This is an attempt to study Oscar Wilde's early three comedies-Lady Windmere's Fan, A Woman of No Importance and An Ideal Husband by a close examination of each play with special referance to plot, form and content. Many critics have complained about Wilde's indebtedness and adherence to a tradition that was already established in comic drama ; post-romantic French drama and the plays of his English contemporaries. Our superficial understanding of his plays might lead to the false conclusion that his achievement lay merely in putting together melodrama situations, using techniques from the well-made play, and projecting them on to a background of social criticism in the problem play. The real problem of his plays is the tension between the individual and society, between public and private life, between established norms and their deliberate violation. The subject-matter and the conflict in each of Wide's comedies lies in the struggles of the insiders to maintain their position or of the outsiders to break in, and of the individual's need to fulfil himself independently of this pressure to conform. Despite the fact that Wilde continually touches on the conflict between public and private life, we cannot assign his comedies to the genre of the problem play. The tradition of problem play did not suit Wilde at all, for it ran contrary to his anti-realistic concept of art and he was not really interested in social reform. He adopted tile lofty detachment of the observer ridiculing the weaknesses and deficiencies of social man and his institutions without ever departing from them. In his plays he seeks to empower the dandies, and in his statements about the theatre. as about art and life in general, he constantly disclaims any pretensions to seriousness-as commonly defined. Through a series of highly cultivated speeches the dandies of each play challenge the moral and social expectations of his audience-in particular such good women as Lady Windmere and the Duchess of Berwick in Lady Windmere's Fan, Miss Hester Worsley in A Woman of No Importance and Lady Chiltern in An Ideal Husband. Wilde treats all his variations on these characters with a degree of irony by casting doubt on the self-righteous morality that underlies all their actions, resulting in comic effect. Even the irony of the title or sub-title revealed in the concluding part of each p]ay contributes to the comic effect of his comedies. It should not be supposed that Wilde is attempting to imitate any one genre lather than another ; however, the individual kind of comedy which he initiated and developed has even stronger affinities with the English than with the French tradition. One striking principle of construction in his comedies, which corroborates such a view, is the way in which it is organized, in part, by means of hierachy of wit. Such a scheme would place the chief spokesmen of Wildean dandyism such as Mrs. Erlynne, Lord Darlington, Lord Illingworth and Lord Goring in the highest rank, their tone being echoed by choric figures and the sincerely earnest at the bottom. Unlike many dramatists he did not write a basic play which he later embellished with witticisms but from first to last he engaged his creative intellect on the theme so that, in effect, every joke, every epigram, almost every line of dialogue adds to the accumulative and total drama, resulting in a criticism of life and a criticism of the society of the day. There is little denying that in his three comedies Wilde was burdened with the tradition of French thesis play. But compared with the theses of Dumas fils and Augier, Wilde's were less conventional. In all his three comedies there is a secret that either sets the plot in motion or at least has a decisive influence on its course. Futhermore, this secret always concerns something in conflict with social or moral conventions, that is, the indiscretions of Mrs. Erlynne and Mrs. Arbuthnot in Lady Windmere's Fan and A Woman of No Importance, and the corruption of Robert Chiltern in An Ideal Husband. In particular the moral scheme of the plot in An Ideal Husband has, demonstrably, some unusual implications, which reflect the tolerance and compromise of Lady Windmere's Fan rather than the moral absolutes of A Woman of No Importance. In Lady Windmere's Fan and A Woman of No Importance Wilde attacked an uncompromising attitude, such as Dumas and Augier took, towards the demi-mondaine, and in An Ideal Husand the demi-mondaine, though foiled, is not humiliated. But the relative unconventionality of Wilde's theses does not prevent their burdening the plays and from time to time clashes with the comic point of view that is the freshest element in each play. It is only with his escape from the thesis play in The Importance of Being Earnest. Wilde made two vital contributions to the development of British drama : a new style of language and a new critical perspective. His alternation of techniques-non-commitment, witty aphorisms, paradoxes, hidden dialogue and direct expression-was the original feature that emanated directly from his own peculiar gifts. The new critical perspective consisted in his scepticism as regards the efficiency of communication, his focus on the dilemma of the individual seeking meaningful identity in the clash between public and private life, and his undermining of traditional conventions. Thus the work of T. W. Robertson, S. Grundy, H. A. Jones and countles, other nineteenth-century playwrights have been more or less forgotten, whereas Oscar Wilde's comedies have had an asset of tremendous value, that of appealing to the common man.
보험회사 부문별 및 산업별 CRM 성공요인에 관한 실증연구

본 연구는 보험회사 직원을 대상으로 CRM 성공요인에 대한 설문조사를 실시하여 부문별(개발/운영/영업) 및 산업별(생보/손보) 성공요인의 차이 및 특성을 통계적으로 분석 및 비교함으로써 향후 보험산업의 지속적인 CRM 시스템 추진전략 및 개선책에 기여하고자 하였다. 분석 결과 먼저 보험회사 부문별로, 개발조직에서는 "고객정보력," 운영조직의 경우 "업무효율화," 영업조직의 경우 "조직 구축 및 업무효율화"를 가장 중요한 요인이라 생각하는 것으로 나타났다. 반면 산업별로는 큰 차이를 보이지는 않았으나 상대적으로 생보사가 손보사에 비해 CRM에 대한 통합인프라 구축을 중요한 성공요인으로 생각하는 것으로 나타났다. 이를 토대로 보험회사의 CRM 성공요인으로 전사적 고객정보관리, 조직의 전문성 및 연계성 확보, 업무 프로세스의 효율화, 차별화된 CRS활용 및 IT 인프라 구축을들 수 있다. CRM이 성공적으로 수행하기 위해서는 부문별 결정요인을 기반으로 구체적인 분석과정이 이루어져야 하며, 이를 통해 자사 실정에 적합한 최적의 CRM 추진전략을 수립하는 것이 필요하다. This paper analyzes and compares empirically the characteristics and differences of factors associated with the success of CRM in the insurance company divisions and the insurance industries through the factor analysis, and contribute to the improvement strategies of the continuous CRM system in the insurance industry afterwards. The results show that in case of the insurance company divisions, `Customer Data Power' in the division of development, `Work process Efficiency' in the division of operation, and `Organization Construction and Work Process Efficiency' in the division of sales are chosen as the most important factors. However, there are no big differences of factors between the insurance industries, and life insurance companies regard Construction of Integrated Infra of CRM a relatively more important factor compared with p-1 insurance companies. Based on these empirical results, the factors for the success of CRM in the insurance company include whole company management of customer relationship, securement of organizational specialty and connection. raised efficiency of work process, application of distinguished CRS, and construction of IT infra.
Shakespeare의 역사 의식 : Casing Second Tetralogy Second Tetralogy를 중심으로

My purpose in this paper is to show how the divorce of remorse from power lies at the heart of Shakespeare's vision of history as embodied in the Lancastrian tetralogy. There is no question that Machiavelli's Machpolitik is the choice the makers of history have made; but there is also no question what this choice has made of history. Shakespeare's response to such morally corrosive "realism" is two-fold, he would agree with Romand Sampson that "here are not two diverse planes of reality to be judged by different standards. There are no separate planes of the cloister and the Chancellory Office (only) the common plane of our single human existence." Every human being, then, "may seek to order his life and his relations with others on the basis of love or the basis of power," This dilemma between love and power is at the heart of the failure of history, and forms the tension of Shakespeare's history plays. Irreconcilable as the antinomies of love and power are, Shakespeare chooses love. Second, Shakespeare shows that what passes for success with the "realists" is, in fact, an illusion. It is generally conceded that Shakespeare's parade of kings is a parade of failures but Henry V is the exception, the ideal ruler who "succeed". In Shakespeare Henry's "famous victories" are revealed to be Pyrrhic ones, empty and futile, resulting only in a bloody civil war for England Shakespeare sees beyond the appearance that the outcome of such enterprises is always selfdefeating. The abuse of greatness, Shakespeare has Brutus say, "is when it disjoins/Remorse from power." This theme is embodied through chiasmic structure in Richard Ⅱ and the alernation or juxtaposition of comedy history in henry Ⅳ and Henry All are corrupted by the power they want and wield. Nor does Shakespeare accept ⅴ the narrow, futilistic Machiavellianism that a "repugnant unscrupulousness" is as asset in governing; indeed, the kings are political failures because they are moral failures; the two are not separable. Shakespeare did not suffer Machiavelli's historical myopia, but saw that such a notion of "political success" had condemned history to a continuing heritage of intrigue, war, bloodshed and suffering. This abuse f greatness - the inherent divorce morality and power-constitutes the tragedy of history, the cycle from which there is no escape.
부도예측모형을 이용한 전문건설공제의 리스크 측정에 관한 실증연구

본 연구는 전문건설기업을 조합원으로 운영하고 있는 전문건설공제조합의 신용리스크 측정을 위한 부도예측모형을 제안하고자 하였다. 기존의 부도예측모형은 일반적으로 횡단면자료(Cross-sectional Data)를 분석하는 모형을 적용해 왔으나, 이러한 모형들이 시간의 변화를 적절하게 반영하고 있지 못하는 단점을 보완하기 위하여, 전문건설기업에 대하여 6년간 관측된 균형패널자료로 설정하고 GEE 모형을 적용하였다. 본 연구는 부도예측모형으로서 Pooled Logit모형, GEE모형(연결함수: Logit) 및GEE모형(연결함수: Probit)을 비교·분석하였다. 분석결과 모형의 전체적인 부도예측력은 세 모형사이에 큰 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 부도기업에의 예측은 GEE모형(연결함수: Logit)이 84.33%로 예측되어 다른 두 모형인 GEE모형(연결함수: Probit)의 예측력 83.71%과 Pooled Logit모형의 예측력 83.51%보다 높게 나타났다. 따라서 본 연구에서 제시한 GEE모형이 부도기업을 예측하는데 유용한 측면이 있음을 확인하였다. This study aimed at suggesting a bankruptcy prediction model to measure the credit risk for the speciality constructors financial cooperative(SCFC). Through an empirical analysis, this study applied the GEE model to bankruptcy prediction to account for both individual effects and time effects in the data of specialty constructor corporates. The empirical results indicate that there were no significant differences between the Pooled Logit Model and the GEE model with regard to the power of overall bankruptcy prediction. However, they also show that the power of the GEE model(Link-function: Logit) in predicting bankrupt companies is 84.33%, which is slightly higher than 83.51% of the Pooled Logit model and 83.71% of the GEE model(Link-function: Probit). Thus, the GEE model(Link-function: Logit) has the highest accuracy of predicting bankrupt companies among the three models. This implies that the GEE model suggested by this study has proven to be useful for predicting bankruptcies of speciality constructor corporates.
공제의 서비스품질과 미래경쟁력에 관한 실증 연구 -전문건설공제를 중심으로

공제의 경쟁력 및 지속성장성의 확보를 위하여 서비스품질의 관리가 매우 중요하다. 본 연구는 공제의 서비스품질 측정에 관한 연구가 전무한 현실에서 공제의 서비스품질을 측정할 수 있는 모형을 개발하여 공제의 미래 경쟁력 확보에 기여하고자 하는 목적에서 수행하였다. 이에 본 연구는 기존연구 결과들을 토대로 공제의 서비스 품질 이론모형을 설정하고 구조방정식 분석모형을 통해 전문건설공제에 대하여 실증분석을 실시하였다. 실증분석 결과와 이에 따른 시사점은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 공제가 제공하는 서비스품질 요인 중 결과품질을 제외하고 상호작용품질, 물리적 환경품질, 부수적 지원품질이 고객만족에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 고객만족은 재구매 의도(충성도)와 공제의 지속성장성에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 공제의 영업성과의 제고 및 공제의 미래경쟁력이 고객 만족에 의해 긍정적인 영향을 받을 수 있음을 시사한다. 셋째, 서비스품질이 직접적으로 재구매 의도나 지속성장성에 영향을 미치지 않고 고객만족 요인을 거쳐서 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 고객만족이 서비스품질과 행동의도에 대한 매개변수로서의 역할을 입증한 분석 결과라 할 수 있다. 넷째, 각 서비스품질 요인이 고객만족에 미치는 정도는 물리적 환경품질, 상호작용품질, 부수적 지원품질, 결과품질 순으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 이용하여 자원배분을 할 경우 효과적인 서비스 품질개선이 이루어지고 결과적으로 공제의 미래경쟁력확보에 기여할 수 있을 것이다. It is very important to manage the service quality for keeping the competitiveness and growth of the Speciality Contractors Financial Cooperative(SCFC). This study has the goal of contributing to the future growth of the SCFC by developing the service quality model of the SCFC for the first time. Based on the results of prior studies, this study set up the service model of the SCFC and carried out an empirical analysis through the structural equation modelling. The followings are the results and the implications of this study. Firstly, among factors of the SCFC`s service quality, the interactive quality, the physical quality and the supplementary assist quality had positive effects on the customer satisfaction except the outcome quality. Secondly, the customer satisfaction affected positively the repurchase intention(loyalty) and the growth of the SCFC. This result implies that improvement of business outcomes and the future growth potential of the SCFC is affected positively by the customer satisfaction. Thirdly, the service quality had no positive influence on the repurchase intention (loyalty) and the steady growth directly, but a positive effect through the customer satisfaction. Fourthly, the impact level of the service quality factors is the physical quality, the interactive quality, the supplementary assist quality, and the outcome quality in order of precedence. If the resources are allocated based on this order of precedence, it could improve the service quality effectively and further contribute to the future growth of the SCFC.
