국내외 자율주행차 테스트베드 분석 기반 K-City 발전 전략 수립에 관한 연구

교통사고의 발생원인 중 85-90%는 인적요인으로서, 인지·판단·제어 속도가 빠른 자율주행차는 인적요인으로 인한 교통사고를 예방하기 위한 대안이 될 수 있다. 그러나 자율주행차 도입을 통한 교통사고 피해 감소를 위해서는 자율주행의 안전성 확보가 선행되어야 한다. 따라서 실도로와 유사한 환경에서 반복·재현 시험주행을 통해 도로·교통 환경 변화에 따라 자율주행차가 적절하게 대응할 수 있는지를 검증할 필요가 있다. 이 연구에서는 기구축된 국내외 테스트베드의 현황 비교·분석 및 자율주행차 실험도시(K-City)의 경영환경분석(PEST, SWOT 분석)을 통해 K-City의 고도화 및 차별화, 체계적인 발전을 위한 다양한 관점에서의 전략을 수립하였으며, 각 발전 전략을 달성하기 위한 전략 과제를 도출하였다.

Our study investigates the impact of paternalistic leadership on organizational citizenship behavior in the Chinese context. First, we explore whether the benevolent, moral, and authoritative dimensions of paternalistic leadership positively influence organizational citizenship behavior. Second, we examine the mediating role of affective commitment. Third, we investigate whether power distance orientation and follower's age moderate the paternalistic leadership-affective commitment-organizational citizenship behavior mechanism. The results confirm the positive effects of the three sub-dimensions. We also confirm power distance orientation and follower's age moderate the effect of benevolent and moral aspects of paternalistic leadership. These underscore the importance of a dimensional analysis of paternalistic leadership. Theoretical and practical implications are also suggested.

This study attempted to examine Korea's first alternative historical novels, An Jeon-min's 「Eagle of the Pacific Ocean」 and Kim Dong-jin's 『(World War) Flight War』, to examine the perception of the war of the time. Japanese colonial era's scientific novels are mainly translated and translated works rather than creative novels, and few like Kim Dong-in's 「Doctor K's Research」 but pure creative science novels also exist. In particular, An Jeon-min's 「Eagle of the Pacific Ocean」 can be seen as Korea's first alternative historical novel in that it faithfully follows the narrative structure of alternative historical novels. Attempts to examine the perceptions of the war of the time through Japanese colonial era scientific discourse are still difficult to find, and there is no research on the 「Eagle of the Pacific Ocean」 and the 『(World War) Flight War』, so attempts to examine the perceptions of the war of the time through the two works are likely to be meaningful. An Jeon-min's 「Eagle of the Pacific Ocean」 is a novel set in the Pacific Ocean during the war as the war began with the declaration of war by the United States. Hanada, the protagonist of the novel, is an elite pilot of fighter jets and is a hero who shot down 53 U.S. fighters alone. The U.S. military has superior supplies compared to the Japanese, but the U.S. military continues to lose consecutive games due to the performance of the Japanese military, including Hanada. The points emphasized in this process are the “Greater East Asia Co-Prosperity Sphere” and the “Coral Sea” the Japanese military's attack point. The novel suggests that the U.S. and Japanese forces, who declared war on the Japanese colonial rule, attack it with a clear attack goal of the Coral Sea, suggests that 「Eagle of the Pacific Ocean」 was created to justify the propaganda, war, and boost the morale of the Japanese military. Kim Dong-jin's 『(World War) Flight War』 is a work earlier than 「Eagle of the Pacific Ocean」, but it only takes the form of a novel and contains a kind of liberal arts book that introduces war weapons. In particular, referring to future weapons, he strongly argues that airplanes will become important weapons in future wars. In the work, Kim Dong-jin predicts that war will inevitably occur in a rapidly changing environment after World War I, and says, “Unless war disappears, knowledge of war is necessary.” Taking these points together, it is presumed that Kim Dong-jin wrote 『(World War) Flight War』 to present the justification for the war that will break out in the future.
