Ultrasonically guided oocyte collection gradually replaces laparoscope in many IVF center. In present study, we compare the efficacy of both methods in our IVF program. Totally 377 cycles which were undertaken in vitro fertilization treatment were divided into 2 groups. Ultrasonically guided transvaginal follicular aspiration was performed in 188 cycles and laparoscopic follicular aspiration was performed in 189 cycles under local anesthesisa. The mean age for both groups was similar. Follicular recruitment was achieved with human menopausal gonadotropin (hMG) or a com bination of clomiphene citrate and hMG or a combination of FSH and hMG. In the ultrasonically guided aspiration group, 1821 follicles were aspirated with 61.8% of recovery rate (1125 oocytes), 81.5% of embryo transfer rate (145 cycles) and (17%), 26 cases intrauterine pregnancies were estabilished. In the laparoscopic group, 604 follicles were aspirated with 68.7% recovery rate (445 oocytes) and a 79.9% ET rate (127 cycles), 11 cases (8.7%) intrauterine pregnancies were estabilished. A valid comparison of these data is not possible because the 2 groups are dissimilar for factors known to influence oocyte development and recovery. No statistically significant differences could be demonstrated between 2 groups in all but the recovery rate and clinical pregnancy rate, In ultrasound group, the clinical pregnancy rate was significantly higher than that of laparoscope group. The potentially detrimental effect of CO2 pnemoperitonium present during laparoscope but not in ultrasound guided recovery on ova quality may underlie the observed difference in the clinical pregnancy rate between the 2 groups. Ultrasound guided aspiration seems to be as effective as laparoscopy in terms of oocyte retrieval and conception rate. Furthermore, the procedure is simple and inexpensive, it may replace laparoscopy as a method for oocyte collection in most patients who undergo IVF.

This research is to figure out the problems of the Taekwondo practitioners promotion test, so called SeungPoom(Simsa), and to probe the solutions for those problems. This researcher interviewed two judges, two coaches and two parents of the Taekwondo practitioners. The following conclusion is derived from this interview. First, the Taekwondo practitioners promotion test which does not reflect the reality of common Taekwondo training centers would lead to the decline of Taekwondo. It is necessary to provide a precise and specific evaluation contents and standards that embrace the reality. Secondly, the time for evaluation is not enough. It is necessary to lengthen the evaluation time and extend the evaluation standards so that the judge can examine the Taekwondo practitioners eligibility for the higher rank and their practitioners performance during the training period. Thirdly, the authority of the Taekwondo promotion test should be respected. If the Taekwondo practitioners evaluation leniently gives higher score for ineligible Taekwondo practitioners with vague standard and loosely administered test, the authority of the official evaluation would be damaged. To grant authority to the evaluation, the specific evaluation contents and standards should be implemented and the training centers should strictly follow the rule and train their Taekwondo practitioners.
공손 언행에 대한 의도파악: fMRI 연구 : 한국 사회에서 나타나는 겸손 언행을 중심으로

자신을 낮추고 상대방을 높이는 겸손 언행이 중요시 되는 사회문화적 배경을 가진 한국에서, 대화 참여자들은 사실과는 다른 이야기를 함으로써 겸손 언행의 의도를 파악한다. 본 연구에서는 사실과 다른 언급을 함으로써 겸손 언행을 나타내고자 하는 대화 상대자의 의도 파악 과정에서 일어나는 뇌 신경기전을 fMRI 연구를 통해 규명하고자 하였다. 총 3 명의 피험자가 실험에 참여하였으며 실험은 특정한 상황에 처한 상대방과 피험자가 대화를 한다는 가정하에 진행되었으며, 상황에 대해서 제시된 언급이 객관적 사실인지를 묻는 과제와 상황에 적절한지 묻는 과제로 나뉘어 진행되었다. 실험 결과, 상황에 대한 객관적인 사실을 언급했을 때에 비해 상황과 대화 상대방을 고려하여 사실과 일치하지 않는 언급을 했을 때 의도 파악과 관련된 영역인 위이마이랑에서의 활성화와 전두엽과 함께 고차원적 인지 처리를 담당하는 피각에서의 활성화가 관찰되었다. 본 연구를 통해 상대방을 존중하고 자신을 낮추는 표현을 하는 겸손 언행과 의도 파악에서 위이마이랑 영역과 피각 영역이 중요한 역할을 한다는 것을 알 수 있다.
초등학교 저학년의 음악적 상상력 계발을 위한 창의적 접근

The rapidly changing world situation demands an imaginative creation through various new ideas, which ideas are able to be brought up by an imagination development and a creative expression. On the point of view the imaginative education skill is very important to music classroom. This thesis addresses to developing education programs for lower grades of a elementary school, in which period the students have a full of energy on creative imagination, in order to enter upon a new education direction that makes the students express their inner mind by the contemporary approach. Firstly nine basic musical items are selected, which are "long or short sounds", "performing after choosing musical instruments and rhythms with throwing dice", "performing after making rhythm using various musical instruments", "singing a song with various rhythm", "expressing rhythm", "repeating a simple word without sound pitch(Ostinato)", "expressing a ideography as a sound effect", "making musical drama" and making musical plays". Secondly those items are divided into two parts. Reference guides are appeared to set up education directions on the first part, and a standard of assessment is given on the second part. The two parts are analyzed to take up a creative(focused on contemporary techniques) musical education skill and the alternation are proposed. Finally the training method is proposed. The students are trained through the steps on the first part, then induced to find their own expression from their inner mind. The student's composition(work) is played in front of their class mates, and then assessed and discussed. In conclusion the development of the creative music(focused on contemporary music techniques) is expected by the educational training skill proposed in this study.
