‘The disability literature’ in a broad sense includes literature based on the issue of disability and representing disabled as characters. In a narrow sense, some was created by disabled authors. In this paper, the subject is to focus on Misun kim`s novels which opened a new prospect in the field of that kind of literature. The purpose of this paper is to show to explore the significance and limitations of Misun kim`s novels in perspective of being literature that includes disability issue and disabled people characters. Misun kim has found her identity as a disabled writer since she published debut novel. But later on she settled to write a novel “It Snows” that involved the disability issue and described her life along with her spouse, who was also disabled. The novel was well received. However the next novel was subjected to severe criticism when it was published representing her disabled life as it was. She was frustrated. She strove to write frank essays about her life and her thoughts. She took part in the disabled people rights movement. She could write about other disabled people and their solidarity, after she experienced joining the disabled people rights movement and established her identity as the writer of the field. Recently, her novels change recognition of ‘the purpose of her writing’ and ‘body perspective’ in comparison with the early novels. she got free from chaos unconscious writing and objectified disabled body in the early novels. She found the way of writing in which she saw life of the other disabled through her own eyes. She realized the beauty of disabled body itself and freed the concept from oppressed body idea. Therefore, her novels have the important value in the Korean disabled rights movement and Korean novel history, although her novels sometimes were based on her life and were not completed in the plots and expression.

Inhibition of Foodborne Pathogens and Spoilage Bacteria and Their Structural Changes by Ethanol Extract of Schizandra chinensis Baillon

본 연구에서는 오미자 에탄올 추출물의 천연 항균제로서의 이용 가능성을 살펴보기 위하여 식품 위해성 세균에 대한 항균활성을 측정하였다. Paper disc diffusion test와 최소저해 농도(MIC) 측정에서는 오미자 에탄올 추출물이 Listeria monocytogenes, Bacillus cereus, Escherichia coli O157:H7에 대해 큰 생육저해환과 낮은 MIC를 나타내었다. Time-kill assay에서는 L. monocytogenes의 생육이 오미자 에탄올 추출물에 의해 가장 저해되는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 오미자 에탄올 추출물을 처리한 E. coli, E. coli O157:H7, Staphylococcus aureus, Pseudomonas aeruginosa에서는 ${\beta}$-galactosidase와 o-nitrophenyl-${\beta}$-D-galactoside가 높은 반응을 나타냄으로써 오미자 에탄올 추출물로 인해 세포막 손상이 유발됨을 유추할 수 있었다. 또한 E. coli, E. coli O157:H7, P. aeruginosa, Salmonella Typhimurium 등 그람음성균에서는 오미자 에탄올 추출물의 처리 농도가 높을수록 세포구성물의 유출과 세포 외막의 투과성이 증가하는 현상이 나타났다. 시차주사현미경(SEM)과 투과전자현미경(TEM)을 이용하여 관찰한 세포구조에서도 오미자 에탄올 추출물 처리 시 세포막의 부분적인 파괴와 세포 팽윤이 일어난 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 따라서 이들 결과는 오미자 에탄올 추출물이 식품위해성 세균에 대해 높은 항균 활성을 가지고 있으며, 천연 항균소재로서의 이용 가능성이 있음을 보여주었다. This study analyzed the antibacterial activity of the ethanol extract of Schizandra chinensis Baillon against food pathogenic microorganisms to determine its capabilities as a natural antimicrobial agent. A paper disc diffusion test, minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) determination, and time-kill assay showed that the ethanol extract strongly inhibits the growth of Listeria monocytogenes, Bacillus cereus, Escherichia coli O157:H7, and Pseudomonas aeruginosa. Release of cytoplasmic ${\beta}$-galactosidase was detected in E. coli, E. coli O157:H7, S. aureus, and P. aeruginosa treated with the ethanol extract. An increase of outer membrane permeability caused by the ethanol extract was also observed. An outward flow of cell constituents was detected in the Gram negative strains treated with the ethanol extract. These results imply that the inner and outer membranes of cells were partially destroyed and cell constituents were released by the treatment of the S. chinensis Baillon ethanol extract. The results of this study indicate that ethanol extract of S. chinensis Baillon evidences a fairly good antibacterial effect.

노루궁뎅이 버섯 열수 추출물의 이화학적 특성 및 항산화성, 항돌연변이성, cytotoxicity 분석

The physicochemical characteristics and biological activities, including antioxidant activity, antimutagenicity, and cytotoxicity of hot-water extract of fruiting body of Hericium erinaceus, were investigated in this study. Hot-water extract of fruiting body of Hericium erinaceus contained carbohydrate (7.86%), protein (10.91%), and ${\beta}$-glucan (3.62%). Water solubility of hot-water extract was 42.58%. Antioxidant activities of the extract were evaluated by ABTS assay and FRAP assay. The $IC_{50}$ value was 312.21 ${\mu}g/mL$ in ABTS assay. Antimutagenic activity of the extract was evaluated by Ames test. Antimutagenicity of hot-water extract (5 mg/mL) on Salmonella Typhimurium TA100 mutagenated by sodium azide (0.15 ${\mu}g/mg$) was 69.2%. Cytotoxicity of hot-water extract was also evaluated by MTT and SRB assay. The cytotoxicity was highest (83.95%) on Hep3B treated with 2,000 ${\mu}g/mL$ of hot-water extract in SRB assay. Therefore, it is suggested that hot-water extract of fruiting body of Hericium erinaceus has high antioxidant activity, antimutagenicity, and cytotoxicity.

1950년대 김유정론 연구

이 글은 김유정 문학이 한국문학사에서 유의미한 전통으로 자리매김되었던 기원을 살펴보기 위해서 1950년대 김유정론에 주목하였다. 이러한 작업은 김유정 문학을 보다 깊이 이해하는데 의미 있는 시사점을 제공해줄 것이다. 1950년대 김유정론은 1930년대의 단편적인 논의나 회고담을 넘어 전문화된 실천비평을 보여주며, 문학사적인 접근을 통해 김유정 문학에 대한 본격적인 평가를 내리고 있다. 정창범의 김유정론 은 김유정의 작품세계를 두 계열로 유형화하면서 편의상의 분류라는 한계를 드러내기도 하지만 김유정 문학의 주요 특징을 의미있게 포착하고 있다. 인간 김유정을 희화화한 유형에 대해서는 김유정의 삶과 구체적인 작품을 밀착시켜 논의를 심화시켰고, ``시굴띄기의 어리석음``의 유형에 대해서는 부정적인 평가를 내리고 있다. 김유정의 문학에서 드러나는 ``시굴띄기의 어리석음``은 1930년대의 내적 구조와 부합되면서 그만의 독특한 작품세계로 형상화되었다는 점에서 긍정적인 가치를 인정받고 있다. 그러나 오늘의 시점을 고려하여 평가할 때 시대감각이 변화된 1950년대에도 여전히 지속되고 있는 ``시굴띄기의 어리석음``은 시대착오적인 현상이라는 점에서 계승할 만한 현재적 가치가 있는 ``고전``이 되지 못하고 청산할 ``한국의 전통적인 생리``로 평가 받는 것이다. This article focuses on the criticisms of Kim You-jeong`s novel in the 1950s, which was established as a significant tradition, These tasks provides more in-depth understanding of Kim You-jeong`s literature. The criticisms of Kim You-jeong`s novel in the 1950s shows more specialized practice criticism than in the 1930s. First, Jeong Chang-beom divides into two groups, namely literature which caricature Kim You-jeong and is melted country bumpkin`s stupidity. Jeong Chang-beom make a negative estimation about Kim You-jeong`s novel on the history of literature, Secondly, Jeong Tae-yong highly appreciates Kim You-Jeong`s novel as traditional which is humble literature, namely writer comes down until character, active nihilism, national sentence, Thirdly, Yoon Byeong-ro presents a balanced account of Kim You-jeong`s novel, he divides Kim You-jeong`s novel into three groups, in other words "I" story novel, the traditional Korea vocabulary novel, and life group novel, The criticisms of Kim You-jeong`s novel in the 1950s Take the realistic limit due to time constraints. but they evaluates comprehensively Both Marginal and value of the Kim You-jeong`s novel Analyzing his main works, Based on these results, Since the 1960s, The criticisms of Kim You-jeong`s novel become active.

김병익의 초기 비평 연구

이 글은 김병익 비평의 기원이 되는 초기 비평을 중심으로 그의 비평 세계를 재구성하고, 그 비평사적 의의와 한계를 밝히는 것을 목적으로 한다. 특히 4·19세대 비평가라는 당대의 비평적 맥락 속에서 김병익 비평이 갖는 의미를 규명해 보고자 하였다. 첫째, 김병익은 전후세대 문학을 비판하고 4·19세대 문학에 대한 자부심을 드러내면서 4·19세대 문학을 차별화하고 있다. 그러나 동시에 전후세대와의 연속성도 강조한다. 나아가 그는 한국 문학에서 지속적으로 제기되었던 세대교체론에 대한 반성을 보여주면서, 다른 세대에 대한 이해와 대화를 강조하는 세대 연대론을 주장하고 있다. 4·19세대로서 자유와 다양성을 지향하는 한편 세대 간의 연대를 강조할 때 그의 비평은 끊임없이 지나간 세대의 문학을 반성하고 성찰하는 동시에 새로운 세대의 문학과도 소통할 수 있었다. 둘째, 김병익은 다른 4·19세대 비평가들과는 달리 작품에 대한 이해와 치밀한 분석을 통해 작품이나 비평가들과 소통하며 독자에게 설득력 있게 다가가고 있다. 성실한 작품 분석이 중심이 된 비평 작업은 이론적인 깊이나 창조적인 문학성과는 거리를 두게 하였고, 작품에 대한 애정 어린 평가는 때때로 상반된 견해가 종합되지 못한 채 이질적으로 드러나도록 하였다. 셋째, 김병익은 문학의 내재적 가치에 주목하며 작품에 대한 섬세한 분석과 평가가 돋보였던 『문학과 지성』 계열 비평가들의 특징을 공유하고 있다. 또한 4·19가 정치적으로는 실패했지만 4·19세대에게 문화적인 변혁과 전망을 가능하게 했다는 깨달음은 문학이 현실에 직접 참여하기보다는 현실을 초월하며 문학적 전망을 제시해야 한다는 그의 문학관을 형성해 주었다. 그런데 주목되는 것은 문학과 현실의 관계를 모색할 때 다른 4·19세대 비평가들에 비해 균형 잡힌 시각을 보여준다는 점이다. 이러한 김병익 초기 비평의 특징은 이후 비평 활동의 중요한 기반이 되었다. 4·19세대 문학에 대한 차별화와 자기반성, 세대 연대 의식은 급격한 현실의 변모 속에서 김병익이 4·19세대 비평가로서 자신이 갖고 있었던 한계를 수정해 나가는 한편 1980년대 운동권 문학, 1990년대 이후의 신세대 문학의 가능성을 발견하도록 이끌었다. 또한 그의 비평이 이론적인 체계보다는 분석을 통한 소통과 작품을 기반으로 한 이해를 바탕으로 하고 있기 때문에 김병익은 새롭게 변화된 다양한 작품, 다양한 입장들과도 열린 시각으로 소통해 나갈 수 있었다. 특히 그는 문학과 현실의 균형을 모색하며 새로운 문학적 전망을 끊임없이 제시해 나감으로써 현장 비평가로서 의미 있는 활동을 지속할 수 있었다. The purpose of this thesis is to study on Kim Byoung-ik`s early criticism with attention to the origin of his criticism and to turn out the achievement and limitation in view of criticism history. In addition, the analysis of his criticism in the context of the 4·19 generation critic were investigated and reconstructed in the meaning of criticism history. Kim Byoung-ik had common ground of the 4·19 generation criticism, especially literary and intellectual. But he revealed the unique criticism. the first, he differentiated 4·19 generation literature from postwar generation literature and argued the generation solidarity. the second, he sought the communication through the analysis and understanding on the literary work. the third, he pursued balance of the literature and the reality, and showed the literary view.

병원간호사가 지각하는 간호사 이미지와 직무만족과의 관계

Purpose: This study examined image of nurses in relation to their job satisfaction perceived by hospital nurses. Methods: The subjects were 352 registered nurses working in two university hospitals and one general hospital. The data were collected from October 1 to October 30, 2012 using self-report questionnaires. The data were analyzed using the SPSS/WIN 18.0 program. Results: Mean scores for nurses’ image and job satisfaction were 3.66±.44 and 3.14±.33. Significant positive correlation was found between image of nurses and job satisfaction perceived by hospital nurses(r=.515, p<.001). Conclusion: The result indicates that strategic plan for nursing practice is needed for improving nurses’ image and job satisfaction perceived by nurses in hospitals.

본 논문은 대학생 아르바이트생의 노동인권이 너무도 열악한 환경에 놓여있음을 분석하였다. 특히 대학생 아르바이트생들이 자신의 인권을 보호해줄 근거가 되는 근로기준법을 제대로 알고 있지 못하고 있다는 점을 설문조사를 통해 확인하였으며, 이를 해결하기 위하여 대학생 아르바이트생 인권의 보호를 위한 방안을 제시한다. This article analyses labor human rights of university students who work part-time in a poor environment. Through the survey, especially, I find most of students have little knowledge of the labor standards law to protect their human rights. That is why I suggest a method to protect human rights of university students who work part-time.

안티 포렌식 행위 탐지를 위한 퍼지 전문가 시스템

최근 사이버 범죄의 증가와 그 대상 시스템의 다양화로 인하여 디지털 포렌식의 중요성이 커지고 있다. 일부 시스템들은 전원이나 네트워크를 차단하지 않고 수사하는 live forensic의 방법을 채택하고 있는데, 인터넷 사용이 일반화됨에 따라 live forensic 방법이 채택되는 횟수가 증가하고 있다. 그러나 live forensic 기술이 상당한 발전을 거듭하였음에도 불구하고 원격으로 접근하여 행해지는 Anti-forensic 행위에는 여전히 취약한 실정이다. 이와 같은 문제를 해결하기 위하여 첫 번째로 우리는 Anti-forensic 행위를 5개의 계층으로 분류하고 각 계층별로 가능한 Anti-forensic 행위의 시나리오를 생성하는 방법을 제안하였다. 두 번째로 fuzzy 전문가 시스템을 제안하여 효과적으로 Anti-forensic 행위를 탐지할 수 있도록 하였다. 몇몇 Anti-forensic행위에 사용되는 명령어들은 일반적인 시스템 관리를 위하여 사용되는 명령어와 매우 유사하다. 따라서 우리는 fuzzy logic을 사용하여 모호한 데이터를 다룰 수 있도록 하였다. 미리 정의된 시나리오에서 명령어와 옵션 및 인자 값을 이용하여 룰을 생성하고 fuzzy 전문가 시스템에 이 룰을 학습하도록 하여 유사한 행위가 탐지되었을 때 추론을 통하여 수사관에게 얼마나 위험한 행위인지 알려준다. 이 시스템은 live forensic 수사가 진행될 때 발생할 수 있는 Anti-forensic 행위를 실시간으로 탐지할 수 있도록 하여 증거 데이터의 무결성을 유지하도록 한다. Recently, the importance of digital forensic has been magnified because of the dramatic increase of cyber crimes and the increasing complexity of the investigation of target systems such as PCs, servers, and database systems. Moreover, some systems have to be investigated with live forensic techniques. However, even though live forensic techniques have been improved, they are still vulnerable to anti-forensic activities when the target systems are remotely accessible by criminals or their accomplices. To solve this problem, we first suggest a layer-based model and the anti-forensic scenarios which can actually be applicable to each layer. Our suggested model, the Anti-Forensic Activites layer-based model, has 5 layers - the physical layer, network layer, OS layer, database application layer and data layer. Each layer has possible anti-forensic scenarios with detailed commands. Second, we propose a fuzzy expert system for effectively detecting anti-forensic activities. Some anti-forensic activities are hardly distinguished from normal activities. So, we use fuzzy logic for handling ambiguous data. We make rule sets with extracted commands and their arguments from pre-defined scenarios and the fuzzy expert system learns the rule sets. With this system, we can detect anti-forensic activities in real time when performing live forensic.
