        상악암에 대한 병용요법의 효과

        상악암의 치료에는 일반적으로 수술요법과 방사선요법이 단독 또는 복합적으로 시행되어 왔다. 항암화학요법과 면역요법의 발전과 더불어 병용요법이 소개되었으며, 상악암에 대한 병용요법은 수술요법과 방사선요법 및 국소동주 화학요법을 병행하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 상악암에 대한 병용요법의 효과를 알아보기 위하여, 상악암으로 진단된 환자에서 Morita법을 약간 변형한 병용요법으로 치료하고 추적관찰이 가능하였던 24례를 대상으로 임상적 및 병리조직학적으로 비교 분석하였다. 병용요법에 의해 5년생존율이 66%로 향상되었으며, 상악전적출술의 필요성이 감소되었다. 상악암에 대한 병용요법은 기존의 광범위한 수술적 치료방법과는 달리 악안면의 형태 및 기능 보존을 목적으로 선택될 수 있는 치료방법의 하나인 것으로 생각된다. The treatment of maxillary cancer has been commonly performed by the surgery and radiation therapy, alone or in combination. Multimodal treatment has been introduced with improvement of chemotherapy and immunotherapy. Multimodal treatment for the maxillary cancer is composed of surgery, radiation therapy, and regional intra-arterial chemotherapy. The present study was performed to evaluate the effectiveness of the multimodal treatment with Morita's method, with a slight modification, for the maxillary cancer. Twenty-four cases of the maxillary cancer were analyzed. The multimodal treatment increased the 5-year-survival rate up to 66% and reduced the need for maxillectomy. This method made the morphological and funtional preservation possible. This method may be recommended for the treatment of maxillary cancer.

        기자회견 장면에서의 「いただく·くださる」표현의 사용실태 연구 ―일본 총리의 COVID-19 관련 기자회견을 중심으로―

        This study compares and considers the actual use of the expression of “いただく” and “くださる” in press conferences on COVID-19 by former Prime Minister Abe of Japan. Although many studies have been conducted previously on the actual use of the expressions “いただく” and the expressions “くださる”, this study targets a specific discourse scene, namely a press conference. It differs from the existing research in that it is logically presented by this method and that the connected vocabulary and expressions are presented with specific frequency. The results of this study are summarized as follows. First, when comparing the frequency of use of the expression “いただく” and the expression “くださる”, both of which have a meaningful correspondence in the press conference scene, the frequency of use of “いただく” was higher than that of “くださる” in all sentence patterns. “くださる” was used 73 times, compared to “いただく”, which was used about 4.3 times more with 311 cases. Second, if you look at each scene of the press conference, it can be seen that “いただく” is used more frequently in responses, while “くださる” is used in statements and questions. In particular, the frequency of use of “くださる”(41.2%) in questions was relatively high compared to “いただく”(4.2%). In addition, in terms of connected vocabulary and expressions, it was found that the rate of connecting “いただく” with “協力, 質問” is high, and “くださる” is more often connected with “聞かせる, 教える”. Third, the correlation found in the press conference scenes for the expression “いただく” shows that it appears frequently in the response “~ていただく”, or in the progress scene “お/ご~いただく,” and “~をいただく” in the response scene. Fourth, the correlation found in the press conference scene for each sentence type of expression of “くださる” shows that it appears more often in the speech scene of “~てくださる”, and “お/ご~くださる” in the questioning scene, while “~をくださる”. has never been used. Fifth, the misuse of the expressions “いただく” and “くださる” is identified in the speech scene, and the most frequent pattern of misuse was omitting “を”.

        일본어 기반 지역연계 프로그램 활성화 방안 연구

        As the number of college admissions decreases sharply due to the aging society, many changes are needed in the status and roles of universities. Considering the reality of current college education which values practical and converged education, universities and educational departments have to develop their own specialized education strategies. Most importantly universities in local areas have to develop specialized strategies that reflect the needs of their own communities, since such efforts can greatly contribute not only to the community in the mid- to long-term, but also serve as co-survival foundation for both communites and universities. In this study, we sought to find ways for universities to contribute to the community by developing inter-regional programs based on Japanese language. In particular, we looked at the practice of interrelational program (programs between Japanese students and local residents), the local restaurants, the FG (Friendly Guide) program, and the local government SNS Tour. Through this study, we have confirmed that this kind of language-based regional linkage program can be implemented in a variety of forms, using the characteristics of universities. The study is about the development of a Japanese-based inter-collegiate programs between universities and regions, and we expect to apply the results of the study to other languages as well as Japanese.

        일본인의 「~させていただく」사용실태에 관한 고찰

        This study explores the actual use and the misuse of the expression ‘-sasete itadaku’ through the books of KOTONOHA(Modern Japanese Corpus) and the search of the National Assembly Minutes. The total target expressions of ‘- sasete itadaku’ is 3,713. Its misuse is about the insertion of ‘-sa’, which is an obvious grammiatical error, and other expressive errors were investigated in the books of KOTONOHA and the sample from the National Assembly Minutes. Among them, some less grammatical examples affixed to intransitive verbs were the target of the current study. 14 natives speakers of Japanese working at universities in Korea (Japanese language professors) participated in this study to judge of the grammaticality. The results of the study is as follows: first, the exrpression ‘-sasete itadaku’ appeared more in the sample of National Assembly Minutesthe, which is more likely to be a spoken style, than the books with a literay style; and for the periodical frequency, the use of ‘-sasete itadaku’ has highly increased since 2000. Second, the insertion of ‘-sa’ in ‘-sasete itadaku’ has occurred in various verbs with no relation to the form of the verbs, and it has also been found more in the National Assembly Minutes. However, there was no occurrencs of ‘-sa’ in ‘-sasete morau’, and it may be due to the faulty expression produced through a cognitive process to exchange ‘-suru’ to ‘-sasete itadaku’. Lastly, ‘-sasete itadaku’ has often been attached to the verb with the speaker's will, but according to the investigation, it turned out that ‘-sasete itadaku’ occurred in the verbs with no volition like intransitive verbs. The 98 examples of this were tested by the 14 Japanese speaking professors, and where all of them responed that the expressions were not ungrammtical was only in the expressions attached to the verbs 「上がる, 立ち 入る, 終わる, 遊ぶ, 下がる, 入る, 動く」. More than a half of the professors, instead, pointed out the awkwardness of the 9 examples from the books, and National Assembly Minutes.

        한국의 일본어교육에 있어서 언어문화교육에 관한 일고찰-대학수학능력시험을 중심으로-

        The present study aims to examine the teaching practice of Japanese language and culture in Korea. More specifically, it studies the extent to which the curriculum of the Japanese language in Korea places an importance of cultural understanding in language teaching, through analysis of 1) the test items appeared in the CSAT for the last five years and 2) educational curriculum of Japanese language in Korea. With the findings, this study discusses teaching implications and suggestions. From the findings, this study claims that language teaching should include not only structure and functions of the target language but also enhancing an ability to build the relationship among people who use the language, to understand diversity of the society in which the language is used, and to develop comprehensive understandings about the language use. Also this study claims that the learner autonomy needs to be promoted, placing an value on ``process`` of learning, rather than ``product`` or ``outcome`` of learning. In conclusion, this study argues that language teaching should help learners understand that culture and language is intertwined, and because of that, there exist a high degree of diversity and complexity going on in language learning.
