        네일샵 서비스스케이프가 고객만족도 및 재방문의도에 미치는 영향 -DiSC 행동유형에 따른 분류를 토대로-

        The present study aimed to develop strategies to meet diverse and high-end demands of customers, as well as means to realize a more efficient management system. The effect of nail salon servicescape on customer satisfaction was analyzed and the customers’ revisit intention according to DiSC behavior type was evaluated. Surveys targeting nail salon customers in the Daegu and Gyeongbuk regions of South Korea were conducted from May 1 to July 12, 2019. For the survey, 470 personal diagnostic profiles and 470 questionnaires on DiSC behavior types were distributed among which 400 surveys were used as the final data. The results revealed that there was a statistically significant difference in the subfactors of aesthetics and convenience. Second, there was significant differences in customer satisfaction by DiSC behavior types. Third, significant differences were observed in "satisfaction with the facilities of the nail salon" and "the location of the nail salon and transportation convenience". Fourth, the nail salon servicescape subfactors of aesthetics, ambient conditions, cleanliness, and convenience had a statistically significant correlation with customer satisfaction. Fifth, the servicescape subfactors of aesthetics, ambient conditions, cleanliness, and convenience were found to have a statistically significant correlation with revisit intention. Sixth, the servicescape subfactors of aesthetics, cleanliness, and convenience had an effect on customer satisfaction, and for revisit intention, servicescape subfactors of cleanliness and convenience were found to to have an effect. Overall, the current study imply that in order to improve customer satisfaction and revisits in an environment of excessive competition, efforts are required to induce positive emotions in customers who visit nail salons.

        직업계고 관광과 교육서비스품질이 교육만족, 진로준비행동 및 행동의도에 미치는 영향에 대한 연구

        This study investigated how education service performance affected educational satisfaction, career preparation behavior, and behavior intention for students in the Department of Tourism at a vocational high school. We analyzed 238 valid samples out of 300 responses to a survey. First, the education service performance positively(+) affected educational satisfaction. Second, the education service performance positively(+) affected career preparation behavior. Third, educational satisfaction had a full mediation effect between education service performance and career behavior. Fourth, education service performance positively(+) affected behavior intention. Fifth, educational satisfaction had a partial mediation effect between education service performance and behavior intention. We suggest a learner-centered curriculum, learning environment establishment, and teachers’ ability improvement for education service performance.

        수정IPA를 이용한 관광 특성화고 재학생 교육만족도 연구

        본 연구는 수정IPA를 이용한 관광 특성화고등학교 재학생의 교육만족도를 알아보는데 목적이 있다. 따라서 관광 특성화고등학교 재학생에게 설문조사를 실시하였고 최종적으로 238부를 분석에 사용하였다. 연구결과를 살펴보면 첫째, 관광 특성화고 재학생에게 전문가 초빙 전공 특강, 교사역량, 교우관계 만족, 학급활동 참여도는 중요하게 여겨지고 있었다. 둘째, 재학생들에게 전공선택의 만족과 학교급식의적절성은 중요한 요소로 인식되지만, 만족도는 낮았다. 셋째, 관광 특성화고 재학생들은 교육기대에 대한 만족과 전공에 대한 자신감 향상은 중요도와 만족도 모두 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 재학생들의교육만족도를 위해서 특색있는 전공체험 활동, 다양한 전공동아리, 기본학습능력 향상의 경우 만족도는높지만, 중요도는 낮았다. 다섯째, 성별에 따른 교육만족도를 살펴본 결과 남학생과 여학생의 차이가크지 않았다. 여섯째, 학년에 따른 교육만족도를 살펴본 결과 전반적인 수정IPA 결과와 유사하였다. 결과를 토대로 학교의 교육과정 및 프로그램 운영, 교육환경 구축에 대한 다채로운 후속연구의 필요성을제언한다.

        전통누룩에서 분리한 non-Saccharomyces cerevisiae의 이화학적 및 기능적 특성

        This study was conducted to evaluate the alcohol-producing abilities and functional characteristics of five strains of non-Saccharomyces cerevisiae (NSC), namely, Kluyveromyces marxianus KJ-L, Wickerhamomyces anomalus KJ-1, W. anomalus CP-2, Pichia anomalus HAN-1, and Meyerozyma guilliermondii SU-L, which were isolated from Korean traditional nuruk. The selected yeast strains produced large amounts of alcohol using a carbon source of 20% glucose and were identified as NSC based on their 18S rDNA sequences. The optimal growth temperature and pH of the NSC except for M. guilliermondii SU-L were 25°C and 4.0, respectively. Two NSC strains, KJ-L and CP-2, produced 5–10% more alcohol compared to that produced by S. cerevisiae LP (SC LP) control. Although the α- amylase and ß-glucosidase activities were slightly lower in the NSC strains than in the SC LP, glucoamylase activity was 1.4-fold higher in the NSC strains than in the SC LP. The α-glucosidase inhibition activity evaluated using 1% acarbose was 29-fold higher for K. marxianus KJ-L and P. anomalus HAN-1 than that of SC LP. The five strains of NSC exhibited higher angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitory activity with inhibition rates of 51.7–61.7% compared to that of SC LP (37.3%). The tyrosinase inhibition activities of NSC (86.4-91.5%) and SC LP (94.9%) were significantly higher than that of the positive control, kojic acid. These NSC yeast show high potential for industrial application as domestic starters for manufacturing fermented foods and cosmetics based on their physiological activities and functional characteristics.

        여성 승마복의 남성복 아이템 도입에 관한 연구

        By researching Western equestrian clothing, this study investigated the process in which styles of menswear are introduced into women's sportswear. In addition to women's equestrian clothing shown in paintings and illustrations kept in overseas museums, this study also analyzed books addressing 200 years of Western dress style history, from the late 17th century to the 19th century. The analysis data present the design characteristics of women's equestrian clothing according to different periods. A total of 21 works were used as research data: two from periods prior to the 17th century, three from the 17th century, ten from the 18th century, and six from the 19th century. The research results show that items of trendy menswear were commonly used in women's equestrian clothing during the late 17th century·to be specific, in all forms of clothing worn on the upper body, including coat and cravat, tricomhat, and accessories. Women's equestrian clothing after the 18th century took the form of menswear. However, the uniform was also generally worn with a fitted, tailored redingote on top of the robe, along with pants. In the 19th century, women's equestrian clothing became longer in length., like men's styles. The uniform gradually lost volume, and the jacket became shorter and narrower. In addition, the drawers were replaced with pants that came down to the ankles, which were similar to men's trousers. Breeches also became knee-length, thus following the style of menswear. These results show that women's equestrian clothing, worn during horseback riding, a sport previously enjoyed by Western aristocrats, were similar to what men wore. Also, in contrast to the distinct differences seen between men's and women's daily clothing, the equestrian uniforms of worn en showed a tendency to follow the clothing style of men.

        Domestic agricultural paradigm is shifting from a focus on rice cultivation to value-added agriculture through 6th industrialization. A need for strategy development for agricultural industry and rural regions to adapt to changing structure and conditions of agricultural industry, in combination with the increasing demand for high-value crops and leisure, calls for a integrated and comprehensive agriculture industrial model development through incorporation of agricultural production, distribution line, and tourism. Therefore, this research aims to search the participants in the pilot project through surveying. As a result, the local governments responding ‘actively participated’ were 8 si/gun including Jeollanam-do Haenam.
