응축수순환 폐열회수 EGR 보일러 시스템의 열역학적 효율 해석

In this study, we proposed the condensate circulation waste heat recovery EGR boiler system in order to maximize thermodynamic efficiency which is able to obtain in existing boiler system. We calculated the efficiency of the condensate circulation waste heat recovery EGR boiler system and selected 3 different boiler systems(general boiler, waste heat recovery boiler and condensate circulation waste heat recovery boiler) to compare the efficiency of them. As results, the efficiency of the condensate circulation waste heat recovery EGR boiler is calculated to 93.7 % and it has a higher 6.5% efficiency than that of general boiler(case 1). The dew point is increased as the relative humidity of heated air is increased by condensate circulation. Consequently the boiler system presented in this study shows a higher efficiency than case 1 by generating much condensate.
방기황기탕 전탕액이 백서의 실험적 비만증과 전지방세포인 3T3-L1의 지방세포분화에 미치는 영향

방기황기탕이 gold thioglucose와 고지방식이로 유발한 비만 마우스에 미치는 효과와 전지방세포의 증식과 분화에 미치는 영향을 관찰한 결과 다음과 같은 결과를 보였다.1. 방기황기탕 추출액은 비만백서의 체중증가를 억제하는 효과를 나타냈다.2. 방기황기탕 추출액은 혈청 transaminase의 개선을 확인할 수 있었다.3. 방기황기탕 추출액은 간의 지질 및 체지방의 증가를 억제하는 효과를 보였다.4. 방기황기탕 추출액은 자궁주위 지방조직 및 간의 중량에서도 유의성있는 감소 효과가 인정되었다.5. 방기황기탕 추출액이 전지방세포인 3T3-L1세포의 증식을 억제하는 효과를 보였다.6. 방기황기탕 추출액은 자연분화시에서는 전지방세포인 3T3-L1세포에 유의성있는 분화억제효과를 미치지 못하였다.7. 방기황기탕 추출액은 유도분화시 분화유도 배양상태에서는 전지방세포인 3T3-L1세포에 유의성있는 분화억제효과를 나타냈다. 이상의 효과로 미루어 보아 방기황기탕은 지방세포의 과다한 분화와 증식, 축적에 따른 비만증과 지방간 및 대사질환의 임상치료에 응용될 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.
열역학적 해석을 통한 신규 보일러와 기존 보일러의 성능 비교

This study was conducted to design new-type boiler to obtain a higher efficiency than old-type boilers and we compared the efficiency of new-type and old-type boilers through the thermodynamic analysis prior to practical study of new-type boiler. Non condensing boiler(Non CB), existing condensing boiler(Existing CB) and waste heat recovery condensing boiler(WHR CB) are old-type boilers and exhaust gas recirculation-condensed water recirculation-waste heat recovery condensing boiler(EGR-CWR-WHR CB) is new-type boiler. In this study, we used variables such as air ratio, waste heat recovery performance, relative humidity of preheated air. We calculated maximum efficiency, through the thermodynamic equations with changing these variables. As a results, EGR-CWR-WHR CB proposed in this study was possible to obtain the efficiency of 93.91% and it is 7.04% higher than the efficiency of Existing CB(86.87%). Since it is possible to operate the boiler to air ratio is 1.1 due to the application of EGR and it is also possible to increase the relative humidity of preheated air due to the application of condensed water recirculation.
양혈장근건보탕(養血壯筋健步湯)과 전침의 병용치료가 손상된 척수신경 및 운동기능에 미치는 영향

Objectives: The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of Yanghyuljanggeungunbo-tang(Yangxuezhuangjinjianbu-tang, YGKT) and electrical acupuncture treatment in spinal cord injury(SCI)-induced rats. Methods: The subjects were divided into 5 groups ; Normal, Control-no treatment after SCI, Experimental 1(Exp. 1)-taken with YGKT 500 ㎎/㎏ 0.5 ㎖ daily after SCI. Experimental 2(Exp. 2)-taken with electrical acupuncture after SCI and Experimental 3(Exp. 3)-taken with YGKT 500 ㎎/㎏ 0.5 ㎖ and electrical acupuncture after SCI. After each operation, the present author observed cytological changes, the motor behavior recovery and nerve regeneration by analysis of the motor behavior tests, EMG, hematological(AST, ALT, WBC), histological and immunological changes. Rats were tested by Motor behavior test at 1st, 3rd, 7th, 14th and 21st day. Results: 1. All the experimental groups were improved compared with control group in the motor behavior tests including Tarlov test, Basso-Beattle-Bresnahan locomotor rating scale, modified inclined plane test, open field test, grid walk test and narrow beam test. Especially Exp. 3 was significantly improved among other groups. 2. In EMG test, H and M wave were significantly increased in Exp. 3. 3. All the experimental groups were significantly decreased compared with control group in AST, ALT and WBC. 4. NGF, BDNF and Trk B of spinal cord gray matter in all the experimental groups were increased compared with control group. Especially, Exp. 3 was more effective. 5. In histological observations, muscle contraction and denaturation of gastrocnemius muscle of all the experimental groups were inhibited. Especially, those of Exp. 3 was more effective. On the observations of liver and kidney, cell atrophy and apoptosis of all the experimental groups were decreased compared with control group. Especially, those of Exp. 3 was more effective. Conclusions: It can be suggested that YGKT and electrical acupuncture may improve motor behavior, EMG, hematological, histological and immunological findings in SCI-induced rats. Especially, combination of these two treatments will be somewhat better in spinal nerve recovery and motor function improvement.
