담수과정에서 동적 영역 병합과 분수령선을 결정하는 개선된 분수령 알고리즘

본 논문에서는 공간적 영상분할을 수행할 때 기존의 watershed 알고리즘과 그것의 수정 알고리즘에서 발생하는 과분할 문제를 해결하기 위한 개선된 watershed 알고리즘을 제안한다. 제안된 알고리즘의 주요 개념은 담수 단계에서 임계치보다 얄은 집수분지를 더 깊은 인접 집수분지에 병합하는 것이다. 따라서, 담수가 진행되는 과정에서 기존의 집수분지의 성장과 새로 담수가 일어나는 집수분지에 대한 추출이 이루어진다. 논문의 후반부에 몇 가지 MPEG 시험 영상을 사용하여 실험한 결과를 제시한다. 결론적으로, 제안된 알고리즘은 기존의 watershed 알고리즘에 아주 작은 계산시간을 추가함으혹서 적용된 임계치에 따라 좋은 분할결괴를 나타낸다. In this paper, we propose an improved watershed algorithm that resolves the oversegmentation problem shown in the previous watershed algorithm and its modifications when the spatial video segmentation is performed. The principal idea of the proposed algorithm is merging the shallow catchment basin whose depth is less than a given threshold into the deeper one during flooding step. In the flooding process, the growth of the existing catchment basins and the extraction of newly flooded ones are accomplished. We present the experimental results using several MPEG test sequences in the last part of the paper. As a consequence, the proposed algorithm shows good segmentation results according to the thresholds applied by adding very small amount of calculations.

옥수수 품종판별 마커 개발을 위하여 SNAP 방법을 변형하여 2bp 불일치 SNP PCR 방법을 옥수수 품종판별에 적용하였다. SNP 마커개발을 위하여 MaizeGDB 웹사이트(www.maizegdb.org)를 통해서 200 SNP 위치를 확인하였으며, 표준맵으로 알려진 B73 옥수수 게놈서열을 바탕으로 2bp 불일치 Primer을 디자인하였다. PCR 생성물은 200-500bp 사이에서 결정되었으며 SNP site가 있을시 PCR 생성물이 생성되지 않게 디자인 되었다. 선행연구에서 선발된 16개의 Primer조합을 이용해서 농촌진흥청에서 개발된 사료용 옥수수 10품종(강다옥, 광평옥, 다평옥, 안다옥, 양안옥, 신광옥, 장다옥, 청다옥, 평광옥, 평안옥)과 수입 사료용 옥수수 40품종과의 판별 가능성을 검정하였다. SNP PCR 결과를 바탕으로 한 Cluster분석에서 신광옥과 PI1395 그리고 몇몇 수입 사료용 옥수수를 제외하고는 모두 판별 가능한 것으로 검정되었다. SNP 통한 품종판별 최소조합수를 선발한 결과 강다옥은 IBM911과 IBM1798, 장다옥은 IBM440과 IBM549, 평강옥은 IBM440과 IBM1269, 평안옥은 IBM795와 IBM1601였다. 이는 SNP 마커 개발을 통해 빠르고, 손쉽게 품종판별이 가능한 마커로 활용가능하다는 것을 보여준다. Single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNP) markers allow rapid screening of crop varieties in early growth stages. We developed a modified SNP PCR procedure for assaying SNPs in maize. For SNP marker development, we chosen 200 SNP sites from MaizeGDB database, and designed two base pair mismatch primers based on putative SNP site of B73 genome sequence. PCR products size was from 200 to 500 bp or was not shown in the case of SNP site existing in Korean silage corns. Using previously discovered 16 primer sets, we investigated distinctness of 50 silage F1 hybrid corns including 10 Korean silage corns developed by RDA such as Gangdaok, Kwangpyeongok, Dapyeongok, Andaok, Yanganok, Singwangok, Jangdaok, Cheongdaok, Pyeonggangok, and Pyeonganok as well as 40 foreign commercial silage corns. From cluster analysis, we confirmed that 10 Korean silage F1 hybrid corns were clearly distinguished except for Singwangok, P1395, and several foreign commercial corns, and selected minimum SNP primer combination for Gangdaok, Jangdaok, Pyeonggangok, and Pyeonganok. Therefore, development of SNP marker sets might be faster, cheaper, and feasible breed discrimination method through simple PCR and agarose gel electrophoresis.

This study was conducted to bring light on the effect on how much changing grips of scrap paper form make driving distance. the study targets were selected as 10 men"s professional golfers without physical damage who has no current process on drug treatment and rehabilitation. Also, it was 5 times performed in an order of overlapping, interlocking and baseball grip. Regarding analysis method, distance analysis following, swing speed, the ball speed. First, a statistically significant difference were not shown, but On average, professional players according to the grip pattern, driver distance was Baseball>Interlocking>Overlapping grip results in order of distance differences shown were derived. Second, a statistically significant difference were not shown, but On average, professional players according to the grip pattern, driver swing speed was Interlocking>Overlapping> Baseball grip results in order of distance differences shown were derived. Third, a statistically significant difference were not shown, but On average, professional players according to the grip pattern, driver swing speed was Interlocking>Overlapping> Baseball grip results in order of distance differences shown were derived. In conclusion, Although each show statistically significant differences between the different grip patterns, professional golf player use to grip pattern was found to influence th actual distance, This is suggested that more research is needed through in-depth correlation and muscle coordination and muscle pattern changes.

This study was carried out to identify the kinetic characteristics of arm muscles that are changed by the grip type for 5 professional men golfers who can perform the constant shots, using the EMG. The activity change of arm muscles that are changed according to the different grip pattern is as follows. First, baseball grip of A showed significant difference between the overlapping and interlocking grips in RB, LB, R F , LF , RBR, LBR, RT, and LT. Second, overlapping and interlocking gripping of B showed significant difference in the baseball grip in LT. Third, C showed significant differences among overlapping, interlocking, and baseball grip in LB, RF, LF, RBR, RT, and LT. Fourth, D showed significant differences among overlapping, interlocking, and baseball grip in RBR. Fifth, E showed significant differences among overlapping, interlocking, and baseball grip in RB, LB, LBR, and LT. In case of golf training, according to the gripping method, various results may occur to the dynamic displacement such as swing, ball quality, distance etc. This study was carried out to analyze the muscle activity of upper extremity muscle according to the grip type and help the prejudice and understanding of grip. In the future study, we hope that the intensive theme such as muscle coordination with lower extremity muscle will be treated.

Storing hydrogen in solid state hydride is one of the best promising methods for the future hydrogen economy. The total performance of such systems depends on the rate at which the amount of mass and heat migration is supplied to solid hydride. Therefore, an accurate modeling of the heat and mass transfer is of prime importance in optimizing the design of such systems. In this work, Hydrogen storage in Pt-CNTs hydrogen reactor has been intensively investigated by solving 2 dimensional mathematical models. Using a CFD computer software, systematic studies have been performed to elucidate the effect of heat and mass transfer during hydrogen charging periods. It was revealed that the optimized design of hydrogen storage vessel can prevent the increase of system temperature and the charging time due to the convective cooling effects inside the vessels at even high charging pressure. Because none has reported the critical issues of heat and mass transfer for CNT based hydrogen storage system, this work can support the first insight of the optimal design for solid state hydrogen storage system based on CNT in the near future.
