Infrastructure is rapidly growing as Internet business grows with the latest IT technologies such as IoT, BigData, and AI. However, in most companies, a limited number of people need to manage a lot of hardware and software. Therefore, Polestar Enterprise Management System(PEMS) is applied to monitor the system operation status, IT service and key KPI monitoring. Real-time monitor screening prevents system malfunctions and quick response. With PEMS, you can see configuration information related to IT hardware and software at a glance, and monitor performance throughout the entire end-to-end period to see when problems occur in real time.

무선망에서 Best-effort 서비스를 위한 폭주제어 방법

본 논문은 3세대 및 그 이상의 무선망에 대한 기본적인 망의 구조를 IP를 바탕으로한 무선망으로 정의하고 이때 무선 접속망에서의 폭주제어 방법을 제안한다. 기본적으로 제안하는 방법은 ECN(Explicit Congestion Notification)을 바탕으로 하나 무선망과 IP망의 Broadcasting에서의 장점을 이용하여 ECN Broadcasting을 무선 서브망에서 수행하도록 하여 미래의 무선망에서의 이동성 지원으로 인한 폭주제어에 있어서 효율성을 갖도록 하였다. This paper has defined the 3G and beyond wireless networks as the one that is based on IP network architecture and proposed the congestion control scheme in the access networks. Basically the proposed method is built on the ECN(Explicit Congestion Notification) and utilizing the advantages of the wireless and I networks in broadcasting packet in their access network. Consequently it provides the efficiency in controlling the congestion that can be happened by the mobility support in the future wireless networks.

통신망에서 온라인 음악 서비스를 활용한 광고 관리시스템의 구현

본 논문에서는 유무선 통신망 환경에서 지원되는 온라인 음악서비스를 활용하여 광고를 지원하는 새로운 광고관리시스템에 대해서 소개한다. 본 논문에서 소개하는 광고관리시스템은 현재 인터넷 및 이동통신망을 통해서 많이 이뤄지고 있는 음악서비스를 통해서 광고를 지원하고 이를 바탕으로 광고주들이 원하는 소비자별 광고를 제공해 효과적인 광고가 이뤄지도록 하는 서비스로 사용자는 광고를 들음으로써 음악서비스의 비용을 절감하는 효과가 있고, 광고주는 사용자별 광고가 이뤄지는 효과가 있으며 음악서비스 제공자는 사용자를 효과적으로 모으는 효과가 있을 것으로 기대되는 서비스가 될 것이다. This paper introduces a new mobile advertisement management system (AMS) utilizing on-line music service in communication networks. The developed AMS delivers commercial advertisement through music service that is preferred in communication networks, which enable advertisers to perform a customer based advertisement and listeners to get a discount on their bills for music service. And eventually the proposed AMS can provide the effective commercial service to the advertisers and the effective clients recruit ways to music providers.

위치정보를 활용한 스마트폰 기반의 버스정보시스템

본 논문은 위치정보 활용이 가능한 스마트폰을 활용하여 버스정보시스템 구현에 대한 내용을 다룬다. 기본적으로 모든 스마트폰이 위치 정보를 활용할 수 있다. 이를 활용하여 운전자 스마트폰에서 주기적 혹은 이벤트에 기반해서 전송하고 이를 서버에 저장한 뒤 가공하여 사용자에게 제공하고 이를 개인 사용자 스마트폰 앱에 표시하거나 혹은 정류장의 전광판에 표시하도록 하여 기존의 버스정보 시스템을 대신할 수 있도록 한다. 제안하는 시스템은 버스 운전자용 스마트폰 앱에서는 버스내에서만 활용될 수 있도록 하는 특수 과정을 거쳐서 상용화가 가능해 질 것으로 기대된다. This paper provides Bus Information System(BIS) implementation based on the Smart-phone APPs using GPS information. Nearly all of recent smart-phones are equipped with the GPS feature. Bus driver's smart-phone can send the position information using its GPS information periodically and on events. On receiving those information, servers can process those into the information that can be used by individual users and bus stop information panel. The proposed BIS based on smart-phone APPs is expected to be used publicly with the special process that enables the smart-phone APPs only in the specific bus.

모바일 기반의 웹접근성 평가 및 자동변환 시스템

본 논문에서는 현대 모든 인터넷의 기본적 정보제공 수단인 웹페이지에 대한 접근성(Accessibility)에 대한 소개와 이를 제대로 수행하고 있는지에 대한 평가를 가능하도록 하는 수단으로서의 솔루션 개발에 대해서 소개한다. 기본적으로 웹접근성을 평가하기 위해서는 웹페이지를 기본 단위 오브젝트로 구분하는 작업이 이뤄져야 한다. 이후 여러 가지 평가기준에 근거하여 이를 평가하게 된다. 또한 본 논문에서는 이러한 오브젝트 분류에 근거하여 오브젝트별로 변환이 가능한 모바일용 웹접근성 기반 변환 시스템을 소개한다. This paper introduces Web Accessibility to web pages, which is the basic method of obtaining information in modern Internet. Also we explore the system that is capable of examine whether the corresponding web pages are following the accessibility regulation. In oder to examine web pages, we need to classify all the objects that web page contains. And the classified objects are to be examined by the standards of Web Accessibility. And also this paper introduces the mobile translation system for web accessibility.

The future data communications are expected to support the various andcomplex services withmultimedia. So thispaper has focused on the multimedia synchronization problem which has important position in multimedia presentation. Firstly, this paper consider the suitable layer for multimedia synchronization in the communication structure as transport layer or upper ones, in which we propose synchronization mechanism using fixed length buffer with bufer-lever or upper ones, in which we propose synchronization mechanism using fixed length bufer with buffer-level. The proposed mechansim also supports intra-and inter-media synchronization among media. Through simulation, we prove our analysis of the fixed-length buffersize that theproposed mechanism can provide. Also we show comparisons between our mechanism and other scheme.

다중빔 위성망에서 효율적 인터넷 서비스를 위한 데이터 흐름 제어 방법

본 논문에서는 미래 광대역 위성통신망의 성능을 개선하기 위한 새로운 흐름제어 방법이 소개되고 더불어서 비교 분석되어진다. 제안된 방법은 특별히 위성망을 이용하여서 인터넷 지원서비스를 하기에 적합하다. 제안된 방법은 특별히 추가적인 정보를 교환하지 않는다는 점에서 기존의 방법과 비교해서 복잡성이 증가하지는 않는다. 본 논문에서는 제안된 방법에 대하여 기존의 방법들과 수학적인 분석을 통해서 성능 비교가 제공된다. 성능 비교는 처리율과 위성에서의 큐 크기에 대한 분석을 바탕으로 하였다.

청소년상담복지센터 상담자 직무스트레스 질문지 개발 및 타당화 연구

The purpose of this study was to develop and validate a work-related stress questionnaire for counselors at Youth Counseling Welfare Centers (YCWC). For this purpose, data on work-related stress experienced by the counselors at YCWC from the study 1 were collected and the initial questionnaire consisting of 175 items was constructed. 50 items remained after a series of item evaluations. The questionnaire consisting of the 50 items was administered to 150 counselors at YCWC. Through an exploratory factor analysis, 4 factors were extracted: counselor identity confusion, excessive workload, negative job environment, and burden of parent intervention. A total of 15 questions were selected from 4 factors to form a final questionnaire for job stress. In study 2, a confirmatory factor analysis confirmed the 4 factor structure of this questionnaire. The correlations between the questionnaire and the counselor job stress scale, K-CBI, Job satisfaction scale were -.439~.644. In all, the new questionnaire was validated and can be used as a work-related stress measurement of counselors at YCWC. Based on these results, the limitations of this study and suggestions for future research were discussed. 본 연구의 목적은 청소년상담복지센터 상담자들이 경험하는 직무스트레스를 반영한 질문지를 개발하고 타당화하는 것이다. 연구 1에서는 청소년상담복지센터 상담자 직무스트레스 질문지를 개발하였다. 선행연구, 개방형 설문, 심층면접을 바탕으로 175문항의예비문항을 구성하였으며 내용타당도 검증과 예비조사를 통해 50문항의 예비문항을 선정하였다. 청소년상담복지센터 상담자 150명의 자료를 바탕으로 문항분석, 탐색적 요인분석을 실시한 결과 상담자 정체감 혼란, 과도한 업무량, 부정적 업무환경, 부모개입 어려움의 4개 요인 15문항의 직무스트레스 질문지를 개발하였다. 연구 2에서는 개발된 직무스트레스 질문지에 대한 타당화 검증을 실시하였다. 162명의 자료를 바탕으로 확인적요인분석을 실시하여 4요인 모형이 적합함을 확인하였다. 타당도 검증을 위해 상관분석을 실시한 결과 일반 직무스트레스, 상담자 소진과 정적상관을, 직무만족도와는 부적상관을 보여 청소년상담복지센터 상담자의 직무스트레스를 측정하는 타당한 도구임을 확인하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 청소년상담복지센터 상담자의 직무스트레스를 예방하고 대처하기 위한 방안을 마련하는데 기여할 수 있을 것이다. 이외에 연구에 대한 한계점을제시하고 후속연구를 위한 제언을 하였다.
