상부구조물과 금원주를 레진시멘트로 접착시킨 임프란트 보철물의 파절에 대한 연구

This study was performed to determine the failure strength and pattern of implant prosthesis luted with resin cement between gold cylinder and superstructure, and to evaluate the bonding strength of resin cement. To evaluate failure strength and pattern, the groups were divided into 2. Group 1 : Casted gold cylinder Group 2 : Luted with resin cement between gold cylinder ans superstructure. To evaluate effects of the bonding strength of the implant prosthesis luted with resin cement according to storage condition, the groups were divided into 3 : Group A : Stored in waste at $37^{\circ}C$ for 24 hours. Group B : 1000 cycles thermocycled between $5^{\circ}C\;and\;55^{\circ}C$ in water. Group C : Stored in water at $37^{\circ}C$ for 30 days. The results were as follows. 1. Failure was found at gold screw in all specimens of group 1 & 2. 2. The bond strength in group 1 and 2 was 189.86 and 188.14kgf. There was no statistically significant difference between group 1 and 2(P>0.05). 3. The bond strength of group A, B and C was 53.28, 45,86 and 39.29Kgf. There result suggest the advantage of an improved fit of superstructure to the abutment and a simple procedure. But there was a measurable decrease of the bond strength according to storage condition. So, Further research is necessary to evaluate of the implant prosthesis luted with resin cement between gold cylinder and superstructure.

The denitrifying capacity and various environmental factors were investigated in Lake Soyang from May to October, 1989, and analyzed in statistical manners. Nitrate was added to sediment samples to a initial concentration of 1 mM, and the N_2O production was measured with gas chromatograph at in situ temperature by acetylene blockage method. The N_2O production rates were 0.32∼13.8μM N_2O-N ·g-dw^-1 day^-1, 5.8μM N_2O-N ·g-dw^-1 day^-1 in average, and reached highest values in July and August. The denitrifying capacity showed strong correlation with temperature (0.55) and nitrite(0.42), but not with nitrate concentration, nor with the population size of denitrifiers.

Pharyngocutaneous fistula is one of the most common wound complications after total laryngectomy. The leakage of saliva may cause an erosion of greater vessels nearby and result in a life-threatening bleeding. 65-year-old male received laryngectomy and pharyngectomy followed by Latissimus dorsi flap reconstruction due to recurred laryngeal cancer with oropharyngeal extension after postoperative radiotherapy. Pharyngeal fistula was developed and an excessive fresh blood flowed through the oral and nasal cavity. The patient was transferred to the operating room immediately, and the causing artery was ligated. The rupture of the common carotid artery and its branches should be warned when the pharyngocutaneous fistula is developed. Prompt and proper therapy must be performed for the patients with impending or acute hemorrhage.

행정지도가 개입된 담합행위와 공정거래법의 적용제외(Exemption)제도에 관한 연구 -소주가격 담합사례를 중심으로-

The FTC is currently condemning price-fixing of SOJU producers in Korea. This paper compares to the system of exemption regulation of EU, USA and Japan. The theoretical structure of the paper shows that the relations of the trade -off on between competition policy and industrial policy. The paper is organized as follows; A legal effect of Administrative Guidances within the exemption of antitrust law discussed in Section 2. Section 3 considers the system of Exemption Regulation on the types of EU, USA, Japan. The last section discusses harmonization of both competition policy and industry policy. Antitrust law instead of being limited to applying exemption. I think that exemption rules of Antitrust law buffers between competition policy and industry policy. However the regimes of exemption regulation in Korea do not allow; It thus occurs to the price-fixing of SOJU. As a consequence, The Korea Supreme Court has stated that administrative guidance automatically do not exempt antitrust law, which would exclude Justified Behaviorof §58(exemption). The important feature of the explicit exemption rules is that the type of USA and Japan. In contrast to the system of exemption rules of Japan is not an exemption from application under other individual laws in the system of exemption of Korea. Due to exemption regulation eliminates 1st amendment of Antitrust law. The aim of an exemption system, relieves trade-off of between competition policy and industry policy. The analysis above shows that the current of Exemption Regulations in EU, USA, and Japan is different to the system of Korea. The result of the study suggests that exemption applications under other individual laws through the revision of antitrust law.
