체구성분 및 스트레스지수 변화에 대한 수기요법영향에 관한 연구

Recently, many people have shown great interest in body shape, reduce obesity and pain relief. The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of manipulative therapy on changes in body composition, stress index and total cholesterol. In order to verify the effect of the therapy, 30 people(15 students and 15 house wife) are surveyed and ANOVA of statistical method is used. Analyzing the experimental data, we knows that manipulative therapy is effective for their body composition change. All participants of this study lost their body weight after they get treatment of the therapy. The figures of stress index, total cholesterol and body fat of them are dropped by the treatment. And the effect of the therapy is more pronounced on the 20 s ages and students group. However, the p-value(of 5%) of only body fat change analysis is considered to be statistically significant. Participants satisfied with the therapy in terms of fatigue reduce, shoulder discomfort reduce, body and abdomen comfort.

Recently, a lot of people have shown great interest in body shape, obesity and pain relief. The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of hyper thermal on changes in body composition. Analyzing the experimental data by the statistical procedure, it could be assured that the combination of thermal therapy and hand massage therapy are more effective than exercise therapy on pain relief and changes in body composition. These combination approaches are more effective in muscle relaxation, blood circulation and the sterile serosanguineous discharge of the fatigue-producing substance ‘lactic acid’ and trigger point, relieving pain. Therefore, it has been confirmed that thermal therapy and massage therapy have a positive effect on pain relief, changes in body composition and in obesity mitigation. And what’s more, these therapies are very effective health management techniques which everybody has played easily. We hoped that more effective educational and practical therapies will be developed to help people healthier lives.

Accounting for 70% of the Gross National Product (GNP), the beauty industry grew to a KRW 7.5 trillion market in 2014. In fact, it has grown by 39% on average annually since 2005. It is forecast to reach more than KRW 10 trillion in 2017. Aesthetic practice, hairdressing, nail art and makeup are now under the national qualification system. In addition, they have been segmented into semi-permanent makeup, eyelash care, waxing and body shape care. At the same time, the market size and the number of the students entering these fields have also gradually increased. To supply manpower, regular and non-regular courses have been offered. The regular curriculum is given by technical high schools, high schools, junior colleges, and university and graduate schools while non-regular curriculum is offered at private institutes, vocational schools and other lifelong education facilities. In terms of the general aspects of the students from a vocational beauty school, this study discussed the following: Age, educational background, enrollment period, acquisition of national license, number of beauty-related private qualifications, beauty job preference. In addition, it targeted helping students choose their future job by investigating current educational conditions and satisfaction such as i) reasons to choose the beauty sector, ii) reasons to select beauty school, iii) purpose of learning in beauty, iv) satisfaction with the beauty sector and school, and v) jobs that students are most interested in having.
