The purpose of this research is to study the heat transfer characteristics of rotating shaft using copper heat pipe by experiment. An experimental investigation has been carried out on the whole heat transfer rate of shaft with various binding materials as silicone and copper, lead ets. In case of type #2 using lead material, the heat transport characteristics is the most superior of all. The thermal performance of the heat output be showed effect of improvement 12% more than #1 only steel material. As the revolution per minute inceases, the thermal resistance between vapor and outside wall of the condenser can be increased.

The purpose of this research is the study of characteristics of heat transfer in a heat pipe controlled by solenoid valve. A solenoid valve at the adiabatic section between evaporator and condenser of heat pipe was used to control the valve on-off switching for effective energy store in the industrial exchanger machine from the results presented in this study temperature difference between aporator and condenser increase with increasing the temperature frequency and decreasing temperature amplitude as the inclination angle and flow rate of cooling water increases, the temperature amplitude is reasched to the stady state rapidly with increasing the temperature frequency.

This study was carried out to investigate the energy transport effect of separate type heat pipe using capillary pumped loop inseted pva sponge wick and screen mesh wick. The results obtained that the consist of capillary pumped loop heat pipe was adequated and pva sponge was of great use for the manufacture of capillary pump. The energy transport of working fluid obtained maximum effect nearby the point of 750cc and it was indicated high through all parts of wall temperature distribute. In this study, obtained basic data in using the dynamic characteristics of working fluid through the observation of the flow characteristics of working fluid determined. Comparison between outside CPL and inner screen wick in evaporation can be utilized to operate the separate heat pipe.
