        유라시아연구(2004~2007)에 게재된 논문의 내용분석

        아시아·유럽 관련 연구주제 및 연구 방법론 등에 대한 현황 및 추세 등을 분석하는 것은 아시아·유럽 관련 문제를 연구하는 연구자들에게 대단히 유용한 시사점을 제공해 준다. 유라시아와 관련하여 다양한 주제를 전문적으로 분석하기 위해 창간된 유라시아연구는 (사)아시아유럽미래학회에서 발간하는 전문학술지 중 하나로서 4년 전인 2004년도부터 발간되기 시작하였다. 본 연구에서는 자기분석적 내용분석 관점에서 유라시아연구에 게재된 논문들만을 대상으로 분석하고자 하며, 다음과 같은 내용분석을 실시하고자 한다. 지난 4년 간(2004~2007) 유라시아연구에 게재된 학문영역별 게재논문수 추세, 논문을 게재한 연구자별 소속 및 논문점수, 대학 또는 기관별 논문점수, 세부연구주제의 연도별 추세를 확인한다. 또한 지난 4년 간 게재된 논문들에 대한 정밀분석을 통해 가장 많이 사용된 방법론 및 이에 대한 추세를 확인하고, 가장 많은 논문을 게재한 상위 연구자의 연구주제와 최다선호방법론을 확인함으로써 가장 훌륭한 프랙티스(practices)와 미래의 연구방향도 제시한다. 본 연구의 결과 아시아·유럽 관련 연구는 주로 수도권에 위치한 교수나 연구자에 의해 수행되고 있다. 또한 경영학 관련 연구주제에 대한 연구가 가장 많았으며, 상위/중위/하위 연구자를 불문하고 고찰/논평 및 틀 관련 방법론을 가장 많이 사용하였으며, 다변수모형 실증연구 방법론에 대한 관심이 고조되고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 끝으로 상위 20위권 연구자의 연구주제에서 재무금융이 가장 많았으며, 지역경제와 경영사가 뒤를 이었다. 또한 국별 관계에서 한국에 대한 연구가 가장 많았다. 이 외의 내용분석으로 연구변수 종류, 연구 분석단위, 참고학문 영역, 연구자의 수, 소속 기관의 유형, 인용패턴(인용문헌, 사용언어), 문헌의 반감기(문헌의 최신성) 등이 포함될 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 연구자의 수와 소속기관의 유형은 의미가 있어 분석하였으며, 소속기관의 유형분석은 소속기관에 대한 표기를 정밀하게 하는 것으로 대체하였다. 사용언어별 분석의 경우 국문논문은 62편, 영문논문은 35편, 독문논문은 10편, 불문논문과 일문논문은 각각 1편으로 나타났다. 아시아·유럽 관련 연구는 아직 미완의 연구분야이고 폭발적 성장이 예견되는 분야이다. 비록 본 연구가 아시아·유럽 연구에 대한 시발점에 불과하고 특정 부분에 국한된 연구라고 할지라도 상위 연구자의 연구를 거울삼아 기존연구에서 미진한 분야의 보완 및 결합, 발전방향이나 새로운 탐구영역의 발견 등을 통해 최선의 성과를 거둘 필요성이 있다. 그동안 경영분야의 연구자들이 많이 참여하였지만, 앞으로는 타 분야의 연구자들도 적극적으로 참여하여 유라시아연구에 대한 폭넓은 연구가 이루어질 필요성이 있다. 궁극적으로 유라시아연구는 기본이론을 계속적으로 개발함으로써 발전할 수 있다. 유사한 연구주제를 다루는 관련 학회와의 상호 비교연구도 유라시아연구가 발전하는데 큰 도움을 줄 것으로 판단된다. 인문과학이나 과학기술 분야에 대한 연구도 함께 이루어지는 것이 필요하다. 이 연구지의 특성상 특정 국가(들) 또는 국가(들) 간 연구에 대한 활성화가 필요하다고 판단된다. 시간이 흐를수록 아시아·유럽 관련 주제는 점증하는 지식의 내용과 다양성을 다룰 필요가 있으므로 특화되는 것이 필연적일 수도 있다. The Journal of Eurasian Studies has been regarded as one of the academic journals among Asia/Europe-related Journals. In a spirit of self-introspective content analysis, this paper profiles research published in The Journal of Eurasian Studies during the past 4year period(2004~2007). The author identify frequency trends by science department, affiliation(region)/paper scores by researcher, paper scores by affiliation(region), frequency trends by research subjects, the most utilized methodology(ranks)/frequency trends, research subjects/maximum preferred methodology by top 20 researchers, the others, and present the future research direction of the The Journal of Eurasian Studies. Based on a more detailed analysis of paper during the past 4years, the author identify that the Asia/Europe-related research was performed by professor or researcher belong to university or institution in capital region, most often investigated subject areas are business management and most often employed research methodologies are speculation·commentary/frameworks. The author identify best practices by way of analyzing the subjects(i.e. finance, local economics, history of management), methodologies(i.e. speculation·commentary, frameworks), and nation-related paper number(the number of paper on Korean subject is 25, it is maximum in respect of nation-related paper number) performed by highly published top 20 researchers. These results indicate that Asia/Europe-related research is clearly dominated by few university or few research institution. These findings should have implications for researchers, editors, universities, research institutions, and etc.. Besides pre-analysis noted above, it is included that sort of research variable, analysis unit of research, reference discipline, number of researcher, affiliation type, citation type(citation literature, language to be written), half-period of literature(i.e. utilizing index of up-to-date literature or utilizing index of the newest literature). Among above analysis number of researcher, type of affiliation, and language to be written were analyzed. Type of affiliation is represented by replacing precision representation about affiliation and number of paper to be written by Korean is 62, by English is 35, by German is 10, by French is 1, and by Japanese is 1. Ultimately, then, Asia/Europe-related research will progress only by developing fundamental theories that endure. Therefore, it need to reflect, build on, refine, and redefine core theories in the light of new knowledge linked with new environment. Comparative study between related association(or society) will be needed for activation of Asia/Europe-related research including humanities(i.e. cultural science)/scientific technique. It is necessary that revitalization of research on specific nation(s) or research between nations. Besides some researchers in management area, it is necessary that various researchers belong to other science discipline participate actively in this Asia/Europe-related research for comprehensive research about Asia/Europe-related research. As time goes by, the author believe that it is inevitable that the Eurasian subjects will be specialized due to the need to handle an ever increasing contents and diversity of knowledge. For example, the author believe that region-related journal(e.g. journal on the field of the management/economics/politics/diplomacy/commercial trade/society/culture in relation to Africa) that is representative of region as well as specific constituencies(e.g. resource diplomacy related constituencies) would be published in the future.

        가장 청렴하고 부패 없는 공공기관: 한국주택금융공사 윤리경영 사례

        본 논문은 2010년 국민권익위원회 공공기관 청렴도 평가 1위를 차지한 한국주택금융공사의 윤리경영 사례를 소개하고 있다. 당 기관은 설립 초기부터 윤리경영을 꾸준히 강조하여 윤리경영협의회, 윤리경영 옴부즈맨 제도 등 체계적인 윤리경영 시스템을 구축하였으며, 또한 자체진단과 외부진단을 통한 피드백 시스템을 구축하였다. 직원들의 윤리의식을 강화하기 위해 한국 전통의 선비정신에서 직업윤리와 윤리의식을 함양하는 노력도 실시하고 있다. This case study illustrates the business ethics practice of Korea Housing Finance Corporation that was top ranked among public corporation evaluated by Anti-corruption and civil rights commission, 2010. Since its inception, this corporation established ethical management system such as ethcal management committee and ethical management ombudsman system. In addition, establishing regular feedback systems through self-evaluation and the third party``s ethics diagnosis helped this corporation on the top of ethical management practices. To encourage employee``s mindset on ethics, Korea traditional ``Sunbi`` spirit was systematically emphasized so that they are equipped with high standard of occupational work ethics.

        In this paper, we introduce sign recognition algorithms to help facilitate communication between hearing-impaired using sign language and speech-language users. The algorithm is developed to use Microsoft"s depth sensor, kinect, to receive human joint information and to analyze sign language by learning joint information in neural networks. This neural networks is formed models that analyze arm movement and finger, about 88% accuracy was achieved in the test set.

        대학생들의 단골식당 소비 경험이 행복에 미치는 영향 : 가치와 애착의 매개효과

        대학생들은 단골식당의 소비 경험을 통해 특별하고 좋은 감정과 정서를 유발하는데, 단골식당을 찾는 까닭이자 이유이다. 다음은 소비 경험이 가치, 애착 및 행복 간의 관계를 분석한 결과이다. 첫째, 소비 경험이 가치에 긍정적인 영향을 주었다. 둘째, 인지적 경험과 행동적 경험이 애착에 긍정적인 영향을 주었다. 셋째, 가치와 애착은 행복에 긍정적인 영향을 주었다. 넷째, 감각적 경험, 정서적 경험, 행동적 경험은 행복에 긍정적인 영향을 주었다. 다섯째, 감각적 경험, 감성적 경험, 행동적 경험은 가치를 완전 매개하여 행복에 영향을 주었다. 여섯째, 행동적 경험은 애착을 완전 매개하여 행복에 영향을 주었다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 단골식당 소비 경험의 인과관계를 파악하여 차별화를 두어, 대학생들의 특성을 고려해 효과적인 경험의 제공 수단이 무엇인지를 결정하는 중요한 기초자료가 될 것이다. College students evoke special and good emotions and feelings through the consumption experience of regular restaurants, which is the reason and reason to visit regular restaurants. The following is the result of analyzing the relationship between value, attachment, and happiness of consumption experience. First, consumption experience had a positive effect on value. Second, cognitive and behavioral experiences had a positive effect on attachment. Third, value ​​and attachments had a positive effect on happiness. Fourth, sensory experience, emotional experience, and behavioral experience had a positive effect on happiness. Fifth, sensory experience, emotional experience, and behavioral experience fully mediates values ​​to affects happiness. Sixth, behavioral experience fully mediates attachment to affects happiness. Therefore, in this study, it will be an important basic data to determine the effective means of providing experiences in consideration of the characteristics of college students by identifying the causal relationship between regular restaurant consumption experiences and differentiated them.

        정보시스템 요원의 정보윤리 실천의도에 영향을 미치는 요인간 관계연구

        The growing concern about business ethics has been accompanied by an increase in empirical research seeking to discover the determinants of ethical/unethical behavior. This extensive result of empirical research suffers from a general inconsistency of focus and structure. Whereas a well-conceived theoretical framework could provide a very useful device for guiding research efforts, at present few such frameworks have been applied in the area of information ethics. The study apply the theory of planned behavior and two path of TAM (technology acceptance model) to the explanation of behavioral intention to perform the information ethics of IS personnel. The ability of the theory of planned behavior to predict ethical/unethical behavior is an empirical question that has yet to be explored. At present there is a striking lack of understanding of what factors influence decision making when information ethics are at issue in Korea. Under this theoretical background the research model is built. Using four scenario (privacy, accuracy, property, accessibility) with the dilemmas about information ethics, the study explores factors affecting the behavioral intention to perform the information ethics of IS personnel. Data are gathered from company located in Seoul and Kyunggido. Among these data, 157 respondent are used finally. Structural equation modelling using maximum-likelihood estimation(LISREL, 8.2) for the ten hypotheses reveal that the traditional forms of the theory of planed behavior and TAM fit the data adequately with the exception of a nonsignificant path(link) from subjective norm/organizational ethical climate to behavioral intention and attitude toward the behavior to perform the information ethics. The specific results of empirical research are as follows. Those two factors like attitude toward the behavior, perceived behavioral control have direct effects on the behavioral intention to perform the information ethics, while those two factors like behavioral belief structures, control belief structures have indirect effects on the behavioral intention to perform the information ethics through attitude toward the behavior, perceived behavioral control, respectively. Especially, behavioral belief structures have a direct effect(this is one path of TAM) as well as an indirect effect through attitude toward the behavior on the behavioral intention to perform the information ethics. The direct effect of subjective nordorganizational ethical climate on the behavioral intention to perform the information ethics is not significant, while the direct effect of normative belief structures on the subjective norm/organizational ethical climate is significant. The direct effect of control belief structures on the attitude toward the behavior is significant(this is one path of TAM). Therefore, the addition of these two paths of TAM improves the overall model fit as compared with the model fit of the theory of planned behavior. Ego strength shows quasi-moderating effect between the perceived behavioral control and the behavioral intention to perform the information ethics. Last, Implications for research and practice are discussed, and the limitations of research and directions of future research are suggested.

        IT BSC 기반의 서비스수준협약 측정지표, 핵심성공요인, 전략체계도 간 연계

        The purpose of this study is to analyze how to manage SLA related to IT BSC (balanced scorecard) as a means to establish an IT outsourcing management systems and to measure and manage business-centric IT services in order to maximize the effectiveness of IT outsourcing. IT BSC is used as a tool which regards IT as a supportive service for improving business performance and measures IT contribution in view of business value, external interest group utility, internal process efficiency (IT services supporting and operating efficiency), and learning/growth infra (technical contribution, education & training, etc.) in relation to CSF and SLA metrics. The results of this study are as follows: In order to develop SLA metrics related to business performance, we surveyed and analyzed A company's SLA operating case ('99-'06) and drew 47 metrics in 7 sections. A company, which was known for adopting and implementing the BSC systems successfully, was taken as a benchmarking company. By adding the 9 detailed metrics of which importance has been raised in MIS studies (IS performance measurement, etc.), 56 metrics in 7 sections were extracted. Finally 32 metrics considered to be continuously managed in view of business performance were selected by 13 experts in this area. By their assistances, we could find important evaluating factors (SLA metrics) and constructed the evaluation structure. We made the further analysis and study to extend the basic framework of A company. We classified SLA operating metrics by IT BSC 4 perspectives and presented IT BSC-based SLA strategy map in relation to CSF and SLA metrics. The results of this study offer an implication to IS consulting company in relation to strategic performance management.
