High efficiency $Cu(In,Ga)Se_2$ solar cells are generally prepared above $500^{\circ}C$. Lowering the process temperature can allow wider selection of substrate material and process window. In this paper, the three-stage co-evaporation process widely used to grow CIGS thin film at high temperature was modified to reduce the maximum substrate temperature. Below $400^{\circ}C$ the CIGS films show poor crystal growth and lower solar cell performance, in spite of external Na doping by NaF. As a new approach, Cu source instead of Cu with Se in the second stage was applied on the $(In,Ga)_2Se_3$ precursor at $400^{\circ}C$ and achieved a better crystal growth. The distribution of Ga in the films produce by new method were investigated and solar cells were fabricated using these films.

In this paper, an I-V characteristics of bypass diode has been studied by counting the shading effect in photovoltaic module. The shadow induces hot spot phenomenon in PV module due to the increase of resistance in the current path. Two different types of PV module with and without bypass diode were fabricated to expect maximum output power with an increasing shading rate of 5 % on the solar cell. Temperature distribution is also detected by shading the whole solar cell for the outdoor test. From the result, the bypass diode works properly over 60 % of shading per cell with constant output power. Maximum power generation in case of solar cell being totally shaded with bypass diode decreases 41.3 % compared with the one under STC(Standard Test Condition). On the other hand, the maximum output power of the module without bypass diode gradually decreases by showing hot spot phenomenon with the increase of shading ratio on the cell and finally indicates 95.5 % of power loss compared with the output under STC. Finally the module temperature measured increases around $10^{\circ}C$ higher than that under STC due to hot-spots which come from the condition without bypass diode. It has been therefore one of the main reasons for degrading the PV module and shortening the durability of the PV system.

보광염낭거미(Clubiona zacharovi Mikhailov, 1991)의 암컷을 우리나라에서 최초로 기재한다. 이 종은 식물의 잔사체나 돌 밑 등을 배회하는 희귀종이다. First known female of the sac spider Clubiona zacharovi Mikhailov, 1991 is described from Korea. This is a rare species inhabiting in the plant litter or under the stone in mountain sites.

Many pregnant women have to receive psychotropic medication during pregnancy and lactation period, despite the proven and assumed risks to the fetus ar neonate. A brief summary of drug metabolism and pharmacodynamics is given. Principles and quidelines of using psychotropic agents during pregancy and lactation period are presented for psychotic disorders, bipolar affective disorders. depression and anxiety disorders, with due consideration for relative benefits and risks of choosing among psychotropic drugs and alternative treatments.

목적 : 뇌의 신경세포 증식은 해마 치상회와 뇌실하영역에서만 나타나는 현상이다. Kainic acid(KA)를 이용한 간질 동물모델을 연구하던 중 침이 해마 치상회의 신경세포증식을 촉진하는 현상을 발견하여 이를 보고하고자 한다. 방법 : 수컷 ICR계 생쥐를 Saline(n=8), KA(n=8), KA+Acu(n=8)의 세 군으로 나누고, 모든 생쥐들에게 KA 주입 3일 전부터 1일 1회씩 5'-bromodeoxyuridine(BrdU)을 3일간 주입하였다. Saline군에는 멸균된 생리식염수를 뇌실 내에 주입하였고, KA군 및 KA+Acu군에는 $0.1{\mu}g$의 KA를 뇌실 내에 주입하였으며, KA+Acu군에 속한 쥐들에게는 KA 주입 2일전, 1일전, 주입 직후에 양쪽 소부(少府)(HT8)에 자침하였다. KA 주입 3시간 후 쥐의 뇌를 적출하고 해마 치상회부위의 BrdU 및 neuropeptide Y (NPY)의 발현을 측정하였다. 결과 : 소부(少府) 자침이 KA의 독성으로 인한 신경세포의 파괴를 줄여주었으며, BrdU 양성 세포 및 NPY를 유의하게 증가시켰다. KA 주입시 세포증식이 일어나긴 하나, 3시간 안에는 거의 일어나지 않는다. 결론 : 소부(少府) 자침이 해마 치상회의 신경세포증식을 촉진하며, 이는 KA의 효과가 아닌 KA 투여 전 소부(少府) 자침으로 인한 것으로 사료된다.

지금까지 국내에 알려져 있지 않던 접시거미과의 미기록종인 점봉접시거미(Pacifiphantes zakharovi Eskov et Marusik, 1994)(신칭)을 기재하였다. Pacifiphantes속은 한국에서는 처음으로 기록되는 속이다. One tiny spider species belonging to Linyphiidae, Pacifiphantes zakharovi Eskov et Marusik, 1994 is newly recorded to the Korean spider fauna. The genus Pacifiphantes is the first record from Korea.

Somatoform disorders do occur among children and adolescents. Among the seven disorders under the grouping of somatoform disorders of DSM-IV, three disorders, namely somatization disorder, pain disorder and conversion disorder are seen relatively more often than one can expect in childhood and adolescence. Pain disorders are more prevalent among children before adolescence, whereas conversion disorder and somatoform disorder are seen more often during adolescence and early adulthood. Diagnoses of somatofram disorders should not be made by the process of exclusion, but based on positive findings that positive evidence that normal functioning is possible and that a positive history of psychosocial stress and or intrapsychic conflict exists. Treatment strategy should be mindful of including collaboration with primary care health professionals and family therapy staff in addition to all the basic treatment modalities essential for the treatment of children and adolescents.
서로 다른 소스/드레인 전극물질을 이용한 비정질 In-Ga-Zn-O 박막트랜지스터 성능향상

In this study, we proposed an a-IGZO (amorphous In-Ga-Zn-O) TFT (thin-film transistor) with off-planed source/drain structure. Furthermore, two different electrode materials (ITO and Ti) were applied to the source and drain contacts for performance improvement of a-IGZO TFTs. When the ITO with a large work-function and the Ti with a small work-function are applied to drain electrode and source contact, respectively, the electrical performances of a-IGZO TFTs were improved; an increased driving current, a decreased leakage current, a high on-off current ratio, and a reduced subthreshold swing. As a result of gate bias stress test at various temperatures, the off-planed S/D a-IGZO TFTs showed a degradation mechanism due to electron trapping and both devices with ITO-drain or Ti-drain electrode revealed an equivalent instability.
