최근 터널 및 지하시설물의 건설이 증가하고 있고 터널 건설에 있어 주요 지보재인 숏크리트는 지반 이완, 강도, 콘크리트 라이닝의 하중의 분담을 요하기 때문에 장기강도와 내구성 측면에 대한 관심이 높아지고 있다. 이에 따라 숏크리트의 성능항상을 위한 고로슬래그 미분말의 분말도에 특성을 평가하고자한다. 고로슬래그 미분말을 분말도에 따라 혼입한 숏크리트는 분말도가 높아질수록 미세공극의 충진으로 인한 초기의 강도가 향상되는 것을 확인할 수 있었으며, 분말도가 높을수록 장기재령에서도 강도가 더 좋은 결과를 나타내는 것을 확인 할 수 있다.

This study measured compressive strength, Setting Time and fluidity up to 364 days to compare the physical performance of Fine Fly Ash(FFA), Mortar mixed with 15% Fly Ash(FA) and Original Potland Cement. From the result, FFA showed a high compressive strength After 3 days, and FA showed a high compressive strength After 28 days than Original Potland Cement. Fly-Ash have characters about the micro-charging effects by powder and promote long term strength by the Pozzolan reaction. So It means that The more Fly-Ash become fine, the more reaction is promoted
미산란 기법에 의한 고압다공분사기의 연료분무형상 특성 연구

The spray characteristics of a high pressure 6-hole injector were examined in a single cylinder optical direct injection spark ignition (DISI) engine. The effects of injection timing, in-cylinder charge motion, fuel injection pressure and coolant temperature were investigated using the 2-dimensional Mie scattering technique. It was confirmed that the in-cylinder charge motion played a major role in the fuel spray distribution during the induction stroke while the propagation of fuel spray was restrained during the compression stroke by the increasing pressure and the upward moving piston. In additions, it was confirmed that the liquid fuel droplets existing at the sprays edges were vaporized by the increase of the coolant temperature.

This study is porosity concrete and rapid hardening grout, Porosity concrete is infilled and then rapid hardening grout is infilled on porosity concrete. So It become integrated pavements. This paper studied physical characteristics about that. As a result, Rapid hardening grout has more than 10MPa compressive strength and 4Mpa flexural strength at 6 hour. Preplaced Concrete has more than 10MPa compressive strength and 4.5Mpa flexural strength at 24 hour.

This study investigated the durability of the concrete to improve construction materials with polymer cement mortar. With the popularity of repair and rehabilitation material, some mixtures composed of Styrene-Butadiene Rubber (SBR) and Ethylen Vinyl Acetate (EVA) were studied. The two composite carried out the chemical resistance test. The results on the appears that the application of polymer cement is very beneficial in improving chemical resistance, specially EVA, which has been found to have a significant resistance to sulfate solution. This resistance is due to the filing and sealing effects of the impermeable polymer films formed. In conclusion, the addition of polymer to the cementitous materials improved the concrete properties and supplemented the defects in an efficient manner. Furthermore, it can be used as a repair and rehabilitation materials for reinforced concrete structures and as a resistance material in marine environment.
캠리스엔진의 가변 밸브 타이밍에 따른 성능특성에 관한 연구

Variable intake and exhaust valve timing control in an Internal Combustion engine affects the fuel efficiency, power output, and emission. The typical examples are VVT system. However, the VVT system has a limitation for fully control the variable intake and exhaust valve timing. Recently, A Camless Engine which can control the intake and exhaust valve with a hydraulic actuator excluding camshaft, and enables fully variable valve control has been studied. Because the Camless Engine can fully control the intake and exhaust valve timing, valve duration, valve lift, and valve deactivation, it overcomes the limitations of the existing VVT engine, and improves extremely engine performance and emission characteristics. In this study, Camless system was applied to motorcycle engine using numerical analysis program "Ricardo WAVE" and it was analyzed the Idle stability, engine performance, and emission according to variable intake valve close timing on Idle condition.

The effects of temperatures of catalytic converter, intake temperatures and fuel skip injections on engine-out HC emissions were investigated during cold and hot start. The tests were conducted according to engine cooling temperatures which were controlled by simulated coolant temperatures of cold and hot start, on a 1.5L, 4-cylinder, l6valve, multipoint-port-fuel-injection gasoline engine. Real time engine-out HC emissions were measured at a exhaust port and cylinder head using Fast Response Flame Ionization Detector (FRFID).<br/> Unburned hydrocarbons emitted at the cold coolant temperature were much higher than those of the hot coolant temperatures. And temperatures of catalytic converter and applications of fuel skip injections which can be controlled with coolant temperatures provide the high potential for start-up engine-out HC emissions reduction.<br/>

최근 콘크리트 구조물의 보수 보강 방법으로 각광받고 있는 건식이송장치에 의한 건식 타설방법의 경우 이송중 재료분리에 의한 호스폐색으로 인한 품질저하가 발생되고 있다. 본 연구는 이러한 문제점을 해결하고자 비중이 무거운 광물질 섬유를 혼입한 보수 모르타르를 이송거리에 따른 플로우, 압축강도, 휨강도 및 단위용적중량을 측정한 결과 이송거리 260m까지 균질한 품질이 유지됨을 확인하였다.
