          우울증이 치매조기검진에서 간이정신상태검사의 선별검사 예측 정확도에 미치는 영향

          Objective:Depression and cognitive impairment are closely associated in old age. In this study, we investigate the influence of depression on the prediction accuracy of Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE) as screening test for early detection of dementia. Methods:Three hundred and twenty one dementia patients and five hundred and thirty five normal control subjects were enrolled in this study. We administered both the Mini International Neuropsychiatric Inventory and the Korean version of the Consortium to Establish a Registry for Alzheimer’s Disease Assessment Packet clinical and neuropsychological battery. We diagnosed depressive disorders according to the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, fourth edition diagnostic criteria, and evaluated the severity of depressive symptoms using the revised Korean version of the Geriatric Depression Scale. Subjects were divided into two groups : 1) depressed group, 2) non-depressed group. We compared sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value, negative predictive value, receiver operating characteristic curve, and areas of under the curve (AUC) of MMSE between two groups. Results:AUC of total group was 0.803 [95% confidence interval (CI)=0.774-0.833]. AUC of non-depressed group was the higher (0.855 ; 95% CI=0.823-0.887) than that of depressed group (0.767 ; 95% CI=0.710-0.824, p<0.009). Conclusion:In non-depressed group, diagnostic accuracy and positive predictive value were higher than those of depressed group. Depression should be considered for effective and efficient national dementia screening and registry program.

          펀드상품에 대한 외부정보탐색에 의한 시장세분화와 펀드상품 선택에 관한 연구

          본 연구는 펀드상품에 대한 소비자의 외부정보탐색에 의한 시장세분화를 통해 세분시장별로 소비자가 주로 탐색하는 정보원천을 파악하고, 선호하는 펀드상품의 유형을 살펴보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 Mixture Model을 이용하여 사후적인 시장세분화를 수행하였으며, 정보탐색에 영향을 미치는 인구통계적 변수, 심리적 변수, 투자의사결정에 대한 관여와 투자전 고려사항에 등에 대해 세분시장별로 비교하여 제시하였다. 또한 컨조인트분석의 부분가치를 활용하여 세분시장별로 선호하는 펀드의 속성을 밝혔다. 분석 결과 4개의 세분시장으로 나누어 졌으며, 펀드상품 소비자의 외부정보탐색정도는 높음, 보통, 낮음의 3가지 수준으로 구분되었고, 인쇄매체, 방송매체, 인적원천, 인터넷 등 주로 탐색하는 정보원천도 세분시장별로 차이가 남을 알 수 있었다. 또한 선호하는 펀드상품의 유형도 수익성과 안정성, 펀드규모, 펀드보수 등에서 세분시장별로 유의한 차이를 보이는 것으로 파악되었다. 본 연구의 결과를 통해 펀드상품의 마케터는 표적세분시장을 대상으로 적확한 원천에 광고 등의 마케팅비용을 지출함으로써 효과를 제고할 수 있고, 세분시장별로 맞춤형의 펀드상품을 제공하는 차별적인 마케팅활동이 가능해질 것이다 Mixture model is to unmix the sample, to identify the segments, and to estimate the parameters of the density function underlying the observed data within each segment. Although the applications of the mixture model for segmentation are well documented in academic field and product category level, the report of application of mixture model to service sectors in practice has been relatively rare. The researcher aims to try to full this gap by applying a mixture model to external information search and choice data for the first time in Korean fund market. We added fund information source data, psychological variables for investment behavior and demographic information for each customer into external information search data. The mixture model was applied to the integrated dataset and was identified four segments. We observed that the segments respond uniquely to marketing information source and show different investment behavior. We can conclude the direct relation between implementation of mixture model and customer satisfaction and choice behavior. The implementation of the result of mixture model supports that fund sellers can allocate marketing expenditures and efforts comprehensively and save reasonable marketing cost.

        • ‘하브루타’를 통한 교수방법의 변화 가능성에 관한 연구

          The purpose of this thesis is to explore the possibility of a shift in college teaching methods through the adaptation of Havruta, a Jewish educational approach. In today’s rapidly changing times, colleges are experiencing changes, too. Consequently, teaching methods must go through a transformation to keep pace with the changes that colleges are experiencing. This thesis introduces Havruta as an alternate teaching method for the current age and also as an alternate Christian educational approach and suggests plans of application. The need for a change in college teaching methods is first mentioned. Today’s teaching methods must go through a transformation, because above all other reasons, the manifestation of creative talents that our society, companies and changing times are demanding is shifting. Thus, a transformation in teaching methods as well as in educational curriculum is inevitable. The lecture-driven teaching method has its limitations in cultivating creative talents for today. Havruta is introduced as an alternative to overcome these limitations. Havruta is about two people working as a pair to ask questions and to carry on conversations, discussions and debates. The purpose of Havruta is to cultivate the ability to think, or to sharpen one’s critical thinking skills. Havruta’s content and methodology are built around conversations. Questions, discussions and debates all occur within conversations. The most common place in which Havruta occurs naturally is within family, but this thesis explores the possibility of a transformation in college teaching methods by applying the Havruta principals. Considering the current situation in which South Korea’s colleges operate, it will not be easy to change the lecture styles that have been used for so long. However, it certainly is not impossible. Teachers hold the key in making the transformation possible. Changes in teachers are pivotal. Teaching and learning have only occurred between teachers and students thus far; however, new educational infrastructure needs to be developed to encourage teaching and learning to occur between students. In order for this to happen, there has to be a change in the way students are viewed. They should not be regarded as inferior or immature but as able with great potentials. In conclusion, it is my hope that this thesis brings about even a small change to today’s college lecture scenes. I envision lively lecture halls, where teachers not only transfer knowledge but also inspire, and where students find future dreams through lectures.

          해외여행상품의 서비스품질척도의 비교 및 만족ㆍ재구매의도에 관한 연구

          본 연구의 첫 번째 목적은 Service Quality를 측정하는데 있어서 기대와 성과 측정치를 차감하는 차감식(Difference Score)에 의한 방법(SERVQUAL), 지각된 성과만으로 개념화/조작화 하는 방법(SERVPERF), 차이를 한번에 직접 측정하는 방법(non-difference score)중 어느 방법이 가장 타당한지를 조사하는 것이다. 본 연구의 두 번째 목적은 서비스품질 construct가 만족과 재구매의도에 대한 선행변수로서 갖는 이론적 가치를 조사하는 것이다. 부산, 경남의 376명의 60세 이상의 해외여행경험이 있는 노인들을 대상으로 설문조사가 이루어 졌다. 연구결과, SERVQUAL, SERVPERF와 비차이척도를 이용하는 방법의 비교결과 모델적합도를 나타내는 지수가 상충되게 나타났다. 만족과 재구매의도에 미치는 영향력에 있어서는 대부분의 서비스품질 선행 구성변수들이 유의적인 영향력을 갖고 있는 것으로 나타났다. After SERVQUAL was proposed as a measure of perceived service quality, several arguments have been made against its validity and some competing measures have been developed. This paper reviews those controversies. Particularly it compares the concept of expectation in the research of service quality with that in the research of satisfaction, re-purchase intention and suggests the authors' opinion. In addition, the paper suggests sequential casual relations among expectation, perceived performance and perceived service quality. With the help of previous researches concerning "SERVQUAL" and the related topics, six variables concerning travel service were identified. The six variables are tangibility, reliability, responsiveness, assurances, empathy and costs. Sever hypotheses were developed using these variable. The review of literature covers service's concept, model and method of service quality evaluation, and relationship among the concepts which is related to the service quality. The results of our study suggest further research is necessary to clarify which one is a better tool because we have a conflicting research outcome in terms of model fitting. The study also shows that assurances and costs have positive effect on customer satisfaction. It also turned out that customer satisfaction has positive effect on repurchase intention.

          경안지역 초기 선교사들의 교육선교

          The main purpose of this study is to investigate the activity of the early missionaries with a special reference to the educational mission in the north part of Gyungsang province, offering a new insight into the background. The objective of the early missionaries` educational mission was to organize new converts through their educational vision. This study, in terms of the educational mission, focuses on the missionary activity of the early missionaries. In particular, the research activities in the north part of the Gyeongsang-do were developed mainly by missionaries. Their mission has been achieved in most of the educational activities. In other words, the early missionaries, who developed local churches, education institutes, and Bible schools, employed the method of teaching in a variety of education programs. In this setting, the Bible occupied the central place.

          개인기부자의 기부동기와 기부태도의 관계에서 의례화가 미치는 조절효과에 관한 연구

          본 연구는 개인기부자의 기부동기 및 기부태도에서 의례화 요인이 존재하는지 확인함과 의례화의 영향에 대한 탐색이 목적이다. 연구를 위해 개인 기부자의 기부동기와 기부태도의 관계에서 의례화가 조절 변수로 영향을 미치는 변수임을 제시하였다. 본 연구의 결과 기부동기가 기부태도에 영향을 미치는 과정에서 의례화 요인들이 발견되었으며 의례화가 조절적 역할을 하는 것을 확인하였다. 특히 의례화 변수가 개인적 기부동기가 기부태도에 조절적 영향을 미치는 것을 확인하였으나 사회적 기부동기와 기부태도의 관계에서 의례화가 조절적 역할은 발견되지 않았다. 본 연구는 개인기부자의 기부동기와 기부태도의 관계에서 의례화 요인이 포함되어 있음을 밝힌 것과, 개인적 기부동기와 기부태도의 관계에서 의례화가 미치는 조절효과를 밝힘으로써 효과적인 기부전략을 구축하는데 기초 자료를 제공하는 선구적 연구로서 중요한 의미를 지닌다. The purpose of this study is to verify the existence of ritualization factors and to investigate the influence of ritualization. For the study, the ritualization factors set with control variable between donation motivation and attitude of private giving(donor). As a result of this study, the ritualization factors were founded from investigation of donor's motivation and attitude, and founded that they placed as the moderating role. In particular, the ritualization factors were influenced between private giving motivation and giving attitude, but ritualization factors were no role between social giving motivation and giving attitude. Finally, the implication of this research has found the ritualization factors in donor's motivation and attitude, and it has a material importance as a pioneering research in an aspect of building an effective contribution strategies.
