6H-SiC 위에 형성한 에피택시 AIN 박막 구조에 대한 전기적 특성의 평가온도 의존성

Epitaxial aluminum nitride films on 6H-SiC (0001) were fabricated using reactive RF magnetron sputtering and post-deposition rapid thermal annealing. The electrical properties of AIN films depending on film thickness and measurement temperature have been observed. Full width at half maximum of AIN (0002) was $0.1204^{\circ}$ (about 430 arcsec) X-ray rocking curve results. The equivalent oxide thickness (EOT) of AIN film was estimated as about 10 nm and the leakage current density was within the order of $10^{-8} 4/cm^2$. The dielectric constant of AIN film estimated from the accumulation region of C-V curve measured at $300^{\circ}C$ was 8.3. The dynamic dielectric constant was obtained as 5.1 from J vs. 1/T plots at the temperature ranging from R.T. to $300^{\circ}C$ From above, estimation temperature dependance of the electrical properties of Al/AIN/SiC MIS devices was affirmed and useful data compilation for the reliabilities of SiC MIS is expected.

The success of fiscal decentralization depends on an effective intergovernmental transfer system. This paper focuses on the Local Share Tax(LST), the primary intergovernmental fiscal transfer in Korea. The LST, by law, aims to mitigate horizontal fiscal imbalance among the local governments. As an attempt to test the fiscal equity of the LST empirically, net fiscal benefits of each county are calculated based on a simple model. While the LST contributes to horizontal fiscal measured traditional inequality indices, a geographical pattern of net fiscal benefits is observed. From these findings, the role of LST on fiscal equity needs to be carefully re-examined. 성공적인 재정분권은 합리적인 세원배분과 함께 효율적인 재정지원제도에 의해 결정된다고 해도 과언이 아니다. 본 연구는 우리나라의 지방재정지원제도 중 교부금을 중심으로 그 현황과 개선방안을 살펴보았다. 현행 교부세법에 의하면 지방교부세는 지역 간 재정격차 완화를 목적으로 하고 있다. 교부세의 형평화 기능을 살펴보기 위해 각 군(郡)의 순재정편익(net fiscal benefits)을 계산하고 이를 기초로 형평화의 정도를 측정하였다. 연구결과에 따르면, 전통적인 방법으로 측정한 순재정편익의 불평등도는 매우 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 지리적 분포를 면밀히 살펴본 결과 순재정편익의 많고 적음에 따라 일정한 지리적 패턴을 보였다. 이러한 사실에 비추어 현행 교부세제도의 재정격차 완화기능을 재검토해 볼 필요가 있다.
도시내 가로변 빌딩이 도로 이면지역의 소음에 미치는 영향

가로변 이면지역에 위치한 노후된 공동주택은 주도로의 교통소음의 피해를 받는다. 이면지역의 소음은 가로면 건물의 높이와 주도로와의 이격거리, 그리고 도로변 건물간의 이격거리 및 도로변 건물간의 높이차이에 의하여 영향을 받는다. 본 연구는 한 도시 내의 15개의 블록을 선정하여 가로변 건물배치형태를 1)블록에 단일건물이 배치된형태, 2)블록에 다수의 건물이 하나의 축으로 연속하여 배치된 형태로 분류하였으며, 가로변과 이면지역에서 도로교통소음을 동시에 측정하여 가로변의 건물 배치형식에 따른 이면지역소음의 상관성을 분석하였다. 분석결과, 이면지역으로 전달된 도로교통소음은 가로변에 배치된 건물의 높이, 건물과 건물간의 이격된 거리, 인접한 건물의 높이차에 영향을 받으며 건물의 너비에 의한 소음도의 감소는 나타나지 않았다. 가로변에 위치한 건물의 높이가 4 m(단층)인 경우 이면지역의 소음도는 12 dB(A)감소하였으며 높이가 4 m 증가할 때마다 2 dB(A)씩 감소하는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 인접한 두 건물의 높이차가 4 m 증가할 때마다 이면지역의 소음도는 1 dB(A)씩 증가하였으며, 인접한 두 건물의 이격된 거리가 0.5 m 증가할 때마다 이면지역의 소음도는 1 dB(A)씩 증가하는 것으로 나타났다. The old residences and shops in the backside blocks are affected by the traffic noises from the main road. The noise of the backside roads is affected by the following factors such as the height of the roadside buildings, the distance between the road and the backside streets, distance among adjacent roadside buildings, and the difference of the adjacent building heights. The both noise levels on the road and the backside street were measured simultaneously in 15 urban blocks of a city which can be categorized into two types of roadside building plans ; 1) one single building along the street, 2) buildings arranged on one axis beside the road. As the results, there is no significant noise reduction due to the width of the buildings in general. However, in the cases of buildings arranged on one axis beside the road, it was found that the average noise reduction was 12 dB(A) on the basis of the building height of 4 m. Also, it was analysed that for each 4 m increase in the building height, noise reduction occurred by 2 dB(A) beyond building height of 4 m. In general, it was proved that the noise of the back streets is mainly affected by the lowest height of the roadside buildings. It was found that noise is increased by 1 dB(A) for each 4 m increase of the height difference between adjacent buildings. Also, It was revealed that for each 0.5 m increase in the distance between roadside building, noise reduction decreased by 1 dB(A).

A risk analysis on the cutting slope of roads near Cheongju area was carried out with the data from geological map, field investigation, and laboratory test and with the Geographic Information System. A risk analysis method on the cutting slope of road using the Geographic Information System was developed with the data from geological map, field investigation and laboratory tests. In the GIS, road factors which are safety factor, class of road, slake index, slope-protection works, and height of slope in the cutting slopes are classified into some ranks, and their weighting factors were taken into account. This method can be applied effectively to a road management.
인공신경망기법을 이용한 중심차수벽형 석괴댐의 정부침하량 예측

In this study, the settlement data of 32 center cored rockfill dams (total 39 monitored data) were collected and analyzed to develop the method to predict the crest settlement of a CCRD after impounding by using the internal settlement data occurred during construction. An artificial neural network (ANN) modeling was used in developing the method, which was considered to be a more reliable approach since in the ANN model dam height, core width, and core type were all considered as input variables in deriving the crest settlement, whereas in conventional methods, such as Clements's method, only dam height is used as a variable. The ANN analysis results showed a good agreement with the measured data, compared to those by the conventional methods using regression analysis. In addition, a simple procedure to use the ANN model for engineers in practice was provided by proposing the equations used for given input values.
