Due to COVID-19, the health of many people is threatened, especially from respiratory illness. Therefore, cleanliness and disinfection have been emphasized, leading to increased popularity of cleaning products. In multi-use facilities, smart shoe sole cleaners are being used to prevent indoor contamination. Personal living spaces have also gained attention, leading to the need for smart shoe sole cleaners for cleanliness and personal hygiene at home. However, for household products, downsizing of existing large products while ensuring suction power, filter performance, and durability is critical. In this study, structural analysis was conducted through load testing of the smart shoe sole cleaner based on the material. Structural analysis was performed to select materials and develop countermeasures to prevent the mat from closing on the floor owing to load changes. The optimal location of the support point and material properties were determined based on deflection, which is expected to contribute to the design and production competitiveness of household shoe sole cleaners.

In this study, the desires looking for ways to relieve the discomfort caused aerojeom and passive're utilizing a key to automatically recover at home plate to measure the height and weight at the same time. Implemented household meter height and weight were improving that existing home meter height is limited to around 1.5m, an expensive instrument was used for this purpose only public institution to be used in the home, and the general cost ultrasonic sensors using a load cell was ever display the height and weight on the LCD.

The purpose of this study is to analyze advanced waterfront cases by type to find out the direction of development of the waterfront plan so that the waterfront space can be converted into a characteristic and competitive urban environment. The types of waterfront were divided into waterfront housing, culture-centered, work-oriented, and leisure tourism, and representative examples were Greenwich Millennium Village in the UK, Bilbao Abandonibara in Spain, Dusseldorf Medianhappen in Germany, and Sydney Darling Harbor in Australia. The waterfront residential type is a multi-story residential complex, and the plan and eco-friendliness of each complex stand out, and the cultural-centered type stands out in the use and linkage of historical and cultural resources. It can be seen that the work-centered type has a flat and easy location characteristic, and the leisure tourism type aims to create a waterfront space for citizens.

Purpose : To suggests the standardization of respiratory function and how Abdomen Fat CT examination influences on the diagnosis of obesity variation depending on respiration. Materials and methods : The target was 40 adults of Abdomen Fat CT examination was performed among the adults visited the above hospital for March 2015 ~ May 2015. Experimental group was divided into 4 subgroups according to Body Mass Index (BMI) to scan the inspiration image and expiration image for 2 times of Fat CT with CT such as Brilliance iCT(256 slice MDCT, Philips healthcare, Cleveland, OH, USA) and to let the subgroups breath from the abdomen. For the examination, the author lets scan covered L4~6 on the basis of Umbilicus and estimated BMI with Aquarius iNtuition Version 4.4(A workstation) and IntelliSpace Portal(ISP) Version 4.0(B workstation) to calculated VFA, VFA, VSR (Visceral vs. Subcutaneous Fat Rate). Also, the author compared and analyzed the images with a statistic program such as SPSS/WIN 21.0 and T-test, and determined that the result related to the images were significant statistically in case the result was p<0.5. Results 1. A workstation : In underweight group, VFA reduced 21.9±17.8㎠ (21.9±13.9%)(p<0.05). SFA increased -3.2±8.3㎠ (3.8±9.3%), the difference was not significant, VSR decreased 0.28 ±0.26㎠ (23.9±16.9%)(p<0.05). In normal weight group, VFA decreased 21.7±7.1㎠ (19.4± 8.4%)(p<0.05), SFA increased -1.5±6.4㎠ (1.3±8.9%), the difference was not significant, VSR decreased 0.21±0.1㎠ (21.4±9.2%) (p<0.05).In overweight group, VFA decreased 21.2±21.9 ㎠(15.2±16.2%)(p<0.05), SFA increased -0.4±3.5㎠(0.1±3.1%), VSR decreased 0.16±0.22㎠ (14.9±18.3%), the difference was not significant. In obesity and extreme obesity group, VFA decreased 25.7±21.3㎠ (14.8±11.9%)(p<0.001), SFA increased -0.7±7.7㎠ (0.6±3.3%), the difference was not significant, VSR decreased 0.17±0.15㎠ (15.1±13.2%)(p<0.001). 2. B workstation : In underweight group, VFA decreased 43.9±40.5cc (24.4±13.3%)(p<0.05), SFA increased -9.5±8.7cc (4.2±3.1%), the difference was not significant, VSR decreased 0.28 ±0.27cc (27.2±14.7%)(p<0.05). In normal weight group, VFA decreased 47.0±12.9cc(22.9 ±6.7%)(p<0.05), SFA increased -12.2±3.3cc (3.9±0.9%), the difference was significant, VSR decreased 0.23±0.14cc (23.5±7.5%)(p<0.05).In overweight group, VFA decreased 49.4±36.8cc (19.0±12.8%)(p<0.001), SFA increased -15.5±6.9cc (5.4±4.3%) (p<0.01), VSR decreased 0.20 ±0.15cc (23.0±12.8%)(p<0.01).In obesity and extreme obesity group, VFA decreased 58.0 ±49.9cc (16.4±10.9%)(p<0.05), SFA increased -10.7±16.2cc (2.6±2.9%) (p<0.001), VSR decreased 0.18±0.15cc (18.4±12.1%)(p<0.001). Conclusion : In estimating BMI of profile images for 4 groups in accordance with BMI, VFA showed a significant percentage as 18.4% (p<0.05), and SFA showed an insignificant percentage as 1.45% during inspiration period and expiration period. In estimating BMI of volume image, VFA showed a significant percentage as 20.7% (p<0.05), and SFA showed 2 insignificant percentages as 4.2% and 3.9%, respectively, in underweight group and normal weight group during inspiration period and expiration period. Also, in overweight group and extreme obesity group, VFA and SFA showed 2 insignificant percentages as 5.4% and 2.6%, respectively, during inspiration period and expiration period (p<0.01). In estimating BMI with Abdomen Fat CT, VFA was more decreased during expiration period than during inspiration period. Therefore, the standardization of respiratory function is required by all means for exact BMI estimation.

근로자의 코로나19 위험인식, 정보이해력이 감염예방행위에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 근로자의 코로나19 위험인식과 정보이해력이 코로나19 감염예방행위에 미치는 영향을 확인하는 데 목적이 있다. 본 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해 C도 H회사에서 근무하는 근로자 총 361명 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며, SPSS/WIN 24.0 프로그램을 활용하여 위계적 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과, 근로자의 근무경력이 많을수록, 코로나19 위험인식과 정보이해력이 높을수록 코로나19 감염예방행위가 증가하는 것으로 나타났으며 설명력은 26.0%였다. 이러한 연구결과를 토대로 근로자의 코로나19 감염예방행위 향상을 위하여 회사는 근로자가 장기근속할 수 있는 근무환경을 조성하고, 감염위험이 높은 직종의 특성을 고려해 위험인식을 증진시키며 정보이해력 향상을 위해 회사 내 감염관리 시스템 구축과 감염예방교육이 필요하다. 나아가 정부는 보완된 대응지침과 방역체계 개선을 위한 투자와 지원이 필요하다. 본 연구는 근로자의 코로나19 감염예방행위에 코로나19 위험 인식과 정보이해력이 미치는 영향요인을 확인하고, 코로나19 감염예방행위를 높이기 위한 보건, 복지적 대안들에 대해 논의한 점에서 의의가 있다. The purpose of this study is to confirm the effect of workers COVID-19 risk perception and literacy on compliance of preventive behaviors. In order to achieve the purpose of this study, a total of 361 workers working in J-do were surveyed, and hierarchical multiple regression analysis was conducted using the SPSS/WIN 24.0 program. As a result of the study, it was found that the more workers work experience and the higher the risk perception and literacy, the higher the COVID-19 compliance of preventive behaviors, and the explanation power was 26.0%. Based on these research results, in order to improve workers COVID-19 compliance of preventive behaviors, the company creates a working environment where workers can work for a long time, Identify the characteristics of occupations with a high risk of infection and increase risk perception and In order to improve literacy, it is necessary to establish an infection control system in the company and educate on infection prevention. Furthermore, the government needs investment and support to improve the supplementary response guidelines and quarantine system. This study is meaningful in that it identified factors influencing workers risk perception and literacy of COVID-19 compliance of preventive behaviors and discussed health and welfare alternatives to increase COVID-19 compliance of preventive behaviors.
간호대학생의 COVID-19에 대한 지식과 위험 인식이 COVID-19 예방행위에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 간호대학생의 COVID-19에 대한 지식과 위험인식이 COVID-19 예방행위에 미치는 영향을 파악하고자 시도되었다. 본 연구는 간호학과 학생 184명을 대상으로 자가 보고 설문지를 이용하여 2021년 5월 1일부터 9월 20일까지 자료를 수집하였다. 수집된 자료는 Independent t-test, One-way ANOVA, Multiple regression을 이용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과, 간호대학생의 COVID-19에 대한 지식(r=.15, p=.019), 위험인식(r=.13, p=.036)은 COVID-19 예방행위와 양의 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 대상자의 COVID-19 예방행위에 영향을 미치는 요인은 COVID-19 지식이었으며 설명력은 4%였다. 따라서 간호대학생의 COVID-19에 올바른 지식을 습득하도록 하고 예방행위를 증진시키기 위한 교육중재 프로그램 개발이 필요하다.
