 죽음의 편재성에서 시작된다. 타인과의 교통이 단절된 소외의 방, 쓰레기 더미의 세상, 사랑이 거부되는 실연의 상황, 정신의 깨어있음을 방해하려는 그 모든 것이 죽음의 위협이다. 이러한 불모의 세계에서 그녀가 추구하는 것이 부정의 정신이다. 시인은 불의한 세계와 한계상황에 놓인 존재에 대해서 극단적인 부정을 실행함으로써 죽음의 위협을 극복하려 한다. 시인은 섬뜩한 극언적인 표현은 모든 위협들에 대한 짙은 환멸과 싸움의 기록들이다.

격자구조라 함은 병렬하는 주형간에 횡형으로 접합된 구조를 말하며 집중하중이 재하될 때 하중이 작용하는 주형만 부담하지 않고 횡형을 통하여 타 주형도 하중의 일부를 부담하게 된다. 따라서 격자형의 교량은 과다한 집중하중을 분산시켜 내하성이 높은 특성을 가지므로 사용재료를 절약할 수 있어 경제적이다. 그러나 격자형 구조의 해석방법이 복잡하여 실제 설계 시에는 간편계산법이 사용되고 있다. 격자형의 해석은 Leonhardt, Homberg, Guyon, Massonnet, Szabo등의 이론이 있으나 해석이 까다롭고 번거로워 시간이 많이 걸리므로 본 연구에서는 격자거더교의 해석을 보다쉽게 해석하는 전달행렬법을 제시하고자 한다. The grid structure is the parallel main girders intersecte with cross girder. It distribute the loads to adjoining main girders through the cross girder when a girder is subjected to a load. Grid structure has high load-carrying capacity, it can save materials and becomes more economical type of bridge. In this research, the grillage analysis program developed by using the transfer matrix method deal with following, problem: the comparison with Leonhardt'. Szabo, FEM method.

The role of mortgage in mordern times is generally regarded as a legal means to-create finance by a debtor or to give a privilege to creditor over property of his debtor. It is a pledge or security of particular property for the payment of a debt or the performance of other obligation, whatever from the transaction may take. Since academic exposition insists upon the attendentness of the mortgage as the basis of conceptualizing the mortgage, therefore, the mortgage cannot overlooked beyond the category of real rights which ensure in perference to other creditors. However, in case the attendantness is set forth as the basis of conceptualizing mortgage, one encounters problem in explaining such mortgage as the right over the property is free of attendantness. For this, reason, one must clarify distinctive concept of mortgage in accordance with its contents, without setting attendantness as the ingredience of conceptualization Since the contents and execution method of mortgage and the strength of its combination with any claim differ from society to society, the essence of mortgage can be clearly expounded by observing it through the practice of mortgage and its development. Therefore, this paper is intended to clearly define the distinctive character of mortgage and to investigate its legal drovelopment in each country. In light of this perspective, the essence of mortgage can be explained as, a value rights covering exchange value of property and money.

사례-대조 연구에서 처리효과를 나타내는 오즈비에 관한 일반적인 추론과 로짓모형을 이용한 통계적 추론을 고찰한다. 사례-대조 연구에서 오즈비의 측정오차에 기인한 편의, 추정된 오즈비로부터 약한 연관성을 검출하는데 문제점, 사례군과 대조군을 구성할 때 실험단위들의 상이한 참여비율 등이 오즈비에 어떤 영향을 미치는가 등을 논한다. We consider the general statistical inferences of odds ratio in case-control studies and logit medels for further inferences. We also discuss the biases of odds ratio due to measurement errors, weak association, differential participation rates.
