        데이터베이스 공유 시스템(Database Sharing System : DSS)은 고성능 트랜잭션 처리를 위해 제안된 시스템이다. DSS에서 고속의 통신망으로 연결된 노드들은 별도의 메모리와 운영체제, 그리고 DBMS를 가지며, 데이터베이스를 저장하고 있는 디스크는 모든 노드에 의해 공유된다. 빈번한 디스크 액세스를 피하기 위해 각 노드는 자신의 메모리 버퍼에 최근에 액세스한 페이지들을 캐싱한다. 그러나 동일한 페이지가 여러 노드에 의해 동시에 캐싱될 수 있으므로, 각 노드가 최신의 내용을 항상 엑세스하기 위해서는 캐싱된 데이터의 일관성이 유지되어야 한다. 본 논문에서는 로킹 오버헤드를 줄이기 위해 주사본 권한을 이용하여 데이터베이스를 논리적으로 분할한 DSS 구조에서 필요한 캐쉬 일관성 기법들을 제안한다. 제안된 기법들은 캐쉬 일관성을 위해 소요되는 메시지 전송량과 디스크 입출력 오버헤드를 줄임으로써 성능을 향상시키며, 데이터베이스 부하가 동적으로 변하는 경우에도 효율적으로 동작한다는 장점을 갖는다. Database sharing system (DSS) refers to a system for high performance transaction processing. In DSS, the processing nodes are locally coupled via a high speed network and share a common database at the disk level. Each node has a local memory, a separate copy of operating system, and a DB'\fS. To reduce the number of disk accesses, the node caches database pages in its local memory buffer. However, since multiple nodes may be simultaneously cached a page, cache consistency must be cnsured so that every node can always access the'latest version of pages. In this paper, we propose efficient cache consistency schemes in DSS, where the database is logically partitioned using primary copy authority to reduce locking overhead, The proposed schemes can improve performance by reducing the disk access overhead and the message overhead due to maintaining cache consistency, Furthermore, they can show good performance when database workloads are varied dynamically.

        병원간호사의 간호근무환경이 간호업무성과, 직무만족에 미치는 영향: 셀프리더십의 매개효과

        The purpose of this study is to understand the mediating effect of self-leadership in the process of understanding the effects of nursing job performance and job satisfaction in the nursing work environment perceived by nurses. In this study, nurses who worked for more than one year at three general hospitals located in Province A. Total of 225 data were used for the final analysis. Date analyzed using the SPSS 22.0 program by t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficient and hierarchical regression analysis. Self-leadership was found to play a partial mediating role in the relationship between nursing work environment and nursing job performance(z=4.30, p<.001) and between nursing work environment and job satisfaction(z=3.70, p<.001). Therefore, in order to improve nursing job performance and job satisfaction, it will be necessary to establish a management plan that can improve the nursing work environment and improve self-leadership. 연구의 목적은 간호사가 지각하는 간호업무환경에서 간호업무성과와 직무만족이 미치는 영향을 이해하는 과정에서 셀프리더십의 매개효과를 파악하기 위함이다. 본 연구에서는 A도에 소재한 종합병원 3곳에서 1년 이상 근무한 간호사를 대상으로 하였고, 총 225개의 자료를 최종분석에 사용하였다. 자료분석은 SPSS 22.0 프로그램을 사용하여 t-검정, ANOVA, Pearson의 상관계수 및 위계적 회귀 분석을 사용하였다. 간호업무환경과 간호업무성과의 관계에서 셀프리더십은 부분 매개역할(z=4.30, p<.001)을 하고 있으며, 간호업무환경과 직무만족의 관계에서 셀프리더십은 부분 매개역할(z=3.70, p<.001)을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 간호업무성과와 직무만족을 증진시키기 위해 간호근무환경의 개선과 셀프리더십을 향상시킬수 있는 관리방안의 수립이 필요할 것이다.

        백서의 피부 및 뇌혈류에 미치는 고려홍삼 사포닌 및 비사포닌의 영향

        본 연구에서는 혈류량의 변화를 실시간으로 측정할 수 있는 레이져 도플러 혈류량측정장치를 이용하여 피부혈류 및 뇌혈류량에 미치는 고려홍삼의 사포닌과 비사포닌의 효능을 연구하고자 고려홍삼의 정맥내 복강내 및 구강내로 주입하고 혈류의 변화를 관찰하여 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 고려 홍삼<br/> 의 사포닌 성분은 피부혈류량에는 영향을 주지 않으나 뇌혈류량을 증가시키는 효능이 있다. 고려 홍삼의 비사포닌 성분은 피부혈류량 및 뇌혈류량에 거의 영향을 주지 않았다. 고려홍삼 사포닌에 의한 뇌혈류량의 증가는 복강내 및 경구로 투여할 경우는 관찰할 수 있으나 정맥내로 직접 투여할 경우는<br/> 관찰되지 않았다.이상의결과를종합해볼때고려홍삼의 사포닌 성분은 뇌혈류량을 증가시키는 혈류개선작용이 있는 것으로 사료된다. To study the effect of Korea red ginseng (KRG) on the skin and cerebral blood flow, we evaluated the change of skin perfusion rate and cerebral perfusion rate after the intravenous, intraperitoneal, and oral administration of crude saponin (CS) and saponin-free fraction (SFF) of KRG in the rats. The change of skin perfusion rate and cerebral perfusion rate was measured laser doppler flowmetry. The intravenous injections of CS or SFF of KRG and intraperitoneal injection of SFF of KRG did not change the relative skin and cerebral blood flow in the rats. When the rats were treated by the<br/> intraperitoneal injection of CS of KRG, relative cerebral blood flow was significantly increased with a time-dependent manner, however, relative skin blood flow was not influenced by the them. Oral administration of CS of KRG slightly increased skin blood flow in the rats. Also, the change of cerebral blood flow by transient bilateral carotid arterial clamp in the CS-treated rats was significantly decreased, compared with control groups. From the above results, it was suggested that Korea red ginseng have a increasing property of cerebral blood flow in the rats.<br/> Key words : Korea Red Ginseng, Cerebral blood flow, Skin blood flow, Laser Doppler flowmeter.

        통일 후 북한교원 통합을 통한 남북한 마음통합 -북한교원 재임용을 중심으로-

        In this paper, the discussion is deployed under the assumption to achieve a unified nation of South Korea and the North Korean regime and the agreement for the unification of the system have been made, and in the context of running a full-fledged South Korea and North Korea of education integration. This paper want to expand the discussion of teacher policy centered on the re-appointment and the re-education of North Korea teachers for educational reform and integration in North Korea region after unification. After unification, re-appointment of North Korean teachers should be as much as possible by re-education for mind and educational integrationas inner integration of two Koreas and social integration. And to North Korea teachers who get a chance for re-appointment continually provides opportunities for academic training in service, which help to be a expertise of subject and democracy education.

        네일샵의 서비스품질이 고객의 행동의도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study was confirmed to mediate the effect of the Service Quality, Customer Satisfaction, Perceived Service Value and Behavior Intention in the field of nail service. The results of study were as follows: First, the factors significantly affecting customer satisfaction among service quality areas were Tangibility, Responsiveness and Assurance. Second, Sympathy significantly affected Emotional value among service quality. Third, Assurance and Sympathy significantly affected Economical Value, among service quality. Fourth, Customer Satisfaction significantly affected Emotional Value and Behavior Intention and fifth, Emotional Value and Economical Value both significantly affected Behavior Intention. In the case of mediating effects, first, Customer Satisfaction showed a full mediating effect among the effects on Emotional Value of Tangibility, Responsiveness and Assurance. Second, Emotional Value showed a partial mediating effect among the effects on Customer Satisfaction to Behavior Intention.

        용혈독소를 생산하는 기수성 비브리오균의 생리 생태적 특성과 수산식품의 위생대책 3 . 해수에서 분리된 Vibrio Cholerae non-O1 FM-3 의 생육인자와 항생제 감수성

        Vibrio cholerae non-O1(V. cholerae non-O1) was previously called nonagglutinable or noncholera vibrios, since it fails to react with polyvalent O1 antisera. This organism is biochemically and genetically indistinguishable from V. cholerae O1 except serological difference. V. cholerae non-O1 strains are often detected in the environment including bays, estuaries, and fresh water, and also found in food. Therefore it is designated food borne bacterium in Japan. However, research papers on V. cholerae non-O1 are very rare in Korea. In order to investigate bacteriological characteristics of V. cholerae non-O1, we isolated V. cholerae non-O1 from the environmental sea water. Among the isolated V. cholerae non-O1 strains, we selected the strain which had the most strong hemolytic activity, named as V. cholerae non-O1 FM-3. The optimum growth conditions of V. cholerae non-O1 FM-3 were 37℃ and pH 8.5 in BHI broth (containing 0.5% sodium chloride), and it grew better than V. cholerae non-O1 ATCC 25872. But both were not able to grow in BHI broth added 5.0% of sodium chloride or adjusted to pH 5.0. According to the experimental results on the susceptibility test against various antibiotics, there were no significant differences between the isolated strain and reference strain (V. cholerae non-O1 ATCC 25872). Most of the antibiotics examined had bacteriostatic action against V. cholerae non-O1 FM-3 while vancomycin, oxacillin, colistin, polymyxin B, and sulfadiazine had no bacteriostatic activity.

        유방암 진단 후 보이는 우울증상과 기질 및 성격특성에 대한 연구

        Objectives: First, the objective of the present study was to investigate the differences of temperament and character traits between depression group(n=27) and non-depression group(n=29) in Breast Cancer patients. Second, it was to explore the effect of those factors on depression in breast cancer patients. Methods: Of the 115 subjects, 56 individuals were completed the 17-item Hamilton Depression Rating Scale(HDRS-17) with clinician and Korean version of Temperament and Character Inventory (TCI). Results: depression group showed significantly higher ``Harm avoidance``, and lower Self-directedness` score as compared to non-depression group. The stepwise linear regression analysis showed ``HA1(worry and pessimism)`` was the only significant predicting variable for depression. Conclusion: These data suggest that temperaments and characters should be considered in studies investigating depression from acute stressful events.

        Vibrio alginolyticus 가 Shewanella sp. SR - 14 의 미세조류 증식저해 활성에 미치는 영향

        미세조류 증식 저해균 Shewanella sp. SR-14와 연안해역에서 우점종으로 분포하는 세균인 Vibrio alginolyticus가 규조, Chaetoceros calcitrans의 증식에 미치는 영향 그리고 V. alginolyticus가 Shewanella sp. SR-14의 C. calcitrans 증식저해 활성에 미치는 영향을 혼합배양으로 측정하였다. Shewanella sp. SR-14와 해수에서 분리한 V. alginolyticus는 미세조류 배양용 무기배지에서 단독 또는 혼합 배양하여도 잘 증식 하였으며, C. calcitrans와 혼합배양시 Shewanella sp. SR-14는 조류증식을 저해한 반면 V. alginolyticus는 이 조류의 증식을 촉진 하였다. 조류가 첨가된 배지에 Shewanella sp. SR-14의 최초 접종균수가 V. alginolyticus와 거의 같거나 1 log 정도 적게 접종되었을 때에는 C. calcitrans에 대한 Shewanella sp. SR-14의 증식 저해활성이 유지되었으나 V. alginolyticus의 최초균수가 Shewanella sp. SR-14보다 3 log 이상 많았을 때에는 조류증식 저해활성이 나타나지 않았다. The algicidal activity of Shewanella (formerly Alteromonas) sp. SR-14 against diatom, Chaetoceros calcitrans was reported in our previous papers. In this study, the effect of Vibrio alginolyticus on the algicidal activity of Shewanella sp. SR-14 was examined under the optimum algicidal conditions, i.e., temperature (21 1℃), light intensity (4,000 lux), and light: dark cycle (12 hour:12 hour). Shewanella sp. SR-14 grew well in the presence or the absence of V. alginolyticus in Conwy medium. Algal growth was only inhibited by Shewanella sp. SR-14. V. alginolyticus did not show the algicidal activity. Growth of C. calcitrans increased synergistically with growth of V. alginolyticus. When the initial inoculum of V. alginolyticus was only l log cycle higher than that of Shewanella sp. SR -14, the effect of V. alginolyticus on the algicidal activity of Shewanella sp. SR-14 was insignificant during incubation of mixed culture, i.e., two bacterial species and the alga. However, when V. alginolyticus dominated Shewanella sp. SR-14 by 3 log cycles of bacterial counts, it was found that the strain SR-14 could not inhibited growth of C. calcitrans up to 5 days of incubation.

        Streptozotocin 유발 당뇨쥐에서 팽화가공 처리한 홍삼의 항당뇨 효과

        본 실험에서는 STZ로 당뇨를 유발시킨 흰쥐에 홍삼과 팽화홍삼의 항당뇨 효능에 대한 생리활성을 규명하고자 홍삼을 7주간 경구투여 후 체중, 혈당, 혈청 인슐린 및 아밀라아제, 지질관련 지수, OGTT, DNA의 산화적 손상정도 분석 및 췌장의 조직병리학적 변화를 관찰하였다. 체중증가는 실험 7주 후에 DM군과 비교 시 RG군에서 6.67배, PG군에서 5.25배 증가하였으나 DM군과 유의적인 차이는 없었다. 공복혈당은 DM군에 비해 RG군에서 11.54%, PG군에서 20.22%의 감소를 보였다. 구강내당능 검사결과 공복혈당, 포도당 투여 2시간 후 혈당은 DM군과 통계적 유의성은 없었다. 혈청 인슐린 농도는 PG군에서 가장 높게 나타났고, 혈청 아밀라아제 농도의 경우 RG군에서 높았으나 NC군보다는 낮게 나타났다. 혈청 총 콜레스테롤은 NC군을 제외한 모든 실험군 간에 유의적인 차이를 보이지 않았으나 혈청 중성지방의 경우 PG군에서 현저한 감소를 보였다(p<0.05). HDL-C는 NC군에 비해 당뇨유발군 모두에서 높게 나타났다. DNA 손상정도를 알아보기 위한 comet 분석에서는 PG군의 TL 및 TM은 NC군에서와 유사한 수준을 보였다. 췌장조직의 병리학적 관찰결과, 당뇨유발군 중 DM군의 췌장조직의 exocrine acinal cell 및 췌도세포에서는 focal 또는 multifocal cytoplasmic vacuolation과 췌장실질의 괴사 및 출혈성 병변이 관찰되었다. 이상의 결과로서 팽화홍삼의 투여가 홍삼에 비해 항당뇨 효과가 더 큰 경향을 보였으나 보다 확실한 결과를 위해 8주 이상의 홍삼 장기투여에 의한 항당뇨 효과 확인이 필요할 것으로 사료된다. Antidiabetic effect of Korean red ginseng (RG) processed by puffing in streptozotocin (STZ)-induced diabetic (DM) rats was investigated. Five week-old SD rats were divided into four groups; normal control (NC) group, DM group, red ginseng (RG) group and puffed red ginseng (PG) group. The RG and PG groups were orally provided with RG or PG dissolved in water (500 ㎎/㎏) respectively for seven weeks after single injection of STZ (50 ㎎/㎏, i.v.) followed by identification of DM. NC group received saline vehicle instead of STZ. At the end of feeding of RG or PG, the changes of fasting blood glucose, serum insulin and amylase level and serum lipid profiles were evaluated. Also, oral glucose tolerance test (OGTT), comet assay and histopathological examination were performed. At 7th week, the fasting blood glucose levels of the RG and PG groups were reduced compared to the DM group by 11.54% and 20.22%, respectively. The result of OGTT did not show significant differences among DM and two red ginseng groups. While serum insulin and TG levels were predominantly improved in PG group (p<0.05), serum amylase level was increased in RG group. Alkaline comet assay for checking the oxidative damage of DNA showed that TL (tail length, ㎛) and TM (tail moment) in the blood lymphocyte of PG group significantly decreased in contrast with DM group. Histopathological results of pancreas showed that destruction of exocrine as well as endocrine might be cured by the administration of RG and PG. These results suggest that PG could exert more protection against STZ-induced toxicity than RG group.

        종합병원 간호사의 간호근무환경이 간호업무성과 및 조직몰입에 미치는 영향: 직무배태성의 매개효과 중심으로

        Purpose: The purpose of this study was to test the mediating effect of job embeddedness in the relationship between nursing practice environment on nursing job performance and organizational commitment. Methods: For this study a descriptive design with survey method was utilized. Participants were 192 clinical nurses recruited from 2 hospitals in A, B city and J province in Korea. From June, 6 to 24, 2018, a questionnaire scale was used to collect the data. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, independent t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson correlation analysis, and liner regression analysis. Results: There were significant positive relationships for nursing job performance and organizational commitment with nursing practice environment. In addition, job embeddedness had a full mediating role in the relationship between nursing practice environment and nursing job performance, and a partial mediation effect in nursing practice environment and organizational commitment. Conclusion: The purpose of this study was to identify the mediating effects of job embeddedness and to find ways to improve organizational commitment, which is a useful variable to predict performance outcomes, nurse job performance and job behavior of organizational members. Also, the study results can be used as basic data for nursing manpower management strategies.
