        한국의 선조 들이 사용한 주머니는 이미 삼국시대부터 남녀노소 모두가 즐겨 사용하였고 실용성, 상징성, 장식성이 겸비된 우리의 우수한 문화 유산이다. 본 연구에서는 한국의 옛 주머니의 역사를 살펴보고 또한 주머니의 다양한 종류와 색채를 분석해보았다. 논고에 인용된 유물은 동덕여자대학교 박물관과 허동화 사전박물관의 것을 참고하였다. 그리고 조선조 말기 영친왕실의 장신구주머니는 대부분 덕수궁 궁중박물관에 소장중인 것을 참고, 분석하였으나 두 개의 수 손가방은 동경박물관에 보관 중이므로 궁중유물전시관과 민족문화문고의 조선조 말기 왕실 복식사와 조선조 후기 궁중 복식사(英王복식중심)의 최근 도판을 사용하였다. 그리고 이 연구의 목적인 전통주머니의 현대화를 위하여 시장조사를 실시하였고 본인이 1997년경부터 제작한 현대화한 주머니들을 제시하였다. 각 나라의 특유한 문화가 가미된 디자인과 색상이 밀레니움 시대에 더욱 강조되고 세계적으로 각광을 받고 있다. 그리고 우리 나라에서는 전통문화의 보존과 계승 차원의 문화상품개발을 국가정책 사업 중 하나로까지 정하고 있다. 이러한 때에 한국전통주머니의 상징적 의미와 조형미의 우수함을 살려 잘 디자인된 현대화한 주머니의 개발이 필요하다고 생각된다. 그러므로 본고에서는 한국 전통주머니에 대한 연구와 현대화의 시도에 조준(照準)을 맞추었다. The pouch was widely used by ancestors without distinction of age or sex since the era of the Three Kingdoms. Being practical, symbolic, and decorative, it is an invaluable cultural inheritance. This study looked back upon the history of Korean traditional pouches and analyzed various kinds and colors of the pouches. For the modernization of the pouches, which is the objective of the study, I made market surveys and presented modernized pouches, which were made from 1997. At the millennium age, design and color seasoned with unique traditional culture of each country are in the spotlight and are getting more emphasized across the globe. The Korean government supports the development of cultural products as one of the national policies to preserve and succeed traditional cultures. It is thought to be very timely to develop well-designed modernized pouches, making full use of symbolic meanings and formative beauties of the traditional pouches. I hope craftsmen and designers work together to develop the pouches as cultural products to preserve and succeed the excellent traditional cultures and to give light of its value to the world market.

      • 간호원의 가치관과 직무만족도와의 관계 연구

        The purpose of this study is to determine values and job satisfaction of Nurses. The subjects consisted of 76 nurses who were working on all wards of three general hospitals in the Soon Cheon. Date were collected by means of a questionnaire from November 11 to 22, 1986. The research instruments used for this study were the L.V. Cordon's Survey of Interpersonal Values(SIV) and Paula's job satisfaction. Analysis of the data included percentage and ANOVA. The results of study were as follows : 1. Those nurses surveyed show that conformity(19.053) took the highest place and leadership(10.632) lowest in the general value orientation. In accordance with the Golden's SIV. those of other woman indicate l6th % ile-70% ile, respectively. 2. Significant variation has been shown by each class in earth factor such as support, independence, benevolence and leadership but no variation has been indicated in conformity and recognition. 3. The mean score for job satisfaction was 2.838(range 1-5). Among the components, satisfaction was the highest for nurse-doctor relation-ship(3.355), tool lowed by task requirement(3.109), administration(2.829), interaction(2.811), professional status(2.724), autonomy(2.474) and salary(2.092) in this order. 4. An analysis of the relationship between job satisfaction and the general characteristics was founded to be statistically significant for : age, religion, working part, the nurses professional motivation, the nurses professional motivation, the nurses intention to stay, the meaningfulness of nursing profession, chance for professional growth. 5. An analysis of the relationship of the values and job satisfaction was found to be statistically significant; Among benevolence and salary, task requirement, autonomy, between conformity and autonomy, among recognition and salary, administration, professional status, task requirement. autonomy. The results of the finding of the study show that there is no the higher the level of the nurse's values. Therefore. it is concluded that new strategy and special education program should be established for formulation of the right values and job satisfaction for the general hospital nurses.

      • 간호사의 사기에 관한 연구

        This story purposes to grasp many points at issue about the morale improvement of clinical nurses that achieves the purpose of personnel management effectively, to furnish basic data to be helpful to the improvement and development of nursing administration. This study was completed after being distributed and being collcted questionaire from NOV. 21 to Dec. 13, 1992 making 164 nurses working at four general hospitals located in Sun Chun city objects. The instrument for this study is modified with reference to Yus', Jungs', Buks' study and were developed by the investigator : the instruments to measure clinical nurses' morale improvement were tested for reliability. All the analysis of data was done by means of SPSS, Mean, Percentages, Standard Diviation, ANOVA, t-test and Pearson Correlation Coefficients. The results of the study are as follows ; The general characteristics of the object of investigation is that the nurses under 29 are most as 87.1% in age, that the clinical experienced for less than five years are 74.5% and that the clinical experienced for less than ten years are 95.8%. From the view of married or unmarried, most of them are unmarried (75.6%), and from the view of position, 146 of them are staff nurses (89%), the head nurses of them are 6.7% and the charge nurses are 4.3% (7 people). The level of nurse's morale was revealed as moderate (mn. 2.756). In the reaction about item factor of occupation consciousness, a view of labor union, leadership got recorded the high and pay, educational training, working environment got recorded the low. In the general characteristics, the level of nurse's morale showed significantly in such items as age (F = 2.61, P = 0.021), clinical experienced (F = 2.49, P = 0.027), the joining of labor union (T=3.366, P=0.001), religion (F = 2.93, P = 0.024), a view of labor union (T=3.877, P=0.0002). In the relationship between the general characteristics and 11 itemized factors, pay showed significantly in such items as age (F = 2.47, P = 0.027), clinical experienced (F = 2.38, P = 0.033), the joining of labor union (F = 31.87, P = 0.0001), a degree of cognition on the labor union (F = 14.44, P = 0.000), kind of hospital (F = 17.14, P = 0.000). Stability showed significantly in such items as religion (F = 5.00, P = 0.001), the joining of labor union (F = 21.75, P = 0.000), a degree of cognition on the labor union (F = 9.82, P = 0.002), kind of hospital (F = 12.21, P = 0.000). Occupational consciousness showed significantly in such items as clinical experienced (F = 2.66, P = 0.018), the joining of labor union (F = 19.46, P = 0.046), religion (F = 5.53, P = 0.000), a degree of cognition on the labor union (F = 5.23, P = 0.024), kind of hospital (F =8.15, P = 0.000) Leadership showed significantly in such items as age (F=3.81, P=0.002), state of marriage (F=4.06, P=0.046), clinical experienced (F=3.47, P=0.003), kind of hospital ((F=4.39, P=0.038), working ward (F=6.34, P=0.000). Educational training showed significantly in such items as clinical experienced (F=2.28, P=0.040), the joining of union (F=0.42, P=0.014), a degree of cognition on the labor union (F=6.24, P=0.014).

      • 만성질환자의 가족환경 지각정도와 정신건강과의 관계연구

        The family is the fundamental unit of organization in human society. As society has become more modernized, the organization and function of family has changed. If there is a chronically ill person in the family, it may cause tension within the family over a long period of time and put stress on the familys economical, psychological and physical resources. And it may also obstruct family functioning. The study research problem was designed to identify the correlation between perceived family environment and hygine. The purpose of this study was to provide the basic data of family functioning in families with chronically ill people to the planning of nursing intervention. The subjects of this study were the 69 patients from 35 to 70 who were selected from the hospital in Sun Chun. The data were collected from Oct. 1 to Oct.20, 1987. The tools used for this study were the Family Environment Scale designed by Moos and the Sympton checklist-90-Revision designed by Kim Gungil and Won, H. Taeg. Data analysis included frequency, t-test, ANOVA and pearson Correlation Coefficient. The results of analysis follows. 1. General characteristic variables related to the family environment perception score were the client's age, the family system and hospital perriod. Comparing the mean scoros between the hospital period and the expressiveness(p=.021), Conflict(p=.050), the differences were statistically significant. Client's age had correlation with the expressiveness(r=.341, p=.000) and control(r=.200, p=.050). Family systems had correlation with the conflict(r=-.228, p=.032). 2. General charateristic variables related to the degree of mental hygine were the client' sage, hospital period, family system and family size. Comparing the mean scores between the hospital Period and anxiety(P=.002), Paranoid ideation (P=.042), obsessive-compulsive(p=.001), interpersonal sensitivity (p=.004), the differences were statistically significant. Client's age had correlation with the anxiety (r=-.215, p=.038) and hostility (r=-207, p=.044) The family system had correlation with the paranoid ideation (r= -.237, p=.025), The family size had correlation with the interpersonal sensitivity (r=-.211, p=.043) 3. The family environment perception score related to the degree of mental hygine : Hostility influencing the family function were correlation with the expressiveness (r=-.200, p=.500), conflict (r=.250, p=.021), organization (r=.259, p=.017) and control (r= -.270, p=.015). It was concluded that the family environment as perceived was correlated with their mental hygine. This probably that nursing intervention designed to increase expressiveness family organization and control and designed to decrease conflict.

      • 근무평정제도에 관한 실증적 연구

        Today hospitals are run on a very extensive scale gradually and composed of persons who kave special knowledge and technique. The importance of human resources is being emphasized in the organization of hospital, and the effective management of the human resources is directly connected with the success and failure of the hospital administration. From this point of view, merit rating system which is aimed to make possible effective utilization of organized members and to active the organization by a systematic evaluation not only in their actual value but in potential utilization become the key subject in organized management. In this study, it is aimed to analyze merit rating system of the three hospitals in Sun Chon to find the problems and to seek a rational improvements measure for organization. As the result of this study, the hospitals have defect of job analysis and education, lack of understanding, insufficiency of rating element, and closed to the result about merit rating system. The following measures should be sought; First, merit rating procedure which is suitable to the purpose of the organization should be estabiished. Second, it should be establish the rating elements and make in to a rating list in accordance with the purpose of organization and the form of job in the job analysis. Third, especially merit rating system must devise practical method actively in the object of control and non-control. Fourth, it is necessary to the systematic and continuous education, for induce sufficient understanding and positive participation on merit rating system. Fifth, it is desirable to open to the one's own self results of the evaluation within the possible extent in order to promote the self-improvement of the employees actively and has to make an exception system as well. Sixth, rating method must choice in accordance with the property and purpose of organization and introduce self-description, interview method, management by objectives and assessment centers etc.

      • 심리운동이 지적장애 아동의 창의성에 미치는 영향

        본 연구에서는 "창의성"을 지능만으로 한계 짓지 않고, 창의성이란 지적 장애 아동에게도 개발될 수 있는 잠재능력으로 인식하며, 창의성 향상을 위해 고안된 심리운동 프로그램이 지적장애 아동의 창의성에 변화를 가져오는지 알아보기 위해 연구를 실시하였다. OO시 위치한 A초등학교 특수학급에서 방과 후 프로그램을 이용하는 지적장애 7명을 대상으로 실시한 심리운동의 효과성을 창의성의 하위요인별로 검증한 결과, 심리운동이 지적장애 아동의 언어 창의성과 신체 창의성뿐만 아니라 유창성, 융통성, 독창성, 상상력에 긍정적 변화를 가져옴을 알 수 있었다. 지적장애 아동에게도 심리운동을 통해 창의성을 지원하는 것이 가능하며, 놀이의 유희성은 흥미를 지속적으로 유발하고 능동적인 활동을 유도하여 창의성을 증진시킬 수 있었다. 심리운동은 지적장애 아동뿐만 아니라 다른 장애아동의 수준과 욕구에 적합한 활동이 될 수 있음을 시사점으로 도출하였다.

      • 현대 텍스타일에 나타난 Rya기법에 관한 연구

        I.IntroductionI.1 The Purpose of StudyI.2 The Scope and Method of Study 역사와 전통문화가 서로 섞여 있는 유럽국가들의 문화 속에 “ Rya Rug"는 14 - 15세기부터 귀족들이나 일반 서문들 사이에 널리 사용되어 왔다. Rug를 짜는데는 직기를 사용하는 방법과 틀을 사용하는 방법 등이 있는데 이 논문에서는 틀이나 직기를 사용하지 않고 사각 구멍이 뚫린 망에 돗바늘을 이용하여 짠 “ Rya Rug"에 관하여 연구하였다. “ Rya Rug"는 스칸디나비아 반도의 주변에서 시작되었다. 호수와 바다를 낀 대륙은 어업이 발달하였고, 어부들은 덮을 담요로 동물의 가죽으로 사용하던 것을 물에 잘 젖지 않고 건조도 쉬운 “ Rya Rug"를 사용하게 되었다. “ Rya Rug"는 직기나 틀을 사용하지 않는 다는 이점, 크기 조절의 가능성, 또한 색상과 털의 길이도 자유롭다는 이유로 유럽 전역으로 퍼져 가정의 여인들 사이에 널리 제조되어 왔다. 그러나 텍스타일 기법으로 처음 소개된 것은 1900년 파리 국제 전시회 핀란드 관에 “ Rya Rug"가 전시 됨으(fig.1)로 알려지게 되었다. 그 이후 “ Rya Rug"는 다양한 칼라의 실 선택과 길이 조절이 용이하므로 많은 텍스타일 작가들도 이 기법을 이용한 작품이 20세기에 들어서면서 나타나게 되었다. 이 논문에서는 구전으로 전해오던 “ Rya Rug"를 문헌과 작가들의 전시된 작품, 상품화된 “ Rya Rug"를 연구하여 다음과 같이 체계화하였다. 1.“ Rya Rug"를 디자인하는 법, 2. 디자인 한 것을 도식화하는 계산법, 3. 짜는 기법으로 Rya 매듭법, 형태가 없는 loops법, 3, 마지막 마무리 방법 4. 작업에 필요한 실을 선택하는 법. “ Rya Rug"는 나만의 독특한 실내장식을 추구하는 현대인들에게나 새로운 예술세계를 창조하고자 하는 텍스타일 작가들에게 쉽게 접근할 수 있고 자신이 표현하고자 하는 욕구를 충족시킬 수 있기 때문에 앞으로도 계속 발전 될 전망이다.
