        흡연특이성 N-Nitrosamine이 인체상피세포의 발암화와 성장조절인자에 미치는 영향

        Since NNK is one of the most abundant tobacco-specific alkaloids and a strong carcinogenic nitrosamine, it has been used for evaluating a potential of carcinogenicity in the animal models. The present study has attempted to examine the potential of carcinogenicity of NNK in human epithelial cells, from which the cell type the most of cancers including oral cancer and nasal cavity cancer are originated. The cellular model used for the study is a human keratinocyte cell system immortalized by Ad12-SV40 hybrid virus. The cellular system has successfully been used for the carcinogenicity studies because of its limitless life span, epithelial morphology and nontumorigenicity. When cells were treated with a variety of NNK concentrations, levels of saturation density and soft agar colony formation were increased in a dose-dependent fashion. Colonies of large cell aggregates were above 5 at the higher doses. The results indicate that exposure of human cells with NNK induced loss of contact inhibition and increases of anchorage independence and cellular adhesion, which are typical characteristics of the neoplatically transformed cells. When cells were exposed with 100uM NNK for 2hr, mRNA levels of IL-1 and PAI-2 were increased in a dose-dependent manner, but expression of TGF- 1 was not affected. While expression of growth regulatory factors were altered with a short-term exposure, there was no alteration of these factors in the NNK-transformed cells. However, mRNA levels of fibronectin were increased both in the short-term treatment and in the transformation. The results suggest that altered expression of extracellular matrix such as fibronectin following short-term exposure might be fixed in the genome and these altered properties be continuously transfered throughout the cell division. Western blot analysis showed a translocation of PKC- from cytosolic fraction to the particulate fraction, indicating a possible role of NNK in the signal transduction pathway. The present study provided an evidence that NNK in the smoking may be associated with epithelial origin cancer such as oral and nasal cavity cancers. In addition, this study suggested that altered expression of extracellular matrix and PKC may play an important role in the carcinogenic mechanism of NNK.

        I examine and analyze the aged consumer``s consuming habit, who live in Daegu and aged over 60, to indicate the government``s alternative plan between April, 2007 and June, 2007. According to results of this study, first, the equality of sexes, the active ability, positiveness, selfishness, the advocacy of media and the importance of leisure is above average; however, media influence, tendency of ostentation, artistic accomplishment is lower to aging people. Second, less educated and more female ageing people have more interest on the health food. Third, the aging society has more interest when the quality of sexes is less, the media preference is higher, effort is stronger and artistic accomplishment is less. Above all things the media exposure is most important fact to the consumer.

        수도권대학 진학 선호 요인 분석을 통한 지역인재 양성 프로그램의 방향 모색: 전북지역 고등학생을 중심으로

        For high school students in Jeonbuk, this study aims to identify the problems caused by outflow of local youth population and their preference factors to enter university in Seoul-metropolitan area, and to draw out the direction of local human resources program, through questionnaire investigation and focused group interview. The main findings are as follows: First, 68.8% of high school students, especially the top grade students prefer to enter university in metropolitan area. The metropolitan cultural characteristics, such as reputation of universities and ranking, openness and anonymity, and urban infrastructure attract students. Second, there is a close relationship between the individual background, growth area - enrollment area - employment area, and the location dependency without return migration is very strong. Third, local human resources program was evaluated as a meaningful activity for high school students, in order to understand the further education and career, and have an interest in local universities. Therefore, it is necessary to discover industries consistent with local identity, create networks, develop and implement programs considering the actual educational conditions. The gender-free program, supplement program for the integrated curriculum, and contents that to supplement science subjects should be developed. Additionally, this issue could be resolved expanding the perspective of balanced national development and improve the local environment to enhance the urban attraction points.

        중온2단혐기성소화조에 미생물제재 주입시 소화효율에 미치는 영향

        최근에는 차집관거의 확충, 생활하수의 유입량 증가 및 인근 신규 APT의 분뇨 직유입으로 인해 유입 총고형 물량이 증가됨에 따라 기존 소화조의 용량이 부족할 것으로 예상되고 있다. 본 연구는 기존 소화조 용량부족에 따른 효율감소에 대응하기 위해 미생물제재로써 Bio-dh를 이용하여 소화조내 소화효율 증가(유기물 분해속도 증가)에 따른 최종슬러지 발생량을 감소시키고 가스발생량을 증가시키는데 그 목적이 있다. 실제 하수슬러지를 처리하고 있는 소화조 장치와 동일한 2단혐기성소화조 형태로 설치하였으며, 용량이 $1.3m^3$인 혼합조에 하수슬러지와 미생물제재인 Bio-dh를 주입하였다. 소화방식은 중온성 2단혐기성소화조로서 $35{\pm}1^{\circ}C$를 유지하였고, 1단소화조는 반응조내 미생물과 기질의 원활한 혼합을 위하여 교반기를 부착하였으며, 교반기는 120rpm으로 운전하여 반응조내 완전혼합이 이루어지도록 운전하였다. 2단소화조에서는 소화슬러지와 상등수가 분리되도록 교반을 수행하지 않았다. 소화가스량 측정을 위하여 각 소화조 상부에 가스메타를 설치하였으며, 가스분석을 위하여 상부에 가스포집구를 설치하였다. 교반기 축사이로 발생할 수 있는 발생가스의 누출과 공기의 유입을 막기 위해 water sealing 장치를 교반기 축에 부착시켰다. 실험결과 다음과 같은 결론을 얻을 수 있었다. 1. 미생물제재를 투입하지 않은 경우 소화효율은 평균 48.6%(46.0~50.9%)로 나타난 반면, 미생물제재인 Bio-dh를 투입한 경우 소화효율은 평균 54.2%(52.8~57.3%)로 나타나 미생물제재를 투입한 경우가 미생물제재를 투입하지 않은 경우보다 소화효율이 약 1.12배 정도 높은 것으로 나타났다. 2. 2차소화조 월류수의 수질은 미생물제재 미투입시 $COD_{Mn}$은 평균 1,639mg/L, SS는 평균 4,888mg/L로 나타난 반면, 미생물제재(Bio-dh) 투입시 $COD_{Mn}$은 평균 859mg/L, SS는 평균 2,405mg/L로 나타나 미생물제재 투입시 $COD_{Mn}$은 약 47.6%, SS는 약 50.8% 정도 더 낮게 나타났다. In the near future, the capacity of conventional anaerobic digester is thought to be insufficient because of the increase of the total solids from expansion of intercepting sewer, sewage quantity and direct input of night soil from near apartment districts. The objectives of this study was to investigate the improvement of digestion efficiency using microbial agent(Bio-dh). The system was a pilot-scale, two-staged, anaerobic sludge digestion system. The first-stage digester was heated and mixed. The agitation velocity of the first-stage digester was 120rpm. The second-stage digester was neither heated nor mixed. The Digestion temperature was kept at $35{\pm}1^{\circ}C$ The detention time of digester was 19 days. The dosage of sewage sludge and microbial agent were $0.65m^3/day$ and $0.5{\ell}/day$, respectively. The experiments was run for 25days. Three times a week, $COD_{Mn}$ and SS of effluent, TS, VS, and biogas production rate were measured. Temperature, pH, and alkalinity were measured daily. The results were as follows ; Without microbial agent, digestion efficiencies ranged 46.0%~50.9%(mean=48.6%), with microbial agent(Bio-dh), digestion efficiencies ranged 52.8%~57.3%(mean=54.2%). Consequently, microbial agent(Bio-dh) increased the sludge digestion efficiency about 12%. Also, Without microbial agent, the mean concentration of $COD_{Mn}$ and SS of second-stage digester effluent were 1,639mg/L, 4,888mg/L respectively. With microbial agent, the mean concentration of $COD_{Mn}$ and SS of second-stage digester effluent were 859mg/L, 2,405mg/L respectively. Consequently, microbial agent(Bio-dh) increased the removal efficiency of $COD_{Mn}$ and SS about 47.6% and 50.8%, respectively.

        P-i-n 페로브스카이트 태양전지 응용을 위한 2PACz을 이용한 NiO의 개질

        NiO와 페로브스카이트 사이의 전하 이동과 계면특성을 개선하기 위해, 솔-젤로 제조된 NiO를 [2-(9H-carbazol-9-yl)ethyl] phosphonic acid (2PACz)으로 개질한다. 2PACz의 인산기(head group)는 NiO 표면의 수산화기(-OH)와 응축 반응을 통해 결합되며, 더 깊은 가전자대가 형성되면서 페로브스카이트 층의 가전자대와 에너지밴드가 더 잘 일치하게 되어 생성된 전하의 재결합이 억제되고 에너지 손실이 감소하게 된다. 더불어, 페로브스카이트의 표면 및 페로브스카이트/정공 전달층 계면에 핀홀이 없는 고질의 페로브스카이트 필름이 형성된다. 결과적으로, 13.69%의 효율을 나타내는 NiO 기반 소자와 비교했을 때, 최적의 2PACz으로 개질된 NiO 기반 소자는 17.08%의 높은 효율을 보여주며, 공기 조건에서 더 뛰어난 안정성을 보여준다. To improve charge transfer and surface contact between NiO and perovskite, sol-gel derived NiO is modified with [2-(9H-carbazol-9-yl)ethyl] phosphonic acid (2PACz) in p-i-n structured perovskite solar cells (PeSCs). The phosphonic acid head group in the 2PACz can bind to the hydroxyl groups on the surface of NiO by a condensation reaction, which results in a better-matched energy level with the valence band of perovskite layers, reducing nonradiative recombination and energy loss. Furthermore, the formation of pin-hole free perovskite films is observed in the 2PACz modified NiO system. Consequently, the combination of sol-gel processed NiO with optimal 2PACz exhibits a higher efficiency of 17.08% and superior stability under ambient air conditions without any encapsulation, compared to a bare NiO based device showing 13.69%.
