        다물체 연성효과를 고려한 부유체의 동적거동 안전성 해석

        Recently, there are several problems in space, contiguity and facility of the existing harbors issued due to the trend of enlarging the container capacity of the large container vessel, the Mobile Harbor has been proposed conceptually as an effective solution for those problems. This concept is a kind of transfer loader of the containers from the large container ship, which is a floating barge with a catamaran type in the underwater part, and so prompt maneuverability and work effectiveness. For the safe mooring of two floating bodies, a container and the mobile harbor, in the near sea apart from the quay, a robot arm mooring facility specially devised would be designed and verified through comparison study under various environmental sea condition in the inner and outer harbor. DP system (Dynamic Positioning System) using the azimuth thruster and a pneumatic fender, etc, will be considered as a next research topic for the mooring security of multi-body floaters.

        선박안정성 향상을 위한 횡동요 방지 장치 개발에 관한 연구

        선박 횡동요는 물적 손실을 초래할 뿐만 아니라, 승선자의 거주성, 안전성 및 작업능률을 저하시키는 가장 큰 요인이 된다. 횡동요억제를 위한 많은 연구는 다양한 형태의 장치개발이라는 결과를 가져왔으며 상당한 효과를 얻고 있다. 지금까지 개발 된 대부분의 장치는 그 성능을 고려하지 야더라도 특수한 목적의 선박을 대상으로 설치$\cdot$운영되고 있으며, 고가이고 복잡하여 설치 상에도 많은 문제점을 안고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 선박의 선미측에 설치한 플랩을 이용하여 운항중인 선박의 횡동요 억제에 관해 고찰하고 있다. 본 장치는 중$\cdot$소형의 선박에도 쉽게 설치하여 운용이 용이할 뿐만 아니라, 적절한 제어시스템 구축으로 피칭운동도 제어할 수 있는 장점이 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 장치를 설치한 선박에 대해 실험적 기법을 이용하여 모델링을 행하고 시뮬레이션을 통해 장치의 횡동요 억제효과를 검증하고 있다. We have investigated the usefulness cf active stabilizing system to reduce ship rolling under disturbances, using varying reaction cf the flaps. In the proposed anti-rolling system for a ship, the flaps as the actuator are installed on the stem to reject rolling motion induced by disturbances like wave. The action induced by flaps which depends on power of disturbances am take the ship balance. Especially, in this study we identify the controlled system under the undefined system structure using spectral analysis and experimental studies. Based on these informations, we design the controller to evaluate the usefulness of the proposed system.

      • 태양열 물펌프의 운전 자동화 설계

        자연에너지인 태양열을 동력원으로 하여 구동되는 물펌프는 물이 많이 필요한 여름철에 과 열원인 태양에너지가 강하므로 매우 이상적인 장치라 할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 태양열 물펌프의 자동화운전을 실현하고자 작동물질의 압력변화를 감지하여 자동 운전되도록 하였으며, 이에 필요한 제어논리를 개발하고 회로론 구성하였다. 실험에서는 장치를 제작. 실험, 분석하였고 분석항목은 양수량과 효율, 압력, 온도를 분석하였다. 또한 자동화에 필수적인 응축기 진공을 위한 응축기의 최소 전열면적을 설계하였으며, 그 결과를 정리하면 다음과 같다. 1. 복사에너지를 동력으로 변환하여 물을 양수할 수 있었고, 자동화 제어회로에 의해 사이클을 반복할 수 있었다. 2 양수는 60분 동안에 13사이클을 수행하였으며, 사이클 당 소요시간은 약 4.9분이었다. 총 양수량은 69,200cc, 사이클 당 평균 5,320cc를 양수하였다. 이 과정동안 장치의 열효율은 $0.030\%$로 나타났다. 3. 실험과정에서 기액 분리탱크 내의 작동물질 증기의 온도는 물탱크로 증기를 배출하기 전후에 따라 약 $41\~49^{\circ}C$ 범위에 있었으며, 상당히 균일하게 변동하고 있었다. 물탱크와 공기탱크내의 온도는 약 $30^{\circ}C$ 정도 부근에서 유지되고 있었으며, 응축기 냉각수공급온도는 실험기간 중 $10\~13^{\circ}C$ 범위를 나타내었다. 응축기 출구온도는 $14\~17^{\circ}C$ 정도로서 응축기 냉각수의 입출구 온도차는 실험초기를 제외하면 약 $4^{\circ}C$ 전후로 나타났다 4. 기액 분리탱크 내의 압력은 자동화 프로그램 된 범위인 150$\~$450hPa(gauge)를 매우 정확하게 유지하였으며, 공기탱크내의 압력은 약 1200hPa로 나타났다. 응축기내의 압력은 약 600hPa로서 진공을 잘 유지함으로서 사이클을 반복하는데 문제가 없었다. 5. 한국의 전국 하루 평균 3.488kWh/($m^2{\cdot}day$)의 태양에너지를 기준으로 장치의 열효율이 $0.1\%$를 적용하고 전 양정을 10m로 보면 태양열복사 단위면적 $m^2$ 당 약 128kg의 물을 양수할 수 있을 것으로 예상된다. The solar powered water pump is very ideal equipment because solar power is more intensive when the water is more needed in summer and it is very helpful in the rural area, in which the electrical power is not available. The average so]ar radiation energy is 3.488 kWh/($m^2{\cdot}day$) in Korea. In this study, the automatic control logic and system of the water pump driven by the radiation energy were studied, designed, assembled, tested and analyzed for realizing the solar powered water pump. The experimental system was operated automatically and the cycle was continued. The average quantity of the water pumped per cycle was about 5,320 cc. The cycle time was about 4.9 minutes. The thermal efficiency of the system was about $0.030\%$. The pressure level of the n-pentane vapour in flash tank was 150$\%$450 hPa(gauge) which was set by the computer program for the control of the vapour supply. The pressure in the condenser and air tank during cycles was maintained as about 600 hPa and 1,200 hPa respectively. The water could be pumped by the amount of 128kg/($m^2{\cdot}day$) with the efficiency of $0.1\%$ and the pumping head of 10 m for the average solar energy in Korea.

        실시간 소셜 네트워크 서비스를 위한 사용 가능한-통합적-유비쿼터스 (U<sup>3</sup>) 웹 서비스에서의 모바일 상호작용

        실시간 소셜(Social) 네트워킹 서비스를 위해서, 사용 가능한-통합적-유비쿼터스 (U3) 웹 서비스에서의 모바일 상호작용을 연구하였다. 실시간 소셜 네트워크를 위한 편리한 모바일 HCI로서, 또한 유비쿼터스 웹 서비스에서의 메타데이터 정보 색인 키로서, 다국어 한 글자 도메인 명(예, 김.net, 이.net, 가.net, ㄱ.net, ㄴ.net, ㅎ.net, ㅏ.net, ㅔ.net, ㄱ.com, ㅎ.com) 은 소셜 정보를 검색하고 또한 등록할 때 편리한 모바일 인터페이스이다. U3 웹 서비스의 예로서, 실시간 소셜 네트워킹 서비스 구현과 함께 모바일 상호작용을 위해 스케치된 디자인 목표와 한국, 일본, 중국에서의 모바일 상호작용 경험을 소개한다. 또한, 소셜 네트워킹과 센서 네트워킹 서비스에서 통합 정보관리를 위해, IP 기반의 센서네트워크 (IP-USN)에서 메타데이터 디렉터리 서비스에의 응용 확장 가능성도 소개한다. For real-time social networking service, mobile interaction in a usable-unified-ubiquitous (U3) web service was studied. Both as a convenient mobile HCI for real-time social networks and as indexing keys to metadata information in ubiquitous web service, the multi-lingual single-character domain names (e.g. 김.net, 이.net, 가.net, ㄱ.net, ㄴ.net, ㅎ.net, ㅏ.net, ㅔ.net, ㄱ.com, ㅎ.com) are convenient mobile interfaces when searching for social information and registering information. We introduce the sketched design goals and experience of mobile interaction in Korea, Japan and China, with the implementation of real-time social networking service as an example of U3 Web service. We also introduce the possibility of extending the application to the metadata directory service in IP-USN (IP-based Ubiquitous Sensor Network) for a unified information management in the service of social networking and sensor networking.

      • 일본의 지역사회 암 조기 검진사업에 관한 접근 방안

        The Community based cancer screening program passed in 1960 was a milestone for initiating a national and local health program in Japan. And since then local governments and Cancer Society have been developing and providing cancer screening programs of Stomach, Cervix, Breast and Colorectum for population. To apply the effectiveness of community based cancer screening program, it is important to understand the key issue related to cancer screening participation of population and technology of cancer detection. The purpose of this study was to understand the community based cancer screening program in Japan, and to apply the information for establishment of community based cancer screening program in Korea. The characteristics of community based cancer screening program in Japan were as follows. The first, community based cancer screening program was implemented by the National Health and Medical Services Law for the Aged since 1983. The second, Cancer Society and Cancer Detection Center were core for cancer screening program. The third, the budget for cancer screening program was established by the National Health and Hygiene. The fourth, the continuous quality control for medical staff was provided by Cancer Society and Cancer Detection Center The fifth, the efforts for the promotion of cancer screening rate.

        성인 여성의 자궁경부암 선별검사 수검에 관한 예측인자

        Objectives : To examine the screening rate of cervical cancer in women and to find out the predictive factors for participation in cervical cancer screening programs within their life-time and within the last two years. Methods : The data was based on self-reported questionnaires from 1,613 women whose ages ranged from 26 to 60 years; this survey was peformed between December 1999 and January 2000. This study analyzed the predictive factors for participation in cervical cancer screening programs within their life-time and within the last two years. A logistic regression analysis was performed in order to derive the significant variables from the predisposing factors(demographic factor, health promotion behavior, reproductive factor), intervention factors(information channel, relation with medical stan, and proximal factors(attitude, social influence, self-efficacy). All analyses were peformed by the PC-SAS 6.12. Results : Our analyses showed that the screening rate for the women who received a cervical cancer screening(Pap smear) more than once within their life-time was 56.1% while those who had received one within the last two years was 34.5%. The significant factors for participation in cervical cancer screening program within their life-time were their income, married age, health promotion score, relation with medical staffs, social influence, and self-efficacy. On the other hand, age, number of pregnancies, menarche age, relation with medical staffs, social influences, and self-efficacy were significant factors for those being screened within the last two years. The predictive power of the logit model within their life-time was 68.8% and that within the last two years was 66.6%. Conclusion : The predictive factors for participation in cervical cancer screening program within their life-time are different from those for within the last two years. and that women's relations with medical staffs and social influences were the critical factors impacting on cervical cancer screening rates.

        동의보감(東醫寶鑑)에 수록된 원지(遠志)가 주약(主藥)으로 배오(配伍)된 처방(處方)의 방제학적(方劑學的) 고찰(考察)

        There are total 33 prescriptions containing Polygala tenuifolia as a principal medicine in Donguibogam. This report describes the studies on therapeutic range, symptom, pathology and composition of 33 Polygala tenuifolia-main blended Prescriptions from Donguibogam. The percentage of Polygala tenuifolia-main blended prescriptions for the therapeutic range are as follows: psychopathy is the most frequent(54.4%) and eczema, purulent inflammation is second(21%) and feebleness is third(15%). The main pathologies of Polygala tenuifolia-main blended prescriptions are associated with heart, kidney and stomach. The main combinations of Polygala tenuifolia-main blended prescriptions in psychopathy are Jeongji-hwan and Chongmyung-tang.
