맹자 의리지변(義利之辨)에 관한 연구

맹자는 공자를 계승하고 발전시키는 것을 자신의 학문적 목적으로 삼고, ‘천하 안정’을 실천적 과제로 삼았다. 이러한 목적과 과제를 위해 맹자는 당시 거의 모든 학파들과 논쟁을 하였는데, ‘사람과 짐승의 구분(人禽之辨)’, ‘왕도와 패도의 구분(王霸之辨)’, ‘군자와 소인의 구분(君子小人之辨)’, ‘經과 權의 문제’ 등이 주요 논제였다. 그런데 이들 논제들은 모두 義와 利의 문제와 관련이 있고, 특히 ‘의(義)와 이(利)의 구분(義利之辨)’이라는 핵심 문제를 둘러싸고 전개된 것이었다. 이 논문은 이러한 위치를 가지고 있는 맹자의 의리지변(義利之辨)을 그의 학문적 목적과 실천적 과제를 결합하는 맥락에서 분석한 것이다. 의리지변은 유가의 첫 번째 뜻(第一義)이다. 따라서 맹자의 의리지변을 분석하는 것은 맹자 사상의 핵심을 이해하는 관건적인 작업일 뿐 아니라, 유가의 도덕 선택 이론의 핵심을 이해하는 일이다. Mencius made it his academic purpose to inherit and develop Confucius, and made 'the stability of the world(天下安定)' a task of the times. For this purpose and task, Mencius argued with almost all schools at the time, and the main topics were "the distinction between ren(人) and qin(禽)," "the distinction between wang(王) and ba(覇)," "the distinction between Gentleman(君子) and Small Man (小人)," and "the issue of the Standard(經) and the Expedient(權)." However, all of these topics were related to the issue of yi(義) and li(利), and in particular, they were developed around the core issue of 'the distinction between yi(義) and li(利)'. This thesis analyzes Mencius's 'the distinction between yi(義) and li(利)', who has this position, in the context of his academic purpose and task of the times. The distinction between yi(義) and li(利) is the first proposition that Confucian scholars put meaning to. Therefore, analyzing the distinction between yi(義) and li(利) of the Mencius is not only a key task of understanding the core of the Mencius thoughts, but also understanding the core of the moral choice theory of Confucian scholars.

수위-유량관계곡선의 자동구간분할을 위한 변동계수 활용기법의 개선

일반적으로 수위-유량관계 곡선식은 선형성과 등분산성 가정을 기반으로 구축되지만, 측정단면의 형태, 단면 상 하류의 지형요인 등으로 인하여 영향을 받기 때문에 실질적인 수위 및 유량의 관계는 관계식 구축에 이용되는 가정에 위배된다. 이로 인한 오차를 줄이기 위하여 곡선식을 분할하여 이용하고 있으나, 측정단면의 변화를 고려한 관계자의 주관적인 판단이 구간분할의 주요 근거로 이용되고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 이러한 주관성을 배제하고 관측데이터를 기반으로 객관화된 분할근거를 제시하고자 한다. 곡선식의 구간 분할을 위하여 변동계수를 이용한 기존의 연구를 바탕으로 변동계수가 정규분포를 따르는 것으로 가정하여, 계산된 변동계수가 전 단계에서 계산된 95% 신뢰구간 이내에 존재하지 않는 경우 구간을 분할하였다. 즉, 변동계수를 이용하여 집단 간의 특성을 비교하였으며, 변동계수의 분포를 이용하여 분할을 위한 기준 값을 제시하였다. 방법론의 추정능력 검토를 위하여 가상의 곡선으로부터 생성된 데이터에 제안된 방법론을 적용하였고, 실제유역에 적용성 검토를 위하여 금강에 위치한 무주 및 산계교 수위관측소 지점에 적용하였다. 결과적으로 자동으로 분할된 관계곡선식을 사용하여 추정의 정확도를 높일 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 외삽을 하는 경우 역시 그 정확도를 향상할 수 있음을 확인하였다. 마지막으로 실측값을 활용한 수위-유량관계 곡선식의 구축 시 구간 분할 전 후의 잔차 데이터에 대하여 Shapiro-wilk 정규성 검정을 수행하였으며, 구간분할 후 잔차가 정규성을 갖게 되는 것으로 나타났다. In general, the water stage-discharge relationship curve is established based on the assumptions of linearity and homoscedasticity. However, the relationship between the water stage and discharge is affected from geomorphological factors, which violates the basic assumptions of the water stage-discharge relationship curve. In order to reduce the error due to the violations, the curve is divided into several sections based on the manager's judgement considering change of cross-sectional shape. In this research, the objective-splitting criteria of the curve is proposed based on the measured data without the subjective decision. First, it is assumed that the coefficient of variation follows the normal distribution. Then, if the newly calculated coefficient of variation is outside of the 95% confidential interval, the curve is divided. Namely, the groups is divided by the characteristics of the coefficient of variation and the reasonable criteria is provided for establishing a multi-segmented rating curve. To validate the proposed method, it was applied to the data generated by three artificial power functions. In addition, to confirm the applicability of the proposed method, it is applied to the water stage and discharge data of the Muju water stage gauging station and Sangegyo water stage gauging station. As a result, it is found that the automatically divided rating curve improves the accuracy and extrapolation accuracy of the rating curve. Finally, through the residual analysis using Shapiro-Wilk normality test, it is confirmed that the residual of water stage-discharge relationship curve tends to follow the normal distribution.

The XianXi, where hes ideally depicted in his novel, was not the place that exists in real, but was created for the alternative based on his experiences of modern urban civilization. Considering the imaginary world and the extremely glamorized characters, what reflected in XiangXi world was not his identity as Miao people, was that of becoming the other and being mystified. Still, as certain scholars are pointing out, this place was not the mythical world where the time stalls. In this place, the belief in the Ghost, which is criticized for superstition, and modern sciences are coexist without causing any mutual contradiction. It is also a place where free individuals and community spirit both complementarily exist. ShenCongWen, by using the image of Miao nationality andXiangXi, created his conceptual ideal world where the modernity andprimitiveness coexists.

최근 비대면 사회가 지속되며 매장에서 각종 키오스크가 더 많이 사용되고 있다. 이는 위생면에서 비대면으로 자유롭게 서비스를 제공받을 수 있고, 말을 하기 어려운 사람들에게 편리함을 제공한다는 장점이 있다. 하지만 디지털 격차가 벌어진 세대에게는 불편함을 느끼게 한다. 이러한 키오스크가 개인에 맞춰 제공받을 서비스를 알려 준다면 문제점을 개선할 수 있다. 본 논문은 얼굴 인식과 2차 인증수단을 통해 개인을 식별한 후 맞춤형으로 서비스를 제공하도록 만들었다. 특히 장노년층의 사용이 많은 병원을 대상으로 하여 키오스크의 장점인 높은 편리성과 효율성을 기대할 수 있도록 UI를 구성하였다.

대인 외상 경험에 대한 의도적 반추와 직업정체성의 관계에서 외상 후 성장의 매개효과 : 상담자를 중심으로

목적 본 연구는 흔히 상처 입은 치료자 이론(Nouwen, 1999) 통해 대표되는 가설, 즉, 대인 외상을 경험한 상담자가 외상 후 성장을 통해 높은 수준의 직업 정체성을 얻게 되는 과정에 대해 탐색해 보고자 하였다. 이에 본 연구의 목적은 상담자의 대인 외상 경험에 대한 의도적 반추가 직업정체성에 미치는 영향에서 외상 후 성장의 매개효과를 살펴보는 것이다. 방법 이를 위해 시⋅군⋅구 청소년상담센터와 같은 공공 상담 기관, Wee센터, 초⋅중⋅고등학교, 사설 상담 기관, 교정직 관련 기관, 사회복지시설, 대학부설 상담 기관 등의 상담 기관에 근무하고 있는 상담자 280명의 자료를 수집하였다. 수집한 자료에 대해서는 PASW Statistics 18.0, SPSS PROCESS macro 3.5를 이용하여 기술통계, 상관 분석 및 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 외상 후 성장 변인의 매개 효과에 대해서는 총합 변인으로서의 단순매개효과를 분석 하였고, 추가적으로 외상후 성장 변인의 하위 요인들을 각각의 매개 요인으로 설정하여, 병렬다중매개모형 분석도 실시하였다. 결과 우선 상담자의 대인 외상 경험에 대한 의도적 반추와 직업정체성과의 관계에서 외상 후 성장을 총점 변인으로 사용하였을 때, 외상 후 성장 변인의 부분 매개 효과가 나타났다. 외상 후 성장의 4개의 하위 변인(자기 지각의 변화, 새로운 가능성 발견, 대인관계 깊이 증가, 영적, 종교적 흥미 증가) 각각을 매개 변인으로 병렬 매개 효과 분석을 실시한 결과, 외상 후 성장의 하위 요인 중 ‘자기지각의 변화’에 의한 부분 매개 효과만이 유의하게 확인되었다. 결론 상담자의 대인 외상 경험에 대한 의도적 반추가 직업정체성에 미치는 영향에서 외상 후 성장은 매개 효과가 있다. 또한. 상담자의 대인 외상에 대해 의도적 반추는 외상 후 성장의 4가지 하위 측면과 정적으로 연관되나, 그 중에서도 ‘자기 지각의 변화’만이 유일하게 상담자로서의 직업정체성에 유의미한 영향을 주었다. Objectives This study aims to test the hypothesis that counselors who ruminated their past traumatic experience deliberately have higher tendency to achieve post-traumatic growth(PTG), and it may help counselors professional growth, as represented by ‘wounded healer(Nouwen, 1999)’ hypothesis. Thus, the purpose of this study was to examine the mediating effect of PTG in the relationship between deliberate rumination on interpersonal trauma and job identity among counselors. Methods To this end, the researcher collected and analyzed the data of 280 counselors, who have worked at diverse settings such as youth counseling centers, schools, prisons/youth correctional centers, and university counseling centers. Descriptive analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis were conducted using PASW Statistics 18.0, SPSS PROCESS macro 3.5 programs. Regarding the mediating effect of the PTG, PTG variable was entered with the total score in the analysis, and its simple mediating effect was tested in the relationship between rumination on interpersonal trauma and job identity of the counselors. In addition, the mediating effects of sub-factors of PTG seperately were tested in the same model. Results As a result of the analysis, it was found that the deliberate rumination on interpersonal trauma had a significant positive effect on job identity, and PTG was partially and significantly mediated the relationship between those two variables. When four sub-factors of PTG was entered separatedly as mediating factors in the same analysis, only ‘self perception change’ significantly mediated the relationship between deliberate rumination on interpersonal trauma and job identity. Conclusions These results suggest that PTG have partial mediating effect in the relationship between deliberate rumination on interpersonal trauma and jon identity among counselors. In addition, counselors who ruminated their interpersonal trauma deliberately have higher tendency to all four sub-aspect of PTG, but only ‘self-perception changes’ of PTG have significant effect on counselors job identity.

자동차 차체의 점 용접을 위한 용접건의 자세 범위 자동 계산

Car bodies need a large number of spot welding for lightweight and rigid bonding. Before the spot welding process, the posture of the selected weldgun must be reviewed first not to interfere with the welding objects and fixtures. A commercial CAD program can automatically calculate the posture range of a weldgun, but it takes too much time for use in the car industry. This study developed a method with a program to review the weldability automatically within an acceptable time. For the versatility of the developed program, the welding target and weldgun data are input in STL format that is a standard for CAD models. However, it does not provide any topology information of the models, which makes it difficult to get the necessary welding information. After getting the welding information, this study developed an algorithm to calculate the range of weldable posture of a weldgun within a few seconds by the Octree and the CPU parallel processing method. The proposed method can be applied not only to the automobile but also to spot welding processes in other fields.
