배달대행 플랫폼 서비스 기업 ESG 경영전략 우선순위 도출을 위한 계층화분석기법(AHP) 적용

코로나19 팬데믹 이후 급성장한 이륜차 기반의 국내의 배달대행 플랫폼 서비스 산업이 환경 및 사회적으로 다양한 문제들이 점차 증가하고 있는바, 해당 산업에서도 통합적인 관점의 ESG 경영전략에 관한 심층적인 연구의 필요성을 느꼈다. 이에 본 연구는 국내 배달대행 플랫폼 기업 ESG 경영전략의 중요도와 우선순위를 도출하기 위하여, 기업의 ESG 전문가와 10년 이상의 관련 업무 경력을 기반으로 국내의 배달대행 플랫폼 서비스를 이해하고 있고 관련 정부과제를 진행 중인 전문가들을 선정하여 AHP 분석을 시행하였다. 분석 결과, 사회(S)적 부문이 국내 배달대행 플랫폼 기업의 ESG 경영전략 중 가장 우선순위가 높은 것으로 나타났으며, 이는 국내 배달대행 플랫폼 기업의 ESG 경영전략 방향이 환경(E) 부문 개선을 중심으로 진행 중인 현 상황과 대비된다. 이처럼 본 연구는 국내의 배달대행 플랫폼 기업의 ESG 경영전략을 세부적으로 제시하고, 국내의 배달대행 플랫폼 산업의 ESG경영전략 우선순위가 타 산업과 다르다는 점을 확인하였다는 측면에서 학술적 의의를 지닌다. 또한 아직 준비 중인 국내 배달대행 플랫폼 기업이 ESG 경영을 도입함에 있어서 합리적인 의사결정에 도움을 제공한다는 측면에서 실무적 의의를 지닌다. Research Purpose: As the Korean delivery platform service industry is increasingly facing various environmental and social issues, it is necessary to conduct in-depth research on ESG management strategies from an integrated perspective. Research Methods: Review of Korean and global ESG disclosure standards and evaluation indicators, FGI(Focus Group Interview), AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) Results in Research: It was found that the social sector of ESG is the most prioritized among the ESG management strategies of Korean delivery platform companies, which contrasts with the current situation where the direction of ESG management strategies of Korean delivery platform companies is centered on improving the environmental sector. Research Conclusion: This study presents the ESG management strategies of Korean delivery platform companies in detail and confirms that the ESG management strategy priorities of the Korean delivery platform industry are different from other industries. This study will help Korean delivery platform service companies to make rational decisions by considering the importance and priority of ESG management in practice.

유방암에서 종양의 임상적인 상태나 조직학적인 분화는 환자의 예후를 아는 데에는 충분하지 않다. 특히 조직학적 분화도는 주관적인 판단에 의한 경우가 많으므로 예후인자로는 충분하지 못하다. 그 후 estogen 수용체와 progestoron 수용체가 유방암의 중요한 예후 인자의 하나로 인식되어 왔다. 최근 유식세포 측정기에 의한 종양세포내의 DNA의 분석 및 cell cycle의 측정이 가능하여짐에 따라 종양세포내의 DNA ploidy 와 cell cycle의 위상이 종양의 예후와 밀접한 관계가 있다는 보고들이 많다.

Fusarium Species에 의한 폐렴 1예

Fusarium species, belonging to the class Deuteromycetes, order Moniliales, is one of the common saprohytes and plant pathogen. Currently, infection due to Fusarium species is an increasing cause of serious potentially fatal disease in patients with cancer. Recently, we experienced a case of mycotic pneumonia caused by Fusarium species in 24 year-old male patient with refractory anemia. The patient had been undergoing chemotherapy with low dose cytosine arabinoside, until when his body temperature was checked over 39℃ with oral thrush. He was leukopenic (0.4×??/L) at the onset of infection, and the X-ray film of the chest was showing an ill-defined inhomogenous increased density on the medial side of both upper lobes including bilateral perihilar areas. Fungus culture with broncho-alveolar lavage fluid revealed whitish filamentous colonies on Sabouraud dextrose agar at room temperature. There was slight orange-yellow pigments on the reverse, which turned brown with age. Microscopically, the organism manifested numerous fusiform, sickle-shaped, multiseptate macroconidia, consistent with Fusarium species.

Clindamycin에 의한 위막성 대장염

Pseudomembranous colitis(PMC) has been recognized as a severe gastrointestinal lesion associated with a variety of conditions. In recent years, the majority of cases have been ascribed to antimicrobial treatment. Clindamycin and lincomycin have been incriminated most often. Recent studies have shown that a toxin of Clostridium difficile is implicated as the cause of antibiotic-associated PMC. We experienced a female patient who developed diarrhea, abdominal pain and fever after having received clindamycin for 9 days. The PMC diagnosed by endoscopic biopsy. The PMC seemed to be self-limiting after olindamycin was stopped. Described here a case of PMC with some review of literatures.

망상을 가진 조증환자의 임상적 연구 : Comparison between Mood Congruent and Mood Incongruent Delusion 기본과의 조화성에 따른 비교

In this study, the author reported the various clinical characteristics of 60 patients who were diagnosed as manic episode with delusion in mood disorder. 60 manic patients with delusion were divided into two groups, mood congruent group(N=24) and mood incongruent groupd(N=36), and two groups were compared with each other in frequency and characteristics of delusion, sex distribution, age at onset, marital status, educational level, familial loading, premorbid personality predisposing factors, and therapeutics responses. The 66.78 of manic patient had delusion. 26.7% were mood congruent group and 40.0 were mood incongruent group. In mood congruent group, ther was no significant difference in sex ratio, but in mood incongruent group, the sex ratio was 1 to 2.3 male to female. There was no siginificant difference in age at onset between moon congruent group and mood incongruent group(28.1 years versus 26.5 years). There was no significant difference in marrital status between mood congruent group and mood incongruent group, and patient in two groups were single(66.7% of mood congruent group and 72.2% of mood incongruent group). Their educational level was high, and there was no significant difference between mood congruent group and mood incongruent group. In familial loading of mood disorder, the number of family history of mood disorder in mood incongruent group was higher than in mood congruent group(l6.7% versus 4.28). In permorbid personality, cyclothymic personality was found frequently in mood incongruent group, and cyclothimic personality and hypomanic personality were found frequently in mood congruent group. There was no siginificant difference between mood congruent group and mood incongruent group in therapeutic response at the time of admission and 1 week after admission, but when they were evaluated at 2, 4, 6 and 8 weeks after admission, mood congruent group showed much better improvement than mood inconqruent group.

한국어판 Offer 청소년 자아상 설문지 개발을 위한 예비 연구

Objects: This study has two purposes. One is to develop a Korean version of the Offer Self-Image Questionnaire for Adolescents(OSIQ) and the other one is to observe the transcultural differences of the self-image between Korean adolescents and those of other countries. Metods: Korean version of the OSIQ was applied to 406 Korean adolescents. Results: 1) There week test-retest reliabilities of the subscales of OSIQ were between the range of 0.72 to 0.91(p<0.001). Test-retest reliability of the total scores of the OSIQ was 0.94(p<0.001). 2) Correlations between the 10 subscales of the OSIQ were statistically significant except the sexual attitude subscale. Cronbach's alpha from the 10 subscales of the OSIQ was 0.86 and split-half reliablity was 0.88. 3) Cronbach's alphas for the internal consistencies of the subscales were above 0.6 except the Body image, Vocational and educational goals and Mastery of the external world subscales. When 2 items were deleted, the educational goal was increased to 0.60. 4) Split-Half reliabilities using the Spearman-Brown reliabilities were between the range of 0.6 to 0.8 except the subscales of Vocational and educational goal and Superior adjustment subscales. 5) Satistically significant sexual and age differences were found except the subscales of the Social relationships, Vocational and educational goals and Superior adjustment. 6) The mean scores of the subscales of the OSIQ of the Korean adolescents were tend to be lower than those of the western country samples. Conclusion: These results indicate that OSIQ is a reliable insturment for the evaluation of the psychology of the Korean adolescents if we delete two items. The authors suggest that future researches should be directed to obtain normative datas using more varied populations and should test for the validity of the OSIQ.
