        동시출현단어 분석을 활용한 도로 관리에서의 인공지능 활용에 관한 지적구조 분석

        There has been recent demand for the introduction of smart and intelligent road maintenance systems in order to advance the road management system by introducing next-generation innovative technologies, to improve systems in the era of the 4th Industrial Revolution, and to present a vision for the future. In particular, artificial intelligence is the most core technology, and various research is being conducted. It is necessary to understand the use of artificial intelligence in road management in order to suggest development directions for utilizing it. This study used co-occurrence word analysis to reveal the composition of topic areas by presenting a domain structure that reflects the latest research trends in the use of artificial intelligence in road management. For this purpose, literature data were collected based on Web of Science from the five-year period of January 1, 2018, to December 31, 2022. The trends were analyzed using co-occurring words. Detailed subject areas were identified through network analysis, and global and regional keywords were derived through centrality analysis. In addition, cluster analysis was performed, and the formed clusters were displayed on a multidimensional scale map. A domain structure is presented according to the correlation between each keyword. It is expected that the result will be helpful in research on the more advanced use of artificial intelligence in road management.

        Effect of the Types of Starter on Microbiological and Physicochemical Properties of Dry-Cured Ham

        This study analyzed the microbiological (Lactobacillus spp., Staphylococcus spp., mold, yeast, aerobic bacteria) and physicochemical properties [pH, salinity, water activity, volatile basic nitrogen (VBN), and thiobarbituric acid reactive substances]. The starters were used by mixing Debaryomyces hansenii separated from Korean Doenjang (D) and fermented sausage (S). The starter was inoculated with dry-cured ham and aged for 6 weeks at 20℃ and 25℃, respectively. The aerobic bacteria, Lactobacillus spp., and Staphylococcus spp. of D, S, and DS treatment showed significantly higher values at 25℃ than at 20℃. Among them, S25 treatment showed a high tendency. At week 6, the mold of the S25 treatment was significantly higher than the S20 treatment, and the yeast was higher in 25℃ than 20℃ (p<0.05). The pH of all treatment groups increased with the aging period. Compared with that at 25℃, the pH was significantly higher at 20℃ (p<0.05). The water activity showed a significant decrease as the aging period increased, and the treatment of D25, S20, and DS20 showed a significantly higher value at week 6 (p<0.05). Compared with that at 20℃, the VBN content was higher at 25℃. At week 6, the VBN contents of the C20, S25, and DS25 groups were higher than those of the other treatment groups. Therefore, inoculation of D. hansenii separated from fermented sausage produced in Korean starter at 25℃ is expected to improve the safety of harmful microorganisms and physiochemical properties in dry-cured ham.

        인공지능을 활용한 에코 델타 시티 초미세먼지 예측

        e purpose of this study is to contribute to improving the environment of Eco Delta City by predicting fine dust concentrations using artificial intelligence in Eco Delta City, Busan collected from public observatories. To this end, we collected air quality and weather data from the national measurement network Air Korea and the Meteorological Data Open Portal for the past two years from 2021 to 2022, and collected PM2.5, PM10, SO2, NO2, CO, O3, and temperature in Eco Delta City, the correlation between humidity, wind direction, wind speed, and precipitation variables was identified. In addition, hourly PM2.5 concentrations in Eco Delta City were predicted using Random Forest, XGBoost and DNN. s a result of the prediction, the RMSE values were 3.676, 1.884, and 3.663, respectively, showing very high performance in all individual models compared to the Air Korea prediction model of 5.983. In particular, the XGBoost model showed results that were about 68.5% higher than the Air Korea model

        초등학교 국어과에서의 정보 리터러시 교육에 대한 연구 : 전자게시판을 중심으로

        The purpose of this study is to find out in the education of Korean language at elementary schools the theoretical background to foster the Information Literacy which is an ability to accept, produce and evaluate information correctly, and come up with practical methods such as the purpose of education, system of contents, and teaching and learning methodology. Through the definition of the concepts and kinds of media literacy in chapter 2, it is understood that the information literacy is being paid attention recently in modern information society, and the concept of literacy is very important. The 'information literacy' can be defined as the abilities of information processing, social and cultural understanding, and creative interpretation of receivers that are closely related to the education of Korean language. In chapter 3, items related with media among the contents of the 7th educational programs are summarized and those reflected in the textbooks of Korean language at all grades are analyzed. It has been found out that though there are ample education being done using media, 'education through media' is almost none. In addition a survey was done to see the reality of elementary students' Internet usage. The result of the survey showed that elementary students are fluently using the Internet, but they do not have a right attitude with the acceptance, production, and evaluation of information. The specific methods for the implementation of the education to improve information literacy are suggested in chapter 4. First, the goal of the education of information literacy is to improve the abilities of learners to accept, produce and evaluate the information in Internet and, at the same time, to cultivate an attitude to make a desirable Internet culture and enjoy the culture. On such a basis, the system of the educational contents were categorized into 'The Essence of Electronic Bulletin', 'Acceptance and Production of the Information in Electronic Bulletin', and 'Culture of Language in Electronic Bulletin'. In addition, specific ways of activities and teaching-learning methods have been suggested. As relevant activities, 'Searching for Information Necessary for Me' for education of information acceptance, 'Writing My Idea and Opinion' for education of information production, and 'Writing Reply' for education of information evaluation have been proposed. 본고의 목적은 초등학교 국어과에서 정보 리터러시(Information Literacy)를 길러 줄 수 있는 이론적 배경을 밝히고 교육 목적, 내용체계, 교수-학습 방법 등 실제적 방법을 구안하는 데 있다. 2장에서는 미디어 리터러시의 개념과 종류를 규정하고 현대 정보화 사회에서 최근 주목받고, 또 중요시되어야 하는 리터러시 개념인 정보 리터러시(Information Literacy)를 정보를 처리할 수 있는 수행능력이며 사회문화적인 이해능력이고 수용자로서의 창의적인 독해능력으로 정의될 수 있음을 밝혔다. 3장에서는 제 7차 교육과정의 내용 중 미디어와 관련된 항목을 정리하여 보았고 전학년 국어과 교과서에 반영된 내용을 분석하였다. 또한 설문조사를 통하여 실제 초등학생들의 인터넷 사용실태를 분석하여 정보 리터러시의 함양 정도와 교육 경험 등을 알아보았다. 4장에서는 정보 리터러시 교육을 실시하기 위한 구체적 방안을 설정하였는데 인터넷 서비스의 특징 상 가장 정보 리터러시의 관련성이 높은 ‘전자게시판’을 중심으로 논의를 전개하였다. 교육의 목표는 학습자가 인터넷 정보를 수용, 생산, 평가할 수 있는 능력을 키워 줌과 동시에 바람직한 인터넷 문화를 만들고 그 문화를 즐길 수 있는 태도를 기르는데 있다. 이를 바탕으로 교육내용체계를 ‘전자게시판의 본질’, ‘전자게시판의 정보 수용 및 생산’, ‘전자게시판에 대한 태도’, ‘전자게시판 언어문화’로 범주화하였다. 이와 함께 구체적인 활동방법을 정보 수용교육인 ‘나에게 필요한 정보 찾기’ 활동, 정보 생산교육인 ‘내 생각, 내 의견 쓰기’활동, 그리고 정보 평가 교육인 ‘댓글 달기’ 활동으로 나누어 제시하여 보았다.

        석류 씨 분말 첨가에 따른 유화형 닭고기 소시지의 아질산염 대체제로서의 효과

        This study analyzed the effects of pomegranate seed powder (PS) used for nitrite replacement in emulsion-type chicken breast sausage. The emulsion-type sausages were manufactured with varying levels of PS (0%, 1%, 2%, and 3%), and stored at 4°C for 3 weeks. The study examined the physicochemical properties including cooking yield, proximate composition, pH, color and nitrite residue, and storage properties including DPPH free radical scavenging activity (DPPH), thiobarbituric acid reactive substance (TBARS), volatile basic nitrogen (VBN). The cooking yield showed no significant differences between the control and all the PS samples (P>0.05). The pH and lightness values significantly decreased with increasing levels of PS (P<0.05). However, the redness value of sample with 3% PS was similar to that of control (P>0.05). The hue value of the control was significantly lower than that of sample with 1% PS (P<0.05), and the chroma of all the samples with PS was significantly lower than that of control (P<0.05). The samples with PS had significantly lower nitrite residue than the control (P<0.05). The DPPH of the samples with 2% and 3% PS decreased slowly compared to the control. The TBARS of the sample with 3% PS did not show a significant difference until the third week of storage (P>0.05). The VBN of the sample with 3% PS was significantly lower compared with the other samples during all the storage periods (P<0.05). Therefore, chicken breast sausage with 3% PS could be used as a substitute for nitrite, improving its color and storage properties.

        Fried Chicken Breast에 첨가한 사과분말이 품질 특성과 항산화에 미치는 영향

        This study aims to investigate the effects of apple powder used for quality characteristics and antioxidants in fried chicken breast. The fried chicken breast was manufactured with various levels of apple powder (0%, 5%, 10%, and 15%). The fried chicken breast was examined by coating yield, frying yield and total yield, pH, color, total flavonoid contents (TFC), total polyphenol contents (TPC), 2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl radical scavenging activity (DPPH), ferric reducing antioxidant power (FRAP). The coating and total yield of the sample with 10% and 15% apple powder were significantly higher than the 5% and control (p<0.05). The pH of the sample with 15% apple powder was significantly lower than the other treatments (p<0.05). The brightness of batter and fried chicken bread tendency to decrease as the amount of apple powder added increased, and the redness tendency to increase. The TFC, TPC, DPPH, and FRAP showed a tendency to decrease over the storage period. The TFC and TPC of the sample with 10% and 15% apple powder was significantly higher than the control at 0 and 2 weeks (p<0.05). The treatment in which apple powder was added at 0 and 1 weeks of DPPH storage showed significantly higher values than the control (p<0.05). The FRAP showed significantly higher values in the treatment with apple powder added during all storage periods than in the control (p<0.05). Therefore, the addition of apple powder fried chicken breast can improve the antioxidant effects.

        동시출현단어 분석을 활용한 오픈액세스 분야의 지적구조 분석: 2013년부터 2018년까지 출판된 문헌정보학 저널을 기반으로

        Open access has emerged as an alternative to overcome the crisis brought by scholarly communication on commercial publishers. The purpose of this study is to suggest the intellectual structure that reflects the newest research trend in the field of open access, to identify how the subject area is structured by using co-word analysis, and compare and analyze with the existing study. In order to do this, the total number of dataset was 761 papers collected from Web of Science during the period from January 2012 to November 2018 using information science and 2,321 keywords as a noun phase are extracted from titles and abstracts. To analyze the intellectual structure of open access, 13 topic clusters are extracted by network analysis and the keywords with higher centrallity are drawn by visualizing the intellectual relationship. In addition, after clustering analysis, the relationship was analyzed by plotting the result on the multidimensional scaling map. As a result, it is expected that our research helps the research direction of open access for the future. 기존 상업 출판사 중심의 학술 커뮤니케이션 체제가 가져온 위기를 해소할 수 있는 대안으로 오픈액세스가 등장하였다. 본 연구는 계량정보분석 기법 가운데 하나인 동시출현단어 분석을 활용하여 오픈액세스 분야의 최신 연구 경향을 반영하는 지적구조를 제시하고 주제영역이 어떻게 구성되었는지 확인하는 것을 주된 목적으로 두며, 기존에 수행되었던 오픈액세스 지적구조 분석 연구와 비교분석하였다. 이를 위해 Web of Science로부터 오픈액세스 관련 키워드 검색을 통하여 2013년 1월 1일부터 2018년 11월 31일까지 출판된 문헌정보학 분야 논문 총 761편을 수집하였으며, 이들 논문 가운데 제목과 초록으로부터 명사구 형태의 키워드 총 2,321개를 추출하였다. 오픈액세스 지적구조 분석을 위해 네트워크 분석을 통하여 13개의 세부 주제영역이 추출되었으며, 지적관계를 시각화하여 전역 및 지역 중심성이 높은 키워드를 도출하였다. 또한 군집분석을 실시하고 이 결과를 다차원축적지도에 표시하여 키워드들과의 상관관계를 분석하였다. 이를 통해 앞으로 오픈액세스 영역에서의 연구 방향성 모색에 도움이 될 것으로 기대한다.
