Y.-H. Kim (2007) has presented an analysis of the alternation among Korean dative/locative case particles within the framework of the minimalist program. The gist of his analysis lies in his claim that the alternation among the case particles is influenced by their associated nouns’ animacy, a kind of gender according to his claim, and that their alternation is determined by agreement in the sense of the minimalist program. Recently, Kim and Chung (2015) have come up with an analysis of the honorific system of Korean from a totally different point of view. They treat kkey ‘to(honorific)’ as a realization of the honorific feature [+hon] whether the associated noun is assigned nominative or dative. They also make criticism of Y.-H. Kim’s (2007) analysis while claiming that agreement is not an operation in narrow syntax but one caused by feature sharing at the PF component as discussed by Bobaljik (2008). In this paper, we will take a critical look at Kim and Chung’s (2015) analysis and make a point of its flaws, and then try to present some solutions to Y.-H. Kim’s (2007) real problems.

Another important fact concerning inflection/conjugation is the phenomenon of null subject, which includes pro and PRO. PRO is supposed to occur only in non-finite clauses while pro in finite clauses. It would be possible that these two elements exist in a single pro-drop language, in which case one would find it difficult to distinguish between them. Based on PRO`s distribution, we will find out a way to determine the finiteness of a given clause.

전압상태변수에 의한 비최적 운용계통에 대한 모선가격산정 및 분해 알고리즘의 개발

본 논문은 비최적인 상태에서 모선가격을 계산할 수 있는 새로운 방법을 제시하였다. 현재 발전기의 출력을 11개로 분류한 가상제약을 사용하여 비최적상태의 잠재가격을 계산하였고 계산된 잠재가격을 이용하여 모선가격을 산정하였다. 최적상태의 잠재가격과 비최적상태의 잠재가격을 비교하여 본 연구에서 제시한 알고리즘의 타당성을 입증하였다. This paper proposes a new method which can calculates nodal price as an economic signal at non-optimal operation. By using pseudo constraints in 11 cases, we calculate shadow price and nodal price based on non-optimal operation. By comparing shadow price and nodal prices based on optimal and non-optimal operation effectiveness of the method is verified.

전력산업구조 개편 시 변화된 전력계통 환경하에서 효율적인 계통운용 및 계획을 위해서는 계통의 수송능력(Power Transfer Capability)을 산정하는 작업이 필수적이다. 또한 송전망의 자유로운 접근(Open Access)과 같은 전력정책의 변화로 인하여 전력계통은 더욱더 고부하상태에서 운전될 가능성이 높아지게 되었다. 전력계통의 부하가 증가하면 전압안정도 여유가 감소하므로 전력계통은 전압붕괴와 같은 전압안정도 문제를 야기시킬 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 전력계통의 수송능력 산정문제에 대해 전압안정도여유 제약을 고려 할 수 있는 수송능력산정 알고리즘 개발에 연구의 목적을 두고 있다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 전압안정도 여유제약식을 정식화한 다음 이를 수송능력 산정문제에 반영할 수 있는 방법을 제안하였다. 그리고 이를 시험계통에 적용하여 본 연구의 타당성을 검증하고 유응한 정보를 도출하였다. This paper presents a power transfer capability calculation algorithm considering voltage stability margin. In this method, voltage stability margin constraints are incorporated into a power transfer capability formulation to guarantee adequate voltage security levels in an interconnected power system The proposed method is applied to IEEE-24 reliability test systems and the results show the effectiveness of the method.

Adiponectin Reference Range설정과 임상적 의의 고찰

Purpose: The Bio-energy metabolism control hormone by Adipocytokine is composed with Leptin, Adiponectin, resistin, TNF-a, IL-6. Adiponectin become known to participating in Insulin sensitivity exasperation, Fat metabolism accomodation and inducing metabolic disease such as diabetes mellitus, arteriosclerosis, hyperlipemia. When we accomplished the test with purpose of Research, we observed significance with a result of test related to diabetes mellitus with reference setting by way of suggestion. Methods: Result of normal group (n=100) which is committed in the SCL from September 2006 to December 2006 and result of control group (n=50) relationship examination item that is decided diabetes measures themselves against each other. Also, we measured the normal group against the control group for the reference range of adiponectin. Results: Result in normal group (n=100) appeared by Glucose (reference 70~120 mg/dl) Mean and the SD 96.99 (${\pm}24.35$), HbA1c (reference 4.0~6.0%) Mean and the SD 5.64 (${\pm}0.90$), Insulin (reference 2.0~25.0 uIU/ml) Mean and the SD 7.80 (${\pm}4.42$), the Adiponectin the Mean and the SD 9,861.23 (${\pm}4,977.0$). Result in control group(n=50) appeared by Glucose (reference 70-120 mg/dl) Mean and the SD 224.95 (5.30), the HbA1c (reference 4.0~6.0%) Mean and the SD 8.22 (1.63), Insulin (reference 2.0~25.0 uIU/ml) Mean and the SD 17.02 (3.01), C-peptide (reference 0.48~3.30 ng/ml) Mean and the SD 7.92 (${\pm}7.40$), the Adiponectin Mean and the SD 18,110.03 (${\pm}12,843.29$). Conclusions: Therefore, it seems that test results are significant and we consider that it can be apply to useful diagnosis of diabetes mellitus, arteriosclerosis, hyperlipemia patients throughout the reference range setting of Adiponectin, Leptin is one of the Bio-energy metabolism control hormone.

초기최대수송능력을 고려한 수송능력산정 알고리즘의 개발에 관한 연구

전력산업 구조개편시 효율적인 계통운용을 위하여 계산시간이 빠르고 신뢰적인 연계계통에서의 수송능력을 산정하는 알고리즘개발에 관한 연구는 필수적이라고 할 수 있다. 이를 위하여 본 연구에서는 효율적인 수송능력산정문제의 정식화 및 수송능력 산정시 초기 최대수송능력을 계산한 다음, 이로부터 계산된 발전기 출력의 초기값을 이용함으로써 수송능력계산의 수렴속도를 개선할 수 있는 방법을 제시하였다. 또한 이를 시험계통에 적용하여 본 연구의 타당성을 검증하고 유용한 정보를 도출하였다. This paper presents a power transfer capability calculation algorithm considering initial maximum power transfer capability. In this method initial maximum power transfer capability is calculated first. Then, the initial value of active power outputs of generators is gotten for power transfer capability calculation. The proposed method is applied to IEEE-24 Reliability Test System and the results show the effectiveness of the method.

인천국제공항 배전계통의 신뢰도 평가에 관한 연구

This study is focused on the reliability evaluation for distribution system based on deterministic evaluation technique. Average failure rates, average outage time, and average annual outage time of electrical parts and load points are calculated through network reduction method and failure mode & effective analysis method. And reliability indices of distribution system are calculated. Finally, by employing analytic hierarchy process method, unique index which evaluates and improves the distribution system is calculated. As a result, finding weak points and expansion schedule of the system is possible. The usefulness of this method is verified by applying it to the Inchon International Airport.

소형열병합발전을 성장시킬 수 있는 길을 모색해야 한다는 목소리가 높아지고 있다. 소형열병합발전은 열과 전기를 동시에 생산해 에너지효율을 높이고 동고하저를 보이는 LNG의 수요관리를 위해 정부가 의욕적으로 추진하고 있는 에너지시책 중 하나다. 그러나 연료인 LNG의 요금이 급격하게 증가하는 데 비해 전기요금은 오르지 않아 투자비용 회수가 어렵다는 게 보급이 줄어든 이유다. 이러한 상황에서 에너지관리공단은 '소형열병합발전 중장기보급 활성화 연구'를 통해 사업자체에 대한 새로운 방안을 모색한다는 방침을 발표했다. 불과 5년 전만해도 대표적인 에너지 절약 시스템으로 주목 받았던 소형열병합발전. 현재의 딜레마를 벗어나 중장기 보급 활성화를 위해 필요한 역할과 그 요소는 무엇인지 살펴보았다.

This paper presents a methodology on the AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) to calculate unified power quality index which provide an overall assessment of the distribution system performance. To obtain the unified power quality index. we propose the use of the AHP model and consider contingency using Monte Carlo simulation. The proposed method is especially useful and effective for planning. We have applied the proposed method to an actual relatively large system. 본 연구에서는 배전시스템 안정성의 요소라 할 수 있는 고조파, 전압변동, Sag/Swell, 신뢰도의 측면에서 배전시스템을 전력품질 측면에서 안정성을 종합적으로 평가하는 방법을 개발하였다. 시스템이 전력품질의 측면에서 얼마나 안정적인가를 정량적으로 평가하기 위해서 AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process)를 사용하여 종합 전력품질 통합지수를 산정하는 방법을 제안하였다. 또한 몬테카를로 시뮬레이션을 수행함으로서 사고를 고려한 배전계통의 안정성을 평가하였다.
