        영제시조의 전승양상과 변이 -롱(弄)을 중심으로-

        This study analyzed the Pyong-Sijo tunes which have been sung by four masters of Youngjae-Sijo according to their times since the 1930s. Especially, the purpose of this study is to contemplate Nong among their Pyong-Sijo tunes. Young-Tae Ko, the subject of this study was the oldest singer of the four masters of Youngjae-Sijo, who were very active in the 1930s. Kye-Seok Lee was a Yongjae-Sijo singer in the 1960s. Ki-Reung Lee had a singing career of Yongjae-Sijo in the 1980s, and was officially designated as the 6th intangible cultural asset by the city of Daegu. Suk-Ja Chae was a gisaeng from Kyungju Kwonbeon (* a private academy where a gisaeng learned writing poems, singing and dancing at Kyungju) and she was officially designated as the 6th intangible cultural asset by the city of Daegu. They all passed away and left albums. The result of the study reveals that the Sijo singing styles of Young-Tae Ko and Kye-Seok Lee were consistent and different from those of other regions. The six styles of Nong which these two singers expressed were similar to each other and very close to the old way of Yongjae-Sijo. Ki-Reung Lee had only one form of Nong and his artistic value is not very high. Suk-Ja Chae was a great lady singer and expressed sensuous Nong, but her singing in falsetto was different from the traditional style of Yongjae-Sijo, which means her singing style was mixed with that of other regions.

        Ultrasonically Enhanced Liquid Flow through Porous Media and Variance of Influencing Factors

        초음파 투사에 의한 흙시료 내 투수속도 증가에 관한 연구를 특별히 제작되어 준비된 실내실험 기구를 이용하여 수행하였다. 이 현상의 정확한 메커니즘을 이해하려는 노력의 일환으로 본 연구에서는, 초음파 투사시 투수속도 변화를 지배하는 영향인자를 도출하였다. 그리고, 다양한 실험 조건 하(시료의 종류, 초음파 조사의 유무, 그리고 온도 등)에 초음파에 의한 투수속도의 증가와 함께 이에 대한 메커니즘을 영향인자의 변화를 통해 살펴보았다. 연구결과에 의하면 초음파에 의해 시료내의 간극수 흐름이 크게 빨라졌으나 시험조건에 따라 그 값의 변화 폭이 크게 나타났다. This paper presented results of the laboratory tests conducted to investigate ultrasonically enhanced flow rate using specially designed and fabricated equipment. Influencing factor, ${\alpha}_i$ was verified to investigate the effect of ultrasound on soil matrix and flowing liquid. The test conditions involve soil types, temperature and ultrasonic energy. The test results indicate that ultrasound enhances the flow rate significantly. The degree of enhancement and the values of influencing factors, however, vary with test conditions.

        휘수연석(輝水鉛石)의 배소(焙燒) 중 발생한 분경(粉慶)으로부터 NaOH에 의한 Rhenium과 Molybdenum의 침출(浸出)

        휘수연석으로부터 몰리브덴을 생산하는 과정 중 부산물로서 산출되는 레늄은 고강도, 고효을 부품을 만들기 위한 원료로 사용되며, 최근 첨단 산업에서 레늄의 수요가 급격히 상승하고 있는 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 휘수연석 정광을 배소할 때 발생된 분진을 대상으로, NaOH 농도, 침출온도, 반응시간에 대한 영향을 고려하여 레늄 및 몰리브덴의 침출거동을 조사하였다. NaOH $4\;mol{\cdot}L^{-1}$, 고액비 $100\;g{\cdot}L^{-1}$, 온도 $80^{\circ}C$, 교반속도 250 rpm, 반응시간 2시간의 침출조건에서 레늄 및 몰리브덴의 침출율은 각각 86.1%, 88.6%였다. The demand for rhenium has considerably increased recently owing to the large-scale consumption in industries and the price of rhenium has increased owing to the lack of supply and its availability. The dust from the roasting of molybdenite was employed to investigate the leaching behavior of rhenium and molybdenum. Leaching experiments were done by varying optimum parameters, such as reaction time, NaOH concentration and leaching temperature. The optimum leaching condition was found to be $4\;mol{\cdot}L^{-1}$ NaOH, 2 hours leaching time, $100\;g{\cdot}L^{-1}$ solid/liquid ratio, $80^{\circ}C$ temperature, and 250 rpm. At this condition, leaching percentage of rhenium and molybdenum was 86.1% and 88.6%, respectively.

        공학교육 강의 평가의 특성과 운영 방법에 대한 사례 연구

        대학은 강좌에 대한 총체적인 가치를 정확하게 측정, 평가하여 효과적인 교육이 일어날 수 있도록 하여야 한다. 강의 평가는 강사로 하여금 강의의 질과 문제점을 인식시키고 강의의 질을 향상시킬 수 있는 기회를 제공할 뿐 아니라, 학생들에게 효과적인 학습의 기회를 제공할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 공학교육 강의 평가의 특성에 관하여 전반적인 고찰을 수행하였다. 특히 평가의 요소 및 속성 그리고 평가방법에 따른 효과와 문제점 등을 조사하였다. 효과적인 강의 평가 운영법 및 타당성에 대하여서도 연구 및 제안하였으며, 명지대학교 학생들을 대상으로 강의 평가에 대한 설문조사를 통해 그 결과를 분석하였다. Universities have to offer efficient education through measuring and evaluating courses precisely. Course evaluation gives instructors a chance of understanding quality and issues arisen in courses, and students a chance of the effective learning. This study investigates general characteristics and administration method of course evaluation in engineering education. The investigation includes elements of course evaluation, various evaluation methods, effective administration methods, and validation of the evaluation. A survey was undertaken to the students at Myongji University regarding course evaluation. The study summarized the results of the survey.

        기저세포암과 편평세포암에서 E-cadherin 및 Vimentin 발현에 의한 상피-간엽 전환

        Background: The epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT) in epithelial tumor cells plays a key role in tumor invasion and metastasis. The reduction or loss of E-cadherin and the acquisition of vimentin are two critical steps in the EMT. However, the roles of EMT-related proteins in basal cell carcinomas (BCC) and squamous cell carcinomas (SCC) have not been fully elucidated. Objective: The purpose of this study was to investigate the immunohistochemical expressions of E-cadherin and vimentin in BCC and SCC, and to demonstrate the EMT and its role in tumor invasion. Methods: Paraffin-embedded tissues from 30 BCC and 20 SCC cases were incubated with primary antibodies to E-cadherin and vimentin. The co-expression of the biomarkers and the biomarkers’ correlations with the histopathological grades were analyzed. Results: E-cadherin expression reduced by 90.0% and 95.0% in BCC and SCC, respectively, and the expression of vimentin increased by 10.0% and 55.0% in BCC and SCC, respectively. The expression of vimentin was significantly different in BCC and SCC (p<0.05). There were no correlations between the expression of E-cadherin and the expression of vimentin in BCC (p>0.05), or between the expression of E-cadherin and the expression of vimentin in SCC (p>0.05). Conclusion: These results suggest that the EMT affects the pathophysiology of both BCC and SCC. The greater aberrance in the expression of vimentin in SCC compared with that in BCC might be one factor that underlies thegreater aggression of SCC clinically.(Korean J Dermatol 2015;53(2):96∼105)

        본 연구는 초등학교 교사들을 위하여 어린이들에게 적용이 가능한 한국성악의 발성법을 고찰하였다. 다음과 같은 두 가지의 문제을 제기하고 논술을 진행하였다. 첫째, 어린이들에게 효과적으로 한국노래를 부르게 하기 위한 전통적인 호흡법은 무엇인가? 둘째, 제7차 초등학교 음악과 교육과정에 수록된 한국성악을 지도할 때에 음악의 장르에 상관없이 어린이에게 일반적으로 적용할 수 있는 기초적인 국악발성법은 무엇인가? 연구의 내용은 초등학생들을 위한 호흡법과 발성의 지도, 한국전통성악을 부를 때의 몸자세와 발음법의 지도, 한국성악발성법과 시김새의 지도방안의 순으로 고찰되었다. With elementary school teachers of Korean vocal music in view, this paper investigates proper ways to teach vocalization to their students. It will begin with the following two questions. First, what will be a basic vocalization of Korean music that could be generally and regardless of the genre applied when teaching students the Korean songs listed in the Seventh Elementary Music curriculum? Second, how to teach the traditional breathing technique to children in order to help them sing Korean songs effectively? To sum up, the rest of the paper will discuss effective ways to teach elementary school children various techniques to sing Korean songs effectively, including breathing, proper postures, traditional Korean vocalization and inflection.

        가족성 고콜레스테롤혈증 영아에서 발생한 간찰진 황색종

        Familial hypercholesterolemia is an autosomal dominant inherited metabolic disease characterized by high serum low-density lipoprotein (LDL) cholesterol concentrations, and xanthoma formation. There are multiple types of xanthomas, such as eruptive, tendinous, tuberous, and planar. Intertriginous xanthomas are rare, but, if present, are typically associated with familial homozygous hypercholesterolemia. We here report on a 15-month-old infant who presented with multiple yellowish linear patches and plaques on the intertriginous areas. Serum lipoprotein electrophoresis showed a marked increase in beta-fraction, suggesting type IIa hyperlipoproteinemia. Histopathology showed numerous aggregates of foam cells in the dermis. We performed DNA analysis and revealed the presence of an LDL receptor gene mutation. In summary, we here report an interesting case of an infant with intertriginous xanthoma. This condition is so rare that it has not been reported in the Korean dermatologic literature before. (Korean J Dermatol 2014;52(3):178∼181)
