        이스라엘의 이민군을 위한 사회적응지원 교육 프로그램 연구

        While many factors could be mentioned to the rapid development of Israel for the last 50 years, it could not be overemphasized the critical role of large scale influx of Jewish immigrants not only in the process of achieving national independence but to the development of modernization. It is well known that mass influx of people in a relatively short period of time may cause serious social problems in various areas such as housing shortage, increasing crime rate, etc. Nontheless, Israel is avidly recognized as a country that successfully overcome such problems by means of creating systematic social integration systems and practicing various adaptation assistance programs for new immigrants. This study was concerned with such a successful social adaptation-assistance programs of Israel for large scale immigrants those who came from all over the world with different socio-economic background. In order to answer the research questions, following two areas of topics were researcher's main concern. First, organizational structure and functions of the Ministry of Immigrant Absorption of Israel and Jewish Agency that are primarily responsible for the economic, occupational, social, and cultural integration of immigrants during their first three years (five years for housing-aid) in Israel. Second practical adaptation assistance programs such as direct absorption basket, Ulpan, Aliyah 2000, special projects of Keren Hayesod and two of Aliyah Absorption Centers are examined. And lastly some of implications and suggestions are provided in the conclusion section in relation with social adaptation-assistance and integration of reunified Korea, especially from the point of North Koreans.

      • 韓國의 産業化와 農村社會 變化

        The purpose of study was to find the characteristcis of rural social change in last two decades which was called Korean industrial revolution period. Main problems in rural society were decrease of farm households and successful future farmers, increase of old and female manpower, relative decline of agricultural section in industrial society, lack of farm income compared with other industrial sectors, poor educational and living environment of rural areas, and high dissatisfaction degree of agriculture and rural life. Implications for rural socio-economic development can be summarized as follows; ① improvement of educational environment and living conditions in rural areas, ② expansion of rural welfare facilities and system. ③ long-term policies for agriculture and rural development, ④ modernization of agricultural marketing system, ⑤ emphasis on research and development on agricultural science, and ⑥ development of agricultural products export strategies.

        ISO/IEC 25023을 활용한 소프트웨어의 정량적 평가지표 생성 프로세스 설계

        소프트웨어 관련 R&D 사업의 결과의 성공여부를 판단하는 기준으로 다양한 정량지표를 많이 사용하고 있으나, 어떠한 정량지표를 선정하는 것이 적절한지에 대한 판단은 다소 어려운 부분이 있다. 본 논문에서는 소프트웨어 개발의 정량적 평가지표 선정에 기준을 제공하기 위해 소프트웨어 품질 수준의 표준으로 활용되고 있는 ISO/IEC25023를 활용하여 소프트웨어 제품 개발의 정량적 평가지표 생성프로세스를 제안한다. 제안 프로세스는 2단계로 구성되어 있다. 첫 번째 단계에서는 ISO/IEC25023 표준규격의 품질특성과 부특성을 도출하고, 두 번째 단계에서는 1단계 결과인 품질특성과 부특성에 부합하는 평가지표 가이드를 도출한다. 제안하는 정량적 평가지표 생성 프로세스는 소프트웨어 개발 프로젝트의 특성에 맞는 정량적 평가지표 선정에 도움이 될 것으로 기대한다. Although various quantitative indexes are used as criteria for deciding the success of software R & D projects, it is somewhat difficult to find which quantitative indexes are appropriate. In this paper, we propose a quantitative evaluation index generation process for software product development using ISO / IEC25023, which is used as a standard of software quality level, to provide criteria for quantitative evaluation index of software development. The proposed process consists of two stages. In the first step, quality characteristics and subcharacteristics of ISO / IEC25023 standard specification are derived and in the second stage, we derive an evaluation indicator guides that matches the quality characteristics and sub characteristics. The proposed quantitative evaluation index generation process is expected to be helpful for the selection of quantitative evaluation indexes according to the characteristics of software development projects.

        지식정보사회에서의 효율적인 평생교육방법에 관한 연구 -가상교육을 중심으로-

        The purpose of research was to develop an applicable method of online education for life-long education. In order to achieve its purpose, researchers reviewed the literature. The developed online method was modified and supplemented by professions in the field of life-long education and education technology.Knowledge and information became the resources of wealth and they have been exploded rapidly in our society. It has been getting important for government to provide educational opportunities and for people to learn.Online education is a learning system that can overcome the limitation of time and distance between teachers and learners. Because of this, it has important position in life-long education. People can learn whatever, whenever, and wherever they want. Learning in online system achieved not by teachers but by learners themselves. Learners can make their study plan depending on their situation. They also build online community where they can share and modify information, and finally develop new knowledge. In order to achieve the purpose of life long education, educators should develop various online programs, learners should increase their participation in learning activities, and governments provide the policy, systems, substructure, finance, and qualified educators for online learning for life-long education.

        20세기 농업교육의 연구동향

        This study was carried out to investigate the major subjects of agricultural and extension education researches published in 20th Century, to analyze the research methods concretely, and to get some implication for the academic progress of agricultural education.The data were collected from the Journal of Korean Agricultural Education published in 20th Century(1969-1999).The major results of the study were as follows;1) Six hundred and one research articles were reported in the Journal of Korean Agricultural Education in 20th Century. 2) Of the 601 articles, 125 ones were published in the 1970's(1969-1979), 197 ones were published in the 1980's(1980-1989), and 279 ones were published in the 1990's(1990-1999).3) In 1970's and in 1980's major research subjects of agricultural education were formal agricultural education, extension education, and rural society. In 1990's agricultural environmental research and globalism of agriculture were newly noticed a part of major research subject.4) In 1990's, research on North Korea agriculture and agricultural environmental education had been rapidly increased. Also, agricultural information education was added to the research area.

        사이버 환경교육의 필요성에 관한 연구

        As the interest of environmental issues is getting more important in our society, the importance of environmental education is increasing. In spite of our efforts to solve environmental problems in traditional education paradigm, there remains skeptical. The purpose of this study was to provide an alternative approach as cyber education in order to improve the effectiveness of environmental education. First, research analyzed the objectives, contents, and methods of current environmental education implemented by formal as well as in-formal institutions. Second, reviewed the changes of education paradigm from traditional to information age one. Third, the problems and limitations of traditional environmental education were examined. Forth, alternative approaches by applying cyber education were provided to utilized the effectiveness of education. Finally, the strategies of alternative approach were suggested for future environmental education.

        CMI 교육환경에서 교사들의 Computer Literacy가 직무 수행능력 및 만족도에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of teachers' computer literacy on job performance ability and satisfaction in CMI educational environment. In this study, the computer literacy was divided into three sub-domains such as cognitive domain, affective domain and psychomotor domain in order for the researcher to measure computer literacy efficiently.Based on the analysis of the data, the major findings are as follows:First, there was statistical significant difference between the male and female teachers of computer literacy both in cognitive and affective domain. The male teachers showed higher computer proficiency than the female teachers. There was also statistical significant difference of computer literacy according to the age of teachers both in sub-domains(cognitive domain, affective domain, psychomotor domain) and summated scores. The younger the teachers were, the higher the summated scores of the computer literacy.Second, both the job performance ability and satisfaction were identified as statistically significant according to the types of schools(elementary, junior high, high school).Third, the teachers equipped with high computer proficiency showed higher job performance ability and satisfaction than the teachers who have low computer proficiency.

        농촌주민의 삶의질 변화 양상과 농촌개발 방향설정에 관한 연구

        The purposes of the study were to identify the QOL of rural people through social indicators and official documents, and to get implications for rural development program.In contrast of the QOL of urban area, the one of rural area has been deteriorated gradually in last thirty urbanization /industrialization period.For the balanced regional development, first of all, rural income increasing program should be enlarged through cash crop cultivation, rural amenity projects, direct payment projects and non-farm job opportunities. Improvement of rural educational facilities, establishment of scholarship for rural adults would be a proper directions for better quality of rural educational surroundings. More development fund of local government should be alloted on the housing and public facilities for health and cultural activities.Projects to lessen the digital divide of rural area should be included in rural human settlement program.

        농촌지도사들의 농업환경교육 실태와 환경교육 요구도 조사연구

        The objectives of the study were to review the agricultural environment education program for nasal change agents, to find out their recognition on agricultural environment and to get sorn implications for better educational program of rural environment. The data were gathered from 177 rural change agents in 11 agricultural technology centers in Kyongi-Do province by mailing survey with questionnaire. The major findings of the study were ; ① Agricultural environment education for rural extention workers initiated in 1996. From 1999 diversified programs were served for them. ② Rural change agents perceived that water contamination and degradation of life environment were the most serious problem. ③ Educational program on organic farming should be prepared for farmers and rural changes agents. ④ Concrete educational programs for adequate use of agricultural chemicals should be prepared for farmers. ⑤ Educational program on agricultural environment policies should be reorganized in terms of the level of target group. ⑥ RDA should prepare synthetical education program for the conservation of rural eco-system.
