Objectives : The report intended to estimate effect taken by using FCST(functional cerebrospinal technique) on the patient with one gait disturbance case. Methods : A gait disturbance one case with 2 weeks of duration was managed by the Balance Appliance on temporomandibular joint (TMJ), combined with acupuncture and herbl medicine. Results : After being treates for 2 weeks, the patint`s 10mWT were improved. Assessment was made by self assessment of subjective symptoms and clinical observation. Conclusions : An impressive effect was observed and further clinical and biological research on FCST is expected.
중소병원의 교육훈련 프로그램 특성 및 조직상황적 특성이 직무전이에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

The purpose of this study was to understand the job transfer in education & training(E&T) programs & organizational situational characteristics, and 2) to analyze the effects of the E&T programs & organizational situational characteristic groups on each of the levels of job transfer. There is intimate relationship between E&T programs characteristics & organizational situational characteristics and job transfer, so we can`t think of them separately. With this point of view the most frequently discussed problem is how to apply the theory in actual job, but in reality it`s true that the improvement of job transfer can`t reach the expectations of the E&T programs. In literature view study, the concepts of job transfer in E&T, the general theory on E&T, and the actual condition and points at issue of the existing E&T practices in the medium and small-sized hospitals were defined. As the results from empirical analysis, we could find followings: First, in evaluation of the job transfer, demographic characteristics (seniority, occupational category, position) variables have a significant different. Second, in degree of the job transfer, E&T programs characteristics(contents of E&T, design of E&T, conditions of E&T, teaching ability of lecturer, methods of E&T) variables have a different influence upon each of the evaluation levels of E&T. Third, support of CEO variables have a different influence on the job transfer according to contents, design, conditions of the E&T programs. Fourth, support of co-works variables have a different influence on the job transfer according to design, conditions, method of the E&T programs. Fifty, support of organizational atmosphere variables have a different influence on the job transfer according to contents, design, conditions of the E&T programs.

병원코디네이터의 역할모호성 및 지원상황이 고객지향성에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

To improve the competitiveness of the hospital provides high quality medical services in a hospital coordinator role is emphasized. This study on customer orientation of the role ambiguity in order to identify the impact of degree of customer orientation were analyzed for demographic differences. Dependent variable, customer orientation affects role ambiguity as independent variables, and regression analysis were set. And the control variables are set to support situational factors, customer orientation on the role ambiguity and hierarchical regression analysis was performed. Obtained through empirical results are as follows: First, according to the demographic characteristics of the hospital coordinator customer orientation, the difference between gender and medical subjects are not shown. Age, education, work experience, job title, and the hospital on the pattern of customer orientation has shown a difference. Second, according to the hospital coordinator role ambiguity about its impact on customer orientation analysis can be a role implementation, job implementation, opinion communication in achieving customer orientation was negatively affected. Third, role ambiguity, and customer orientation factors for the moderating effects of organizational support for the role of customer orientation can role implementation, job implementation, opinion communication was a statistically significant. Fourth, the role ambiguity factors and customer orientation for the administrative support for the moderating effect of customer orientation and role implementation is significant, but job implementation, opinion communication were statistically significant. Fifth, the role ambiguity factors and customer support for customer orientation and customer orientation for the moderating effects of role performance and the opinion communication was not statistically significant. However, job implementation was statistically significant. The limitations of this study are as follows: First, role ambiguity, situational factors and support due to limitations of the variable factors that may affect the customer orientation of a number of factors were excluded. So many exogenous variables in the measurement process can affect. Second, the variables measured as problems of self-assessment by the variable measuring the respondent`s bias may occur. Third, This study is difficult to generalize. In other words, several areas of the province conducted by the empirical results of the survey as a limit on the overall generalization can follow.

트위터는 최근 사용자가 급격히 늘어나면서 단순한 소셜 네트워크 서비스를 넘어 중요한 대중 미디어의 하나로 자리잡고 있다. 정보과학 분야에서도 트위터에 관한 연구가 많이 진행되고 있으며, 기업, 사회단체, 교육기관도 그 활용 가능성을 다방면으로 시험해보고 있다. 본 논문에서는 트위터에 관한 최근의 연구결과들을 주제에 따라 분류하여 요약하고, 앞으로 관심을 가지고 지켜봐야 할 연구주제들을 제시한다.
