        ADHD 아동의 문제행동 감소에 대한 집단상담 프로그램의 효과

        The purpose of the study was to validate the effect of a group counseling program developed to treat children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). This study includes the parents participated in the program since they were considered as one of the leading causes of ADHD. Participants in the study group were 29 boys and 16 girls in the 5th and 6th grades along with 15 parents (2 fathers and 13 mothers). The children were tested using a ADHD rating scale and the scores of the selected children were the top 13%. They were divided into three groups: a experimental group, a comparison group, and a control group. The children in the experimental group participated in an ADHD behavior treatment program twice a week for six weeks (60 minutes per session) for a total of 12 times. The mothers of the children participated in the program session four times. In the comparison group, only the children participated in the program but not in the control group. The results show that the group counseling program for children with behavior problems related to ADHD has the effect of reducing attention deficit, impulsivity, hyperactivity, interpersonal problems, depression, anxiety, and aggression. In particular, it was found that including the parents in addition to the children with ADHD in the program is more effective. Considering the fact that the scores were reduced after the program, we suggest that the effectiveness of the program be determined by extending the date of the program and the effectiveness of the program combined with medications.

        A Comparison Study of Curricular of Teacher Education for Elementary Teachers in South Korea and the United States: Focusing on Opportunities to Learn Teaching Mathematics

        Teacher preparation programs are responsible for preparing teachers to be able to perform their work with professional knowledge and skills. What opportunities to learn such knowledge and skills the programs intentionally develop for prospective teachers can be discerned by looking at the curriculum of teacher education. The purpose of this study is to find implications for the curriculum in elementary teacher education in South Korea, especially as that pertains to opportunities to learn teaching mathematics. This paper compares the curricula of 21 teacher preparation programs for elementary teachers in South Korea and in the United States. It finds that the programs in both countries emphasize teacher preparation to teach subject matter and to help elementary students improve their academic knowledge. The overall structures of the curriculums outlined in the programs of both countries are relatively comparable. In terms of the opportunities to learn teaching mathematics, however, they are quite different in what authentic contents they offer. This paper discusses the need for more emphasis on mathematical knowledge for teaching.

        조성음악의 화성분석과 해석에서 나타나는 음악적 중의성(重義性)

        Musical ambiguity is one of the issues most often discussed in music-theoretical discourse these days. Not everyone welcomes this some scholars find it problematic and consider ambiguity as a mere trend. It is undeniable, however, tonal harmony depends on contexts and frequently admits ambiguous interpretations. This paper examines the concept of musical ambiguity in harmonic theories of Rameau, Riemann, Weber, Weitzmann, and Schoenberg, and in the selected phrases from the music of Beethoven, Schumann, and Schubert. This examination revealsthat music analyses can employ the idea of ambiguity in two different ways. First, it can focus on the process of disambiguation, that is, how ambiguity is dissolved eventually. Or, it can embraces the fact that a single musical event can have more than two lexical or structural meanings simultaneously. In either ways, music analyses tend to underscore the matter of how we hear music by encompassing the notion of ambiguity. And this is precisely what we want to teach to our students in music analysis courses. Therefore, embracing the idea of ambiguity is not a post-modernistic threat to the existence of music analysis, as some suggested; rather, it enables us to recall what the genuine purpose of music analysis is.

        한국법상 이혼과 자의 부양방법

        우리나라의 가족법은 전통적인 법제에서 유래한 것이 아니라, 서양법을 계수하여 성립한 민법의 일부로 구성되어 있어서 전통적인 색채는 강하다고 할 수 없음에도 불구하고, 종래에는 전근대적 색깔이 상당하였다고 할 수 있다. 특히 혼인과 이혼제도 내지는 친자와 관련된 부분에 그러한 내용이 적지 않았으나, 정부 수립 후 꾸준한 법개정 노력이 결실을 보아 성차별적인 색채는 거의 대부분 사라진 민주적 가족법이 만들어졌다고 할 수 있다. 현행 민법과 가사소송법 등 관련법제는 상당부분 정비되어, 아직 완벽하다고 할 수는 없지만, 이혼시 친권이나 양육권의 문제도 합리적이고도 민주적인 원칙에 의해 해결될 수 있도록 하는 제도가 확립되었고, 특히 양육비와 관련하여 법원이 관여하는 범위가 확대됨으로써 효율적으로 자의 양육을 할 수 있도록 하는 제도적 정비가 이루어졌다고 할 수 있다. 즉 이혼 후에도 부모의 혼인 중과 마찬가지로 친권이 행사될 수 있도록 민법과 가사소송법은 여러 가지의 고려를 하고 있으며, 양육에 관하여도 양육에 관한 사항의 결정, 양육자의 결정, 양육비 내지 면접교섭권의 문제 등에 대해 비교적 완비된 법제를 가지고 있다. 특히 양육비를 결정할 때에는 그 부담자의 재산을 파악하여 적정한 액수를 결정하도록 하고 있으며, 양육비가 제때 지급되지 않을 것에 대비하여 그 부담조서를 집행권원으로 하는 등의 정비를 하고 있다. 또한 이러한 사전적 고려에도 불구하고 양육비가 제때 지급되지 않을 경우에 대비하여 양육비 직접지급명령이나 담보제공명령, 일시금 지급명령 등 특별한 조치를 취하고 있는 것도 특징이라고 할 수 있다. 이러한 제도에 더하여 금후 양육비에 관해서는 양육비 액수의 현실화가 필요하고 또 성년인 자에 대해서도 일정기간 부양이 필요하다는 점을 고려하는 등의 제도적 개선도 논의할 필요가 있으리라고 생각된다. The traditional Korean Family Law, which is a part of Civil Law, was said to have a strong pre-modern and feudal colors despite Korean Civil Code was primarily enacted through the reception of Continental Law. But nowadays, marriage, divorce and parenthood related parts are largely amended in order to remove sexist elements after the legislation of the Civil Code and they say Korean Family Law is one of the most democratic legislation. By the traditional Family Law of Korea, a woman used to have a weak status when she divorced her husband. Few women were allowed to nourish their children and even if they bring up their children, a lot part of mothers cannot be supported by their ex-husbands and fathers of the children because it was not easy to get legal help. But present Family Law and Law of Domestic Litigation of Korea have almost perfect provisions to help divorced families. When parents are divorced, the custodianship is determined by their free will primarily and if that is not possible the court will help to determine the custodian considering various conditions. At that time the court should consider the fostering expense to be paid timely by the law. In the other hand, another parent who do not bring up the child have the right to visit or to meet the child. The aim of the law is that the child should be brought up as its parents live together even after their divorce. And the law has various methods in order to force unfaithful debtors. Compared to old legislation and system, Korean law could be said to have tremendous development. But it is argued to prepare further measures: First, some measures in case the debtor does not have property is needed. Second, the fostering expense to be paid should be raised considering social conditions. Third, support for a period of time even after the child to be an adult till he/she live independently is needed.

        시스템 모델링 및 제어 수업의 플립드 러닝(Flipped Learning)의 적용 및 그 효과에 관한 연구

        The flipped learning is currently suggested in engineering education, and several universities already have used it. However, research rarely examines whether using such special method in engineering education is effective to improve students’ learning achievement. To illuminate this issue, we collected the data of students’ achievement for two years from students who took system modeling and control course and analyzed them. Overall, the flipped learning is statistically effective to improve students’ learning achievement about system modeling and control.

        Mn<sup>4+</sup> 이온 활성 K<sub>2</sub>TiF<sub>6</sub> 불화물 적색형광체의 합성과 발광특성

        To prepare $Mn^{4+}$-activated $K_2TiF_6$ phosphor, a precipitation method without using hydrofluoric acid (HF) was designed. In the synthetic reaction, to prevent the decomposition of $K_2MnF_6$, which is used as a source of $Mn^{4+}$ activator, $NH_5F_2$ solution was adopted in place of the HF solution. Single phase $K_2TiF_6$:$Mn^{4+}$ phosphors were successfully synthesized through the designed reaction at room temperature. To acquire high luminance of the phosphor, the reaction conditions such as the type and concentration of the reactants were optimized. Also, the optimum content of $Mn^{4+}$ activator was evaluator based on the emission intensity. Photoluminescence properties such as excitation and emission spectrum, decay curve, and temperature dependence of PL intensity were investigated. In order to examine the applicability of this material to a white LED, the electroluminescence property of a pc-WLED fabricated by combining the $K_2TiF_6$:$Mn^{4+}$ phosphor with a 450 nm blue-LED chip was measured.
